Peran Manajemen Humas dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat di MTSN 2 Lamongan
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan antara (1) Perencanaan manajemen humas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di MtsN 2 Lamongan. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen humas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di MtsN 2 Lamongan. (3) Evaluasi manajemen humas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di MtsN 2 Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dengan metode observasi, metode dokumentasi dan metode wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan kata tertulis atau lisan sebagai alat untuk menentukan keterangan mengenai gambaran secara ringkas suatu gejala, peristiwa atau keadaan sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa. Pertama, perencanaan manajemen humas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di MtsN 2 mereka selalu membuat program bersama-sama melalui rapat semua pihak diantaranya kepala sekolah, kabid humas, para guru serta pegawai yang menyusun program bidang lain yang akan dilaksanakan . Kedua, Pelaksanaan manajemen humas sesuai perencanaan dimana tugas humas untuk memberikan pelayanan dan informasi, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Ketiga, evaluasi manajemen humas merupakan tahap akhir dari pengelolaan humas, dilakukan sesuai standart pelayanan madrasah, dilakukan pihak internal dan eksternal madrasa
Peningkatan Kualitas Madrasah terhadap Sistem Zonasi MTs. Nurul Huda Sedati Sidoarjo
Pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal penting sehingga mendorong pemerintah untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan dan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia yaitu dengan diaplikasikannya sistem zonasi terhadap proses penerimaan peserta didik baru. Ketentuan sistem zonasi dimuat dalam Permendikbud Nomor 14 Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan penilitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Disebut penelitian deskriptif karena bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan keadaan suatu obyek dan subjek penelitian. Dilihat dari besarnya jumlah peminat yang masuk ke MTs Nurul Huda dan dari sudut prestasi, MTs Nurul Huda dapat dikategorikan sebagai salah satu madrasah yang memiliki daya saing tinggi. Salah satunya yaitu kepimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dan inovatif, sarana yang memadai, kualitas pendidik yang memenuhi standar dan dikembangkannya berbagai inovasi pembelajaran. Dengan sistem zonasi ini MTs. Nurul Huda tahun ini telah memaksimalkan kekuatan madrasah untuk memberikan kepercayaan kepada masyarakat dan membuat MTs. Nurul Huda ini lebih unggul dari sekolah lain
EFL Students’ Speaking Achievement And Its Relationship With Epistemic Beliefs
The purpose of the present research is to uncover relationship between English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students' speaking score achievement and their epistemic beliefs. To this end, 63 Indonesian EFL students completed two different instruments, namely EFL epistemic beliefs questionnaire and final test of Intensive Speaking course. The results of Pearson Product Moment Correlation demonstrated that speaking achievement is significantly correlated with epistemic beliefs adapted from Emaliana (2017), consisting seven sub dimensions, namely, fix ability, certain knowledge, simple knowledge, omniscient authority, learning and communication strategies, foreign language aptitude, and motivation and expectation. Likewise, the findings manifested that sophisticated students who are indicated by high level of epistemic beliefs outperform simple students, who are otherwise having low level of epistemic beliefs. This research holds significant implications for curriculum, teaching and learning materials and instructional media developers, as well as teachers to afford students with personal beliefs about knowledge and knowing EFL to enhance the students' speaking skill
Konstruksi Epistimologi Kurikulum Pendidikanbahasa Arab Perspektif Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh
Didalam penyusunan kurikulum, haruslah memperhatikan landasan epistimologi dengan melihat beberapa gagasan pakar pendidikan bahasa Arab mengenai hal tersebut, di antaranya adalah gagasan Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian library research yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang epistimologi kurikulum bahasa Arab perspektif Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan ada empat dasar yang menjadi landasan menyusunan kurikulum bahasa Arab perspektif Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh, yaitu: (1) dasar linguistik/al-lughawiyyah, (2) dasar sosial-budaya/a?-?aq?fiyyah, (3) dasar psikologi/an-nafsiyyah, dan (4) dasar edukatif/at-tarbawiyyah. Akan tetapi dari ke empat pembagian tersebut, Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh masih membaginya lagi menjadi lima bagian, yaitu: (1) pengalaman dan praktik bahasa/al-khibroh al-lughawiyah wa al-mum?rosah, (2) sifat bahasa Arab/?ob?`atu al-lughah al-`Arabiyah, (3) sosial budaya Arab/a?-?aq?fah al-`Arabiyah, (4) sifat pembelajar bahasa (peserta didik)/?ob?`atu al-muta`allimin lilughah, dan (5) sifat pengajaran bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa Asing/?ob?`atu `amaliyatu ta`lim al-`Arabiyah bi`itib?roh? lughah ajnabiyah. Sehingga dari dasar epistimologi tersebut terumuslah lima komponen kurikulum menurut Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh, yaitu: (1) tujuan/al-ahd?f, (2) isi/materi/al-muhtaw?, (3) metode/a?-?uruqu, (4) panduan pengajar/guru bahasa Arab/dal?lu mu`allim al-lughah al-`Arabiyah, dan (5) evaluasi/at-taqw?m.

Integrasl Ilmu dan Agama sebagai Basis Pengembangan Keilmuan Pendidikan Tinggi Islam: (Studi Kasus di Universitas Islam Negeri Malang)
Munculnya fenomena di Universitas Islam Negeri Malang (UIN'Malang) sebagai Pendidikan Tinggi Islam (PTI) dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahtian melalui kebebasan penalaran intelektual dan kajian rasional empirik serta filosofis di samping dimotivasi olek ajaran Islam itu sendiri juga dari proses akulturasi budaya. Ada empat rencana kerja paling tidak terkait "integrasi ilmu dan agama", yang banyak dibahas oleh intelektual muslim yaitu: (1) penguasaan khazanah ilmu pengetahuan muslim; (2) penguasaan khazanah ilmu pengetahuan masa kini; (3) identifikasi kekurangan-kekurangan ilmu pengetahuan itu dalam kaitannya dengan idealIslam; dan (4) rekonstruksi ilmuilmu itu sehingga menjadi suatu paduan yang selaras dengan wawasan dan ideal Islam. Dari pemikiran tersebut, banyak kalangan intelekttial muslim dari kalangan Pendidikan Tinggi Islam yang pro dan kontra bahkan muncul kegamangan terhadap keinginan untuk melakukan "integrasi ilmu dan agama" dalam pengembangan keilmuan di Pendidikan Tinggi Islam. Untuk itu cukup menarik kiranya kajian penelitian tentang persoalan tersebut, agar mertdapat gambaran riil melalui penelitian di Universitas Islam Negeri Malang ini
Implementasi Budaya Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Karakter Peserta Didik di MTs Mambaus Sholihin
Pembangunan karakter merupakan salah satu bidang yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bermasayarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Lembaga pendidikan merupakan salah satu wahana pembangunan karakter. Penanaman nilai-nilai karakter berbasis budaya sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan dan memberdayakan semua lingkungan belajar secara optimal untuk menanamkan, memperbaiki, menguatkan, dan menyempurnakan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan budaya sekolah yang mendorong terbentuknya karakter pada peserta didik di MTs Mambaus Sholihin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Madrasah membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui penerapan budaya sekolah. 2) Budaya sekolah yang diterapkan meliputi etika peserta didik kepada pendidik, budaya ketika memulai dan mengakhiri pelajaran, budaya jujur dan tanggung jawab kepada diri sendiri dan orang lain, 3) Karakter yang terbentuk meliputi disiplin, religius, sikap peduli, jujur, dan tanggung jawab
Terapi Behaviour dalam Membantu Siswa Meningkatkan Kebiasaan Belajar "Studi Kasus pada Siswa Kelas X yang Kecanduan Jaran Kepang di Kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Gedeg"
Terapi behaviour adalah Teoriv yang dimana konseling membantu untuk merubah perilaku yang negatif dan menyimpang pada klien dan bisa memecahkan masalahnya. Peneiitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan menurun akibat Kecanduan Jaran kepang dan peneliti menggunakan Tempi behaviour dalam mengatasi masalah ini. Dalam peneiitian ini, masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimana terapi behaviour daiam membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan belajar di SMP Negeri 1 Gedeg dan faktor faktor penghambat dan pendukung proses terapi pada (Siswa N) yang kecanduan Jaran kepang. Sedangkan tujuan dari peneiitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terapi behaviour dalam membantu siswa meningkatkan kebiasaan belajar dan mengetahui tentang faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung pada siswa X di SMP Negeri 1 Gedeg. Upaya Guru Dalam Memaksimalkan Perkembangan Kognitif, Sosial dan Motorik Anak Usia Dini
Teachers are the spearhead in maximizing early childhood development. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of teachers in developing children's potential, and want to know the obstacles experienced by teachers on children's cognitive, social and motor development. this research included in field research (field research). The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. For primary data is data obtained from interviews with class B1 group teachers and school principals, as well as the results of observations of learning both inside and outside class B1 group RA Ar-Rahmah Papringan Caturtunggal, Depok District, Sleman Regency. The results showed that teachers need to understand the ideal development of a child in terms of cognitive, social and motor aspects. RA Ar-Rahmah group B1 has different character and development, some are smart in counting, active in moving and playing, active in answering, responsive to teachers and friends, and others. The learning done by teachers in group B1 children is more varied in using learning methods such as singing, habituation, exemplary, advice, and others in accordance with what material is intended to be taught to children. Interlude between one material with another learning material is also important in learning conducted at RA Ar-Rahmah. Excellent programs owned by RA Ar-Rahmah also encourage teachers to think together so that the desired goals of the school are achieved. Developmental delay in children is indeed one of the obstacles in optimizing children's development. The need for good collaboration between teachers at school and parents at home in optimizing children's cognitive, social and motor development
The Role Of Cross-Cultural Understanding in Interpreting English Recount Texts
This study aimed at analyzing the role of cross-cultural understanding in interpreting English recount texts. The data of this study were obtained by reviewing documents of a book entitled “Histories of Nations: How their identities were forged” (Furtado, 2017). As a qualitative content analysis, all the data were analyzed qualitatively by classifying, coding and interpreting the data gathered that led us to some conclusions and suggestions. The study found that there were some words and phrases in the recount text that requires cross cultural understanding in order to be able to interpret those texts accurately. Therefore, in interpreting the recount text, it is necessary to understand not only the text in literal meaning, but also the cultural context in a comprehensive way. This focuses on cultural context deals with the history of social organization and religion system. Cross cultural understanding eases the readers to interpret the recount text appropriately. The study suggests that cross cultural understanding should be an important topic to be learnt intensively in learning English language at least at university education level as it will enable students to be capable of understanding English discourses comprehensively
Using Role Play Technique To Teach Speaking Skill Procedure Text In Tourism Department
In revolution idustri era 4.0 required the student in tourism department to enable speak english as internatinal language fluently. The students need to improve their communication skill. Role play technique is one teching technique that is applicable teaching technique in state polytechnic of Banyuwangi because it focused on practicing real life communication skill. The researcher tried to investigate the teaching speaking activity in the classroom. The study used descriptive qualitative research. The researcher analyzed and described the teaching speaking in procedure text by using role play technique for tourism department. The preparation of the lecturer was syllabus and learning contract which contained teaching materials, the method, and learning sources. The process of teaching was divided into three steps; they were pre-activity, main activity and post activity. He brought them in class. The lecturer used role play technique. The lecturer only facilitated the students to be motivated in learning speaking procedure text. He asked the students to do a simulation communication in a hotel. One of the students play role as reseptionist and the other as costumer. During teaching learning process, the lecturer got three main troubles in conducting teaching process. They were students’ low in vocabulary, pronunciation, and the students difficulty in expressing sentences and the lecturer had done the solution. speaking procedure text course which was taught by the lecturer proceded effectively and acceptable for the students.
