Viral Load (VL) is a direct indicator of the total amount of cells produced by the virus in a person infected with HIV. TB becomes a challenge for controlling Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) because it is the most opportunistic infection in people living with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA). TB can increase HIV progression and the risk of death for people living with HIV. Immunosuppression can increase the likelihood that dormant TB germs reactivate. The pathogenesis of TB infection in HIV patients is directly related to the decline in the immune system, specifically CD4 T lymphocytes. HIV infection will cause a decrease in CD4 T lymphocytes thereby reducing the immunological response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This will result in reactivation from the latent period of TB to an active infection. This study conducted to discover the relationship between the amount of viral load and the tuberculosis case in HIV / AIDS patients that undertake ARV therapy at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province in 2019. Observational analytic approach with cross sectional design was used in this present study.  The data taken is secondary data from the medical record of HIV / AIDS patients in Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province in 2019. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling method and it was obtained a total sample of 196 people. The data was analyzed through Chi Square test. There was a significant relationship between the amount of viral load in HIV / AIDS patients and the tuberculosis case (p-value = 0.004). From the analysis above, it was obtained OR value = 2.52 which represents that patients who have a viral load ≥ 10,000 have a risk of 2.52 times to encounter TB. A high amount of Viral Load can cause immunosuppression in the host and increase the virulence of TB microbes

The interaction between TB and HIV infection is complex. In HIV-infected individuals, this situation will decrease the immune system and increase vulnerability to TB incidence. HIV causes reactivation, reinfection, and progression of latent TB infection to active tuberculosis. It also led to differences in the clinical presentation of TB in HIV patients, complications, and response to anti-TB treatment than in HIV negative patients. The purpose of this study To Know Correlation CD4 counts in patients with HIV / AIDS in hospitals Dr.H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province 2018. Research methods: cross-sectional approach, in which several variables tested in this research object data got from the medical record. Analysis of the data used is the Mann-Whitney statistical test. Research The total sample of 160 medical records of patients seen that the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000. Half of this significance value ½ (0.000) is <0.05. It can be concluded that reject H0 and Ha accepted, which implies a significant difference in CD4 cell counts in patients given isoniazid as TB prevention with patients TB co-infection. With all forces, correlation means that their relationship CD4 cell counts in patients given isoniazid to prevent TB and TB co-infection. There is a significant relationship between CD4 cell count in patients who given isoniazid for the prevention of TB and TB co-infection in HIV / AIDS patients in hospitals Dr.H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province 2018

Appendicitis is one of the causes of mortality rates 0,2 – 0,8% in the world. In Indonesia itself, appendicitis occupies the fourth most patients who undergo hospitalization. The worse this type of appendicitis, the longer the patient should undergo hospitalization in the hospital's surgical treatment room. The duration of the patient post-surgery is varied depending on the type of appendicitis suffered. This study aims to describe the difference in the length of stay in post appendectomy patients between acute appendicitis and perforated appendicitis. The research is a comparative analytical research retrospective with a cross-sectional approach. In this study, the samples were recorded from medical records of appendicitis patients in 2016-2019, totaling 60 respondents of acute appendicitis and 60 respondents of perforation appendicitis. The sampling techniques in this study used a total sampling technique. Analysis of data is using univariate analysis and Independent bivariate tests. It is known that the average length of inpatient hospitalization is acute for 9 days. The shortest hospitalization is for 2 days, and the longest is 23 days.  The respondent with an appendicitis perforation with an average length of stay is 34 days, the shortest time hospitalization is 4 days, and the longest is 90 days. The Mann-Whitney U test showed a significant difference (p = 0,000 / p<0,005) of hospitalization length in acute appendicitis and perforation appendicitis of an appendectomy patient

One of the nutritional problems in Indonesia is Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) among pregnant women, which is the cause of the high maternal mortality rate and low birth weight. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of CED in pregnant women with cross-sectional study design. The subject in this research were 70 pregnant women with and without CED (normal) at Cikembar Health Center Sukabumi district. CED group had less nutrition and health knowledge in comparison to the normal group. The level of energy and protein sufficiency in both groups was generally in the deficit category. Most of the CED group food security was in food insecurity while the normal group was in food vulnerable conditions. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, it shows that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and household food security with the incidence of CED in pregnant women (p <0.05), but between the level of energy and protein adequacy shows an insignificant relationship (p> 0.05). The multiple logistic regression analysis results indicate that the factor affecting the incidence of CED in pregnant women is household food security. Besides, the level of knowledge of nutrition and health, food consumption, and household food security in CED pregnant women is low or deficit compared to the normal pregnant women
