Tindakan kekerasan anak di sekolah yang terjadi dan dialami oleh anak telah menjadi perbincangan hangat di dunia maya atau internet. Selain itu permasalahan perundungan atau bullying di sekolah juga menjadi topik permasalahan yang krusial di dunia pendidikan. Hal ini tentu saja menorehkan catatan buruk bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Kasus kekerasan dan perundungan beberapa tahun belakangan ini menjadi pembahasan yang sangat hangat. Kemudian muncullah solusi mengenai konsep Sekolah Ramah Anak. Pelaksanaan sekolah ramah bertujuan untuk memenuhi hak anak secara menyeluruh. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan Peraturan Kementerian PPPA RI No. 8 Tahun 2014. Cara ini juga diadaptasi oleh SMP Negeri 3 Berbah, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa manjemen sekolah seperti, sarana prasarana, fasilitas, dan lingkungan telah memenuhi syarat Sekolah Ramah Anak. Namun masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang luput dari perhatihan pihak sekolah, seperti terdapat siswa yang mengumpat dan menggunakan kata-kata kasar dalam pergaulanny

Keluarga tanpa adanya kehadiran seorang anak juga akan membuat suasana rumah tangga menjadi sunyi, peristiwa hari ini adalah banyak anak brokenhome yang tidak mampu untuk menerima dirinya, tidak percaya diri, dan berprilaku menyimpang dikarenakan konflik yang terjadi dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa broken home dengan menggunakan group positive psychotherapy. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen Quasi eksperimen Pre-test post-test control group. Subjek penelitiannya 14 orang siswa SMP usia 12-15 tahun. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang memiliki skor rendah pada skala kesejahteraan psikologis. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis parametrik uji-t sampel paired, untuk melihat perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis pada kelompok eksperimen setelah diberikan intervensi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan alat ukur Scale Psychological Well Being (SPWB). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan ada perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis setelah diberikan intervensi, yaitu dengan nilai sig-(2tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Musafahah Method Transformation on Learning Qiraat Sab'ah in PPTQ Al-Hasan Ponorogo
Get PDFThis study discusses the musafahah method transformation in learning qiraat sab’ah at PPTQ Al-Hasan, Ponorogo. Using a qualitative approach, this study compares and discusses changes in the structure of the musafahah method phase A and phase B, in learning qiraat sab’ah at PPTQ al-Hasan, Ponorogo. Data was collected through interviews with 10 informants, classified as 1 kiai, 4 ustadz, and 5 students, and using the semi-structured interview method, followed by observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Foucaultian Discursive Analysis (FDA) method. The results showed that: First, the phase A musafahah method at PPTQ al-Hasan Ponorogo was oriented to the authenticity and credibility of the qiraat sab’ah reading. Second, the phase B musafahah method at PPTQ al-Hasan Ponorogo is oriented to practical and populist aspects. Third, the results of the discursive analysis between the phase A and phase B musafahah methods at PPTQ al-Hasan Ponorogo showed that the phase B musafahah method was more relevant to be applied to actual situations and conditions because it was able to preserve and ground the qiraat sab’ah among students, as evidenced by the percentage of the number of qiraat sab’ah students which increased dramatically from 4 people to 35 people

Get PDFKuranji Traditional Village has the potential to become a cultural tourism object that can represent and introduce Minangkabau culture well at the national and international levels. Even so, Kuranji Traditional Village is still constrained by several crucial issues such as infrastructure, amenities and ancillary services, human resources, promotion (visibility in cyberspace), and strategic development plans. The purpose of this activity is to increase the visibility and digital promotion of the Kuranji Traditional Village in cyberspace. This activity was carried out using the workshop method; first, participants are given materials and directions; second, participants work on or practice the material that has been delivered; the three presenters and participants held discussions to resolve situational problems that were not covered in the material previously presented. The results of the activity showed positive things where managers and cultural activists in the Kuranji Traditional Village for development felt that this activity was very useful for improving the Kuranji Traditional Village as a cultural tourism object as well as an effort to increase the financial strength of the Kuranji Traditional Village community to achieve its main goal, maintenance of Minangkabau culture, through this digital promotion.

The article is presented in a qualitative form using descriptive, interpretive and analytical methods. Schopenhaeur's philosophy of pessimism talks about world life as a place that gives birth to suffering. Suffering arises from the existence of desires. Will is a form of deficiency and the presence of want is suffering. As long as humans still have desires in their lives, humans will not be able to feel happiness. Human nature itself is a will, so achieving true happiness is something that is impossible for humans. However, man can rid himself of suffering by engaging in aesthetic contemplation and leading an ascetic life
PENENTUAN PREMI POLIS ASURANSI JIWA DWIGUNA DENGAN KASUS JOINT LIFE PADA GENERASI MILENIAL
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the annual joint life premium for millennial couples, based on three categories (age), namely 1) the husband is older than the wife, 2) the husband and wife are the same age and 3) the husband is younger than the wife. This type of research is quantitative research by applying data from married couples at Tamansiswa University, Padang. The study population was a husband/wife pair of Tamansiswa University employees in Padang with the sample chosen being a 1 year age difference in the age of the millennial couple. The application of the joint life insurance model is applied to endowment life insurance. The dual-purpose life insurance model is the insurance that is most in demand in Indonesia because in addition to compensation being paid if the participant dies within n years, participants also receive compensation if they are still alive after n years have ended. The results of the study show that the smaller the age of the millennial spouse, the smaller the annual premium will be with a difference in the age of the millennial couple of 1 year

Get PDFThe background of this research is that there are still many fifth grade students whose learning outcomes are low, especially in the learning aspect of reading comprehension. Fifth grade students still have difficulties in understanding reading texts. This study wanted to find out and analyze students' reading comprehension skills, reasons for difficulties and alternative solutions to overcome problems in reading comprehension in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 18 Anduring, Padang City. This research approach uses qualitative research subjects 8 students of class V SD. Data obtained through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that fifth grade students at SD Negeri 18 Anduring, Padang City have sufficient ability in literal comprehension skills and are classified as lacking in interpretive understanding, critical understanding, and creative understanding. Factors causing the difficulty of reading comprehension in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 18 Anduring, Padang City, namely interests and activities in pre-reading, reading, post-reading activities and differences in students' abilities, facilities and infrastructure and school environment and family upbringing. Solutions that can be implemented are changing students' habits to read books, providing facilities and infrastructure, and teachers can apply models, strategies and learning methods that are appropriate for students

The results showed that the standard of library management at SMP Negeri 3 Banyuasin
had been carried out well. In terms of increasing interest in reading to students, it has been
carried out well, in terms of directing the principal has given direct direction to the head of the
library, the principal always coordinates with teachers about strategies to increase students'
interest in reading
