Implikasi Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU-ITE) terhadap Kerukunan Kehidupan Beragama di Ruang Digital
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implikasi Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) terhadap kerukunan kehidupan beragama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif sosiologis dengan data primer adalah UU ITE dan kasus-kasus di media yang berkaitan dengan ujaran kebencian, penistaan agama, dan persoalan intoleransi lainnya. Tulisan ini berpendapat bahwa secara normatif, peraturan tersebut telah mencoba membangun kehidupan beragama yang harmonis di masyarakat dengan menegaskan pada pasal 28 ayat (2) tentang larangan menimbulkan rasa kebencian dan permusuhan antara sesama. Meskipun demikian, dalam tataran sosiologis, peraturan ini belum berjalan sesuai fungsinya, sehingga belum berdampak positif bagi keharmonisan kehidupan beragama di Indonesia. UU ITE muncul ketika “telah dilanggar†bukan pada tataran “peredamâ€. Hal ini disebabkan masih terdapat beberapa frasa undang-undang yang belum tegas dan masih menimbulkan multitafsir. Hal yang terjadi kemudian adalah aksi saling lapor atau ajang balas dendam dengan menggunakan UU ITE sebagai dasar. Pada akhirnya, kerukunan kehidupan beragama di Indonesia belum tercapai dengan baik.

This paper aims to see how the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE law) affects religious harmony in Indonesia. This study uses a sociological normative approach with the primary data being the ITE Law and cases in the media related to hatred, blasphemy, and other tolerance issues. This paper argues that normatively, the regulation has tried to build a harmonious religious life in society by affirming Article 28 paragraph (2) concerning the prohibition of causing hatred and enmity between others. However, at the sociological level, this regulation is not yet in accordance with its function, so it does not have a positive impact on religious life in Indonesia. The ITE Law appears when it "has been violated" not at the "silencer" level. This is because there are still several legal phrases that are not yet firm and still lead to multiple interpretations. What happened then was an act of mutual reporting or revenge using the ITE Law as a basis. In the end, the harmony of religious life in Indonesia has not been achieved properly.

Diseminasi Informasi Moderasi Beragama: Analisis Konten Website Kementerian Agama
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten website Kemenag mengenai diseminasi informasi sebagai upaya dalam mendiseminasikan moderasi beragama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis konten naratif teks media yang diinterpretasikan dengan analisis konten terarah dan studi kepustakaan, dengan objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah website kemenag.go.id. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konten di dalam website Kemenag RI tentang gagasan moderasi beragama merupakan isu utama dan menjadi orientasi program Kemenag RI. Hal ini sejalan dan merupakan bagian dari Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) 2020-2024. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kemenag melakukan diseminasi informasi moderasi beragama dengan berbagai ikhtiar yang ditempuh, seperti kerjasama antar lembaga, pemberian informasi, dan sosialisasi moderasi beragama.

This study aims to analyze the content of the Ministry of Religion website regarding information dissemination as an effort to disseminate religious moderation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using narrative content analysis of media texts interpreted by directed content analysis and literature study. The object of research used is the website kemenag.go.id. This research shows that the content on the Indonesian Ministry of Religion website about the idea of religious moderation is the main issue and has become the orientation of the RI Ministry of Religion program. This is in line with and is part of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN). This study indicates that the Ministry of Religion disseminates information on religious moderation with various efforts, such as inter-institutional cooperation, providing information, and socializing religious moderation.

The Sustainability of Interreligious Dialogue in Indonesia under the Phenomenon of Intolerance by Islamic Populists
From 2016 to 2019, mass protests were organized by the "Islamic Defense Action 212" in Jakarta. Protests carried out by Islamic populists and the widespread use of identity politics have sparked an escalating wave of intolerance that has led to fractures in inter-religious relations in Indonesia. The phenomenon of intolerance described above is one of the main cases that researchers will analyze by tracing its impact on the continuity of inter-religious dialogue in Indonesia. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. This research found that there is a threat to inter-religious dialogue, namely the impact of increased intolerance, which has contributed to increasing the attitude of exclusivity from several Muslim groups in Indonesia toward non-Muslim religious communities. If the Islamic populist actions that occurred in 2019 were repeated in the next few years, especially before the political year, it would undermine the order of peace among religious communities in Indonesia, and dialogue between religions would be difficult to implement.

Mengelola Keragaman Agama di Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Ambon
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potret keragaman dan bagaimana Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Ambon mengelola keragaman antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potret keragaman di IAKN Ambon meliputi keragaman keyakinan, etnis dan juga keragaman fisik. Dalam mengelola keragaman, IAKN Ambon melakukan Langkah-langkah seperti: 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran timbal balik dari semua unsur di lingkup kerja IAKN Ambon (Mahasiswa, pegawai dan dosen); 2) Memberikan kebebasan dalam beribadah menurut keyakinan masing-masing; 3) Menyediakan fasilitas ibadah, yaitu rumah moderasi yang didalamnya ada Musholaa untuk mereka yang beragama islam dan gereja (Capel) untuk yang beragama Kristen dan Katolik; 4) Menciptakan ruang bersama melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti webinar, workshop, pengabdian, penelitian. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa IAKN Ambon menunjukkan sikap yang positif dalam mengelola keragaman melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti workshop, webinar, pengabdian, penelitian, pembangunan rumah moderasi yang semuanya disambut baik oleh semua pihak dan mampu mewujudkan kampus yang harmoni dalam keragaman.

This study aims to describe the portrait of diversity and how the Ambon State Christian Institute manages inter-religious diversity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observation techniques. The results show that the portrait of diversity in IAKN Ambon includes diversity of beliefs, ethnicities and also physical diversity. In managing diversity, IAKN Ambon takes steps such as: 1) Increasing mutual understanding and awareness of all elements within the scope of work of IAKN Ambon (students, employees and lecturers); 2) Give freedom to worship according to their respective beliefs; 3) Providing worship facilities, namely a house of moderation in which there is a prayer room for those who are Muslim and a church (Capel) for Christians and Catholics; 4) Creating a common space through various activities such as webinars, workshops, community service, research. Thus it can be concluded that IAKN Ambon shows a positive attitude in managing diversity through various activities such as workshops, webinars, community service, research, construction of a moderation house, all of which are welcomed by all parties and are able to create a campus that is harmonious in diversity.

Religious Moderation: The Concepts and Implementation of Local Traditions in Karimunjawa
This research is encouraged by the emergence of social friction due to different perspectives on religious issues in Indonesia. Some people clash religion with cultural rituals such as sedekah laut. At the same time, the others reject leaders from different religions and even desire to change the ideology into a caliphate system. Therefore, it is necessary to have a moderate attitude towards religion to create a peaceful and harmonious life. This condition can be found in Karimunjawa, where various ethnicities and religions live together but integrate to form a harmony. Thus, this research reveals the concept of religious moderation in Karimunjawa and how it is implemented through local traditions. The research problem was addressed through qualitative research using a case study approach. The results show that, although most Karimunjawa people do not possess a well-established theoretical understanding of the religious moderation concept, the practice of such concept can be observed in their everyday life. The implementation of moderation values ​​is carried out from one generation to another through acculturation of local wisdom ​​and religious values, such as in the barikan kubro, mudunke kapal, kumpulan, and sambatan. So far, there have been no obstacles in implementing religious moderation because it has become part of the tradition.

Pendidikan Alternatif dalam Pemberdayaan Perempuan: Kontribusi Komunitas Epistemik Payungi dalam Membangun Pengetahuan
Pengetahuan perempuan yang terbatas membuat mereka sering menjadi objek dalam ruang domestik maupun publik. Kondisi ini memaksa perempuan untuk tunduk terhadap kebijakan yang bias gender. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisa bagaimana pendidikan alternatif dioperasikan di dalam aktivitas pemberdayaan perempuan Payungi dan seperti apa kontribusi komunitas. Pendidikan alternatif berdasarkan uraian dari Mills (Mills et al. 2016) dengan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dengan fleksibel memungkinkan seseorang kembali pada rutinitas belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data-data observasi, interview dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan komunitas epistemik Payungi berperan dalam tiga hal, pertama, menghadirkan pendidikan alternatif-transformatif dengan mengoptimalkan peran Pesantren Wirausaha. Kedua, merekonstruksi paradigma berpikir perempuan (ibu rumah tangga) melalui dialog intra-religious. Ketiga, membangun kolaborasi dengan beberapa tokoh agama dan akademisi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan alternatif melalui konsep pesantren wirausaha yang dijalankan secara transformatif dan mendasarkan pemahaman pada nilai-nilai agama dan ilmu pengetahuan selain mampu membangun pengetahuan, juga membangun kapabilitas dan akselerasi perempuan dalam merespon isu-isu global.

Limited knowledge of women makes them often become objects in domestic and public area. This condition forces women to submit to policies biased gender. This article aims to look at and analyze how alternative education operates within Payungi\u27s women\u27s empowerment activities and what the community\u27s contribution. Alternative education based on the description from Mills (Mills et al. 2016) with a conducive and flexible learning environment allows one to return to study routine. This research is qualitative research using observational data, interviews and documentation studies. This research shows that the Payungi epistemic community existence plays role in three ways, first, presenting alternative-transformative education by optimizing the Pesantren Wirausaha role. Second, reconstructing womens\u27s thinking paradigm (housewives) through intra-religious dialogue. Third, building collaboration with several religious leaders and academics. This research concludes that alternative education through the Pesantren Wirausaha concept is run in transformative manner and based on religious values and science understanding, besides can build knowledge, also build capabilities, and accelerate women in responding to global issues.

The Struggle of Fiqh Reasoning in the Implementation of MUI\u27s Fatwa on Worship during Pandemic in the Island of Lombok: Pergulatan Nalar Fikih dalam Implementasi Fatwa MUI tentang Ibadah saat Wabah di Pulau Lombok
This paper discusses the implementation of MUI\u27s fatwa on worship during Covid-19 pandemic. Social facts show that the implementation of the fatwa has given rise to various socio-religious conflicts in Lombok island. Through a qualitative approach, the paper concludes: First, the people of Lombok Muslim community disapprove the fatwa. Second, there is a conceptual difference between the government as the beholder of the MUI\u27s fatwa and the community\u27s religious traditions that have been maintained for a long time. Third, the model of fiqh law reasoning used by the government in general is a textual (normative) model that is contrary to society\u27s use of historical meaning. Therefore, a dialogical process is needed for a solution to social problems that occur as a result of the implementation of the ulama\u27s fatwa which is used as government policy so that it does not appear to be coercive by involving elements of ulama, goverment, and society. The dialog conectivity of these three elements in negotiating their understandings of fiqh to place the intent and purpose of a legal product (fatwa) will encourage the realization of inclusive fiqh reasoning.

Tulisan ini mengkaji secara fenomenologis implementasi fatwa MUI tentang ibadah di tengah pandemi wabah Covid-19. Fakta sosial menunjukkan bahwa implementasi fatwa tersebut telah melahirkan berbagai konflik sosial keagamaan di Pulau Lombok. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif tulisan berkesimpulan: Pertama, Respon masyarakat muslim Lombok sebagai demografi dengan banyaknya masjid adalah adanya ketidakmenerimaan baik secara psikologis, sosial, dan kultural. Kedua, Terjadi pertentangan konseptual antara pemerintah selaku pemegang fatwa MUI dengan konsep tradisi keagamaan masyarakat yang telah lama ada dan menjadi pedoman mereka. Ketiga, model penalaran hukum fikih yang digunakan pemerintah secara umum adalah model pemaknaan tekstual (normatif) bertentangan dengan masyarakat yang menggunakan pemaknaan historis. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan proses dialogis sebagai langkah solutif atas problem sosial yang terjadi akibat implementasi fatwa ulama yang dijadikan kebijakan pemerintah agar tidak terkesan memaksa dengan melibatkan unsur ulama, umara\u27, dan mujtama\u27. Konektivitas dialog tiga unsur ini dalam menegosiasikan pemahaman fikih mereka untuk mendudukkan maksud dan tujuan suatu produk hukum (fatwa) akan mendorong terwujudnya nalar fikih yang inklusif.

Student Care Patterns in Integrated Islamic Boarding School Bina Amal Semarang: Pola Asuh Peserta Didik pada Sekolah Menengah Islam Terpadu (SMIT) Bina Amal Semarang
This research aims to determine caring patterns for student in an integrated Islamic boarding school (SMIT) Bina Amal Semarang. Teacher act as parents in this caring activity to conduct supervision, guidance, discipline, giving reward and punishment. SMIT Bina Amal Semarang is an integrated boarding Islamic school which consists of junior and senior high schools. By using qualitative approach, the research found that caring patterns at these schools were developed in a democratic pattern of pesantren model. All students of the schools were automatically deemed as “santriâ€(students) of the “pesantren†Bina Amal. Supervision, guidance, discipline, reward and punishment implemented at the Bina Amal Semarang schools were carried out by caregivers along with a clear organizational management consisting of three coordinators: Islamic culture and discipline coordinator, tahsin tahfiz coordinator, and academic coordinator. The rules were strictly enforced through student management guidelines that contain academic guidelines and dormitory rules. Learning system was integrated between school and dormitory programmes.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Islam Terpadu (SMIT) Bina Amal Semarang. Pola asuh merupakan cara guru sebagai orang tua dalam melakukan pengawasan, bimbingan, disiplin, pemberian hadiah dan hukuman yang diterapkan kepada peserta didik. SMIT Bina Amal Semarang merupakan Sekolah Islam Terpadu yang dikelola dengan sistem asrama (boarding school) terdiri atas jenjang SMP dan SMA. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh peserta didik pada SMIT Bina Amal Semarang menerapkan pola demokratis model pesantren. Seluruh peserta didik SMIT Bina Amal otomatis adalah “santri†pada “pesantren†Bina Amal. Pengawasan, bimbingan, disiplin, pemberian hadiah dan hukuman yang diterapkan di Bina Amal Semarang dilakukan oleh pengasuh beserta organ struktur organisasi yang jelas: korbid budaya Islami dan kedisiplinan, korbid tahsin tahfiz, dan korbid akademik. Aturan diterapkan secara ketat melalui pedoman pengelolaan peserta didik yang berisi pedoman akademik dan tata kehidupan asrama. Marriage and Religion: Dynamics of Religious Conversion in Marriage and The Advancement of Community Religious Life Perspective of Religious Psychology and Sociology (Study in Lumajang Regency): Marriage and Religion: Dinamika Konversi Agama dalam Perkawinan dan Kemajuan Kehidupan Keagamaan Masyarakat Perspektif Psikologi dan Sosiologi Agama (Studi di Kabupaten Lumajang)
This study analyzes how and why interfaith couples tend to return to their religions after marriage. The results showed that the choice of interfaith couples to embrace their partner\u27s religion at the time of marriage is necessary, because they saw that their new religion provides attractive rewards (marriage). The discovery of the converters who later reverted to their original religion indicated that the religious conversion was carried out for the purpose of marrying their partners only. There were three reasons for the conversion: a) A strong belief in the original religion so that it is difficult to completely convert to a new religion when getting married. b) Freedom of religious observance given by the spouses and the families becomes social support which makes the converters remain calm and confident about their actions. c) The surrounding environment is also the reason as to why conversion occurs; the religion of the majority of the surrounding community can also influence conversion to the original religion.
Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana dan apa alasan pasangan beda agama melakukan konversi agama kembali pasca perkawinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pilihan pasangan beda agama untuk memeluk agama pasangannya ketika menikah adalah sebuah keniscayaan, sebab mereka melihat agama baru yang dianut memberikan reward yang menarik (menikah). Ditemukannya pelaku konversi yang kemudian kembali menganut agama asal menandakan konversi agama yang dilakukan tidak sungguhan, hanya sebatas untuk dapat mengawini pasangannya. Ada tiga alasan tindakan konversi yang dilakukan informan penelitian: a) Kuatnya keimanan pada agama asal sehingga sulit untuk harus secara total melakukan konversi agama ketika melangsungkan perkawinan. b) Kebebasan dalam menganut agama yang diberikan oleh pasangan dan keluarga menjadi dukungan sosial yang menjadikan pelaku konversi tetap tenang dan percaya diri atas tindakannya. c) Lingkungan sekitar juga menjadi alasan pelaku konversi, agama mayoritas masyarakat sekitar juga dapat mempengaruhi tindakan konversi pada agama semula
