Adanya upaya pengelolaan santri yang optimal akan berpengaruh pada peningkatan mutu MDTW. Peningkatan mutu dapat menjadikan agenda utama yang harus dilakukan dan dicapai dalam suatu institusi pendidikan dikarenakan era zaman sekarang ialah era pertarungan mutu. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan memilih informan Kepala Ponpes, Kepala MDTW, Waka Kesantrian, Tenaga Pendidik dan Santri yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan dan dapat memberikan informasi terkait permasalahan yang diteliti. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa: Observasi, Dokumentasi dan Wawancara secara mendalam terhadap informan. Data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap lembaga di MDTW Al Ma’aba dan MDTW Al Khodijah melakukan pengelolaan santri secara optimal dengan melalui program kegiatan kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler, adanya strategi peningkatan mutu, pola pengasuhan santri dan faktor pendukung maupun faktor penghambat dalam peningkatan mutu MDTW

No full textPurpose- This study aims to analyze the errors in pronunciation of Arabic greetings (salam) to students of Madrasah Diniyyah Assalam Tegalombo Class VI and find out the implementation in Arabic learning.
Design/Methodology/Approach- This study used a descriptive qualitative method using a contrastive analysis approach. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation technique. The data were obtained through field research.
Findings- Based on the results of the research on errors in pronunciation of Arabic greetings to Class VI students of Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Quran (MDA) Assalam Tegalombo consisting of 16 students, it was found 7 forms of pronunciation that were not in accordance with the original phonology of salam, example Assalamualaikum, Salamualaikum, Slamualaikum, Slamlékum, Saamlékum, Samlékum, and Smléikum. Of the 7 forms of pronunciation errors, there are 4 types of phonological errors, namely 1) Pronouncing "ع" to "أ" because the mother tongue does not have these consonants. 2) Pronouncing the wrong word structure because of al-akhtho 'al-syâi'ah. 3) The sound /ai/ becomes /é/ due to socio-cultural factors. 4) Do not extend consonant lam because the mother tongue does not have mad. The implementation is that in the future Arabic language teachers for foreign speakers can put more emphasis on the phonological aspect. Because in Arabic, different pronunciations and pronunciations will produce different meanings.
Research Limitation/Implications- The limitations of the problem in this study focused on the pronunciation of the greetings of students at Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Quran (MDA) Assalam Tegalombo class VI. However, this study has not examined further about the mispronunciation of the greeting answers
Fostering Tolerance in Early Childhood in Islamic Perspectives and Social Learning Theory
Get PDFThe next generation of the nation not only affects the intellect but can change all aspects of life. Tolerance can occur due to habit and modeling factors. Individuals can do something and the modeling process through direct observation or experience. The purpose of this paper is to examine the development of tolerance in the Islamic perspective and social learning theory. This research is part of a literature study research with a complete series of material from various library sources and is formulated with the results described in detail in depth. The results show that the concept of religious tolerance in children not only allows people to practice their own beliefs, but also opens the possibility of mutually beneficial cooperation in differences in each person. The community environment is heterogeneous. Children from various backgrounds learn together and are tolerant of having a role to create an attitude of mutual respect and appreciation in differences between these children

No full textThe problem with today's educational unit establishments is that the educational method developed by academics remains weak. the educational process that happens within the room is administered in step with the talents and tastes of the teacher furthermore because the current educational state of affairs and conditions that are adapting to the restricted face-to-face meeting (PTMT) policy, making a spot in educational goals and competencies that students should possess. This study aims to work out and describe however info management is to enhance the standard of education through planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum activities. The analysis methodology used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) curriculum designing concerned principals, teachers, education staff, school committees and college residents. The curriculum used is K13 Special Conditions supported the applicable PP; (2) the implementation of the curriculum is administered by holding workshops and training, job for and checking learning tools, and dividing the allocation of study time; (3) curriculum analysis is carried out through aspects specifically input, process, & output.
Permasalahan lembaga satuan pendidikan dewasa ini adalah masih lemahnya proses pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh guru. Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi di dalam kelas di laksanakan sesuai kemampuan dan selera guru serta situasi dan kondisi pendidikan saat ini yang tengah beradaptasi dengan kebijakan pertemuan tatap muka terbatas (PTMT) membuat gap tujuan pendidikan dan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengelolalaan kurikulum. Dalam meningkatkankan mutu pendidikan melalui kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian kurikulum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan kurikulum melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, komite sekolah dan warga sekolah. Kurikulum yang digunakan adalah K13 Kondisi Khusus dengan berpedoman pada PP yang berlaku; (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum dilakukan dengan mengadakan workshop dan pelatihan, menghimbau dan memeriksa perangkat pembelajaran, dan pembagian alokasi waktu belajar; (3) evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui aspek yakni input, proses, & luaran
Persepsi Mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA Terhadap Penggunaan E-Learning Berbasis Google Meeting
Get PDFThis research aims to know the perception of students of Science Education at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya on the use of e-learning based on Google Meet. This type of research is descriptive qualitative where data collection is carried out using a Likert scale in the form of a questionnaire made in a google form and distributed to students of the UINSA Science Education study program. The method of data analysis is done by qualitative analysis, including 1) data collection; 2) data reduction; 3) data presentation. The results of the data that have been obtained through Google Forms are in the form of a questionnaire on the perception of UINSA Science Education students on the use of e-learning based on Google Meet, that is 78 respondents. Student perceptions of the google meeting application in online learning get a positive response of 79.65% overall with 85.89% on the aspect of convenience, 81,28% on the aspect of effectiveness, and 71,79% on the aspect of acceptance. This shows that students of the science education study program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya have a positive perception of the use of google meetings in online learning, namely in terms of ease, effectiveness, and acceptanc

Social media is considered appropriate and effective to be used as a marketing medium for school education because it is easily accessible to all groups and has great opportunities in building relationships with consumers (students). This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and analysis of social media content. The results show that the previous school's marketing strategy using traditional strategies by distributing pamphlets, brochures, and oral information has now evolved with the times by switching to using social media. The most effective social media used in the education marketing process at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen are 3, namely: instagram, youtube, and website. Evaluative Analysis On Mooc With Lms Based To Improve English Teachers’ Teaching Competences
Get PDFIn the 5th Industrial Revolution era, English teaching method blended with technology and information-based skills will be more noteworthy to improve English teachers’ teaching aptitudes. Here, the role of Non-Formal Training Institute (LKP) with its new teaching framework is very crucial to increase English teachers’ teaching competences in this industrial revolution era, improve their students’ attainment and advance their professional knowledge. To optimize this role, this research was conducted using Kirkpatrick's 4-level evaluation model, to assess the implementation of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) with Learning Management System (LMS) based in non-formal educational context for many English teachers in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the benefits and constraints of implementing this online course using evaluative techniques with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Data collection techniques were interviews, document observation and questionnaires. The results showed that at the reaction level, the research participants gave a positive response to the online course, the participants also succeeded in increasing their teaching knowledge (learning level), changing behavior in teaching English (behavior level), and improving their students’ achievement (level result). The greatest benefits felt by participants included beneficial topics, video materials, and video conferencing frames which had a direct impact on their teaching knowledge and skills development. No full textPurpose- The purpose of this research is how to integrate in Qawaid Learning at Ma'had Insan Qurani Aceh Besar in learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, and learning evaluations.
Design/Methodology/Approach- This research uses a qualitative approach by using the form of a case study. The data sources in this study were the principal, deputy head of the learning section, and Arabic language teachers specifically for qawaid lessons. The data collection techniques used by the researcher were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. While the instruments used are interview and observation guidelines, data analysis is data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display).
Findings- The result of the research is that the Qur'anic people have well integrated qawaid learning both in learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, and learning evaluations.
Research Limitation/Implications- Researcher has not revealed things related to students' understanding of qawaid learning with an integrative curriculum, therefore researchers and observers of Arabic learning can continue research on various aspects relevant to this research, such as examining the correlation of qawaid understanding with understanding of Arabic reading texts
