Pondok Pesantren Raudlatut Thalibin Leteh Rembang: Perpaduan Tradisi dan Modernitas dalam Pembentukan Peradaban Ilmu
Pondok Pesantren Raudlatut Thalibin Leteh Rembang merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berhasil mempertahankan dan menggabungkan nilai-nilai tradisional Islam dengan elemen-elemen modern. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pesantren tersebut mampu menjaga dan memadukan nilai-nilai tradisional Islam dengan elemen-elemen modern dalam upaya untuk berperan dalam pembentukan peradaban ilmu di wilayahnya. Dengan merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian, artikel ini berfokus pada dua aspek utama. Pertama, bagaimana Pesantren Raudlatut Thalibin berhasil menjaga dan memadukan nilai-nilai tradisional Islam dengan elemen-elemen modern. Kedua, bagaimana kegiatan para santri di pesantren ini, yang memadukan antara tradisi dan modernitas, memengaruhi pendidikan agama, budaya, dan sosial dalam masyarakat lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pesantren dalam menjalankan peran ini tidak hanya bergantung pada pengajaran nilai-nilai Islam tradisional, tetapi juga pada kemampuannya untuk mengadaptasi dan menerapkan elemen-elemen modern yang relevan. Selain itu, kegiatan santri yang memadukan tradisi dan modernitas juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendidikan agama, budaya, dan sosial dalam masyarakat lokal. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang model pendidikan Islam yang dapat menggabungkan tradisi dan modernitas dengan harmonis, memperkaya peradaban ilmu, dan memberikan inspirasi bagi lembaga pendidikan serupa
STRATEGI PEMASARAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENGATASI PENURUNAN JUMLAH SISWA DI SDN 06 LASI MUDO KECAMATAN CANDUANG
This research focuses on SDN 06 Lasi Mudo, which has experienced a decline in new student enrollments. The conflict involves human factors, particularly human resource management, encompassing teachers, administrative staff, and students, withthe school principal as the key leader.The research method employs a case study approach, analyzing human resource conflict, marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and infrastructure management at the school. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the research subjects involving SDN 06 Lasi Mudo. The research results indicate that marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and physical resource management can be solutions to address the conflict and the decline in new student enrollments.The effective implementation of conflict management is crucial inresponding to differences in the school environment.This research provides a significant contribution to understanding the complexity of factors influencing the decrease in the number of new students in elementary schools.The implications include the development of more effective policies and strategies to enhance the quality of education at the elementary level. The success of SDN 06 Lasi Mudo demonstrates that the quality of education depends not only on physical facilities but also on human resource management and wise strategies
Strategies for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to Senior High School: A Systematic Literature Review
Learning English has begun to be implemented from junior high to senior high school. The purpose of this article is to outline some effective strategies that are often used by teachers of English as a foreign language (EFL) for students in senior high school. The method used in describing strategies for teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to high school students is to refer to a literature review study. The results of this study found several strategies that can be used by teachers in learning English for high school students, including memory strategies, cognitive strategies, compensatory strategies, metacognitive strategies, affective strategies, and social strategies. The implications of this paper can be useful in the world of education, especially for teachers. Various findings in this paper can be a reference for teachers in developing English learning strategies to make it easier for students to learn.
Peranan Orang Tua Dalam Pendidikan Anak Menurut Munif Chatib
The role of parents is to care for, nurture, encourage and educate children in their education. In the educational process, Munif Chatib offers the concept, ideally parents change the mindset that children are humans not robots. Therefore, children should be treated as humans, not as robots. This study aims to reveal the role of parents in children's education which was discussed by Munif Chatib about the role of parents as educators. This research is library research, with the method of collecting main and supporting data sources, depending on library materials that are relevant to the problems discussed. Then the data that has been collected is discussed and analyzed, through inductive and deductive thinking patterns. To obtain maximum research results, the author uses the method of content analysis, namely analyzing data according to its contents. Efektifitas Skrining Genetik dalam Pengendalian Thalassemia Beta Mayor di Indonesia Menggunakan Kontrol Backstepping
Thalassemia merupakan kelainan genetik yang berdampak signifikan terhadap penduduk di Indonesia. Strategi kontrol dan manajemen yang efektif sangat penting untuk memitigasi penyebarannya dan meningkatkan hasil pengobatan pada pasien. Penelitian ini menyajikan model matematika thalassemia menggunakan pengembangan SIR, yang disempurnakan dengan menggabungkan metode skrining genetik dan metode kontrol backstepping. Parameter model, termasuk tingkat infeksi, tingkat pemulihan, dan tingkat skrining disesuaikan untuk mencerminkan kondisi realistis. Simulasi dilakukan untuk membandingkan dinamika penyebaran thalassemia dengan dan tanpa penerapan kontrol backstepping. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa skenario kontrol backstepping secara signifikan mengurangi populasi yang terinfeksi lebih cepat dibandingkan skenario yang tidak terkendali. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kontrol backstepping yang dikombinasikan dengan skrining genetik, memberikan strategi yang efektif untuk menangani thalassemia. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mengurangi infeksi dengan cepat tetapi juga menjaga stabilitas sistem dari waktu ke waktu. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi kontrol backstepping ke dalam kebijakan kesehatan masyarakat untuk pengelolaan thalassemia yang lebih efektif di Indonesia
Aplikasi Metode Kendali LQR (Linier Quadratic Regulator) pada Sistem Suspensi Seperempat Mobil
This research discusses the design of the Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) control method for car suspension systems. The car suspension systems considered are limited to quarter car models. The dynamic equations of the quarter car system are derived by applying Newton's Second Law. Next, a suspension system without control is compared with a suspension system that has been given control. The uncontrolled quarter car suspension system has an eigenvalue of -1.3658 + 0.0000i; 0.9635 + 0.0000i; -0.0488 + 0.3156i and -0.0488 - 0.3156i which means the system is unstable. Meanwhile, the quarter car suspension system that has been given LQR control has an eigenvalue of -111.8113; -74.4464; -36.9243 and -14.0242 which means the system is asymptotically stable. Based on eigenvalue analysis and numerical simulation, LQR control can stabilize the quarter car suspension system
AN ERROR ANALYSIS IN DESCRIPTIVE TEXT USING SURFACE STRATEGY TAXONOMY
Errors are made by the students in writing skill have been treated as the most serious error in English. Therefore, this research aimed to find errors in writing skill which is made by the students at the seventh grade in Junior High School 2 Terusan Nunyai. The errors were classified into surface strategy taxonomy which consisted of omission, addition, misformation, and misordering. The data were taken from descriptive text which is made by 19 students. The writer used descriptive qualitative as the research design. The data were analyzed by identifying the students’ errors, classifying the errors, and calculating the percentage of errors based on the total cumulative errors. The finding showed that the total of error items of students in English writing is 14 items. The highest errors were omission (57,14%), followed by addition (28,57%),
misformation (14,29%), and misordering (0%)
TEACHER’S AND STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION TO THE IMPLEMENTION OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING OF ENGLISH IN KURIKULUM MERDEKA AT CLASS XII IPA 3 SMAN 10 PADANG
The objective of this research was to analyze the perception of teacher and students in implementing project-based learning from English teacher and the students at class XII IPA 3 SMAN 10 Padang. This research method is, mixed methods research, data were collected from questioner, interviews, and documentation. The sample of this research are English teacher and the students at class XII IPA 3 SMAN 10 Padang. There are two research question of this study namely 1) How do the teacher and students perceive toward the implementation of Project- Based Learning at class XII IPA 3 SMAN 10 Padang? 2) What are the difficulties faced by English teacher and the students of the implementation of PjBL in SMAN 10 Padang? The data was analyzed by SPSS Application and reduction- display-verify data. The results of this study indicated that perception English teacher and the students about implementation of project-based learning is in a good percentage with the highest mean score for each sub- indicator in questioners are 3.17, 3.38, 3.62, 3.48, 3,24 and
3.17. so, it can be concluded that the two research questions are answered. Firstly, teacher and students perceived positively to the implementation of PjBL. It was proved by favorable items in questioners have been chosen by most of students are agree and strongly agree, then for unfavorable items most of them choose disagree and strongly disagree the most. AN ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH ITEM TEST ON FINAL EXAMINATION FOR NINTH GRADE AT MTSN 2 PADANG PARIAMAN
The purpose of this study was to analyze the types and levels of English items tested on the final examination. This was a descriptive research method with content analysis. The data sources analyzed were based on English tests for the last 3 years (2019, 2020, and 2021 academic years) of 9th grade at MTSN 2 Padang Pariaman. The result of the data analysis revealed that most of the item tests were multiple-choice types. The cognitive applying rate was (44%), the cognitive understanding rate was (41%), and the cognitive remembering rate was (15%). It has been determined that the English tests are middle- and low-level. It implies that English teachers should design the test by balancing the cognitive levels, including the higher, middle, and low levels
THE USE OF DUAL CODING THEORY (DCT) TO ENHANCHE STUDENTS’ READING ABILITY IN DESCRIPTIVE TEXT
Reading is an activity of readers to read a text and get information from what their read to share each other. Reading is a pleasant way to success of learning English, because reading make the student find many words used memorably. Reading is very important for students, because there are many advantages from learning reading. By reading, the students be able to increase their knowledge. This research is aimed to find out whether there was a significant influence of using Dual Coding Theory in Reading Desriptive Text at The Tenth Grade of MAN 1 Tanggamus in the Academic Year of 2022/2023. The research methodology was experimental research design. The students of the tenth grade of MAN 1 Tanggamus as a population with the sample group class determined X MIA 1 and X MIA 2. It was selected using the cluster random sampling technique. Hence, the researcher used multiple-choice reading test as instruments to collect the data. The test were for pre-test and post- test. After collectingthe data, the researcher used SPSS to analyze the data. From the data analysis, the result from the Mann-Whitney U Asymp of sig.(2-tailed) was 0.011, it waslower than < α = 0.05 and it means (Ho) was rejected and (Ha) was accepted. It proved that there was a significant influence of using Dual Coding Theory in reading descriptive text at the tenth grade of MAN 1 Tanggamus in the academic year of 2022/2023
