    Analisis Dampak Kecanduan Judi Online (Slot) Terhadap Keharmonisan Keluarga : Studi Kasus Kepala Keluarga Desa Bunga Tanjung

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of online gambling addiction (slots) on family harmony. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study approach, five heads of households in Bunga Tanjung Village, known to experience online slot gambling addiction, were examined. The results showed that the higher the online game addiction among family members, the greater the negative impact on family harmony. The main impact includes reduced interaction and communication within the family, loss of the head-of the family’s role, development of long-term conflicts, and damage to family welfare. The study concludes that online gambling addiction has a significant impact on decreasing the quality of family harmony. Solutions include the prevention and treatment efforts through socialization, counseling, rehabilitation, and social support to aid affected families to recoverTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak kecanduan  judi online (slot) terhadap keharmonisan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan  studi kasus kualitatif pada lima kepala rumah tangga di Desa Bunga Tanjung yang diketahui mengalami kecanduan judi slot online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi  kecanduan game online anggota keluarga, maka semakin besar pula dampak negatifnya terhadap keharmonisan keluarga. Dampak utamanya antara lain berkurangnya interaksi dan komunikasi dalam keluarga, hilangnya peran kepala keluarga, berkembangnya konflik jangka panjang, dan rusaknya kesejahteraan keluarga. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kecanduan judi online berdampak signifikan terhadap menurunnya kualitas keharmonisan keluarga. Solusi yang diberikan antara lain perlunya upaya pencegahan dan pengobatan melalui sosialisasi, konseling, rehabilitasi, dan dukungan sosial untuk membantu keluarga yang terkena dampak pulih dari masalah ini

    The importance of innovation in early childhood learning emphasizes the need for a responsive approach to local cultural riches and values. The local wisdom approach emerges as a promising paradigm, creating space for innovation that has a positive impact on learning management. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze and offer learning innovation solutions through a local wisdom approach in a management context. The research method used is literature study, through collecting library data originating from articles, journals, electronic books and relevant document data related to the research focus. The data analysis process was carried out using descriptive methods to analyze the material collected. The research results show that innovative learning with local wisdom creates an interesting learning environment and supports children's development by enriching their experience of local values ​​and traditions. Innovative activities include learning methods, creative management, material development, and local community empowerment

    “Pemerintah sekarang secara aktif mengupayakan pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi. Dalam hal meningkatkan pendidikan, pemerintah bukanlah satu-satunya pemain. Bisnis, sekolah, dan masyarakat juga ikut berperan untuk membuat perubahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan rangkuman tingkat tinggi tentang relevansi inisiatif untuk meningkatkan sistem pendidikan Indonesia, yang sering kali dianggap berkualitas rendah. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan studi literatur. Survei literatur termasuk buku dan majalah menyediakan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyebab rendahnya standar pendidikan din Idonesia dan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkannya. Guru perlu mengambil bagian dalam program pengembangan profesional jika mereka ingin meningkatkan standar pembelajaran siswa dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang substansial. Dalam hal memenuhi tuntutan standar kualitas metode yang optimal, dinas pendidikan berperan dalam memberikan bimbingan, pengawasan, dan kepemimpinan.

    Evaluation of Christian Religious Education (CRE) Learning Through a Contextual Approach: A Review of the Implementation of CTL at SMTK Gloria Sentani

    The objective of this research is to evaluate the existence of the core elements of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) method implemented at SMTK Gloria Sentani, along with the impact felt by students if it is not applied inclusively and holistically. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a thematic approach. To validate the data, the researcher applied data triangulation sourced from interviews, observations, and document reviews. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied the Miles and Huberman method, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and analysis. The analysis focuses on the existence and absence of the 5 core elements in the CTL method, which include relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring. The results obtained from this research indicate that 3 elements—experiencing, applying, and transferring—are not included, whereas relating and cooperating are included. The impact felt when the CTL elements are not applied holistically is that students do not think creatively and innovatively, do not think critically, and learning outcomes tend not to be achieved. The t fundamental reason for not implementing the CTL method inclusively and holistically is the factor of  readiness to learn and students’ background

    The Influence of Principal Leadership and School Climate on Junior High School Teacher Performance

    This research was conducted based on the fact that there is a school located in isolated area with high performance teacher. Teacher performance influenced by school environment, the way principal lead, work motivation, and incentive. The purpose of this research is generally carried out to determine the influence of principal leadership and school climate on teacher performance. Specifically, this research aims to describe the reason of these variables can affect teacher performance. The method of this research was a quantitative, which used quantitative descriptive method to describe the result. The data was collected by 26 teachers at SMP YPPK Santo Don Bosco Fak Fak. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data validation as a review to see the validity of the data. The results of the study obtained data, and it’s indicated that (1) principal leadership has a significant role in improving teacher performance, (2) school climate has significant effect on teacher performance, and (3) principal leadership and work motivation have a synergistic effect on teacher performance at SMP YPPK Santo Don Bosco Fak Fak

    Dari Paideia Yunani Kuno Ke Merdeka Belajar Indonesia: Sebuah Kajian Komparatif Filsafat Pendidikan

    This study conducts a comparative analysis between the concept of Paideia education in Ancient Greek civilization and the idea of Merdeka Belajar promoted by the current Indonesian Government. Paideia, which comes from the Greek language, is a holistic education system that aims to form a complete citizen and become a good and wise human being. Meanwhile, Merdeka Belajar is an education policy that emphasizes freedom of learning, creativity, and independence of students. Through a philosophical approach, this research explores the similarities and differences between the two concepts, as well as their implications for educational practice in Indonesia. The findings show that despite differences in historical and cultural contexts, the two concepts share a common thread, namely prioritizing character building and the development of individual potential as a whole. However, Merdeka Belajar tends to focus more on aspects of freedom and creativity, while Paideia emphasizes the formation of good citizens.     The study aimed to improve the learning outcomes on the Topic 3 “Objects Around Me” for third-grade students at SDN Gondek using a direct method. Class Action Research (PTK) was conducted over four cycles, including observation, testing, and questionnaires as data collection tools. Early observations indicated students’ difficulty in understanding the material, and this became the basis for using direct methods for improvement. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, evaluation, and reflection. Student learning outcome data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, presented in graphical, tabular, and descriptive formats. The research results showed that students' learning outcomes improved significantly following the implementation of the direct method. The study concludes that it positively contributes to the improvement of students' understanding of the topic. Moreover, the study also provides the groundwork for further research on the development of learning methods aimed to improve the quality of primary education.This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of book topic 3 “Objects around me” of third grade students at SDN Gondek using a direct method.     Studi Literatur: Peran Guru Penggerak Dalam Rangka Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Nasional

    This research aims to describe the role of driving teachers in efforts to improve the quality of national education. The method used is a literature review study method from 12 sources consisting of 3 books and 9 journals from Google Play Books, Google Scholar, and Research Gate using the keywords "quality of education" and "motivating teachers". The results of the literature study show that Indonesian education is still haunted by several problems that affect the quality of national education. This problem is divided into two scopes, namely macro and micro scope. The causes of the low quality of education in Indonesia include three factors, such as an education system that is not running optimally, a curriculum that is always changing and teacher competence. The role of driving teachers can encourage some improvements in the quality of national education where teachers act as learning agents who make the learning process student-centered.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan mengenai bagaimana peran guru penggerak dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Metode yang digunakan yaitu, metode studi literature review dari 12 sumber terdiri atas 3 buku dan 9 jurnal dari Google Play Books, Google Scholar, serta Research Gate dengan menggunakan kata kunci “kualitas pendidikan” dan “guru penggerak”. Hasil dari studi literature review yang didapatkan bahwa pendidikan di Indonesia masih dibayangi oleh beberapa masalah pendidikan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan nasional, dimana permasalahan tersebut terbagi ke dalam dua lingkup yaitu lingkup makro dan mikro. Selain itu, penyebab rendahnya kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia mencakup tiga faktor diantaranya yaitu sistem pendidikan yang berjalan tidak optimal, kurikulum yang selalu berubah dan kompetensi guru. Peranan guru penggerak dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas pendidikan nasional dimana guru berperan sebagai agen pembelajaran yang membuat proses pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa.     Transformasi Guru Mengungkap Perkembangan Metakognitif Positif dalam Berbicara Anak Pada Kelas II Sekolah Dasar

    The formulation of the research problem is to determine the development of metacognitive knowledge in speaking in second grade elementary school students. The development of metacognitive knowledge that we want to observe is the use of effective speaking strategies with better language quality. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection includes observation, interviews, and content analysis. The research stages used case studies with several teachers and students as research subjects. The research results show that with the right approach and application of good methods, positive metacognitive development in elementary school children's speaking can increase significantly. The teacher's role is very important in changing the way children think about language and speech. This research found that children who were encouraged to think metacognitively and use effective speaking strategies had better language quality. Teacher transformation plays a central role in revealing positive metacognitive development in elementary school students' speaking.Rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan pengetahuan metakongnitif dalam berbicara pada anak siswa kelas II SD. Pengembangan pengetahuan metakongnitif yang ingin diamati yaitu penggunaan strategi berbicara yang efektif dengan kualitas bahasa yang lebih baik. Penelitian mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan analisis isi. Tahapan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan beberapa guru dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan penggunaan pendekatan yang tepat dan implementasi metode yang baik, perkembangan metakognitif positif dalam berbicara anak SD dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan. Peran guru sangat penting dalam mengubah cara berpikir anak tentang bahasa dan bicara. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa anak-anak yang didorong berpikir secara metakognitif dan menggunakan strategi berbicara yang efektif memiliki kualitas bahasa yang lebih baik. Transformasi guru memainkan peran sentral dalam mengungkapkan perkembangan metakognitif positif dalam berbicara siswa sekolah dasar.     Pelaksanaan Literasi Kewarganegaraan Siswa Di SMA Kabupaten Simeulue Dalam Era Globalisasi

    This study examined the implementation of civic literacy at Simeulue High School. It used qualitative research methods to analyze social symptoms and behaviors in order to understand and improve student civic literacy. The study focused on 5 civic education teachers as informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results suggested that student civic literacy could be improved through the implementation of curriculum, including lesson plan design and the use of elaborative learning models. The professionalism of teachers also played a vital role in enhancing civic literacy. Additionally, the study suggested that literacy corner activities at school can further enhance civic literacy. However, there were some challenges related to the implementation of student civic literacy at Simeulue High School.This study examines the implementation of civic literacy in simeulue high school.
