INTERAKSI TRADISI LOKAL DAN AL-QUR’AN: Studi Kasus Tradisi Tarkam di Kelurahan Neroktog, Kecamatan Pinang, Kota Tangerang
The Tarkam tradition in the Neroktog community is one form of religious practice that demonstrates how the Qur\u27an lives within the social life of the community. This tradition involves the recitation of the Qur\u27an alternately for seven days and seven nights as a form of respect and prayer for the deceased. This study aims to analyze the Tarkam tradition from the perspective of the living Qur\u27an and to identify the religious, social, and cultural values contained within it. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach with interviews and participatory observation of the Neroktog community. The results show that the Tarkam tradition is not just a ritual, but also a means to maintain social harmony, strengthen community solidarity, and deepen the understanding of Islamic teachings. Furthermore, the study finds that this tradition is grounded in Islamic teachings, as evidenced by various hadiths that encourage prayer for the deceased. Additionally, the differing views of scholars regarding communal Qur\u27an recitation are discussed, reflecting the dynamics of religious practice within the community. The Tarkam tradition contributes to maintaining Islamic values and implementing the teachings of the Qur\u27an in community life. Thus, this study shows how local traditions can be a means to revive the teachings of the Qur\u27an and strengthen the spiritual bond between the living and the deceased
MODAL SOSIAL MASJID UNTUK PEMBERDAYAAN KEUMATAN
Social capital collected through the mosque instrument can be used as a source of community empowerment efforts. The mosque is not only positioned as a place to carry out ritual activities of devotion but is also intended for managing community issues related to the interests of the community\u27s livelihood, as well as the interest in analyzing the extent of the strengths and weaknesses of the community in responding to various social situations that surround it. Through the concept of social capital, it was found that the social strength of the community is not only born and arises from external encouragement, but more than that, it arises and is motivated by the traditions and teachings of Islam itself. In fact, this internal encouragement is quite strong because it is based on ideological motivation. Through regulatory support, economic centers and community empowerment can be specifically diverted and managed by the mosque as the vanguard. PENGARUH PEMIKIRAN DAN PENAFSIRAN AYAT PENDIDIKAN OLEH BUYA HAMKA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI INDONESIA
Buya Hamka, or Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, is a revolutionary figure in Islamic education in Indonesia. His progressive thoughts blend traditional Islamic values with modern ideas, creating a new educational paradigm relevant to contemporary developments. This study examines the influence of Buya Hamka\u27s thoughts and interpretations of educational verses in the Quran on the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Through "Tafsir Al-Azhar," Buya Hamka offers contextual interpretations that integrate traditional Islamic values with modern thought, establishing an educational paradigm pertinent to the times. This research employs qualitative analysis methods with book research for data collection. The findings reveal several implications of Hamka\u27s interpretations for Islamic education in Indonesia, including implications for the nature of education, which is not merely focused on the transfer of knowledge, character education theory, and the ultimate goals of education. This study aims to explain: How is local wisdom in the book Tarjuman al-Mustafid by Abdul Rauf al-Singkili. This study used a descriptive method of analysis. The results showed that: Abdul Rauf Singkel the first tafsir scholar in the archipelago in the 17th century, evidenced by his tafsir work Tarjuman al-Mustafid. This Tafsir is written in full 30 Juz al-Qur\u27an with Malay Arabic script. This study aims to explain about Family Education in the Perspective of the Qur\u27an (Sura Luqman Verses 12-19). The background of this study is the existence of a letter in the Qur\u27an which contains various ways of educating children to become human beings with noble character. The method used in this research is library research. The approach used is a descriptive analysis approach, which is an approach used to collect data and information with various materials found in the library, such as books and articles. The results of this study are that in Luqman\u27s letter there are educational materials that can be applied by parents in the family, teachers in schools, and individuals in the community. The conclusion from family education in the perspective of the Qur\u27an consists of aqidah, shari\u27ah and morals education. The aspect of aqidah (faith) is the teaching of monotheism. The Islamic view that the body is the structure of a Muslim\u27s personality. Islam is a perfect religion. Education is an important component in efforts to penetrate and transform human consciousness, attitudes and behavior. This paper aims to examine the nature of tarbiyah and taklim in the verses of the Koran. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a library study approach.
