    PERANCANGAN PEMASANGAN ALARM DETECTOR DAN SPRINKLER PADA GEDUNG SUDIRMAN DI KEMHAN RI

    The complexity of the function of a building along with its existing activities demands a higher level of security, so that the complete fire protection system for the safety of users, managers and buildings is also increasingly needed. The ministry office has a fairly complex structure with supporting facilities that must be guaranteed safe and comfortable, so the building must be equipped with reliable fire safety facilities. Sudirman Building Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the buildings that must meet the criteria of safety and safety standards. By using Seven Tools and 5 W 1H, the biggest cause of danger is fire. But from the results of initial observation, it was found that the active protection tool as APAR, alarm, sprinkler in Sudirman Kemhan RI building has not meet in the regulatory standards, so it is probable a fire happened because the facility is not functioning optimally. Based on the standards of SNI 03-3985-2000 and SNI 03-3989-2000, the design of detector and sprinkler alarms in the Sudirman building of MoD of RI is designed to deal with fire hazards appropriately. With a building area of 120 m² and height of 10 m, the design of the detector alarm is placed on the wall and the sprinkler uses an orange color at 53° C with an emission density = 2.25 mm / min, the maximum distance between sprinkler spots 4.6 meters. Used pipe size ½ "with capacity (Q) = 80 liters / min. The design of detector alarms, sprinklers and optimum selection of suitable pipes for use are reviewed from a technical point of view through calculations that provide the right and optimal number and place along the path of the fire-fighting installation project. Based on the calculation of the width and position of Sudirman Kemhan RI building, it is determined to place the detector alarm at three wall points, sprinkler of 20 pieces to overcome the fire hazard with the amount of pipe material with 64 meter pipeline, and with the use of two pumps for water supply for 60 minutes = 42,000 liters. Therefore it is proposed the use of SOP on fire hazard in building Sudirman Kemhan RI as guidance in execution of duty during office hours and outside office hours.Keywords: Fire protection system, Alarm Detector, Sprinkle

    PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur industri sepatu. Produk yang dihasilkan di PT. XYZ adalah sepatu dengan merk Converse. Seperti kita ketahui industri sepatu di Indonesia telah mengalami kemajuan yang cukup berarti. Kondisi tersebut diawali dengan produsen sepatu dalam negeriyang umumnya merupakan industri kecil (home industri) dengan kualitas yang masih rendah, kini telah berkembang menjadi produsen sepatu berskala besar yang mampu memproduksi sepatu berstandart internasional, oleh karena itu selaku produsen yang memproduksi sepatu PT. XYZ diharuskan untuk selalu menjaga bahkan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Dalam mengikuti persaingan pasar saat ini kepuasan pelanggan menjadi prioritas yang paling utama. Kualitas sangat penting bagi sebuah produk, baik berupa produk barang ataupun jasa. Hal-hal yang sangat penting bagi produsen berkaitan dengan produk adalah kualitas, biaya, dan produktifitas. Kualitas adalah kemampuan dari suatu produk atau jasa yang secara konsisten memenuhi harapan dari konsumen. Kualitas adalah satu–satunya hal yang paling penting bagi kedua belah pihak. Konsep kualitas berbeda antara pabrikan/produsen dan pelanggan/konsumen dalam banyak kasus. Penelitian ini penulis mencoba menganalisis pengendalian kualitas dengan metode Quality Control Circle (QCC) 7 Tools pada Departement Technical di PT. XYZ, khususnya pada Line Hot Press Outsole. Hasil dari analisis tersebut menemukan suatu solusi pemecahan masalah yang terjadi pada proses hot press outsole yakni masalah defect outsole. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Kualitas, QCC, 7 QC Tool

    Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) atau dalam bahasa Inggris dikenal dengan istilah Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) merupakan media atau bantu untuk melakukan kegiatan seperti pemrosesan, manipulasi, pengelolaan, dan transfer/pemindahan informasi. ICT terdiri dari dua aspek yaitu teknologi informasi dan teknologi komunikasi. Teknologi informasi meliputi segala hal yang berkaitan dengan proses, penggunaan sebagai alat bantu, manipulasi, dan pengelolaan informasi. Sedangkan pengertian untuk teknologi komunikasi yaitu semua hal yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan alat bantu untuk memproses dan mentransfer data dari perangkat satu ke perangkat lainnya. Sehingga teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memiliki pengertian yang sangat luas yaitu semua kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemrosesan, manipulasi data, pegelolaan, pemindahan informasi. ICT sangat diperlukan dalam pembelajaran di era sekarang ini. Dengan prinsip penggunaan ICT yang efektif dan efisien, optimal, menarik, dan merangsang daya kreativitas, ICT menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang pendidikan karena meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan ICT dalam pembelajaran antara lain sebagai tutorial, eksplorasi, alat aplikasi, dan komunikasi. Penggunaan ICT di Indonesia ini sangat diperlukan untuk memajukan kualitas pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia serta menjadi pemicu bangsa Indonesia untuk lebih berkembang.     Development and improvement efforts made by the pharmaceutical industry in the production sector, namely efforts to reduce down time and reduce defects and a machine is always high with down time and always produces product defects, of course, has decreased productivity, which ultimately disadvantages the company because of the ineffectiveness of the machine.To calculate and increase the level of effectiveness of a machine, an approach is needed, one approach that can be used is the method of calculating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a product of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).The implementation of TPM and the formation of the Kaizen Team to increase the value of OEE has been very successful. Avaibility rate which previously averaged from January to April was 72.5% in May to 76.4%, and also the increase in the OEE value which was previously 69.9% in May increased to 73.0%. Previously, in January to April, an average of 6823 pcs in May decreased to 2722 pcs so that the rate quality increased, previously in January to April 2018 it was 99.4% in May 2018, it increased to 99.7%. Keyword : TPM, OEE, Kaize

    A litterbox is an indoor litter and urine collection box for cats or rabbits, ferrets, small dogs and other pets that use such a repository. The existing Litterbox has a weakness in keeping the Litterbox in a clean condition and its maintenance is complicated. So we need a tool to facilitate human activities or to support the busyness of various activities, especially cat caretakers.For that purpose, an "Automatic Cat Litter Box" is created which works like a "closet urinal sensor" which can remove cat litter from the litter box after the cat repositories in the box and throws it into a container that has been coated with plastic and a lid so that the smell of litter does not smell. This Automatic Cat Litter Box uses HC-sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor to detect the presence of a cat that works based on changes in the distance read by the sensor.The HC-sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor can detect objects or objects in the sandy area of the Litterbox by determining the 37cm - 40cm distance range as the "initial_ distance" or the distance where the sensor does not detect an object and if the distance that is read is outside the "initial_ distance" range then it can otherwise the sensor has detected an object. Having three criteria in its working system, the first is when an object detected in the sandy area of the Litterbox is more than 30 seconds with a delay of 10 seconds that has been fulfilled, it is certain that the Automatic Cat Litter Box system will work automatically. Second, if the object is detected for less than 30 seconds, then the Automatic Cat Litter Box system will not work. Ditinjau dari ranah sosiologi, pada dasarnya manusia di dalam mencapai tujuan hidupnya selalu berkomunikasi, berinteraksi dan beradaptasi dengan sesama serta lingkungannya, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Di tahun 2020, peristiwa pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan dunia Pendidikan harus mengalami transformasi metode kegiatan belajar mengajar ke mode tidak langsung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan jejaring internet. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya teknologi Pendidikan dan sistem informasi bagi pendidik dalam perkuliahan online di dalam masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan kajian Pustaka secara deskriptif dengan pemilihan sumber-sumber informasi dan data melalui artikel-artikel jurnal, buku-buku, berita dan peraturan perundangan-undangan yang relevan dengan permasalahan.
