TIGA STRATEGI KOMUNITAS GENKOMPAK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PUBLIC SPEAKING GENERASI MUDA

The aim of this study is to provide valuable insight into the GenKompak community's strategy to improve the public speaking skills of the younger generation and its contribution to the social development and personal branding of the younger generation. To explain this, the approach used in this research uses a qualitative approach by describing all visible phenomena by collecting data through participant observation, interviews and documentation. From the studies conducted, it was found that there were three strategies carried out by the GenKompak community to improve the public speaking of the younger generation, namely through the stage program to make speaking fluently, the story sharing program, comparative studies and collaboration, the GenKompak service program. Meanwhile, its contribution is to improve the communication skills of the younger generation, increase self-confidence, develop leadership abilities, encourage the younger generation to participate in discussions and problem solving and promote public awareness about important issues
Membangun Ketahanan Psikologis Pasangan Muda Melalui Konseling Berbasis ABS-SBK Mengantisipasi Perceraian
Get PDFThe dynamics of early divorce become a social problem that has an effect on the destruction of the family life level. This phenomenon requires empowerment from various elements, especially in the field of family counseling, so that married couples can live happily in building a sakinah mawah family. The purpose of this service is to build psychological resilience for young couples through ABS-SBK-based counseling. The approach uses participatory action research, with a research process that is carried out in a systematic, collaborative and sustainable manner for social transformation. The service background is in Lintau Buo, Tanah Datar Regency, with the target being young couples. The result of this dedication is the change in the perspective of young couples about the purpose and nature of marriage, the emergence of an increase in psychological resilience in responding to the problems of domestic life. It is recommended to the local government, especially in Tanah Datar, to oblige couples to attend premarital counseling before marriage.Dinamika perceraian dini menjadi persoalan social yang berefek pada rusaknya tataran kehidupan keluarga. Fenomena ini membutuhkan suatu pemberdayaan dari berbagai elemen khususnya bidang konseling keluarga, agar pasangan yang menikah dapat hidup bahagia dalam membangun keluarga sakinah mawah. Tujuan pengabdian ini, membangun ketahanan psikologis pasangan muda melalui konseling berbasis ABS-SBK. Pendekatan yang digunakan participatory action research, dengan proses riset dilaksanakan secara sistematis, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan untuk transformasi sosial. Adapun latar pengabdian di Lintau Buo Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan target pengabdian adalah pasangan muda. Hasil pengabdian terjadinya perubahan cara pandang para pasangan muda tentang tujuan dan hakikat pernikahan, munculnya peningkatan ketahan psikologis dalam merespon persoalan kehidupan berumah tangga. Direkomendasikan kepada pemerintahan daerah khususnya di Tanah Datar untuk mewajibkan para pasangan mengikuti konseling pranikah sebelum dilakukan pernikahan.

No full textThis paper aims to describe the development of Islam in one of the East Asian Islamic minority countries, South Korea. The method used in this paper is the historical method with four stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. This paper describes the dynamics of the development of Islam in South Korea from the time of the three dynasties, namely the Silla Dynasty, the Goryeo Dynasty, and the Joseon Dynasty to contemporary times. Today, Islam is still an unfamiliar religion to South Korean society, especially after the WTC bombing, the bad view created against Islam also affects South Korean society with several acts of discrimination experienced by Muslims in South Korea. It is concluded that although South Korea is an Islamic minority country with several acts of discrimination against Muslims, but slowly Islam began to show its existence in the gingseng-producing country

activities into Indonesian. This research took place at the ICIS
organization. In this study, qualitative research methods were used with a case study approach. To obtain data about the activity and the
participants' response to the activity, the researcher conducted
interviews with 5 members of the Arabic language division. In addition,researchers conduct documentation to obtain data on teaching materials used during the activity. After the data was collected, researchers analyzed the data with the Miles and Huberman model. The model consists of 3 stages. That is, exposure, reduction and drawing conclusions. The study yielded two conclusions. That is, the translation learning steps assisted by Padlet and the responses of resource persons related to the activity. The learning step in question is that the person in charge of this activity uses Arabic aphorisms taken from Google Picture as teaching materials. Then the image was presented with Padlet media and shared with the participants. Furthermore, the participants gave a positive response to this activity. This can be seen in the timeliness in completing tasks by each participant and the input from each participant. Another experience is knowledge related to the use of Padlet as a medium for learning Arabic

Teaching vocabulary using cooperative learning strategy of Government Secondary School 2 Padang
Get PDFThis research aims to explore the extent of the cooperative learning strategy in teaching vocabulary to of Government Secondary School 2 Padang. This research is a quantitative study using the experimental method and follows a descriptive approach. The population of this research includes first-grade students at 2nd Badeng Secondary School for the academic year 2023/2024, totaling 64 students. The sample taken by the researcher consists of students from class "A" of the control group and class "B" of the experimental group from the research population. The ability of students from the experimental group, who use cooperative learning strategy, to acquire vocabulary increased compared to the control group. The average final test score for the control group is 74.1, while the average final test score for the experimental group is 82.2. This indicates that the cooperative learning strategy can enhance students' ability to learn vocabulary. Cooperative learning strategy makes students more active and they enjoy learning
FORECASTING HARGA BAHAN PANGAN AKIBAT FENOMENA EL NINO DENGAN LINEAR SQUARE METHOD
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi harga bahan pokok (beras, minyak goreng, gula pasir, ayam potong, daging sapi, dan telur ayam ras) pada masa terjadinya fenomena El Nino tahun 2023 di Indonesia. Harga prediksi diperoleh dengan menggunakan Linear Square Method. Berdasarkan data harga periode Agustus 2022 - Agustus 2023 diperoleh persamaan tren Linear Square masing-masing bahan pokok. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan keakuratan peramalan dengan menghitung MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Adapun harga prediksi bahan pangan pada bulan September 2023 secara berturut-turut adalah Rp 11.958,91; Rp 20.521,95; Rp 14.597,41; Rp 37.826,64; Rp 139.009,40; dan Rp 31.409,04. Hasil perhitungan keakuratan peramalan harga bahan pokok dibawah 10%, artinya menunjukkan kriteria peramalan yang sangat baik/ sangat akurat
Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PjBL Terhadap Kompetensi Pengetahuan Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA
Get PDFIPA merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu yang memiliki peran dalam kehidupan, khususnya dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK). Salah satu model pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong peserta didik memahami dan meningkatkan pengetahuan pembelajaran adalah model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yaitu project based learning (PjBL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi-eksperimen, menggunakan teknik posttest only control design. Populasi penelitian peserta didik kelas IPA. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IPA 1 untuk kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas IPA 2 untuk kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan peserta didik dalam penguasaan materi IPA hasil signifikan (2-tailed) < 0,05 yaitu 0,011 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model PjBL berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan peserta didik.

Get PDFMusic as a bridge to deliver religious messages is now on the rise. Judging from the various works of songs with Islamic nuances, it is increasingly favored by the public. Not surprisingly, many song lyrics adapted from the traditions of the Prophet SAW began to appear and trending. At the end of June 2022, Sabyan Gambus again released its latest song entitled Berserah Diri. In the song Berserah Diri created by Agung Insan Tauhid and Ayus Sabyan, there are also several Prophetic traditions which are then modified into song lyrics. This study aims to determine and analyze the traditions contained in the lyrics of the song Berserah Diri. This research belongs to library research with descriptive-discourse analysis techniques. In collecting the data, the author uses primary data in the form of documentation of Berserah Diri song lyrics found on YouTube Sabyan and hadith books such as al-Kutub al-Tis'ah, Mu'jam Mufahras li Alfadz al-Hadith. The secondary data is in the form of previous research published in the form of papers, articles, theses, theses and dissertations that support the making of this paper. The results of the research are that there are 3 redactions of hadith in the song Berserah Diri, namely; in the first stanza contains the redaction of hadith from the narration of Imam Muslim; in the second stanza contains the redaction of hadith from Imam al-Bukhari; in the third stanza contains the redaction of hadith from the narration of Imam Muslim
Pengambilan Keputusan Pemilihan Guru Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP)

Selama ini proses pemilihan guru terbaik diseleksi berdasarkan rasa suka tidak suka saja, kurangnya laporan penilaian guru juga mengurangi motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah DSS (Decision Support System) untuk pemilihan guru terbaik, yang akan menghasilkan penilaian yang lebih objektif dan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di sekolah. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan beberapa kriteria tambahan dalam menentukan bobot, seperti orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, kedisiplinan, dan kerjasama, untuk menentukan bobot penilaian. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan sebuah sistem DSS untuk pemilihan guru terbaik, untuk meminimalisir kesalahan penilain dalam metode yang digunakan. Hasil dari metode pemilihan ini dapat juga menjadi motivasi dan bahan pembelajaran untuk para guru agar dapat bisa meningkatkan kualitas kinerja sehingga bisa memenuhi kategori guru terbai
