Penerapan Metode Diskusi Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar di SD Muhammadiyah 01 Babat
The research carried out was Classroom Action Research. The purpose of conducting this classroom action research is to improve and improve the practice that should be done by the teacher. The average score of learning outcomes in the initial reflection I reached 68.39 Of the 31 students in the high school class of SDM 01 Babat students were able to achieve scores in accordance with the KKM. Thus classical completeness was only achieved as much as 54.84%. Referring to these results, the average learning outcomes, absorption and classical learning completeness have not met the predetermined targets. Therefore, learning outcomes can be improved through the application of the discussion method in the learning process. Because the observation results of cycle 1 and cycle 2 can state that the discussion method can improve learning outcomes in students of SDM 01 Babat. Because of the increase in reflection in cycle II by 70% with an average student learning outcome of 81.29 so that it can be said to be successful.Penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tujuan melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan dan memperbaiki praktek yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh guru. Rata-rata skor hasil belajar pada refleksi awal I mencapai 68,39 Dari 31 orang siswa di kelas tinggi SDM 01 Babat siswa mampu mencapai nilai sesuai dengan KKM. Dengan demikian ketuntasan klasikal baru tercapai sebsar 54,84%. Mengacu pada hasil tersebut, maka rata-rata hasil belajar, daya serap dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal belum memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh Karena itu hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan metode diskusi dalam proses pembelajaran. Karena hasil observasi siklus 1 dan siklus 2 dapat menyatakan bahwa metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa SDM 01 Babat. Karena adanya peningkatan dalam refleksi pada siklus II sebesar 70% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 81,29 sehingga dapat di katakan berhasi
Kebutuhan Bahan Ajar Digital Berbasis Studi Kasus di Perguruan Tinggi; Upaya Implementasi Merdeka Belajar
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bahan ajar digital berbasis studi kasus di perguruan tinggi sebagai upaya untuk mengimplementasikan merdeka belajar di Indonesia. Kemampuan analisa kasus yang dilakukan dapat membantu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir mahasiswa untuk mencapai kemerdekaan berpikir. Penelitian dilakukan pada mata kuliah Dasar-dasar Imu Pendidikan sebagai mata kuliah wajib di Perguruan Tinggi Lembaga Penghasil Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK). Bahan ajar telah tersedia dalam bentuk cetak dan digital namun bagaimana kebutuhan bahan ajar yang berbasis studi kasus? Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mix metode. Mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Dasar-dasar Ilmu Pendidikan dimintai mengisi angket dan diwawancarai terkait kebutuhan terhadap bahan ajar berbasis studi kasus. Data tersebut dianalisis teknik analisis data deskriptif dan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar digital berbasis studi kasus. Bahan ajar berbasis studi kasus ini direkomendasikan juga untuk dikembangkan pada mata kuliah lain sebagai upaya mencapai kemerdekaan berpikir
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Berbantuan Moodle untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berfikir Kritis Siswa
Global challenges and competition require quality human resources to compete in society with 21st-century skills. Critical thinking skills are competencies to be able to solve problems needed to answer a challenge in the present as well as challenges in the future. The application of learning models is very influential in triggering critical thinking, one of which is the discovery learning model. The discovery learning model assisted by the Moodle platform helps students get the distribution of the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' critical thinking skills by applying the Moodle-assisted discovery learning model in the biology learning activities of the immune system. This research is a quantitative research using a quasi-experimental method. The results of the N-Gain test get the N-Gain value of the experimental class more significant than the control class. Students' critical thinking skills are significant before and after using the Moodle-assisted discovery learning model.Tantangan dan persaingan global mengharuskan sumber daya manusia memiliki kualitas agar dapat bersaing di masyarakat dengan memiliki keterampilan abad ke 21. Ketrampilan berfikir kritis adalah suatu kompetensi untuk dapat memecahkan masalah yang dibutuhkan untuk menjawab sebuah tantangan di masa kini maupun tantangan dimasa depan. Penerapan model pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh dalam memicu daya berpikir kritis, salah satunya dengan model discovery learning. Model pembelajaran discovery learning yang dibantu dengan platform Moodle membantu siswa mendapatkan distribusi materi yang diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menerapkan model dicovery learning berbantuan moodle dalam kegiatan pembelajaran biologi materi sistem imun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi experiment. Hasil dengan uji N-Gain mendapatkan nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari pada kelas kontrol. Terjadi signifikansi pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning berbantuan moodle
Penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui pendidikan ips di SD 05 Baringin
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of character education in the social studies education of SDNI05 BaringinIand to explore the facilitators and hindrances in the process of character building of students. This research is qualitative research. The results are as follows: (1) Character education is carried out through curricular activities and extracurricular activities. (2) Implement character education and social studies instruction in learning spaces from teacher preparation to classroom conditioning including arriving at school on time to shake hands and I recite the Quran. including opening and closing classes. (3) Most sociology teachers adopt the classroom teaching method in character education teaching which does not maximize students' iresponseItoIthe implementation of character education. I(4) Factors conducive to the implementation of character education in which the principles taught in every classroom Capcentrian values of school culture and the support and foundation of principals and teachers.Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD 05 Baringin dan menemukan factor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan wawancara. (1) Pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler (2) Pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran IPS Dimulai dengan persiapan guru Belajar tentang kebiasaan kelas seperti datang tepat waktu (3) Metode yang digunakan oleh guru IPS dalam memberikan pendidikan karakter. Sebagian besar masih menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga siswa merespon pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter.(4) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan Pendidikan Pembelajaran IPS ditandai dengan adanya tata tertib yang ditampilkan disetiap kelas, budaya sekolah, Inilai-nilai,dan dukungan instruktur di sekolah. Guru dan diantara disinsentif antara lain: sarana dan prasarana, dana,program, buku, dan dukungan untuk pendidikan empat huruf.

Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogi Guru dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Menyenangkan Berbasis Digital melalui Pelatihan
The high dropout rate is one of the problems that is very urgent to find a solution. Efforts are made to provide training to teachers to improve teachers' pedagogical competence in order to manage fun learning and motivate students so as to minimize the dropout rate. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explain how the effect of training can improve teachers' pedagogical competence and produce fun learning. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative which in this paper shows the comparison of pre-test and post-test results. Data was obtained using a questionnaire instrument. The results of data processing show that there is a difference in the results of the pretest and posttest after attending training on teacher pedagogical competence in managing technology-based fun learning. This means that there is an effect of training on improving teacher competence and teacher ability in creating fun learning. For this reason, teachers need to be given training in order to improve the necessary competencies.Tingginya angka putus sekolah merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sangat yrgen untuk dicarikan solusinya. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru agar dapat mengelola pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan memotivasi peserta didik sehingga mampu meminimalisir angka putus sekolah. Untuk itu tujuan dari tulisan ini untuk menerangkan bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru dan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang menyenagkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif deskriptif yang mana pada tulisan ini diltampilkan perbandingan hasil pre test dan post test. Data diperoleh menggunakan insrumen angket. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan jasil dari pretest dan postest setelah mengikuti pelatihan tentang kompetensi pedagogi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang menyenangkan berbasis teknologi. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap peningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kemampuan guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenagkan. Untuk itulah guru perlu diberi pelatihan agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi yang diperluka
Perbandingan Efektivitas Model STAD, TGT, DAN TTW Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa
In recent years, interest in exploring the effectiveness of different cooperative learning models in promoting science learning outcomes for high school students has been increasing. The three most studied models are STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions), TGT (Teams-Games-Tournaments), and TTW (Think-Talk-Write). The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the STAD, TGT, and TTW models on science learning outcomes of class VII students in junior high school. The research method was an experimental study with a comparative design. The results showed a significant difference in science learning outcomes among students taught using the three cooperative learning models. The TGT and TTW models did not show a significant difference in learning outcomes, although the TGT model showed better learning outcomes than the STAD and TTW models. This study also highlights the importance of considering specific learning objectives and student characteristics when selecting and adapting cooperative learning models. While the TTW and TGT models can be effective alternatives to the STAD model in improving science learning outcomes for junior high school students, further research is needed to explore the long-term effectiveness and generalizability of these models in different context

STEAM Approach With Loose Parts Learning Materials In The Early Childhood Education
The development of a very fast and competitive era demands the readiness of high quality and tough human resources. The use of the STEAM approach with Loose Parts learning materials is one of the unique learning at this institution, where the institution incorporates elements of local wisdom in STEAM and Loose Parts. The purpose of this study was to determine the institution's strategy in providing learning media used in implementing the Hauriyah Halum Integrated STEAM PAUD approach. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques and data interpretation were carried out including; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Socioemotional competencies and behaviour management at school: An exploratory socio-educational intervention
Socioemotional competencies are based on self-knowledge, self-regulation, social awareness, relational skills and responsible decision-making, presenting a close relationship with the efficient management of behaviours in the classroom. In collaboration with 3 schools in the interior of Portugal, an exploratory socio-educational intervention project was developed over a period of 3 months, with the purpose of promoting the socioemotional competencies of 41 primary school children, as a basis for building classroom behaviour management strategies that would facilitate the teachers’ educational action. The intervention involved a process based on collaborative work between teachers, psychologists and educologists, having been able to produce 8 activities that promote socioemotional competencies. Ethnographic procedures, namely, the use of participant observation, field notes and informal interviews, were used to produce scientifically valid and socially useful knowledge. The results show that each activity works on more than one socioemotional skill. The data allowed to outline 6 efficient strategies to manage classroom behaviour. This exploratory project, besides contributing to enriching the educational project of these schools, proved to be a production of knowledge capable of contributing to filling the gap in terms of guidelines for socioemotional education in Portugal based on field evidence
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Guru SD
This study aims to investigate the extent of the effects of principals’ transformational leadership in terms of teachers’ perception, work motivation, and discipline on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency. This research is a type of non-experimental quantitative approach, The subjects were teachers in the Unit Yandik Godean districts, teachers involved in the study were 173 persons. The descriptive results of the study show that principals’ transformational leadership is in the high category with a mean of 3.44, teachers’ work motivation is 3.46, teachers’ discipline is 3.36, and teachers’ career development is 2.94. The results of the regression analysis show that principals’ transformational leadership has a significant effect of 18,1% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development, teachers’ work motivation has a significant effect of 7,9% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development, and teachers’ discipline has a significant effect of 8,4% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development. The results of the analysis show that principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ work motivation, and teachers’ discipline as an aggregate have a significant positive effect of 24,8%, indicated by the statistical test showing F = 19,955 (p < 0.05), on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Territory.This study aims to investigate the extent of the effects of principals’ transformational leadership in terms of teachers’ perception, work motivation, and discipline on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency.
