PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Peran Kepemimpinan dalam implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMP Terbuka 25 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Wakil bagian kurikulum, Wakil kepala bagian kesiswaan, Wakil bagian hubungan masyarakat, dan Wakil bagian sarana dan prasana sebagai informan utama. Data dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan di SMP Terbuka 25 Surabaya dilaksanakan dengan baik. Terciptanya suasana yang kondusif di setiap ruang, baik ruang kerja kepala sekolah, pegawai dan guru. (2) Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah diimplementasikan dengan baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk operasional lembaga pendidikan, inovasi program yang memuat nilai-nilai edukatif. (3) Peran Kepemimpinan dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah ditunjukkan dengan pemberdayaan tenaga pendidikan dan guru, serta usaha kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan inovasi program baru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah
Trend Pola Asuh Orang Tua dalam Pendampingan Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
This study discusses parenting styles in assisting students’ learning with blended learning model in RA. Sunan Ampel, Pasuruan. During the Covid-19 pandemi, RA Sunan Ampel implemented a blended learning model by combining online and offline learning. This study implies descriptive quantitative approach that used questionnaire as the instruments to collect the data. The questionnaire was distributed online to 11 parents of RA students as respondents. The results showed that almost parents have a authoritative parenting style indicated by parents’ attitude in engaging children to learning while playing. Meanwhile, such parents also applied permissive parenting characterized by parents’ intervention on children’s activites and no force for children to learn. Besides that, parents with authoritarian showed that they obey strict rules and punishments when children broke the rules. Above all, such uninvolved parenting implemented during the covid-19 indicated by negligent attitude of parents in engaging students’ learning
The Development of Spell Checker Android Application to Improve Students’ Pronunciation of English Education Department, IAIN Jember
Pronunciation and vocabulary are important elements of language so a communication will be difficult if the speaker cannot pronounce the elements or words accurately. However, in learning in class, limited time causes lecturers to have difficulty checking the pronunciation of English students one by one. So that technology is needed to improve students’ pronunciation competence independently and measurably. This study aims to develop a spell checker application that is integrated with the lecture module. This application aims to improve the English pronunciation ability of students independently and measurably so as to save time. The research method is a design and development method with 6 stages. The product validation results showed that this application is feasible to use with the acquisition of a feasibility percentage of 89%
Miskonsepsi Siswa pada Pemahaman Konsep Bangun Ruang
The purpose of this study is to describe 8th-grade students’ misconceptions in solving surface area and volume of beam and cube problems and their causal factors. This is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the research, students’ misconceptions in solving surface area and volume of beam and cube problems are misconceptions on the concept of a beam, misconceptions on the concept of the cube, misconceptions on the concept of prerequisite material, misconceptions on unit comprehension, misconceptions on the understanding of meaning, and misconceptions on sign and number operations. While the causal factors of misconception are students’ assumptions about the lack of importance of concepts so students only memorize formulas, students are not able to associate one concept with other concepts, lack of understanding concepts in prerequisite material, misunderstanding the meaning of words in a problem, students have difficulty understanding pictures., misunderstanding the difference in the size of area and length
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation Menggunakan Media Suling
This study aims to describe the steps of Group Investigation learning using suling media that can improve the learning outcomes of students. Group Investigation learning has six steps have identifying topics and organizing into groups, planning the investigation, carrying out the investigating, preparing the final report, presenting the final result, and evaluating. The research is a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data used: data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The validity of data is the perseverance of observer, triangulation, and peer inspection. This research can improve student learning outcomes. This result shows the percentage of student learning outcomes in the pra cycle amounting to 48% that has a rate of 75 and increased during the first cycle with 80%. The result of teacher observation is 89.28%, while the students’ is 78.57%. Based on the results of interviews conducted on four students who were the subject of interviews, one of which didn’t increase learning outcome, but liked suling media when interviewed
Implementasi “Random Pairs Group” dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Daring
The covid-19 pandemic forces students learning using digital media or called online learning. Lack of interaction between students when learning online makes lectures have to be creative and innovate in making learning more active and effective. Therefore, “Random Pairs Group” becomes a learning model that an increase interaction between students though they have not meet face to face at all member of class for one semester. Sp, the purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the “random pairs group” in Arabic online learning. This research is a naturalstic qualitative research. Respondents of this study were intensive Arabic students of Tarbiyah faculty class N from group A and B, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques were by observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Arabic learning process using “random pairs group” learning model is able to create positive interactions between students until the communication is created that builds students’ Arabic language skill
Implementasi Metode Permainan Bahasa Grammatical Hunting dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Kelas 3/1 Mutawasith Khoiriyah Wittaya Mulnithi Betong, Yala, Thailand Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020
Abstract: As one component of language learning, the learning method becomes a determinant of the course of an effective and efficient learning process. This requires the professionalism of teachers to be able to implement certain methods in the learning process. The purpose of this paper is to determine the application of the Grammatical Hunting language game method, to find out students' responses to the learning methods applied, and their advantages and disadvantages in learning Arabic in class 3/1 Mutawasith Khoiriyah Wittaya Mulnithi Betong, Yala, Thailand. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample of this research is students of class 3/1 Mutawasith Khoiriyah Wittaya Mulnithi Betong, Yala, Thailand was 25 students. The research technique applied was a non-test technique with data collection instruments in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that (1) The application of the Grammatical Hunting language game method consisted of 3 stages, namely: introduction, core activities, and closing. (2) Students show the best responses to the methods applied in the form of increased interest and activeness in learning Arabic, that is 89,77 %. (3) The advantages of this method are eliminating boredom, creating cooperation, and supportive between students, while the disadvantages of applying this method, namely the number of groups and the crowded class
RELASI ANTARA PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN DENGAN KOMPETENSI GURU
Penelitian inivbertujuan menjawab pertanyaanvtentang rumusanvmasalah: bagaimana pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompetensi guru peserta diklat serta hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kompetensi guru peserta diklat di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan Jawa Timur. Penelitian ininnmenggunakan jenis penelitiannnkuantitatif dengannnmenggunakan pendekatann korelasi. Teknik pengumpulanmdata dengan menyebarmkuesioner (skalamlikert) dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitumseluruh Guru yangmada di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan Jawa Timur. Penelitiannini menggunakanmteknik pengambilan sampelmjenuh. Jadi seluruh anggota populasindigunakan sebagainsampel. Hasilnpenelitian menyebutkannbahwa hasilnprosentase ideal pendidikan dan pelatihan memperolehmnilai sebesar 82.9%. Sedangkan nilai hasil rata-rata kompetensi guru peserta diklat memperoleh nilai sebesar 78.3% sehingga termasuk dalam kategori tergolong baik. Hasil analisis hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kompetensi guru peserta diklat di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan Jawa Timur menunjukkanntaraf siginifikansimsebesar 0.000 dan R squaremsebesar 0.710 serta nilai persamaan yang menunjukkan nilai positif sehingga dapat diartikan bahwamterdapat relasi positif pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kompetensi guru peserta diklat yaitu sebesar 71,0%

Writing articles about the model of inclusive education in early childhood is very necessary This is done to provide references or solutions for schools that provide inclusive education, especially in early childhood education. Therefore here the author is interested in offering a reference or solution about the development of inclusive instructional models based on authentic instructional models in early childhood, namely the inclusive education model that tries to provide an overview in combining the principles of access to education for all students or disadvantaged individuals, and not only for those with special needs. Therefore, the nature of the inclusive education model is a shift from theories, assumptions, practices, and special models of disabilities to the specific non-disability inclusive education system
Toonytools in Teaching Narrative Text: Pre Service Teachers' Experience
Abstract. Technology has many applications in the field of media for teaching and learning. In private education, teachers have to be creative in creating interactive teaching media. Moreover, teaching media are needed to support the success of teaching and learning processes. Comics is favorable to read because it is fun. Online comics become popular in remote learning because students work a lot with online applications today. Toonytools is one of the favorable online comic creators. This study aims to investigate the use of Toonytools as a teaching medium in teaching Narrative Text. This study uses mix-method. A survey as a quantitative and qualitative interview was done to the students and the English Teacher. Some possible benefits and challenges within the implementation are suggested. The finding of this research is the effectiveness of using the online comic platform Toonytools, a learning media to teach the narrative text. This platform is easy to use and applied to make Toonytools feasible as a favorite online comic platform for teachers to create learning media
