O Julgamento Moral e a origem do Mal: tentativa de reconstrução da abordagem hegeliana
No full textThis work is intended to rely on the Hegelian contribution to the subject, with no intention to focus on the philosopher’s contribution analytically. It is more a conversation based on the questioning about the meaning of evil and its relationship with human nature. Although being partial and even superficial, the effort was to warm up the way of dealing with the subject.
O trabalho pretende firmar-se na contribuição hegeliana sobre o tema, sem qualquer pretensão de abranger, analiticamente, a contribuição do filósofo. Abstract: This work tries to present a "re-reading" by Marx about some aspects of Kant\u27s ethics, where individualism is reshaped for the explanation - of the most specific problems that reach society. Although one may recognize the impossibility of a sistematization of Marx\u27s moral thought,one tries to point at some constitutive tracks of his pratical speech. O presente trabalho procura apresentar - uma "releitura" feita por Marx de alguns aspectos da ética kantiana, onde o individualismo é reformulado para a explicitação de problemas mais específicos que atingem a sociedade. Não obstante reconhecer a impossibilidade de uma sistematização do pensamento moral de Marx, procura-se indicar algumas pistas constitutivas de seu discurso prático.

A burocracia: gênese e desenvolvimento
No full textBureaucracy, as à means of organization, emerges in the Old Ages, declines with the splitting of the Roman Empire and imposes itself upon society with the event of the Industrial Revolution. Its characteristics, which are minutely described by Max Weber, give birth to the “classical concept of bureaucracy”, here examined. A burocracia, como forma de organização, surge na antiguidade, declina com a fragmentação do Império Romano e passa a se impor na sociedade com a Revolução Industrial. Suas características são precisamente descritas por Max Weber, originando o "conceito clássico de burocracia", aqui examinado.
