    PEMBERDAYAAN PETANI HUTAN BERBASIS KEWIRAUSAHAAN AGROFORESTRI DI CISARUA BOGOR

    Pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar hutan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian masyarakat, dalam perkembangannya di masyarakat akan tumbuh dan berkembang kelompok-kelompok tani hutan yang berperan sebagai pelaku dan pendukung dalam pembangunan kehutanan. Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Cibulau Hijau  Desa Tugu Utara berada di kawasan puncak Bogor.    Agroforestri merupakan sistem pengelolaan lahan yang berfungsi secara produktif dan protektif  mempertahankan keanekaragaman hayati, konservasi air dan tanah dan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Kewirausahaan telah menjadi salah satu kekuatan pendorong utama sektor ekonomi yang berperan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan PKM untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan KTH dalam kewirausahaan agroforestri,  sehingga  KTH dapat mandiri secara ekonomi dan sosial. Metode pelaksanaan PKM, melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, demonstrasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil PKM yaitu: 1)  Peningkatan pengetahuan kewirausahaan agroforestri  65% kategori sangat baik dan 35% baik. 2) Peningkatan ketrampilan kewirausahaan agroforestri 64% (kategori baik) dan 36% (kategori cukup). 3) Kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan PKM 64.17% (sangat puas) dan 35.83% menyatakan puas. &nbsp

    Pelatihan Draught Survey: Penguatan Kompetensi Teknis SDM Maritim di Sektor Angkutan Sungai dan Laut

    Sebagai negara maritim, Indonesia membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang menguasai kompetensi teknis untuk mendukung kelancaran pelayaran dan logistik laut. Salah satu keterampilan esensial dalam sektor ini adalah Draught Survey, yakni metode pengukuran muatan kapal curah berdasarkan prinsip Archimedes. Pelatihan Draught Survey yang dilaksanakan di Makassar pada April-Mei 2025 bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis peserta dari berbagai latar institusi, baik pemerintahan, swasta, maupun akademik. Materi mencakup teori dasar, teknik pembacaan draft kapal dan tongkang, penggunaan alat ukur seperti hydrometer dan sounding tape, perhitungan koreksi trim, list, dan density, serta penerapan Overhang Method pada tongkang tanpa penanda draft. Selama pelatihan, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan keterlibatan aktif dalam diskusi serta simulasi. Program ini terbukti memberikan manfaat praktis dalam penguatan hard skill maritim dan relevan untuk mendukung peningkatan profesionalisme di sektor angkutan sungai dan laut

    Sun Protection Factor Activity of Crude Extract, Nanoparticle Extract, and Lyophilised Powder of Arabian Bidara Leaves (Ziziphus spina-christi (L.) Desf.)

    Arabic Bidara Leaves (Ziziphus spina-christi (L.) Desf.) contain flavonoids, including quercetin, which has SPF properties. The goal of this research was to examine the properties and SPF activity of crude extract, nanoparticle extract, and lyophilized powder of Arabian Bidara Leaves. Arabian Bidara Leaves were extracted using the UAE technique with 70% ethanol solvent. The crude extract was converted into nanoparticle extract using the ionic glass process and then freeze dried to produce lyophilized powder.  Then the properties and SPF value were investigated.  The study found that the crude extract of Arabian Bidara Leaves has a brownish green color, 10.42%±0.36 water content, 4.68±0.01 pH, and 19.98±0.15 SPF. The nanoparticle extract has a clear yellow color, distinct odor, liquid form, and can be stored for 5 days without sediment formation. It has a particle size of 268.6 nm±3.75, polydispersity index of 0.547±0.06, zeta potential of -6.07 mV, adsorption efficiency of 89.60%, spherical morphology, and an SPF value of 29.96±0.69. The lyophilized powder is brown, flake-shaped, and has an SPF of 29.27±0.76. The results of this investigation show that the leaves of the Arabian bidara have SPF activity in the ultra protection category

    This literature review looks at how phytotherapy affects immune regulation in degenerative diseases like neurodegenerative, autoimmune, and metabolic disorders. We begin by outlining a theoretical framework that explains how chronic inflammation, caused by pathways such as NF-κB and the NLRP3 inflammasome, plays a central role in these conditions. Next, we explore how different phytochemicals, including flavonoids, stilbenes, and phenolic acids, achieve their therapeutic effects by influencing these important inflammatory pathways, lowering cytokine production, and offering antioxidant support. The review applies this knowledge to specific diseases, emphasizing how compounds like curcumin and resveratrol may help reduce neuroinflammation and improve immune balance. Finally, we discuss the main challenges related to bioavailability and standardization, suggesting future research paths to realize the full potential of these natural compounds as effective strategies for managing chronic degenerative conditions

    Bantuan hukum diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum, bantuan hukum adalah jasa hukum yang diberikan oleh pemberi bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma  kepada penerima bantuan hukum. Penerima bantuan hukum adalah orang atau kelompok orang miskin. Adapun tujuan dari bantuan hukum yang dimaksud ialah dalam aspek kemanusiaan, tujuan dari program bantuan ini adalah untuk meringankan beban (biaya) hukum yang harus ditanggung oleh masyarakat tidak mampu di depan pengadilan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut terdapat rumusan masalah yaitu, apakah ada peraturan yang mengatur secara khusus mengenai bantuan hukum di Kota Depok, bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Walikota Nomor 91 tahun 2019 bagaimana implementasi bantuan hukum gratis di Kota Depok. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam memberikan bantuan hukum Pengadilan Negeri Depok masih mengacu pada Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 tahun 2014 tentang pedoman pemberian layanan bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat tidak mampu di pengadilan. Namun, belum mengacu ke peraturan lebih khusus dan sosialisasi secara meluas dari instansi pemerintah yang ada di Kota Depok; Penyuluhan hukum dan sosialisasi secara meluas dari instansi pemerintah di Kota Depok mengenai adanya peraturan tentang bantuan hukum gratis di Kota Depok; dalam memberikan bantuan hukum di Kota Depok sudah seharusnya memakai peraturan yang lebih khusus yakni Peraturan Walikota Nomor 91 tahun 2019

    PERKEMBANGAN SISTEM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA NAMA DOMAIN DI DUNIA INTERNET

    Pada era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi informasi, internet telah menjadi pondasi utama bagi berbagai aktivitas manusia di seluruh dunia. Salah satu elemen krusial dalam ekosistem internet adalah sistem penamaan domain, yang memfasilitasi akses pengguna ke berbagai situs web dan layanan online yang terdaftar di seluruh dunia. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan risiko Berupa sengketa terkait nama domain. Salah satu organisasi utama yang berperan dalam regulasi dan pengawasan nama domain global adalah Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) yang bertanggung jawab mengatur kebijakan dan prosedur terkait pendaftaran dan penyelesaian sengketa nama domain di tingkat global. Selain itu, terdapat juga lembaga Arbitrasi yang ditunjuk untuk menangani sengketa domain, seperti National Arbitration Forum (NAF) dan World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, cara penyelesaian sengketa nama domain juga mengalami evolusi signifikan seperti teknologi blockchain dan smart contract. Hal tersebut menjadi fokus penelitian dalam artikel ini yaitu bagaimana perkembangan jumlah sengketa nama domain dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dan faktor apa yang menyebabkan peningkatan sengketa ini; apa saja peran dan fungsi ICANN dalam mengatur dan menyelesaikan sengketa nama domain di tingkat global; bagaimana teknologi blockchain dan smart contract berpotensi mengubah cara penyelesaian sengketa nama domain di masa depan; dan apa dampak dari sengketa nama domain terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan kestabilan ekosistem internet secara keseluruhan? Untuk menjawab hal tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian normatif yang bersifat deksriptif analisis dengan memperoleh sumber data dari bahan hukum primer seperti peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum sekunder seperti buku dari para ahli hukum, jurnal dan lain-lain

    TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PROTOTYPE AS SPEED OPTIMIZATION IN THE POWER DRIVE MECHANISM OF THE MAKER S4000 MACHINE AT PT DM

    The S4000 maker machine at PT DM faces issues during the cigarette rod cutting process due to a mismatch in speed between the servo motors in the feeding and cutting processes. This lack of synchronization results in imprecise cuts and an increase in defective products. This problem indicates the need for a system capable of mechanically synchronizing the rotational speeds between the two processes. This study aims to design a gear transmission system as a solution to synchronize the speeds between the feeding and cutting processes. Problem analysis was conducted using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The design process follows the VDI 2221 method, which includes functional requirement analysis, development of several conceptual alternatives, evaluation of transmission ratios, and selection of suitable mechanical components. Structural strength analysis was carried out through simulations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). A system prototype was created using 3D printing as a design verification tool. The results show that the transmission system is capable of delivering synchronized rotation, resulting in consistent cigarette rod lengths. The FEA simulation indicates the system is safe under working loads.     This study empirically aims to examine the influence of customer satisfaction and price on purchasing decisions at Aloha Café in Ambon City. A quantitative approach was employed, with the research population consisting of consumers who had previously made purchases at Aloha Café. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 110 respondents. The collected data were analyzed through multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R²), with the assistance of SPSS version 26 software.     Sales Growth as a Moderating Variable: The Effect of Capital Intensity and Financial Distress on Tax Aggressiveness

    PurposeThis study aims to examine the effect of capital intensity and financial distress on tax aggressiveness, with sales growth as a moderating variable, in industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. MethodologyThis research employs a quantitative associative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of industrial sector firms listed on the IDX. The sample consists of 14 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 70 firm-year observations. Panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) were applied using EViews 12. FindingsThe findings indicate that tax aggressiveness is strongly impacted negatively by financial difficulty but not significantly by capital intensity. Furthermore, neither the association between financial distress and tax aggressiveness nor the relationship between capital intensity and tax aggressiveness are moderated by sales growth. ImplicationThe findings provide practical implications for management, investors, and policymakers in understanding corporate tax behavior, particularly under financial distress conditions. OriginalityThis study contributes to the tax aggressiveness literature by incorporating sales growth as a moderating variable in the Indonesian industrial sector context

    MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE AND PERMEABILITY BEHAVIOR OF 41.4 MPA PORTLAND COMPOSITE CEMENT CONCRETE UNDER SEAWATER EXPOSURE CONDITIONS

    This study examines the effects of seawater salinity on the mechanical and permeability properties of concrete made with Portland Composite Cement (PCC), a sustainable alternative to Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) with up to 30% lower CO₂ emissions. Concrete specimens were cured in water ponds with salinity levels of <0.1%, 0.2–0.4%, 0.6–0.7%, and 3–3.5% to simulate coastal exposure. Compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, permeability, and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) were tested at 7, 28, 42, 56, and 90 days. Compressive strength generally increased with age, but the target of 41.4 MPa was not consistently reached by 42 days. High salinity exposure reduced tensile strength and produced more brittle fracture patterns, indicating increased cracking potential. Interestingly, permeability decreased in high-salinity samples, possibly due to salt crystallization within pores, though this was not supported by UPV results. The weak correlation between UPV and both strength and permeability suggest microstructural effects not captured by non-destructive testing alone. PCC concrete showed acceptable performance in low-salinity conditions (<1%), making it suitable for mildly aggressive marine environments. These findings support the broader use of PCC in sustainable construction and highlight the need for further microstructural investigation under saline exposure
