Get PDFDalam sejarah kesarjaan hadis di Indonesi, nama Syuhudi Ismail wajib disebut. Karena beliau adalah seorang peraih doktor pertama dalam bidang ilmu hadis di Indonesia dengan karya monumentalnya “Kaedah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis: Telaah Kritis dan Tinjauan dengan Pendekatan IlmuSejarah. Sumbangan Syuhudi dalam kesarjaan hadis di Indonesia tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kritik sanad. Tapi juga berkaitan dengan cara menafsirkan hadis secara akurat yang dia sampaikan dalam pidato pengukuhan guru besarnya. Dalam tulisan ini ide utamanya tentang hadis tekstual dan kontekstual akan direkontruksi menjadi pemikiran hermeneutis hadisnya sehingga menjadi salah satu sumbangan dalam khazanah penfasfsiran hadis
 
Studi Kualitas Hadis terhadap Kedudukan Basmalah pada Surah al-Fatihah

This study wants to reveal the quality of the hadith about “Basmalah which is one of the verses of the letter al-Fatihah”. It is library research. The quality of the hadith is revealed through the hadith criticism method with the standard rules of hadith validity. The literature used is the takhrij hadith books, hadith books, biographies of hadith narrators, and books that contain the rules of hadith validity and hadith criticism methods. In this study, it was found that there were breaks of the sanad and weak narrators by hadith critics, so this hadith was judged weak. The study on matan of hadith was not carried out because one of the conditions for conducting criticism of matan was sahih or valid in the hadith sanad.

Abstrak
Dalam artikel ini peneliti ingin mengungkap kualitas hadis tentang “basmalah adalah salah satu ayat dari surat al-Fatihah”. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Kualitas dari hadis tersebut diungkap menggunakan metode kritik hadis dengan standar kaidah kesahihan hadis. Literatur yang digunakan adalah kitab (buku) takhrij hadis, kitab hadis, kitab biografi para periwayat hadis, dan kitab yang memuat kaidah kesahihan hadis dan metode kritik hadis. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat keterputusan dalam sanadnya dan terdapat periwayat yang dinilai lemah (bermasalah) oleh kritikus hadis, sehingga hadis ini dihukumi lemah. Adapun penelitian matan hadis tidak dilakukan sebab salah satu syarat melakukan kritik matan adalah sanad hadis berstatus sahih.

Melalui UU tentang guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan, pemerintah mengatur profesionalisme pendidik dengan menetapkan standar kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki pendidik untuk dapat disebut sebagai profesional. Profesionalisme atau profesional, berasal dari bahasa Inggris, berarti ahli, pakar, mumpuni dalam bidang yang digeluti. mendefinisikan profesi sebagai bidang usaha manusia berdasarkan pengetahuan, di mana keahlian dan pengalaman pelakunya diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Definisi ini meliputi aspek ilmu pengetahuan tertentu, aplikasi kemampuan/ kecakapan, dan berkaitan dengan kepentingan umum. pendidik (guru) untuk dapat disebut professional harus memenuhi kualifikasi akademik (berpendidikan tinggi program sarjana atau program diploma empat) dan empat kompetensi, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional

Get PDFThis study aims to reveal the importance of learning and plunging into the values of the Qur'an in this case is the Arabic language. The Qur'an came down to this face in order to decide all cases that were deviant due to human activities at that time which were far from the values of failure since the beginning of the dissolution of the prophetic period of Prophet Ibrahim which was fairly long at that time, as a result the descent of Kalamullah created a significant influence. and we can feel the benefits until now. As a way of life, the Qur'an is the greatest miracle of the Prophet Muhammad. Reading it is worship, learning and teaching it makes us the best human beings. The results showed that researchers by mental health experts stated that studying the Qur'an and the values contained in it can increase intelligence. For this reason, Arabic also plays an important role in the process of encouraging as an effort to maximize the value of worship in the Qur'an itself. As mentioned in the editorial of the Qur'an that "Learn Arabic so that you understand". In the verse it is not stated that only those who read and memorize will understand but the meaning of the word understand is broad in scope. And learning Arabic is one indicator of that understanding.
 
Assertive and Expressive Speech Act Used by English Teachers and Its Implications
Get PDFThis study focused on the use of assertive and expressive speech acts by English teachers and its’ implication in teaching and learning process. The study was done in Senior High School 1 Pinrang. The sample was two English teachers. The sample was taken by using a purposive sample. The sample was chosen because they produced more speech acts in teaching and learning process. In collecting the data, classroom recording, observation checklist and interview were used. In analyzing data from classroom recording and interview, the researcher used qualitative data analysis that consisted of three stages: data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that teacher A and B used representative and expressive speech act with a different function. Teacher A used representative speech acts which functions were informing, explaining, asserting and concluding the material, while teacher B used representative speech acts which functions were explaining, informing and asserting the material. For expressive speech act, teacher A used expressive speech acts which functions were greeting, apologizing and pleasure or happy feeling, while teacher B used expressive speech acts in classroom interaction which functions were greeting, taking students’ attention, apologizing, and pleasure in terms of thanking. For implication of speech acts are as the way in making the students understood on the teacher’s explanation and used English properly. Therefore, it is also as the way to motivate the students, avoid the misunderstanding in learning process, build up the effective communication build up their understanding, know the communicative functions, stimulate each other and would be used to hear and use English
Frames of Racism in Novel “Dear Martin” by Nic Stone 2017
Get PDFThe aim of the research is to know how the central frames of color-blind racism are experienced by minorities in Nic Stone’s novel Dear Martin. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. In collecting the data, the researcher analyzed the object by using the theory of color-blind racism by Bonilla Silva. The results of the research are in the form of several findings about racist acts in ideology of color-blind racism by the majority (white people) against the minority (black people) especially the teenager of African-American. There are four central frames of color-blind racism as the problem of this research, namely; Abstract Liberalism, Naturalization Racism, Cultural Racism, and Minimization Racism. The researcher found that racist acts still occur in African-American life based on the four central frames color-blind racism system applied to racial equality in the novel
Peran Anak Usia Sekolah Dalam Ekonomi Keluarga di Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri 7 Bulukumba
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana anak usia sekolah di Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri 7 Bulukumba muncul dalam pasar kerja mencari nafkah dan bagaimana peran mereka dalam ekonomi keluarga dilihat dari persfektif Islam. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara bebas terpimpin terhadap beberapa informan kunci seperti anak usia sekolah yang bekerja, guru, orangtua dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan anak usia sekolah di Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri 7 Bulukumba muncul di pasar kerja karena kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang kurang mampu sehingga menimbulkan keinginan untuk membantu orang tua. Selanjutnya keinginan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sendiri seperti jajan dan data internet merupakan motivasi bagi anak usia sekolah yang bekerja. Faktor yang datang dari lingkungan juga menjadi motivasi tersendiri berupa cerita keberhasilan sebagian warga yang bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja di negara tetangga Malaysia. Kontribusi pendapatan yang dihasilkan oleh anak usia sekolah yang bekerja terhadap ekonomi keluarga sangat membantu kehidupan keluarga walaupun pendapatan yang diperoleh relatif kecil
A QUEST FOR A BETTER LIFE AND RACIAL DISCRIMINATION IN BAUCHI EMECHETER’S "SECOND CLASS CITIZEN"
Get PDFMany black Africans migrate to Europe in search of a better life. However, they face different challenges in the process such as racism, rape, and lack of accommodation in Europe. Thus, this study aims at examining how the quest for a better life and racial discrimination is portrayed in Buchi Emecheter’s Second Class Citizen. The study adopts psychoanalysis theory to analyze the data. The findings of the study show that many Africans consider Europe as heaven, as a source of happiness as a place of freedom and enjoyment while Nigeria and Africa at large as hell. As a result, they want to go and have a better life in the West. Also, the findings show the extent to which Black Africans are racially discriminated against there. They are considered inferior, and unimportant by the whites, and nobody wants to even associate with them. The study identifies some implications of the findings and makes some recommendations for further studies

The development of science, especially from the west, also requires a filter so that secular values that are not in accordance with Islam can be prevented. The importance of Islamization of science is a main concept that can be a vaccine to prevent negative values that accompany science and can also be a vitamin to increase the spirit of Muslims to always try to develop science.Several Muslim figures who initiated the concept of Islamization of Science, including Syed Naquib Al-Attas and Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi, the two Muslim figures considered the Islamization of science as a solution to the problem of the current dichotomy of science. Especially where we have entered the era of Society 5.0 where the development of technology and science has become a necessity without leaving important human aspects as the main element in that era.As for the use of this research method, it uses a pure library research method with a descriptive analytical approach, namely describing and critically interpreting the meaning of the discussion process so as to make a new idea in the development of science. The purpose of this study is to find a correlation between the Islamization of science in the era of society 5.0 and the study of the concepts offered by Ismail Raji al-Faruqi and Syed Naquib al-Attas. And from the results of this study, it was found that there was a correlation between the Islamization of science in the era of Society 5.0, this was seen in the strengthening of humans as the center of civilization so that the concept of Islamization became a solution to the gap and strengthened human character in particular

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the miracles of the Qur'an in terms of ontology, epistemology and axiology. This research is a library research, by collecting related literature from both classical and contemporary sources then presented in a qualitative descriptive manner, then analyzed (content analysis) to arrive at a conclusion. Miracles of the Qur'an is a term that emerged as a response to the inability of humans to match the beauty of language and the message it contains. The Sunni scholars believe that the miracle of the Qur'an comes from itself, while the muktazilah scholars argue that the inability of humans to compete with the Qur'an is due to the existence of al-sarfah (transfer/revocation) ability by Allah swt. to match the Qur'an. As for the degree of miraculousness of the Qur'an, the most common opinion states that it relates to a complete chapter in the Qur'an although it is short. Miracles of the Qur'an include several aspects, namely; al-i‘ja>z al-baya>ni>, al-i‘ja>z al-‘ilmi>, al-i‘ja>z al-Tasyri>‘i>, dan al-i‘ja>z al-gaibi.The miraculous function of the Qur'an is as tangible evidence of the authenticity of the Qur'an which is the word of Allah swt. which occurs in every place and time
