This paper concludes that the language of the Qur\u27an contains symbols that can contribute to linguistics, which in turn produces linguistic theories and can be related to the context of mythical thinking caused by the symbols that appear in it. Classical interpretation has a tendency to reduce symbolic languages. In fact, there is confusing information and various kinds of arguments used to legalize what is haram are allowed for humanitarian reasons. Whereas something that is forbidden by the teachings of Islam, of course, has a lot of negativity, and on the contrary, what is legal must provide more benefits for human life. The results of this study conclude that although Islam normatively views women as noble and honorable creatures, there are interpretations of several Qur\u27anic verses about household leadership that are biased in partihiarchy and do not provide a portion of justice for women\u27s rights in the household. In line with the development of science, there are interpretations that have a more equal spirit regarding gender relations. No full textThis study discusses the paradigm of maqashidi interpretation of Friday prayers in the pandemic era. This research is a qualitative type that is taken through a literature study. The implementation of online Friday prayers is invalid. At least, this can be viewed from two aspects; First, aspects of the basic principles and objectives revealed by Islamic law (maqāṣid al-syarī\u27ah), in which maintaining the din al-Islam related to the subject of worship is manifested in worship models such as faith, shahada, prayer, zakat fasting and hajj, while maintaining sustainability soul and mind are the essence of \u27adat (adat) which is manifested by activities such as eating, drinking, clothing and shelter, to maintain the continuity of the human soul and mind. Keeping the prayers in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. become part of hifzu al-din (maintaining religion, so it is not appropriate if anyone tries to change the pattern of Friday prayers whose original law is one whole building. Islamic law has provided rukhsah for every Muslim who is obliged to pray Friday to replace it with the Zuhur prayer as many as four rakaat and there is no need to gather with the crowd when there are things that hinder it; Second, the aspect of Islamic jurisprudence. The research method developed is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach and an approach to the interpretation of the verses of the Al-Qur’an by using the maudu’i interpretation. In the Al-Qur’an parenting is divided into twa, namely parenting which is carried out by following the rules of the Al-Qur’an and Sunnah and Parenting that is not in accordance with the rules of the Al-Qur’an. Both of the these parenting styles will have an effect on children’s lives. Children who are raised with parenting in accordance with the provisions of the al-Qur’an and Sunnah will create children as soothing hearts and become jewelry. TAFSIR MAQĀSIDI UNTUK MAQĀSID AL-SHARI‘AH
No full textThis study discusses the pattern of maqāsidi interpretation which is positioned as the foundation in creating maqasid al-Shari\u27ah, which means that all benefits will lead to maqasid al-Qur\u27an. The method used in this research is library research based on several books and journals that examine the interpretation of maqasidi and its relationship with the creation of maqasid al-syari\u27ah. The study shows that maqasidi interpretation is a spirit in the interpretive process that moves dynamically along with human civilization to present universal moral ideals/al-maqasid al-`āmmah. This study also shows that as a method, maqasidi interpretation, requires a reconstruction of the interpretation of the Qur\u27an based on maqasid as a theory. The theory of maqasid shari\u27ah as a knife of analysis in a procedure which is then used to understand the Qur\u27an, resulting in a product that focuses its study on the values of the maqasid verses it interprets. Through this type of interpretation, the general objective of the Shari\u27ah to present maslahah and prevent the destruction of the world and the hereafter, can be realized. No full textThis paper aims to analyze the occurrence of marital rape or rape in marriage according to the view of the Qur\u27an. The term marital rape is used for an incident where a husband forcibly has sexual relations with his wife. It is called forcing because in having sexual relations the wife does not want it. Then the term became popular in Islamic studies which were discussed massively by progressive groups to find their theological legitimacy. This paper was written using Hasan Hanafi\u27s thematic interpretation study method by using the starting point from events to text (minal waqi\u27 ila an-Nash). The conclusion of this paper is that in Islam, especially in the Qur\u27an, there are no terms related explicitly to marital rape. Precisely with the existence of marriage, it signifies the validity of the social relationship between men and women in a way that is makruf and each is under the auspices of marriage rights.
