Strategies of School Citizens in the Success of School Based Management Programs (SBM) for Achieving School Quality
This study aims to see (1) the views of school members on the importance of school quality; (2) the role of school members in trying to achieve school quality; and (3) supporting factors for the school community in trying to achieve school quality. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach to obtain data in the field about the strategies of school members in the success of the SBM program in achieving school quality. Researchers conducted field studies and interviews with principals, vice-principals for curriculum, deputy principals of student affairs, and teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Apart from conducting interviews, researchers also conducted a documentation study at SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro as a research location. Pengembangan Modul E-Learning pada Mata Pelajaran Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital SMK N 1 Padang
This study aims to develop e-learning based modules to increase student motivation in Simulation and Digital Communication subjects at SMK N 1 Padang. The research method used is research and development using the Borg and Gall model which is limited to five research steps namely the data collection stage, the planning stage, the product development stage, the initial field trial stage, and dissemination. The object of the trial in this study was students of class X Machining C Engineering at SMK N 1 Padang, amounting to 33 people. The research instruments used were material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, professional teacher response questionnaire, student response questionnaire, multiple-choice question instrument, and student motivation questionnaire. The results of the material expert validation showed 82.81% (very good). The results of the validation of the media experts showed 79.13% (very good). The results of professional teacher simulation and digital communication responses covered all aspects of the material and media at 86.71% (very good) and the results of student responses were obtained 80.20% (very good). The results of the student learning motivation questionnaire showed 85.13% (very good). To find out the increase in the achievement of knowledge competence is done by giving pre-test, treatment, post-test (Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design) through the T-test, the results of the assessment on digital citizenship material obtained N-Gain 0.85 high category. Based on the data above, this study shows that the development of e-learning modules in Simulation and Digital Communication subjects can increase student motivation
The 2013 Curriculum Implementation Review The Pedagogical Competence And Mastery Of Information And Communication Technology Teachers At SD Negeri
This study aims to analyze the teacher's Pedagogical and technology competence in the implementation of the Curriculum 2013. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 includes dimensions of curriculum concepts, procurement of books, learning activities, and learning assessment. Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in terms of teacher pedagogics includes nine aspects. The implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in terms of mastery of information and communication technology teachers includes 1) ICTs used, 2) Development activities of subject matter using ICTs, 3) forms of use of it. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum accommodates student learning needs. The provision of books is following the provisions. Student learning activities are student-centered. The assessment shows an emphasis on authentic attitude and knowledge assessment. The implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in the dimension of teachers' pedagogical competence in the good category. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the dimensions of ICT mastery by teachers based on interview data, questionnaires, and observations is quite well categorized in terms of the technology used, the activities of using ICT, and its use as a learning medium
Pengaruh Peranan Orang Tua terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa dan Bicara Anak Usia Dini
The world of play is the world of early childhood by playing children interacting with their playmates using tools, namely language, with the language of the child being able to express the contents of their hearts and minds so that other people are able to understand what the child means. We can know that early language development in children begins at birth. Children's language development is intended to enable children to communicate verbally with the surrounding environment so that parents and adults can provide optimal language stimulation in accordance with the stages of early childhood development. Environmental impact and parenting are very influential so that it becomes the cause of children's language development thus language development will be better if the child gets a stimulus and guidance from his own parents, many things parents can do such as developing aspects of language development through storytelling, playing with children, communicate actively with children because first and foremost education is the family environment
PENGEMBANGAN COMPUTER BASED TESTING (CBT) DALAM MATA KULIAH KEAHLIAN DAN KEILMUAN PADA PROGRAM STUDI TEKNOLOGI PENDIDIKAN
Permasalahan evaluasi akhir perkuliahan selama ini pada program studi Teknologi Pendidikan adalah belum adanya bank soal yang terdokumentasikan secara terstruktur. Sehingga memberikan persoalan pelaksanaan ujian yang tertunda apabila dosen yang membina tidak dapat melaksanakan ujian. Disatu sisi hampir sebagaian besar soal yang diberikan berupa essay yang belum melalu proses analisis kelayakan. Sejalan dengan visi dan misi program studi Teknologi Pendidikan sebagai perekayasa pembelajaran, maka semestinya dengan ketersediaaan labor komputer yang lengkap memiliki satu program evaluasi yang menggunakan komputer atau CBT.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pelaksanaan evaluasi berbantuan komputer atau biasa dikenal dengan Computer Based Testing (CBT) yang sesuai dengan kriteria kelayakan media dan materi pada mata kuliah MKK program studi Teknologi Pendidikan melalui validasi beberapa ahli dan uji coba produk. Model penelitian pengembangan ini adalah model prosedural. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, format penilaian dengan kriteria yang meliputi aspek isi materi berupa Tes Pilihan Ganda dan aspek media, kemudian angket yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan uji coba untuk melihat kemudahan bagi subjek coba menggunakan produk CBT.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa produk CBT berada pada kategori Sangat Baik (89%), memiliki jumlah rerata skor sebesar 4,4 (skor maksimum 5). Untuk aspek isi termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik (96%) jumlah rerata skor sebesar 4,8 (skor maksimum 5). dan dari aspek media termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik (83%) jumlah rerata skor sebesar 4,1 (skor maksimum 5). Selanjutnya, hasil analisis berdasarkan uji coba produk CBT berada pada kategori Sangat Baik (94%) dengan rerata 4,7. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produk CBT ini layak digunakan sebagai media alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan evaluasi yang dirasakan oleh dosen dalam mata kuliah keahlian khususnya dalam hal ini pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program

This study aims to describe the supervision of the performance evaluation of school principals in cluster 1 in primary school Batang Gasan, Padang Pariaman District. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach by describing the supervision of the principal's performance in the learning process. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews with a total of 8 principals. The results showed 60% of school principals as supervisors were very successful in conducting supervision activities with many changes that occurred in the school

Revisiting the School-Based Management Recent Studies
This paper aims at reviewing the School-Based Management recent studies. As the research method, researcher follows the systematic procedures for literature review article such as collecting data, reviewing, categorizing, and presentation. This paper answers the three questions: (A) definition of SBM, (B) factors considered to implement SBM, and (C) the roles of practitioners. Data is based mainly on secondary data, published papers in the international journals in particular. In the findings, the researcher presents a certain definition of SBM defined by prior researchers, authority sharing, facility and infrastructure management, budget management, autonomy, transparency as well as the roles of school players, in-depth and breadth. Eventually, the recommendations are also appointed for further studies to promote the School-Based Management literature
HEALTH TEENAGER REPRODUCTION LEARNING THROUGH BIOLOGY SUBJECT IN STUDENT CLASS XI SMA N 1 LINGGO SARI BAGANTI PESISIR SELATAN REGENCY YEARS 2015
The development of health reproduction in education institution is a precise strategy, considering most of student’s time are spending in the school. The researcher already did early observation with student and teacher, 60% student state Biology subject only talk a little about health reproduction, while 75% of Biology teacher state that in learning Biology, whwn talking about reprodution, student love to laugh and think that learn about reproduction is taboo. The aim of this research is to describe health teenager reproduction learning through Biology subject did by Biology teacher toward student class XI SMA N 1 Linggo Sari Baganti.
The method of this research is qualitative with descriptive type. The technique in collecting data is through documentation, interview and observation. Analyzing data through data reduction, data presentation ang conclusion. The methode of taking informant in this research, is based on purposive sampling, which is Biology teacher that teach health production in class XI SMA N 1 Linggo Sari Baganti.
The result of this research are: 1) in Biology subject class XI are found 7 RPP about health reproduction, 2) health reproduction learning is held with various method and learning strategic, 3) evaluation learning found that 20% student get outstanding marks, 60% student get excellent marks and 20% get good marks.
In conclusion, health reproduction material already exist in Biology subject, the implementation of learning already did and evaluation learning with daily exam. Suggestion for school is to increasing extracurricular activity that related with the knowladge about health reproduction, give health promotion to student by appropriate speakers that related with health reproduction material and notice the factors that influence health reproduction and give impect to the students auch as envinonment, family, etc
Urgensi Landasan Yuridis-Politis dalam Kebijakan Pendidikan di Indonesia
The writing of this article aims to find out the juridical and political foundations in education, as the basis of the implementation and legitimacy of the implementation of the education policy itself. The juridical-political foundation becomes a strong legal basis in guiding the implementation of education in accordance with the mandate of the law to educate the life of the nation. The writing of this article uses a literature study approach which examines theories that are relevant to the juridical and political foundation in education and policy implementation at the level of the central government, regional government, to the education unit level. The writing of this article can be a reference for the implementation of learning in educational institutions related to educational policies that are based on juridical and political foundations
