Today's challenges are very diverse, the rapid development of technology cannot be avoided by society. It is undeniable that technology is like an obligation to be possessed by every human being uncomplicated by early childhood at this time, the many uses of technology by early childhood become a problem today. Digital literacy is an effort in empowering the community so that people can follow the movement of the times including the early childhood education at this time, education today must be able to provide innovation because the age continues to develop continuously because practical education will continue to occur and is unique for each individual and society in different situations at different times. Early childhood was born in the age of technology, they are often fascinated by games and new technologies, this greatly affects patterns of human life both in terms of thought patterns and behavior. Meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesionalisme Guru Melalui Supervisi Akademik di SD 14 Belanti Barat
This study aims to find out how academic supervision by school principals which can improve teacher professional competence in public. This research used an action research approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The subjects of the study were elementary school teachers at SDN 14 Belanti Barat Padang. Data were analyzed using reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the academic supervision of school principals can improve the professional competence of teachers at SDN 14 Belanti Barat. This can be seen from the achievement of the average value before and after being given guidance as it has increased in the first cycle the average value is 71.8 and in the second cycle is 78.64
Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek pada Mata Pelajaran Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital SMK
This study aims to produce a reasonable digital simulation and communication module to improve the communication and collaboration skills of vocational students. This research is an R&D research with the 4D model, Subject The research is 30 students of SMK N 7 Padang. The instruments used in this research consisted of validation form of digital simulation and communication module, student’s response questionnaire form, form of the learning process with a project-based learning model, self-assessment of collaboration skill, peer-assessment of collaboration skill, observation sheet of collaboration skills, and observation sheet of communication skill. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis for data of module validation and student's response. Quantitative analysis for collaboration skill training of self-assessment; peer-assessment; and observation sheet data and communication skill training of observation sheet data that for both of them by percentage calculation; gain score calculation; U Mann Whitney, and for the percentage of the learning process. The result showed that the module that has produced was reasonable to improve communication and collaboration skill of vocational students, where students communication skill training have moderate categories, it is 47,96% from “less” to be “good” with the significant difference before and after using the module score, by signification value (Sig.) was 0,000, student’s collaboration skill training have moderate categories, it is 31,54% from “enough” to be “good” with the significant difference before and after using the worksheet score, by signification value (Sig.) was 0,000 and the module got the student’s response with very well categories (A).This study aims to produce a reasonable digital simulation and communication module to improve the communication and collaboration skills of vocational students. The Influence of Principal's Supervision and Participation of Committee on the Primary School's Performance in Pulau Rimau, Indonesia
This paper aimed at determining the principal’s supervision and school committee participation on the primary school’s performance in Pulau Rimau, Indonesia. The sample of this research is 40 elementary school teachers. Data were collected using questionnaire and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results showed 1) there was positive influence of principal’s supervision on the primary school’s performance; 2) there was positive influence of school committee participation on the primary school’s performance; 3) there was positive influence of principal’s supervision and school committee participation together on the primary school’s performance in Pulau Rimau, Indonesia. This paper contributed to principal on improving supervision and committee on participation in order to have very good primary school’s performance. Where the school wishes to have good performance they should have good principal’s supervision and committee’s participation
Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional Guru di MIN 4 Padang Pariaman
Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their abilities in managing the learning process for the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation, and obstacles of academic supervision by the school principal in improving the professional competence of teachers at MIN 4 Padang Pariaman. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Research subjects were the principal, vice-principal, and teachers. Data were analyzed using reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that academic supervision planning was prepared at the beginning of the new school year by involving vice principals, and teachers. The goal of planning the academic supervision of principals is the ability of teachers to manage to learn, starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning outcomes. Academic supervision is carried out prior to communicating to teachers, conducted twice in one semester, or four times in one school year. The academic supervision techniques used are class visits, teacher meetings, teacher working groups, and training. Barriers to academic supervision still lack the school administration staff. The existence of external activities that are sudden, so that the supervision schedule that has been prepared previously is also disrupted. Teachers who are unable to attend the scheduled class visit. Teachers who are supervised feel scared and stiff when supervised. There are still some teachers who do not master information and communication technology
Tantangan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Melalui Pengembangan Profesionalisme Guru di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0
Revolusi industri 4.0 merubah cara pandang kita terhadap konsep pendidikan yang akan berpengaruh pada praktik-praktik pengajaran. Era ini menuntut adanya persiapan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Menanggapi tantangan pendidikan pada era revolusi industri 4.0, Kemendikbud kembali melakukan redesign Kurikulum 2013. Dalam pengembangan ini terdapat lima kemampuan yang harus dimiliki para generasi muda dalam rangka menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0, yaitu kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif dan inovatif, kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan bekerja sama, dan percaya diri. Untuk itu berbagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang dilaksanakan yang dibarengi dengan peningkatan profesionalitas guru mutlak dilakukan. Penyesuaian muatan pembelajaran harus seiring dengan penyesuaian/peningkatan kompetensi guru sebagai pelaku/pelaksana pembelajaran. Secara umum permasalahan peningkatan kompetensi guru setidaknya bersumber dari dua hal, yaitu kurangnya pelatihan yang diikuti guru dan kurangnya kemauan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri. Masih banyak guru yang bekerja tanpa pelatihan yang memadai, sedangkan sebagian lainnya beralasan peningkatan kompetensi secara mandiri juga tidak mudah dikondisikan. Maka pembinaan profesionalisasi guru sebagai tenaga pendidik perlu dipersiapkan melalui skematik yang jelas, tegas, terarah, dan memiliki visi ke depan yang terukur
STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PENGETAHUAN DASAR KOMPUTER BAGI MAHASISWA JURUSAN KTP FIP UNP
The term "computer" in the modern era as it is today is not a new thing anymore. If people ask someone who has a background that is not the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), of course the answer will be general and not deep. However, if the person questioned about the term "computer" has an ICT background, of course the answer given will be more in depth and understand what are the supporting components of the computer. Just as if someone asked the students of the Department of Education and Curriculum of FIP UNP about the term "computer", the student should be able to expain in more depth.
This study uses a qualitative approach, in which the authors try to express and understand the reality that exist in the field of learning strategy of basic computer knowledge for students of Curriculum and Education Technology FIP UNP.
Based on the results of the observations that the authors obtain in the field, in terms of preparation, lecturers have prepared lecture contracts, learning tools in the form of syllabus, SAP and teaching materials, preparation of facilities and learning infrastructure. In the process of learning strategy of basic computer knowledge for students of Curriculum and Technology Education Department of FIP UNP, the lecturer gives an assessment with the principle of justice and objectivity.
Istilah “komputer” di era modern seperti saat ini bukanlah suatu hal yang baru lagi. Jika orang bertanya kepada seseorang yang memiliki background yang bukan bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), tentu jawabannya akan terkesan secara umum saja dan tidak mendalam. Akan tetapi, jika orang yang ditanyai mengenai istilah “komputer” memiliki background TIK, tentunya jawaban yang diberikan akan lebih mendalam dan memahami apa saja komponen-komponen pendukung dari komputer tersebut. Seperti halnya jika seseorang bertanya kepada mahasiswa Jurusan Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan FIP UNP mengenai istilah “komputer”, sudah seharusnya mahasiswa tersebut bisa menjelaskan dengan lebih mendalam.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana penulis berusaha megungkapkan dan memahami kenyataan yang ada di lapangan mengenai strategi pembelajaran pengetahuan dasar komputer bagi mahasiswa Jurusan Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan FIP UNP.
Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang penulis peroleh di lapangan, dari segi persiapan, dosen sudah mempersiapkan kontrak perkuliahan, perangkat pembelajaran berupa Silabus, SAP dan bahan ajar, persiapan sarana dan prasarana belajar. Dalam proses strategi pembelajaran pengetahuan dasar komputer bagi mahasiswa Jurusan Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan FIP UNP, dosen memberi penilaian dengan prinsip keadilan dan objektifitas

The writing of this article aimed to (1) support the giving and punishment of students' learning motivation, (2) discuss indicators of students who get prizes and penalties. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain facts in the field about the form of increasing character education in students with the application of gifts and penalties. Efektivitas Supervisi Akademik Pengawas PAI dalam Membina Guru Agama SMP dan SMA di Kecamatan Ipuh Kabupaten Mukomuko
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Islamic education supervisors in fostering junior high school and senior high school religion subject teachers, including academic supervision on (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) follow-up, (4) blocking and inhibiting factors. This research used an evaluative research approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 9 people, consisting of 2 supervisors and 7 Islamic teachers. Participants in this study consist of 1 Islamic education supervisor for junior high school, 1 Islamic education supervisor for senior high school, 5 Islamic education teachers in junior high school, and 2 Islamic education teachers in senior high school. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Hubungan Social Support dan Vocational Skill dengan Career Adaptability di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 Pada Siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TITL Kota Malang
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires vocational students to adapt in a career (Career adaptability) (Y) because of the changing times, especially for the workforce. Therefore, vocational students as prospective workers must have vocational skills (X2) in soft skills and hard skills training. Besides sofftskill that is needed to increase the level of adaptation is social support (X1). This study aims to determine: (1) Description of X1, X2, Y, (2) Relationship of X1 to Y; 3) Relationship of X2 with Y, (4) Relationship of X1 and X2 with Y. The research method used is quantitative with research design descriptive correlational. The research sample of 95 students determined by referring to the saturation sampling technique. Variables X1, X2 and Y have the level of reliability in sequence are 0.761, 0.766. and 0764. Sequentially the Effective Contribution Value at X1 and X2 is 6.4% and 13.8%. Consequently the Relative Contribution Value at X1 and X2 was 31.68% and 68.32%. The conclusions of the results obtained from this study are (1) X1, X2, and Y in the medium category; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between X1 and Y, X2 and Y, and X1 and X2 simultaneously with Y
