Get PDFThe study accents attention on the importance of studying historical experience as to the organization of the professional training of qualified workers in the specialty “Cook” in professional commercial-culinary schools of Ukraine in 60-80 years of ХХ century, because it allows to reveal study specific forms and methods and to avoid negative factors that decreases the effectiveness of this training.There were analyzed the views of scientists as to organizational-pedagogical questions of the organization of еру professional training of working staff of different specialties at certain historical stages. It was noted, that the key role in qualified workers training belonged and belongs to the professional study, at which bases of the professional competence are formed.It was noted, that the main feature of the production training of future cooks in commercial-culinary schools of Ukraine in 60–80 years of ХХ was that it alternated with the theoretical one each two weeks and took place not at learning workshops, but at active learning-production enterprises of public food, where pupils worked independently in all processes, connected with dishes preparation and service. Attention is concentrated on the production practice, planned at the end of the production learning program and was carried out in Crimea at the resort season at organizations and enterprises of the system of Ukrainian resort trade.The content of the professional-practical training of future cooks was determined, its main tendencies in the studied period were characterized.It is stated, that the retrospective analysis (60–80 years of ХХ century) of approaches to the organization of the production training of future cooks at professional commercial-culinary training schools of Ukraine allows to understand the best pedagogical experience and to systematize organization forms, methods and technologies of the production training of future qualified workers of the restaurant economy branch, to transform the idea of duality of the professional training of cooks under modern conditions of the evolution of the professional education system in UkraineУ дослідженні проаналізовані особливості організації виробничого навчання майбутніх кухарів у професійних торгово-кулінарних училищах у 60–80 рр. Get PDFThe topicality of the chosen topic of the research is proved by the important role of fiction in the formation of the creatively directed personality of a preschool child, his/her creative abilities. There were elucidated the features of formation of the creative personality of a preschool child by means of artistic word. There were created creative tasks for the formation of the creative personality of a pre-school child by means of artistic word. In the study was proved that the development of artistic activity, directed on the formation of the creative personality of a child is provided due to the creation of favorable conditions: organized purposeful work in the given direction that includes a series of creative tasks with an element of novelty; interested attitude of an educator to the child creativity.The conclusion was made about the fact that the use of diverse creative tasks in the learning-upbringing process favors the development of the creative potential of preschool children. Making acquainted with fiction, a teacher leads children to the analysis of a work, teaches to understand its content, familiarizes them with genre, compositional, speech features of different works. Children use obtained literature knowledge in own creativity, at composing stories. As a result of the realized work, most children form schemes independently, select symbolic signs, and author stories, tales, verses were created on their baseУ дослідженні визначено актуальність обраної теми, зроблено короткий огляд психолого-педагогічної літератури та досліджуються проблеми використання художнього слова як дієвого засобу розвитку творчої особистості дитини дошкільного віку. Get PDFThere was established a necessity to increase the role of intellectual property (IP) as a motive force of the economy, based on knowledge. It was elucidated, that Ukraine has rather high rating level at the market of intellectual goods and services by the intellectual and educational potential, but the state urgently needs a training of high-qualified specialists in IP field, able to favor realization of tasks, inherent to modernity, especially, further formation of the intellectual property market, increase of competitiveness of enterprises, protection of individual author results. There was ascertained the imbalance between specialists’ training in the aforesaid field and demands of the labor market, solution of problems of the choice of forms of protection and commercialization of objects of intellectual property, introduction of modern innovation activity management technologies, adequate to modern conditions.There was formulated the author view on the list of key competences, must be acquired by MA graduates in the sphere of intellectual property, substantiation of a necessity of further popularization of knowledge on IP problems, harmonization of the system “education-science-production-market”. The research determines that the communicative competence of future lawyers is integrative professionally determined and personally significant values, knowledge, skills and qualities of lawyers, which ensure effective interaction in professional activities and the most complete self-realization in it.The communicative competence of future lawyers has an integrative content, because it combines the use of the language system, but also the social phenomenon that functions along with other types of human activity. Today, the modern law specialist works in different socio-economic conditions with representatives of various professional communities and cultures, which allows to highlight communicative competence as one of the main and in vocational education, and in the field of knowledge 08- right.The means of realizing the formation of communicative competence of future lawyers should be the creation and holding of special courses and special seminars of integrative content, which combine language, legal, cultural, pedagogical, and social components of educational plans. Get PDFIn the article the scientific approaches have been analyzed, and the methodological basis for the formation of culture of personnel management in the process of professional training of future managers has been developed. It is proved that effectiveness of forming culture of managing the personnel of future managers is achieved through the introduction of the complex of pedagogical conditions in the professional training: enrichment of the content of training on personnel management with additional cultural-oriented topics; diversification of the process of professional training of future managers by active and interactive forms and methods of educational activities; promotion of the development of professionalism of the teaching staff in order to ensure the effectiveness of the process of forming culture of managing the personnel of future managers. It is established that the methodological foundations of the first pedagogical condition create cultural and competence approaches. For the second pedagogical condition, the methodological background is provided by the personality-activity approach. For the third pedagogical condition, the acmeological approach is methodologically grounded. It is proved that the scientific approaches form a unified methodological basis for the holistic process of forming culture of the personnel management through the implementation in the professional training of future managers of the complex of pedagogical conditionsДосліджено питання створення методологічного підґрунтя формування культури управління персоналом у процесі фахової підготовки майбутніх менеджерів. It was elucidated, that clergy’s influence on formation and development of national education was crucial. On the base of studying products of Ukrainian clergy unions activity it was revealed, that the fight for spreading of native language was used as an instrument for Ukrainian culture development and national school creation. The edition of books, handbooks, calendars, prayer books, periodicals of Ukrainian direction widened the readers’ worldview, formed the national world understanding and awaked the national self-consciousness.The cultural activity under the influence of denationalization was directed on Christian-patriotic education, formation of respect to history, culture, traditions and customs of native people. The creative searches of clergy favored the evolution of native language of Transcarpathian dwellers to the united norms of Ukrainian language. The edition of books, handbooks, calendars, prayer books, periodicals of Ukrainian direction in native language widened the readers’ worldview, formed the national world understanding and awaked the national self-consciousness. The spreading of information about historical unity of local dwellers with whole Ukrainian nation stated the self-identification of Transcarpathian Ukrainians as a part of Ukrainian nation. Get PDFThe pedagogical conditions of the development of military-special competence of officers-border guards were discovered in the article. The topicality of the solution of problem of improvement of professional training of officers of border administration is caused by the series of factors, the one of which is a growth of the military component in professional activity of officers-border guards and also the difficult military-political situation in the East of Ukraine. The article grounds that the effectiveness of development of this competence during the master training will grow at the expanse of provision of the selection of content of the learning material in special disciplines taking into account the results of system analysis of the threats of border safety. The great importance is also inherent to the modeling and solution of practical situations of professional activity according to the problem principles. It is important for the formation and development of the officers’ abilities to making managerial decisions on organization of state border defense under special conditions and at special operations. The formation of communicative and pedagogical skills in officers on the base of andragogical model of interactive study is also the important pedagogical condition of the development of military-special competence of the officers of State border service of Ukraine. It is indicated by the results of analysis of scientific sources and the author’s experience. The solution of problem of the improvement of professional training of the officers of border administration depends on correct organization of their self-education.
