Theft is a crime that often occurs in society with various targets. The rampant theft that has occurred has caused unrest for the local community. Because, theft is not more or less done by the way the perpetrator of theft kills the victim so that his crime is not known to anyone. For this reason, handling is needed in overcoming this crime of theft by applying Islamic law so that the perpetrators are deterred and the community lives peacefully. The main issues that we will examine in this study are: Analyzing the punishment of cutting hands in theft contained in Qs. PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN PENDIDIKAN KELUARGA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER ANAK PERSPEKTIF ISLAM DALAM SURAT THAHA AYAT 132 DAN AL-HAJJ AYAT 41
This article discusses the influence of the family educational environment on the formation of a child\u27s character from an Islamic perspective. If a child is educated in a good and religious environment, then this will automatically have a good effect on his development and character formation. The author took several verses related to the title including Q. S. Thaha verse 132 and Q. S. al-Hajj verse 41 which explains that the family is the first source for children in basic teaching of the Islamic religion and the formation of a good character in accordance with Islamic religious rules. This article aims to find out what influence the family environment has on the formation of a child\u27s character within the scope of Islam. Methodology This research was carried out through library research and previous studies by reviewing research results that have been published in related journals in electronic media. The results of the literature study show that the family environment is very influential in character formation because it is the first and main place of education, both physically and psychologically. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research article is that the family educational environment influences the formation of a child\u27s character within the scope of Islam where children receive the main educational provisions, both general and religious, through the role of parents and the family educational environment

One that cannot be separated from language is text, which requires a series of reading tools to understand it, one of which is the theory of hermeneutics. This article aims to find out the thoughts of Schleiermacher and Dilthey as the originators of romantic hermeneutics and their application in hadith. This article is qualitative in nature with literature data related to Schleiermacher and Dilthey\u27s hermeneutical thinking and hadith about women\u27s leadership. TAFSIR INDONESIA (Studi Kritis atas Tafsir Basmalah karya Kyai Asmuni)
When the mufasir interprets Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm into a work of interpretation, the understanding and meaning produced is generally based on prayer and the relation of fā‘idah isti’ānah (asking for help like a servant to His Lord) usually other interpretations. This output is caused by the fact that basmalah is interpreted in its entirety, without specifying the interpretation of the sentences in it, or it may be detailed but not upproached with grammatical-arabic discourse. Slightly different from the interpretation carried out by Kyai Asmuni, it does not only focus on this but raises at least three scientific domains such as theology (al-’aqīdah), fiqh (al-h}ukm), and sufism (al-akhlāq). Even at the same time, this realm can also became an icon of its interpretation style and at the same time demarcate it from other interpretaions. Understanding and meaning of this religious trilogy was originally explored by the author through his meditation on the basics and bases such as writing lafal (kitābah), reading (qira‘at), language (lughah), syintax (nahwu), literature (balāghah), and logic (mantiq) in the context of reading “ba”, “ism”, jalalah “Allah” and “al-Rahman al-Rahim”. This study aims to determine the educational approach in analyzing gender. The research method uses qualitative research with a library approach. This paper aims to describe linguistic interpretation (tafsir lughawi) as a tool in understanding the language of the Koran and sources that can be used as references in the interpretation of the Koran. The types of linguistic interpretations obtained are interpretations with the i\u27rab Al-Quran approach, nahwu, morphology, sharaf, allegory (amtsal), munasabah, qira\u27ah. Linguistic interpretation can affect the theological, Sufistic, philosophical, and scientific sides. Linguistic interpretation is also not just understanding the verses of the Koran literally, and of course it can touch social and other aspects, so that the meaning of the verses of the Koran can be fully understood. PENAFSIRAN AYAT-AYAT PERBUATAN MANUSIA (Telaah Kitab Tafsir Al-Kasysyaf Karya al-Zamakhsary)
Humans are faced with various life choices. Choosing, wanting and living these choices is a common thing to do. However, whether human choices, wills and actions are sourced from themselves or are they all determined by the destiny of God, the creator of everything. This phrase will get different answers from some theological groups. Each has strong arguments and refutation of arguments that contradict each other. Of these groups, one of the most phenomenal is the rationalist Mu\u27tazilah group. Al-Zamakhsyari was one of the great figures of the Mu\u27tazilah. Tafsir Al-Kasysyaf is the work of al-Zamakhsyari who has contributed greatly to the understandings of the Mu\u27tazilah, including their understanding of the concept of human action. This area will be discussed in this article. The author takes several crucial verses about the concept of human action, then analyzes al-Zamakhsyari\u27s interpretation of these verses followed by comments or opinions of the interpreters after al-Zamakhsyari\u27s life. Al-Zamakhsyari\u27s efforts in defending his ideology through the interpretation of the verses of the Qur\u27an become an interesting study that will be discussed in this paper. Al-Zamakhsyari does this by making additions or interpretations that can attract the editor of the verse to agree with his ideology. TRANSFER BUDAYA DAN IDEOLOGIS DALAM TERJEMAHAN THE HOLY QORAN
This article aims to elaborate on the occurrence of cultural and ideological transfers from the translation of the interpretation of the Qur’an written by the Lahore Ahmadiyya figure, Maulana Mohammad Ali. The translation of the work of Tafsir Al-Qur’an is very much done from both Arabic and English Tafsir. The translation of The Holy Qur’an is the first translation of the Qur’anic interpretation carried out in Indonesia. HOS Tjokroaminoto as the translator of the work and part of the translation was published in 1928 with a preface from Haji Agus Salim. However, the translation project had to be stopped due to opposition from Muhammadiyah during the Sarekat Islam Congress in 1927. This translation was continued by A. Aziz and completed in 1939 but was not allowed to be published. Then in 1959 the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia gave permission to publish a Javanese edition translated by R. Ng. H. Minhadjurrahman Djayasugita and Mufti Sharif. As for the Indonesian edition, it has just been published in its entirety from the translation of H.M Bachrun in 1978 from a revised edition which has been published several times until now. This article is written using the theory of Skopos J. Vermeer which looks at the purpose of the translation and the target audience by tracing the process of translating The Holy Qur’an Maulana Mohammad Ali, the model used and the results of the translation. Skopos looks at the resulting impact (impact based research) rather than analyzing the text, although to prove Skopos this is unavoidable. This article concludes that the aim of the translator is to present a translated edition of The Holy Qur’an so that Indonesian readers can find out the works of interpretation of the Qur’an from educated Muslim figures from India who have good intellectual capacity in presenting an understanding of the Qur’an.
