    English This paper is the result of a case study in 2016. The study was overshadowed by the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah). It was conducted in several Madrasah Aliyahs in the Province of West Kalimantan. The data and information were collected using qualitative-evaluative study through qualitative and descriptive approach. The study is mainly based on some accounts of various parties involved in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum (K.13), such as the primciples, teachers, supervisors and madrasah committees. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of K.13 in the provincial office of Ministry of Religious Affairs as the pilot project in 19 MAs is a priority, but the second policy after the issuance of the General Director of Islamic Education Regulation no. 482 Th. 2015 on the peer Madrasah for the implementation of K.13 in the academic year 2014/2015. However, this initiative needs to consider the level of readiness among the MAs in the province due to the unavoidable local obstacles. Indonesia Tulisan ini merupakan hasil studi kasus tahun 2016. Latar belakang dari studi kasus ini adalah adanya persoalan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Aliyah, yang menuntut perbaikan. Studi ini mengambil kasus di beberapa MA di Propinsi Kalimantan Barat. Data dan informasi diperoleh melalui studi kualitatif evaluatif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif. Hasil studi ini, merupakan penilaian atau pendapat dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada beberapa MA di Propinsi Kalimantan Barat, seperti kepala MA, guru, pengawas, dan komite madrasah.Temuan penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa kebijakan implementasi K.13 di Wilayah Kementerian Agama Kalimantan Barat, untuk pilot project terhadap 19 MA, adalah prioritas, namun kebijakan kedua setelah diterbitkannya Peraturan Dirjen Pendis Kemenag No. 482 Th. 2015 tentang Penetapan Madrasah Pendampingan K.13, maka Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 memberlakukan K.13 namun keberadaanya perlu ditopang kesiapan yang matang mengingat dalam implementasi K.13 se Kalbar banyak ditemui kendala

    English In line with this, this research then aimed to evaluate the training programs and whether or not the trainings had effect on the teachers\u27 pedagogical competence. To collect the data, this study used a questionnaire and a test to measure the pedagogical competence. The questionnaire was distributed to 104 teachers at MORA Training Institute in Palembang. Some findings showed that the implementation of teachers\u27 training by the committee was in “good†category, but the aspect of curriculum and syllabus was in “not good†category; the trainers\u27 roles in the learning process was in “very good†category; the teachers\u27 pedagogical competence before and after the training significantly improved but the indicator of students\u27 potential development was in less good category. This study suggested that the curriculum designer should improve the quality of curriculum based on teachers\u27 needs and take into account the students\u27 potential development for the training materials. Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program diklat guru madrasah dan dampaknya terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru, menggunakan metode studi kasus terhadap 104 guru pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Palembang dengan instrumen kuisioner, test pengetahuan pedagogik dan observasi performa pedagogik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi diklat guru dari aspek penyelenggara dinilai baik namun salah satu indikatornya yaitu kualitas kurikulum dan silabus (kursil) dinilai kurang baik; implementasi diklat guru dari aspek widyaiswara dinilai sangat baik; kompetensi pedagogik guru pasca diklat dilihat dari praktik mengajar dinilai baik namun satu indikatornya yaitu pengembangan potensi peserta didik kurang baik dan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pedagogik guru pasca diklat seperti yang ditunjukkan pada uji T dari pre dan post test. Direkomendasikan pada para pengembang kurikulum diklat guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas kursil sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan memberikan penekanan substansi pengembangan potensi peserta didik dalam diklat-diklat teknis substantif pendidikan

    English This paper attempts to describe how local wisdom is maintained in the ceremony of Penjaroan Rajab in Sakatunggal Mosque, Cikakak Village. The research was conducted using qualitative method with anthropological and historical approaches. This study is to identify the contestation of local wisdom in community ceremonies of Penjaroan Rajab where values are strongly planted in the community behavior, religious systems and beliefs. It finds that Penjaroan Rajab is a grave visit ritual that is conducted every 26th of the month of Rajab as a symbol of respect to the deceased Kiai Mustholih (the founder of the village). This ritual is marked by the replacement of fences surrounding the graveyard, slametan ngalap berkah (ritual meal to invoke blessing), Islamic sermons, and cultural performances. This ritual preserves the local wisdom of the Cikakak community including sincerity, harmony, religiosity and nationalism that melt people from different places and religions into the color of togetherness. Indonesia Artikel ini berupaya mendeskripsikan kearifan lokal yang ada pada ritual Penjaroan Rajab di Masjid Saka Tunggal Desa Cikakak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan antropologis dan historis. Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi kearifan lokal pada ritual Penjaroan Rajab melalui nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada perilaku masyarakat, sistem agama dan kepercayaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penjaroan Rajab adalah ritual ziarah kubur setiap tanggal 26 Rajab sebagai simbol penghormatan kepada leluhur Kiai Mustholih. Ritual ini ditandai dengan penggantian pagar yang mengelilingi pemakaman, slametan ngalap berkah, pengajian, dan pentas budaya. Ritual ini melestarikan kearifan lokal masyarakat Cikakak meliputi keikhlasan, kerukunan, keberagamaan, dan nasionalisme sebagai elemen perekat lintas warga dan lintas agama yang memberikan warna kebersamaan

    University students are young figures who are responsible as the nation successors thus they should have the vision and mission of nationality. However, this ideal condition can apparently not found in all universities. For example, the movement of the student organization at Muhammadiyah University Kendari was proven as not having the vision and mission of nationality. This study employed qualitative methods to describe the student organization at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari. The findings reveal that: firstly, the university banned the growth and development of religious organizations other than IMM. Secondly, despite the university ban, student organization such as Gema Pembebasan (i.e. the development of HTI) kept appearing. Student religious movement on one hand is an encouraging phenomenon in the Islamic dawah and education. However, when it is not supervised with the concept of nationalism, the student organization of this kind will lead to radical movements in religious organizations.Mahasiswa adalah sosok pemuda yang memiliki tanggungjawab sebagai penerus generasi bangsa. Namun demikian, hal ini rupanya tidak dijumpai di semua universitas. Sebagai contoh, gerakan organisasi kemahasiswaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari yang justru tidak memiliki visi misi kebangsaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menjabarkan mengenai organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. Hasil temuan menunjukkan: pertama, universitas melarang tumbuh dan berkembangnya organisasi keagamaan mahasiswa selain IMM. Kedua, meskipun terdapat larangan dari universitas, organisasi kemahasiswaan lain seperti Gema Pembebasan yang merupakan perkembangan dari HTI justru muncul. Gerakan keagamaan mahasiswa di satu sisi merupakan fenomena menggembirakan dalam dakwah dan pendidikan Islam. Akan tetapi, jika tidak diimbangi dengan wawasan kebangsaan, organisasi kemahasiswaan semacam ini akan menimbulkan gerakan radikal  dalam organisasi keagamaan

    Poverty is a very complex development issues. Poverty is seen as spillovers from development and part of the problem in development. The existence of poverty is characterized by unemployment, underdevelopment, and inequality between regions. Poverty is also indicated by the presence of slums and squatter, and the existence of groups of people categorized as poor families caused by the limitations of economic, social and political life of their poor families. This phenomenon is demonstrated by the presence of several heads of families who are economically unable to meet the primary needs of family members. In addition, low levels of public education also makes it difficult to obtain jobs with adequate results or provide for his family. There are also a number of families whose low level of health that is hindering their work. This paper would like to discuss the steps that can be taken by the government to tackle poverty masalahan. Kemiskinan dipandang sebagai dampak ikutan dari pembangunan dan bagian dari masalah dalam pembangunan. Keberadaan kemiskinan ditandai dengan adanya pengangguran, keterbelakangan, dan ketimpangan antar wilayah. Kemiskinan juga ditunjukkan dengan adanya permukiman-permukiman kumuh dan liar, serta adanya golongan masyarakat yang masuk kategori keluarga miskin yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan ekonomi, sosial dan politik dari masingmasing keluarga miskin tersebut. Fenomena ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya beberapa kepala keluarga yang secara ekonomi tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan primer anggota keluarganya. Selain itu, tingkat pendidikan masyarakat juga rendah sehingga mereka sulit memperoleh pekerjaan dengan hasil yang memadai atau mencukupi kebutuhan keluarganya. Terdapat pula sejumlah keluarga yang tingkat kesehatannya rendah sehingga menghambat mereka untuk bekerja. Tulisan ini ingin mendiskusikan langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah untuk menanggulangi masalahan kemiskinan.     The article discusses the weaknesses of Fundamental and Liberal Muslims. The weakness of Liberal Muslims is placed on their superficial thinking. When they are reluctant to embody the Law of God, their reluctance is polished with their jargon--back to the spirit of the Koran are human and fair. It seems that they, then, remove the Lord\u27s ordinances, which actually have a certain positive value. They ran from God and made up the rule of law based on the creativity of a mind or their free logical thinking. Meanwhile, the fundamentalists\u27 weakness is their low tolerance of various differences of religious thoughts. Therefore, sometimes they are easy to claim that the differences are apostasy and unbelief, without dialogue. To get a broader outlook of both this article examines the two poles of thoughts. Artikel ini mendiskusikan pertentangan muslim fundamental dan liberal. Kelemahan muslim liberal terletak pada cara berpikir mereka yang artificial. Ketika mereka enggan menegakkah hukum Tuhan, keengganan mereka dipoles dengan jargon—kembali kepada spirit Al-Qur\u27an adalah manusiawi dan wajar. Ini menunjukkan bahwa mereka, kemudian, menghilangkan ordinasi Tuhan, yang sebenarnya memiliki nilai positif tertentu. Mereka lari dari Tuhan dan membuat aturan berdasarkan kreativitas akal dan kebebasan berpikir mereka.
