Analisis Pengaruh Return On Asset Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Income Smoothing Pada Kelompok Industri Properti Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ROA terhadap income smoothing, pengaruh NPM terhadap income smoothing, dan pengaruh ROA dan NPM terhadap income smoothing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel bebas ROA dan NPM serta variabel terikat berupa income smoothing. ROA diukur dengan keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh dari penggunaan aktiva sedangkan NPM diukur dengan keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh setelah dipotong pajak terhadap penjualan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012 sampai 2015. Tehnik analisis data meliputi Uji Asumsi Dasar : Uji Normalitas, Uji Linearitas, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik yaitu : Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Hipotesis Parsial (Uji t), Uji Hipotesis Simultan (Uji F) dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian dengan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing karena ROA merupakan pembagian dari laba bersih setelah pajak dengan total aset. NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing, karena NPM dapat dipengaruhi tingkat dari laba setelah pajak yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan dan tingkat penjualannya. Hasil penelitian dengan Uji F ROA dan NPM berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing dengan nilai R Square (R²) sebesar 61%. Kata Kunci : ROA, NPM, dan Income Smoothin

The Number of passengers continues to increase from year to year. So the airport management is required to furnish the service that needs of passengers. An advanced security aspects task AVSEC. This study aims to examine the effect of AVSEC (Air Transport Service) personnel capabilities and sensitivity to customer satisfaction in Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, empirically, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The total population are 132 people, divided into two population, namely 66 of AVSEC officers and 66 passengers. The sample surveyed by sex, education and age. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as the Average of scores and cross tabulations Test results show that the AVSEC officer had run of function and duty well but the level of user satisfaction aviation transport services have not run yet.
