Musykillāt at tallāmiiż fi mahārāt al kitābiyyat lita’liim al lugat al ‘arabiyyat bi madrasat mutawasitat Ṭariiqa al jannat bandung
This research aims to demonstrate the issues of students' writing skills in learning Arabic at Thariiqul Jannah Junior High School in Bandung. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach model by Stevick, Colaizzi, and Keen. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with research subjects, participant observation, and document tracing. It was found that there are several issues with students' writing skills, including: (1) Issues in transferring words, sentences, or texts (dictated transcription and visual transcription), (2) Issues in composing words, sentences, or texts from sounds (auditory transcription), (3) Issues in writing answers to orally posed questions (examination dictation), (4) Issues in arranging words into sentences, (5) Arranging words into paragraphs (directed composition), (6) Issues in writing free compositions (free composition). From this research, it is hoped that all forms of issues related to writing skills can become a needs analysis material for educators to improve quality, as well as a literacy study and reference for researchers focused on this theme
Ta’ṡiir istikhdām Padlet ‘Alā Natiijat At Ta’allum Al Lugah Al ‘Arabiyyah
The teaching of Arabic language in schools does not vary in the use of media. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of learning media on Arabic language learning outcomes and to provide a reference for the use of Padlet media to educators. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a post-test only group design. The sample in this study consists of students from SMP Muhammadiyah 31 Jakarta, with 29 students from class VIII C as the control group and 32 students from class VIII A as the experimental group. The instrument used in this study is a test instrument in the form of a multiple-choice post-test consisting of 40 questions. The testing of the instrument was conducted using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 29. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the use of Padlet media on Arabic language learning outcomes in the experimental class, with a t-test result showing t-count 2.093 t-table 1.670. PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) BERBASIS OUTDOOR LEARNING TERHADAP BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KELAS IV SD
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis Outdoor Learning terhadap berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan desain The Matching Posttest-Only Control Design terhadap dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 51 Kota Bengkulu.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis. Data dari hasil penelitian ini menggunakan inferensial yaitu uji-t dan uji korelasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji-t dengan t-hitung pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di kelas kontrol sebesar 60,77 mengalami kenaikan naik menjadi rata-rata kelas eksperimen pada hasil berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 88,43. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis Outdoor Learning terhadap berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar
Suatu fq-Derivasi pada BE-Aljabar
In this article, the concept of f_q-derivation in BE-algebra is given by first defining a mapping φ_q^f, which is a self-map of BE-algebra. Based on this definition, the concept of f_q-derivation in BE-algebra is constructed. The results of this research are the definition of f_q-derivation in BE-algebra and its properties. These properties are constructed from the mapping φ_q^f, regular, fixed set, and kernel of a f_q-derivation in BE-algebra
Peran Psychological Capital Dan Kebahagiaan Terhadap Workplace Well Being: Studi Pada Pekerja di Universitas Islam X di Pekanbaru
Well-being pada karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi kesuksesan dan kinerja organisasi. Well-being di tempat kerja disebut dengan workplace well-being. Dinamika well-being di tempat kerja menjadi sangat penting untuk dipahami, karena akan berpengaruh pada pada kesehatan, perilaku dan kinerja. Banyak hal yang berperan dalam pembentukan workplace well-being diantaranya yakni psychological capital dan kebahagiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran dari psychological capital dan kebahagiaan terhadap workplace well-being. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 96 orang pekerja di sebuah Universitas Islam Negeri di Pekanbaru yang ditemui secara kebetulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala kebahagiaan dari Argyle Hills (1991), workplace well-being dari Page (2005) dan skala PsyCap adalah psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ) dari Luthans (2007). Berdasarkan analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Psychological Capital dan kebahagiaan terhadap Workplace Well-being dengan nilai signifikasi 0.000 lebih kecil dari P= 0.05 dengan sumbangan efektif kedua variabel sebesar 0.479 (47,9 %) yang artinya Psychological Capital dan kebahagiaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Workplace Well-being pada karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi PsyCap dan Kebahagiaan karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan yang dirasakan karyawan ditempat kerja. Karyawan yang memiliki harapan yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaannya, selalu optimis, memiliki keyakinan diri untuk dapat mencapai tujuan kerja serta tangguh dalam mengatasi persoalan dan juga karyawan marasa nyaman, dan bahagia menjalani pekerjaan maka akan meningkatkan perasaan sejahtera atau kesejahteraan karyawan ditempat kerja. The Role Of Psychological Capital And Happiness In Workplace Well-Being: A Study Of Workers At The Islamic X University Of Pekanbaru. Abstract Employee well-being is an essential factor for organizational success and performance. Well-being at work is called workplace well-being. The dynamics of well-being in the workplace are fundamental to understand because they will affect health, behavior, and performance. Many things can improve workplace well-being, including psychological capital and happiness. This research examines the role of psychological capital and happiness in workplace well-being. Data are collected on 96 workers at a State Islamic University in Pekanbaru. Data was collected through the happiness scale from Argyle Hills (1991), workplace well-being from Page (2005), and the Psychological capital scale, which is the psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ) from Luthans (2007). Based on the regression analysis, there is an influence of Psychological Capital and happiness on Workplace Well-being with a significance value of 0.000, smaller than P= 0.05 with a practical contribution of both variables of 0.479 (47.9%), which means Psychological Capital and happiness together, has a positive effect on Workplace Well-being among employees. This riset shows that the higher the employee's PsyCap and Happiness, the higher the employee's perceived well-being. Employees with high hopes for their work are always optimistic, have the self-confidence to achieve work goals, and are resilient in overcoming problems. And also, employees who feel happy and happy doing their work will increase the feeling of well-being or well-being of employees at work. SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI UPAYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH
Educational supervision plays a crucial role in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools. Through educational supervision, various initiatives to enhance and improve the learning process can be undertaken. This study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) method consisting of six stages: planning, literature search, criteria assessment (inclusion and exclusion), quality assessment, data collection, and data analysis. The study aims to determine the role of supervision in improving educational quality, the strategies for implementing educational supervision, and the challenges faced in its application. Data analysis results indicate that educational supervision plays a central role in enhancing educational quality by identifying strengths and weaknesses in teaching practices, providing constructive feedback to educators, and promoting professional development. Strategies used in educational supervision include direct observation, counseling or mentoring, peer coaching or collaboration among educators, and document or portfolio review. Challenges in implementing educational supervision include time constraints, ineffective communication skills of supervisors, and teachers' resistance to supervision due to discomfort
Perkembangan Historiografi Lingkungan di Indonesia
The environmentalist movement in America in the 1970s and the EDEN (Ecology, Demography, and Economy in the Archipelago) project led by Peter Boomgaard triggered the emergence of environmental historiography in Indonesia. This article attempts to explain the development of environmental historiography in Indonesia from 1992-2023. By carrying out in-depth reading (bibliographical research) regarding the historiography that has been produced. This article shows that environmental historiography in Indonesia is experiencing development, starting from foreign writers, until shifting to Indonesian writers. The focus of the study, which was initially simple, became very complex, namely colonial exploitation which had an impact on environmental change, to the study of environmental conservation, environmental pollution, disasters, and the environmental movement
The Coexistence of Kaum Mudo and Kaum Tuo: The Transformation of Islamic Education in Minangkabau
The coexistence of kaum mudo (Muhammadiyah and Sumatera Thawalib) and kaum tuo (Perti) in the context of Islamic education in Minangkabau reflects a significant transformation within the traditional framework of this educational system. This study aims to explore this transformation and its implications. Utilizing ethnographic methods, including participant observation and interviews, the research delves into the dynamics of Islamic education in Minangkabau society. Findings reveal a complex interplay between traditional practices and modern influences, as younger generations navigate their identity within an evolving educational landscape. While older generations uphold traditional teaching methods and values, younger individuals engage with contemporary educational approaches and technologies. Despite these apparent differences, there exists a symbiotic relationship between kaum mudo and kaum tuo, wherein traditional wisdom is passed down alongside modern knowledge. This coexistence fosters a unique learning environment that blends heritage with innovation, preserving the essence of Islamic education while embracing contemporary advancements. The study concludes that this coexistence serves as a testament to the resilience and adaptability of Islamic education in Minangkabau, ensuring its relevance and continuity in the face of societal changes
Taktsîr Vidio Power Director ‘alâ Fahmi al-Mufradât Fî Al-Madrasah Ats- Tsanâwiyah Al-Islâmiyah Al-Hukumiyah 1 Padang Pariaman
The main problem in this research is “Does the PowerDirector video affect the vocabulary comprehension of seventh grade students at Islamic Junior High School 1 Padang Pariaman?” This research aims to know the results of vocabulary comprehension of seventh grade students at the Islamic Junior High School 1 Padang Pariaman before using the PowerDirector video, to know its use, and to analyze the effect of the PowerDirector video on the vocabulary comprehension of the seventh grade students at the Islamic Junior High School 1 Padang Pariaman. The research method used it as a quantitative approach to field research and with an experimental approach at Quasi Experimental Design. Data collection tools are test and observation. The results of vocabulary comprehension for seventh grade students at Islamic Junior High School 1 Padang Pariaman before using the PowerDirector Video in the control class is 61.74, and in the experimental class is 61.09. Using the PowerDirector video to understand vocabulary consisted of three steps: introductory activities, main activities, and final activities. As for the results of vocabulary comprehension for seventh-grade students at the State Islamic Junior High School 1 Padang Pariaman using Video PowerDirector in the experimental class before using Video PowerDirector is 61.09 and after using it is 85.87. Based on the analysis of the test results in the experimental chapter, the “T” test indicates the results of the “T” of count 16.629 and the “T” of Table 1.71714. The results of “T’ of count” are higher than the “T” of Table. From the results of Sig. (One-Sided p, Two-Sided p) which is 0.05 which is higher than 0.001. That is, the use of PowerDirector video has an impact on the vocabulary understanding of seventh grade students at the Islamic Junior High School 1 Padang Pariaman
Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Pada Siswa Melalui Program Bina Bakat di MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya
Pendidikan tidak bisa lepas dari kehidupan manusia karena sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup setiap manusia. Begitupun pendidikan karakter yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini kepada anak. Salah satunya melalui mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan untuk menumbuhkan karakter siswa dengan seni. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SBK yang mengajar di MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa wawancara dan observasi. Nilai karakter bisa ditumbuhkan dengan banyak cara, salah satunya melaui program bina bakat. Adapun bakat yang ditampilkan pada program bina bakat meliputi menari, bernyanyi, puisi, drama, paduan suara. Dari berbagai penampilan itu tumbuhlah nilai karakter dari setiap siswa yaitu keberanian, percaya diri, tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, kreatifitas, kemandirian, dan kerjasama.
