Hubungan Pendidikan Dan Pekerjaan Dengan Kualitas Hidup Gay, Transgender, dan LSL
Gay, Transgender dan Men Who Have Seks With Men are individuals who are prone to problem both in health and in the environment such as education and work that will disrupt their lives and will have an impact on their quality of life. The study aim to know the relationship between education and occupation with the quality of life to the Gay, Transgender and MSM in Bandar Lampung 2019. The research using analytic survey with cross-sectional approach. The type of data obtained is primary data. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires WHOQOL-BREF whose results will be categorized. This research was conducted from September to November 2019. In this research, the samples taken included all member of Gaya Lentera Muda organization with a total of 35 people, taken with total sampling technique. The report for quality of gay, transgender and MSM in Bandar Lampung who has middle education mostly have mild quality of life of 12 subjects (63,2%) and the subjects who have occupation mostly have mild quality of life of 12 subject (66,7%). The final results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between education and occupation with quality of life to gay, transgender and MSM in Bandar Lampung 2019 (p-value = 0,003 dan p-value = 0,414). The higher the level of education and the person has a working status, the higher the quality of life
Derajat Toksisitas Hemoglobin Pada Penderita Kanker Kolorektal Yang Mendapat Kemoterapi CapeOX
Advances in the treatment and use of chemotherapy have been shown to improve the life expectancy rate for colorectal cancer patients. Studies conducted in China and Hongkong have shown that CapeOX combination chemotherapy regimens are more commonly used than in Europe and the United States. However, the use of chemotherapy drugs containing oxaliplatin and capecitabine can cause side effects such as hematological toxicity, which is one of them is anemia. This study aims to determine the difference in the form of a decrease in the average levels of hemoglobin and the degree of hemoglobin toxicity in colorectal cancer patients undergoing CapeOX chemotherapy. The Design in this study is a historical (retrospective) cohort. This study sample was 70 colorectal cancer patients who received CapeOX chemotherapy for 6 cycles at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek in 2018-2019. Consecutive sampling is used in the sampling method. The statistical analysis is using Paired T-Test. There is a significant difference in the average hemoglobin level of colorectal cancer patients (p-value = <0.005), which receive CapeOX chemotherapy for 6 cycles. Besides, there is an increase in the number of patients who get hemoglobin toxicity and the chemotherapy cycle. In the first cycle, 59 patients (84.3%) got hemoglobin toxicity after chemotherapy, and the number continued to increase to 69 patients (98.6%) in the sixth cycle. There was a decrease in hemoglobin levels in colorectal cancer patients who received CapeOX chemotherapy with p-value = <0.05 and increased patients who got hemoglobin toxicity
Karakteristik Pasien Tonsilitis pada Tonsilektomi di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung
Tonsillitis is an inflammation of the palatine tonsils originating from the Waldeyer ring. Eustachian tubal tonsils, lingual tonsils, palatine tonsils, and pharyngeal tonsils are the composition of the lymph glands in the oral cavity and are the waldayer ring's composition. Tonsillectomy is one type of ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) surgery most often performed on children, adolescents, and adults. Tonsillectomy is also a procedure that can be done if there is a chronic infection or a recurring infection. This study aims to determine the characteristics of age, sex, tonsillar size of Tonsillitis patients in Tonsillectomy at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung. Method: The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with data taken retrospectively. The source of the research data is secondary data obtained from medical records of patients diagnosed with Tonsilitis in Tonsillectomy at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung. A total of 92 patients. Data collection in November 2019 - finished. Analysis through univariate analysis. The results show the characteristics of Tonsillitis Patients in Tonsillectomy in Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital are 12-25 years of age (52.5%) and 6-11 years of age 30 (3 2.6%) and ages 26-45 5 years (5.4%) and ages 46 - 65 years 3 (3.3%), with 50 (54.3%) female and 42 (45.3%) men, with T3 tonsil size was 47 (51.1%), and T2 size was 27 (29.3%), and T4 was 18 (19.6), and T1 was 0 (0%). Characteristics of Tonsillitis Patients in Tonsillectomy at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung, the most age was 12-25 years old, and the most sex is in women, the most tonsil size in T3 size was 47 people
Determinan Perilaku Ibu Dalam Imunisasi Dasar Pada Anak Usia 12-23 Bulan
The immunization program for infants aims to get every baby to get a complete basic immunization. Basic immunization status in children can be influenced by several factors related to community behavior towards immunization. The role of mothers in the immunization program is very important because in general, the parenting responsibility is given to parents, especially mothers. The Jelbuk and Klatakan health centers have the lowest complete basic immunization coverage in Jember in 2015 and 2016. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of maternal behavior in basic immunization in children aged 12-23 months. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted in the working area of the Health Centers in Jelbuk and Klatakan in August-September 2017. Data collected from 100 mothers who had children aged 12-23 months. The sampling method is cluster random sampling. The results of the study using logistic regression tests showed that the level of knowledge and attitudes affected the basic immunization status of children aged 12-23 months with p-values of 0.002 and 0,000, respectively. Knowledge and attitude of the mother are factors that can influence the completeness of basic immunization, therefore it is recommended to health workers to improve health promotion, especially about immunization so that basic immunization coverage can be increased and the risk of diseases that can be prevented by immunization can be reduced
Review Sistematik: Model Pemulihan Penderita Gangguan Jiwa Berat Berbasis Komunitas
People with severe mental illness have complex disabilities affecting mental functions, daily activities, and social life, thus they need help from others in carrying out daily functional activities. Optimizing the recovery of severe mental illness requires a holistic approach and integration between mental health services and supportive communities so that sufferers can interact with others, have a positive self-concept, and improve their well-being. This study aims to describe a community-based model of recovery for people with severe mental illness. Several literature studies were obtained from 50 reference sources through Science Direct, Google Scholar, Proquest Health and Medical Complete, Proquest Nursing, and Allied Health Sources from 2009 to 2019. Results explain that the community provides an adequate support system in improving the care of people with severe mental illness. Support systems in the community involve social and physical aspects as well as the economic infrastructure through employment opportunities or financial support and a decent living. The interaction between community members and people with severe mental illness could be a positive thing in strengthening the motivation of people with severe mental illness to recover and be able to do their activities independently. The recovery process of severe mental illness requires strong motivation and commitment from the sufferer, the family, all society members, community mental health service team, and related policymakers. It can be concluded that people with severe mental illness need support from various parties in terms of future life planning, identifying strengths and weaknesses that they have, and recognizing multiple obstacles and support so that they recover and live independently
Karakteristik Hasil CT-Scan Kepala pada Penderita Cedera Kepala di Rumah Sakit Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek periode Januari – Desember Tahun 2018
Computerized Tomography (CT) -Scans examination are the main choice modalities in patients with acute head injuries because they are able to view the entire brain tissues and accurately distinguish the nature and presence of intracranial lesions and Extracranial. This study aim to determine the characteristics of results CT-Scan head on the patient's head injury at Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Hospital January to December Period 2018. The research is a descriptive study with a crosssectional approach. The samples in this study were all records of medical head injury patients at Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Hospital in January – December 2018 based on the formula Slovin as many as 182 respondents. The sampling techniques in the study used purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis using univariate analysis. From 182 respondents known prevalence of the age of the patient's head injury is 16-25 years as many as 82 respondents (45.1%), male gender 119 respondents (65.4%), a mild head injury of 105 respondents (57.7%). A normal CT-Scan overview of 99 respondents (54.4%) With a valid description (subarachnoid hemorrhage) as much as 25 respondents (13.7%). Characteristics of results CT-Scan head at the head injury sufferer of most ages 16-25 years, most male gender, most dominant mild head injuries and CT-Scan results most commonly present normal results with description SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage)
Karateristik Distribusi Frekuensi Ibu Pascamelahirkan dengan Kejadian Postpartum Blues Bandar Lampung 2019
Postpartum blues is a mood felt by women after childbirth, which lasted for 3-6 days in the first 14 days postpartum, which is related to the baby's feelings (Mansur, 2009: 156). Objective: This study aimed to determine the distribution frequency of postpartum mothers with postpartum blues case in Puskesmas Kemiling and midwife clinic in sub-district of Kemiling, Bandar Lampung Midwife Sub-district Practices in Bandar Lampung. This study also aimed to know the characteristics of postpartum maternal frequency distribution with postpartum blues incidents in the Puskesmas Inpatient Center and Midwife Practices in Bandar Lampung sub-district. The type of research used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The sample used at least 30 postpartum mothers in Puskesmas Kemiling and midwife clinics in Kemiling. The results of research conducted in Puskesmas Kemiling and midwife clinics Kemiling Bandar Lampung for the frequency distribution of the postpartum blues cases, it is found that mothers who experienced postpartum blues were about 6 respondents (14,6%) and mothers who did not experience postpartum blues were about 35 respondents (85,4%). It is known that from 41 postpartum mothers, most of them did not experience postpartum blues. The postpartum blues cases in Puskesmas Kemiling and midwife clinics Kemiling were at 14,6%. Most of respondents were aged 21-35 years old, multiparous, vaginal, low education, work, income above regional minimum wage
Pengaruh Vitamin D3 Terhadap Glukosa Darah Tikus Wistar Yang Dipapar Asap Rokok
Cigarettes are the biggest health problem around the world. Nicotine in cigarettes has been proved insulin receptor resistance and can reduce insulin secretion in pancreatic β cells, which causes an increase in blood glucose levels. One of the efforts to reduce blood glucose levels is to consume vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is a prohormone that plays a role in metabolic functions in cells and repair functions of cells. Purpose: to know the effect of vitamin D3 toward glucose blood level of male Rattus norvegicus Wistar exposed by cigarette smoke. Methods: This research conducted with pure experimental pre- and post-test with control group design. The samples used were 24 male rats. The sample divided into four groups, including K1, K2, K3, and P1. K1, which is not exposed by cigarette smoke and not given of vitamin D3. K2 is a group exposed by cigarette smoke but not given vitamin D3. K3 is a group that is not exposed by cigarette smoke but given vitamin D3 a dose of 0.2 µgr /head. P1 is a group exposed by cigarette smoke and given a vitamin D3 dose of 0.2 µgr /head. Results: Paired T-test showed increased blood glucose levels that are meaningful (p<0,05) In groups K2 (p=0,018) and P1 (p=0,035). One-way Anova showed there were differences in blood glucose levels that are meaningful between groups (p=0,001). Statistical analysis Post Hoc LSD showed significant differences in group K1 with K2 (p=0,004), group K1 with K3 (p=0,038), group K1 with P1 (p=0,038), group K2 with K3 (p=0,000), group K2 with P1 (p=0,004). Conclusion: Vitamin D3 can reduce fasting blood glucose levels of Rattus norvegicus exposed by cigarette smoke
Hubungan Faktor Risiko Depresi dengan Tingkat Depresi pada Gay, Transgender, dan LSL
Health problems experienced by gay, transgender, and MSM (Men who have Sex with Men) one of the psychological problems such as depression. The social problems that they often experience are stigma and discrimination, including access to health services. The risk factors of depression are genetic, age, and psychosocial factors. This study conducted to determine the relationship between risk factors of depression with levels of depression to the gay, transgender, and MSM in Bandar Lampung 2019. Methods: The type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional. The samples were taken using total sampling. The subjects in this research are all 35 members of the Gaya Lentera Muda Organization. The type of data obtained is primary data. The results of this research that from 35 subjects is obtained the subjects with middle education mostly have mild depression of 7 subjects (36,8%). The subjects who have an occupation mostly have mild depression of 6 subjects (33,3%). The subjects who have genetic factors mostly have severe depression of 13 subjects (72,2%). There is a meaningful relationship between genetic factor (p value= 0,000) and psychosocial factor (education level p value= 0,040 and employment status p value= 0,050) with levels of depression to the gay, transgender, and MSM (Men who have Sex with Men). There is no relationship between age factor (p value= 0,856) with levels of depression to the gay, transgender, and MSM (Men who have Sex with Men)
Gambaran Karakteristik dan Kepuasan Peserta BPJS Kesehatan dalam Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan di FKTP Kota Malang
The rules regarding the increase in Social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS) Health fees recently affected the occurrence of 800 thousand BPJS Health participants who dropped out of class. The level of satisfaction of BPJS Health participants utilizing health services at the First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) was still below the target. The satisfaction of the participants of the BPJS of Health when getting health services in FKTP will have a strong influence on their loyalty and the quality of health services in general. This study conducted to describe the characteristics and satisfaction of BPJS Health participants in the utilization of health services in FKTP Malang. This study wass a descriptive study an observational survey approach to describe the characteristics and satisfaction of BPJS Health participants. This study involved 49 BPJS participants in FKTP Malang at the Primary Care Clinic and Community Health Center by using systematic random sampling. Results: The results showed that in both types of FKTP groups, 100% of participants stated that they preserved their chosen health services. All participants of the Subsidy Aid Recipient (PBI) checked their health at the Community Health Center, while at the primary care clinic, the majority of participants (75%) were Wage Recipient Workers (PPU). The level of satisfaction of BPJS participants in primary care clinic was more dominated by biological aspects (84.85%), while psychological aspects were more felt by participants in Community Health Center. In conclusion, The conclusion of this study shows that PBI participants checks their health more at Community Health Center and they felt more satisfy on biological aspects at Primary Care Clinic. BPJS Health participants' satisfaction in both FKTP groups needs to be improved through a comprehensive holistic approach with promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts
