KECERDASAN GENDER DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN POLITIK PERSPEKTIF AL-QURAN
The conclusion of this article is that the formulation of the concept of gender intelligence in political leadership contains ideas and inspirations to be implemented in managing political power. The formulation of gender intelligence consists of four aspects: First, The ability of leaders to understand the equality of political rights of men and women in the scope of political power. Second, The ability of leaders to apply male and female thinking tendencies in managing political power.Third, The ability of leaders to apply male and female thinking tendencies in managing political power. Fourth, The ability of leaders to apply models of emotional regulation in managing political power. The representation of a gender-intelligent leader is characterized by the ability to balance femininity and masculinity, bringing the worldly dimension to the spiritual dimension (Divinity). So that leaders are able to arouse, influence and move through exemplary behavior, service, compassion, to achieve political goals
Perilaku Komunikasi Hiperpersonal Pasangan Muslim pada Online Cinta
The study of hyperpersonal communication behavior of Muslim couples through online love comes from observing the phenomenon of the activities of internet users of different sexes who interact socially, intensely, romance, even intimate even though they are not married. Despite the prohibition of Islamic religion about dating, problems have been found, that chat rooms on Facebook and Whastapp have indicated that love relationships are easier and more open than real life, often without barriers or religious norms, social status, education, physical differences, state , marital status, and age. In addition, online love has made it easy for people to find a partner (jodo), whether religious or not, can be used as an affair media for couples whose marital life is in disarray, and a media for disloyal acts to their partners. The approach used is Social Hermeneutics, Hyperpersonal Communication theory and the concept of Islamic relations. The methodology used by the communication mediated computer (CMC) method through online interviews of online couples in love in various characteristics and patterns of interaction or communication The results of the study suggest that in hyper-personal communication, Muslim couples through cyberlovers on Facebook and Watsapp construct self-presentation, self-attribution, and communication intensification. to his partner. These Muslim couples can play a role as selective senders, but they lack control over non-religious communication. As recipients, couples are less able to be balancing and adjusting their communication. In the channel, the pairs communicate asynchronously and synchronously where the informants send each other "intensive messages" or continuously without space and time. However, the nature of this online couple\u27s relationship is not in accordance with the ta\u27aruf, khitbah and ghasiyah nau frame contained in Islamic values
TRADISI MEMBAWA MUSHAF SAAT SHALAT TAHAJUD DAN DHUHABERJAMAAH: STUDI LIVING HADIS DI PPTQ DARUSSALAM JOMBANG
Penelitian ini menganalisis fenomena tradisi membawa mushaf saat shalat sunnah tahajud dan dhuha secara berjamaah di pondok pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Darussalam Jombang. Praktik demikian memiliki keunikan yang barangkali tidak terjadi di pesantren-pesantren lain. Sebab tradisi demikian memiliki tujuan tertentu yaitu para santri yang menjadi makmum diwajibkan membawa mushaf Al-Qur’an untuk menyimak hafalan Al-Qur’an yang dibaca imam dengan menggunakan maqra’ setengah juz. Menyimak hafalan imam dengan menggunakan mushaf bisa membantu meningkatkan kekhusyu’an dalam beribadah. Adapun bagi santri yang belum menghafalkan maupun yang belum mengkhatamkan hafalan Al-Qur’an, hal ini dapat membantu memudahkan proses yang sedang dijalani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi, observasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan teori fenomenologi Alfred Schutz yang memahami sebuah fenomena memiliki dua motiv, yakni because motive dan in order to motive (tujuan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tradisi membawa mushaf saat shalat berjamaah di PPTQ Darussalam adalah sebagai bentuk upaya kiai mendawamkan tradisi yang pernah diajarkan di pondoknya. The Application of Islamic Legal Maxim of Blocking Evils is Precedenced than Taking Benefits in Cryptocurrency Market: Evidence from Treynor and Jensen Method
This practical analysis and investigated research of the performing cryptocurrency investment during the January 2019-September 2021 period. This study is evaluating five cryptocurrencies within global Cryptocurencies market. Treynor and Jensen Index are utilized to measure each cryptocurrencies operation in the crypto currencies market. Moreover, the analysis of Islamic Legal maxim of blocking evils is precedenced than taking benefits in Cryptocurrency Market is applied. The Treynor and Jensen Index analysis approach is used to evaluate performance among the five cryptocurrencies, namely; Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), Tether (USDT) and Cardano (ADA . The results of Treynor index indicate cryptocurrencies, namely; Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA) assets carried the has a positive value means the performance of cryptocurrency is good as compare other Cryptocurrencies. However, the results of Jensen index show the four crypto assets, namely; Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Cardano (ADA) have a negative Jensen value, these indicates the cryptocurrencies have low returns. The finding of the result from the analysis of the of Islamic Legal maxim of preventing evils is better than attracting benefits suggest to avoid cryptocurrency investment is priority rather than taking benefit from cryptocurrency investmen
Islamic Ethics in Medical Device Business During The Covid-19 Pandemic
This study aims to examine ethical values from the point of view of Islamic religious teachings in the medical device business during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this case, three major discussions were carried out, namely reviewing Islamic ethical standards in business in a special situation, describing medical device business practices that are not by Islamic ethics in reality, and Islamic criticism of these practices. The results of the study explain that there are violations that are not by Islamic business ethics in the medical device business during this pandemic. And there is a proposed solution to overcome this, namely, the related producers better collaborate with the government so that distribution in the market is more secure. And the government is also expected to maintain confidence in managing the needs of the community in a crisis like this. As is done in the United States by giving production rights to private entrepreneurs, distribution is determined by the government to maintain prices and distribute evenly to the community
An Ethnographic Study of Consumption, Saving, and Investment Patterns of Minang Millennial Parents in Jakarta with Islamic Wealth Management Perspective
The purpose of this study is to see how the opinion of the Minang ethnic group of parents in Jakarta regarding Islamic wealth management related to consumption, saving and investment patterns. The Minang ethnic community, which has a philosophy of traditional life, adat basandi syara- syara basandi kitabullah (Yoserizal, 2018) means that customs are side by side with sharia. sharia is side by side with the book of Allah (al-Quran) and is also known as an ethnic group that is hardworking, good at trading, likes to migrate, and also closely holds religious values. Assets in the view of Islam are a mandate and must be maintained and managed as well as possible for the benefit of themselves, their families, and others through zakat, infaq, shodaqo, and waqf. The millennial generation lives in an era of rapid information flow, in several studies shows that the largest income earned is used for consumptive activities, compared to storage and investment options. This research is a type of qualitative research using an ethnographic study approach. There are 8 respondents, they are Minang ethnic who was born in the millennial era, already have children, and live in Jakarta. The results show that the pattern of financial regulation of the ethnic Minang millennium has philosophical values of Minang customs which are adat basandi syara-syara basandi kitabullah, this is in line with the pattern of Islamic Wealth Finance, such as obtaining halal assets and goods for getting blessings in personal and household life. Regarding the allocation of Ziswaf (zakat, infaq, alms and waqf) in an effort to purify property, some respondents have budgeted regularly and some do it spontaneously. This is in accordance with the Minang saying, anak ikan dimakan ikan, gadang ditabek anak tenggiri. Ameh bukan perakpun bukan, budi saketek rang haragoi which means that we are on good terms not because of wealth but because of kindness. Respondents also believe that in regulating consumption patterns, parents must set a priority scale. The goal is to manage family finances so that it goes according to what the family expects. This is in line with the Minang saying,katiko ado ditahan Lah tak ado baru dimakan which means that if there is a saying that violates wasting, it should be stored and removed if necessary
Rule Of Reason dan Perse Ilegal dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi Syariah Perspektif Hukum pada Koperasi Syariah di Indonesia
This research aims to analyze the resolution of Sharia economic disputes in Sharia cooperatives using a contemporary Islamic legal approach, specifically through the Rule of Reason and Per Se Illegal approaches. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study of several Sharia cooperatives in Indonesia. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant parties and analysis of documents related to the resolution of Sharia economic disputes. The findings indicate that common dispute resolution mechanisms used by Sharia cooperatives include consultation, mediation, and arbitration, with the Rule of Reason and Per Se Illegal principles serving as the legal analysis foundation. The Sharia Supervisory Board plays a significant role in ensuring compliance with Sharia principles in dispute resolution. However, there are some gaps in the implementation of dispute resolution, particularly in the application of fairness and balance principles. These gaps highlight the need for improvements and enhancements in the implementation of Sharia economic dispute resolution in Sharia cooperatives, taking into account the Rule of Reason and Per Se Illegal principles. This research provides insights into the practices and implementation of Sharia economic dispute resolution relevant to the needs and context of Sharia cooperatives in Indonesia, with a focus on the Rule of Reason and Per Se Illegal approaches in legal analysis. The research findings can serve as a basis for more effective policy-making in enhancing the resolution of Sharia economic disputes in Sharia cooperatives, considering contemporary Islamic legal aspects
Tinjauan Shopeepay Later dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah: Studi Fenomenologi di Kota Bekasi
This study aims to analyze the usage of Shopeepay Later from the perspective of Islamic economics law using a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through a survey using a Likert scale from 51 respondents who are users of Shopeepay Later. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents have a positive view of Shopeepay Later because it is considered advantageous for installment payments without charging interest or usury. Transparency of information and payment terms also received appreciation from the users. However, there are challenges related to understanding and implementing Islamic economic principles, as well as criticisms regarding the late payment sanctions. The recommendation of this study is for Shopeepay Later to reconsider its sanction policy and explore alternative approaches that align better with Islamic economic principles, thereby supporting the development of Islamic economics and providing services that better align with users\u27 expectations from the perspective of Islamic economics law. This study provides in-depth insights into the perspectives and experiences of users regarding Shopeepay Later in the context of Islamic economics law and its implications for the development of technology-based services
IMPLEMENTASI GERAKAN KELUARGA SAKINAH SESUAI KEPUTUSAN MENTERI NOMOR 3 TAHUN 1999: Studi Kasus di Desa Pucakwangi Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi konsep keluarga sakinah perspektif Keputusan Menteri Agama nomor 3 tahun 1999 tentang Pembinaan Gerakan Keluarga Sakinah di Desa Pucakwangi Lamongan. Penelitian ini bersifat perspektif dengan teknik observasi terstruktur pada masyarakat dengan pendekatan analisis normatif–yuridis hukum Islam serta menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat terhadap ayat-ayat Alquran beserta tafsirnya. Sementara pendekatan yuridis yang digunakan yakni menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 3 Tahun 1999 tentang Pembinaan Gerakan Keluarga Sakinah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Pucakwangi masih memiliki pemahaman yang sangat sederhana pada konsep keluarga sakinah, namun masyarakat desa memiliki keinginan untuk tetap mewujudkannya sesuai dengan pemahaman mereka
Review Peran Notaris dalam Pembagian Harta Gono Gini pada Proses Perceraian
Peran notaris sangat penting dalam setiap perjanjian, tidak terkecuali pembagian harta gono gini pada kasus perceraian. Sejauh mana peran notaris menjadi tujuan penelitian ini termasuk menganalisis pandangan hukum Islam dan hukum positif terkait pembagian harta gono-gini ini. Hukum normatif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan dimana peneliti menggunakan deskriptif analisis komparatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembagian harta bersama (gono gini) dibagi dua sama rata diantara suami istri. Menurut para notaris, dalam hal tuntunan agama Islam sebagaimana pedoman KHI Pasal 97 pembagian harta bersama pada kasus perceraian mengedepankan cara perdamaian (musyawarah). Berdasarkan pandangan tersebut, sesungguhnya harta bersama bisa ditelusuri dalam hukum Islam, baik itu melalui konsep syirkah maupun berdasarkan kehendak hukum Islam itu. Selain itu, menurut para notaris bila melihat pandangan hukum positif tentu akan merujuk kepada UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 pasal 37 dan KUH Perdata pasal 128-129 yang menegaskan bahwa apabila terjadi perceraian, maka harta bersama itu dibagi dua antara suami-istri sepanjang para pihak tidak menentukan lain maka diatur menurut hukumnya masing-masing
