    Pengembangan Soal Numerasi Berbasis Konteks Nilai Budaya Primbon Jawa

    This study describes developing numeration questions based on the context of Javanese primbon cultural values are valid. The questions are developed using the first three of the ADDIE method, analysis, design, and development. The validity is focused on four aspects, instruction, contents, construct, and language. The validating questions are three items of numeration questions in the form of complex multiple-choice questions. The validators in this research are four experts from Mathematics Education and Test/Evaluation Development. Results of the study show that the numeracy questions based on the context of Javanese primbon cultural values are valid with a score of 0.82. The final product is the prototype II is built upon the expert notion

    Implementasi Model Blended Learning Pada Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka

    This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, learning outcomes, and responses of students in the process of learning mathematics using Blended Learning based on the Merdeka Curriculum. This research is a case study research with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subjects were 36 of 10th-grade students at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo as one of the Sekolah Penggerak in East Java. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, observations, tests, and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of Blended Learning at the planning stage was in the very good category, the implementation stage was in the very good category, student learning outcomes were in the sufficient category, and student responses were in the high category

    Competition in the world of education that is getting tighter has resulted in several educational institutions being abandoned by their customers, resulting in a merger between educational institutions, with conditions like this, educational institutions must make breakthroughs and innovations to maintain the existence of the educational institutions they manage and to face the competitive climate through empowerment. human resources in a well-planned manner. In the scope of education, strategy is the most concern for achieving madrasa goals. One of the strategies or efforts that can be done to maintain the existence of madrasas is through the empowerment of human resources. In this case, human resources are the key to success in formulating a good strategy. Therefore, the organization's strategic plan must be systematically prepared. The Human Resources Empowerment Strategy aims to create human resources (teachers, employees and related stakeholders) who have competence in their fields of expertise, authority, and responsibility. This study aims to describe the strategy of empowering human resources in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Sedati, Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative research approach, the type of descriptive research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. As well as the validity of the data using source triangulation The results of this study explain that the empowerment of human resources is carried out through the following processes: (1) determining human resource needs (2) selecting human resources to be empowered (3) making clear configurations and rules (4) implementing, guidance or workshops (5 ) provide encouragement and motivation to always develop.   Keywords: Strategy, Human Resource Empowermen

    The desired leadership in Islamic education today is a reliable, trusted and able to actualize constructive changes. Leadership capable of transforming the character of the organization, providing changes and strategies, as well as being able to increase the potential of the individuals they lead, effectively managing resources and having the desire to be actively involved in the process of innovation and growth, and have the spirit to achieve and pursue success without dominated by materialism alone. The purpose of this study is to describe spiritual leadership in Islamic education. The results of this study explain that spiritual leadership not only makes the people they lead able to move according to their initial goals, but also provides a fresh vision, a shower for a solid and honest group conscience, and a feeling of belonging to one another. Leadership brings the worldly dimension to the spiritual dimension (divinity). Leaders of Islamic education should emulate spiritual leadership where leaders and their members do a job from the conscience, show the best, have good communication, and are responsible for the mandate carried out. Prophet Muhammad SAW is an educational leader who is an example of spiritual leadership for Islamic education, so that today's leaders are able to create superior and quality Islamic educational institutions

    Purpose- This study aims to present information about: 1). The problem of learning nahwu, and 2). The efforts of the Islamic scholars in simplifying the nahwu material to be more easily learned, especially for beginners and non-Arabic speakers.  Design/Methodology/Approach- This paper is a conceptual analysis using descriptive analysis methods. The data were obtained through library research.  Findings- It can be concluded that the main factor making nahwu material difficult to be learned is the philosophical and layered analysis of i'rab , while this practical analysis is considered not to make a lot of positive contributions in understanding a text, especially for being fluent in speaking Arabic.  Research  Limitation/Implications- Therefore, the solution is not to learn the theory âmil; theory of  illat tsawâni and tsawâlits; theory of qiyâs, and the theory of al-tamârîn al-muftaridhah particularly for novice students of non-Arabic speakers.  Keywords: Non-Arabic speakers, i’rab, âmil; ‘illat tsawâni, tsawâlits; qiyâs, al-tamârîn al-muftaridhah

    Objective- Reveal the strategies teachers use in improving Arabic communication skills among learners. This is important to do considering that the ability of students in Islamic boarding schools in Arabic is often not found a balance between ability in grammatical aspects and communication skills. Design / Methodology / Qualitative- Approach is used as a research method, this is because data and typical do not require statistical analysis. The research was carried out at the Daruttawhid Jambur Mandailing Natal Islamic Boarding School. The research informants were Arabic teachers and purposively selected learners. Data are collected by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies, the data that has been collected are analyzed interactively.  Findings- The results of the study found that to improve the communication skills of Arabic students at Daruttawhid Jambur Islamic boarding school, the use of Arabic does not only take place in the classroom, but the teacher also guides and directs students to make Arabic a communication tool in life in the Islamic boarding school environment. Keywords: Communication Skills, learning strategies, language activities. Teachers use communicative strategies in improving Arabic communication skills, namely making Arabic a communication tool in formal learning and daily life.  Research Limitations/Implications- Researchers have not conducted trials of the strategies used by Arabic teachers. Therefore, the next research or subsequent researchers can conduct studies on these aspects. The implication of the findings of this study is that the combination of grammatical knowledge that is the strength of pesantren can be balanced with the use of daily Arabic, so that students have communication skills

    Penerapan Metode Edutainment dalam Mengembangkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran SKI di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Ulum Kecamatan Waru

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan pengembangan keaktifan belajar siswa. Sebagai upaya peningkatan keaktifan siswa terutama dalam penerapan metode edutainment pada mata pelajaran SKI. Oleh karena itu, guru MTs Darul Ulum Waru menerapkan penerapan metode edutainment dalam pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa di MTs Darul Ulum waru sebagian sudah memiliki motivasi, aktif dan semangat dalam belajar SKI dan sebagian lainnya masih kurang dalam aktif belajar. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi aktifitas pada siswa tersebut terdapat pada dari diri sendiri, guru dan keluarga. Kemudian kendala siswa dalam belajar SKI di MTs Darul Ulum Waru disebabkan karena faktor eksternal yaitu waktu belajar sangat singkat, siswa tidak memperhatikan guru saat menerangkan, guru tidak sering menggunakan media pembelajaran. Selain itu juga upaya guru dalam memotivasi agar siswa semangat aktif belajar di MTs Darul Ulum Waru sudah ada seperti memberikan reward atau hadiah, memberikan hiburan atau permainan dan sebagainya

    Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mengenai manajemen pendidikan Islam pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Untuk mendeskripsikan data secara lebih mendalam, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi agar dapat mendeskripsikan data secara mendalam. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar Islam Surya Buana yang bertempat di Kota Malang. Peneliian ini memfokuskan pada tiga ruang lingkup manajemen pendidikan Islam, yaitu: manajemen kurikulum, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan manajemen keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam di SD Islam Surya Buana dapat dikategorikan baik dan telah sesuai dengan karakteristik dan prinsip dari manajemen pendidikan  Islam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kekurangan dan kendala yang ditemukan adalah pada manajemen keuangan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang belum optimal

    Kurikulum yang digunakan Sekolah Luar Biasa Bhakti Wiyata yang merupakan sekolah khusus adalah Kurikulum Nasional Untuk siswa ABK telah dimodifikasi untuk penerapannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan modifikasi kurikulum di Sekolah Luar Biasa Bhakti Wiyata. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa implementasi modifikasi kurikulum disajikan dalam bentuk Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) dan pelaksanaan modifikasi kurikulum dilakukan secara bertahap per-semester sesuai dengan pencapaian setiap peserta didik, pelaksanaan modifikasi kurikulum juga melibatkan kepala sekolah untuk mengarahkan dan guru pendamping khusus sebagai guru yang bertanggung jawab pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan diadakannya modifikasi kurikulum ini untuk memudahkan peserta didik dalam melakukan proses pembelajaranyang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemapuan yang mereka miliki. Pengembangan Kemampuan Bersosialisasi di SLB Bhakti Wiyata Bratang Binangun Surabaya sudah baik. Hasil yang nampak dalam pengembangan kemampuan bersosialisasi adalah dengan sikap siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang lebih terbuka terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, dapat saling mengenal dan menyapa baik ke guru, kepala sekolah maupun ke teman sebayanya dan kepribadian siswa dapat tertangani dengan baik. Guru pendamping khusus selalu melatih siswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam melakukan sosialisasi dengan cara bermain bersama teman, izin untuk meminjam barang kepada teman maupun ke guru atau kepala sekolah. Implementasi Modifikasi Kurikulum upaya pengembangan kemampuan bersosialisasi di SLB Bhakti Wiyata Surabaya dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai dengan perkembangan setiap peserta didik, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasi dilakukan dengan memberikan kegiatan berupa kegiatan kebersamaan yang dilakukan pada hari senin untuk kegiatan upacara dan hari jum’at untuk kegiatan senam

    Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan unsur terpenting dalam suatu lembaga, khususnya dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya pentingnya perencanaan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di suatu lembaga, dengan perencanaan yang baik dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan disuatu lembaga pendidikan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan sumber daya manusia  dalam meningkatkan mutu di sekolah SD Islam Al-Azhar 4 Kebayoran Lama. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan  menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang secara teknis pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, setelah data terkumpul, kemudian data diolah dan disajikan, adapun subjek penelitianya adalah sumber daya manusia SD Islam Al-Azhar 4 Kebayoran Lama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan  SDM  di  SD Islam Al-Azhar 4 Kebayoran Lama berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa perencanaan peningkatan mutu  yang  dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah   dalam   pelaksanaannya berlangsung secara baik dan harmonis dapat di lihat dari kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru Kelas maupun guru bidang studi yang ada di lingkungan SD Islam Al-Azhar 4 Kebayoran Lam
