Faktor-Faktor Fundamental Keuangan Perusahaan dan Investment Opportunity Set Perusahaan Real Estate
A B S T R A C T
Signalling theory assumes that the good company information company will communicate the credibility of the company to the market. Investors assess the company as an entity that has a growing and profitable prospects through investment expected. This study aims to analyze the effect of the fundamental factors for affected investment opportunity set. This study used a sample of 90 years of data from 16 companies property and real estate in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show the level of risk and the book value of equity affected investment opportunity set. but, profitability have no effect on investment opportunity set.

Teori Sinyal (signalling theory) mengasumsikan bahwa informasi baik perusahaan akan mengkomunikasikan kredibilitas perusahaan kepada pasar. Investor menilai perusahaan sebagai entitas yang memiliki pertumbuhan dan prospek menguntungkan melalui investasi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 90 data tahun dari 16 perusahaan properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat resiko dan nilai buku saham berpengaruh terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Profitabilitas terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap set kesempatan investasi.

Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak dan Bukan Pajak, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Belanja Modal pada Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Barat
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of income, revenue-sharing, general allocation fund and a special allocation of funds for capital expenditure District / City in West Java province in 2008 - 2012. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative method with regression testing multiple test the classic assumption before it get the best research model. The variables in this study were of income, revenue-sharing, general allocation fund and a special allocation fund as an independent variable and capital expenditures as the dependent variable. These results prove that the local revenue, revenue-sharing, general allocation fund and a special allocation fund a significant effect on of capital expenditure on Kabupaten / Kota in the province of West Java. The results of the study provide evidence that regional income, revenue-sharing, general allocation fund a significant effect on capital expenditure, while the special allocation variables no significant effect on of capital expenditure. This study shows that the potential of the region will determine the composition of of capital expenditure in Kabupaten / Kota in West Java Province.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil, dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus terhadap belanja modal Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2008 - 2012. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pengujian regresi berganda dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik sebelum mendapatkan model penelitian terbaik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil, dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus sebagai variabel independen dan Belanja Modal sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil, dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil, dana alokasi umum.

In recent years, Ragunan Zoo is always crowded with visitors, especially during the holidays. This study aims to determine the visitor arrangement in Ragunan Zoo and its influence to visitor comfortness using variables derived from Parks and Benefits (2013). Research conducted through distributing questionnaires to Ragunan Zoo visitor and interviews to the parties concerned. The result showing that visitor arrangement of Ragunan Zoo is applied only in aspects of visitor zone arrangement, providing tour guide, and developing approriate marketing strategies
Pengaruh Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Fixed Asset Turnover, Price to Book Value dan Interest Rate terhadap Price Earning Ratio pada Perusahaan Property & Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia
ABSTRACT
This study is aimed to examine the influence return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), fixed assets turnover (FATO), price to book value (PBV) and interest rate (IR) towards price earning ratio (per). Population of this study are Property & Real Estate companies which had go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2008-2012.This research take 11 samples of 52 Property & Real Estate companies listed in IDX during the period of 2008-2012. This research concluded that the price to book value (PBV) and interest rate (IR) have significant influence towards the price earning ratio (PER). Meanwhile, other variables partially have no significant influence towards the price earning ratio (PER).

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), fixed assets turnover (FATO), price to book value (PBV) dan interest rate (IR) terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER). Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan-perusahaan Property & Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2008-2012. Penelitian ini mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan dari 52 perusahaan Property & Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2008-2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Price to Book Value (PBV) dan Interest Rate (IR) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER). Sedangkan Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Fixed Assets Turnover (FATO) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Kualitas Pelayanan Bandara terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang Selama Berada di Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta
This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality on passengers’ satisfaction at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The method used is multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of servicescape, service personnel and service providers on passengers\u27 satisfaction. Primary data was gathered from 100 respondents who filled the questionnaires while waiting for their flights at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The results of this study showed that spatial layout and functionality, as well as attititude and expertise significantly influence passengers\u27 satisfaction. In addition, other factors namely maintenance and leisure also have significant effect on passengers\u27 satisfaction
Peranan Akomodasi Resort dan Potensi Masyarakat Desa sebagai Penunjang Destinasi Tamansari Ciapus Bogor Jawa Barat
Tourist destination must have four components which include tourist attractions, good accessibility, availability of various facilities, such as accommodation, restaurants, shopping and other services and tourism organizations. This study specifically focuses on an emerging tourist destination named Tamansari Ciapus in the city of Bogor, West Java. It aims to examine the roles of a resort accommodation, located in the area, in supporting the new destination. The study also wants to look at the roles and potential of local village communities in developing community-based tourism destination. It uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection through surveys, field observations and interviews. This study reveals that the role of resort accommodation, in this case the Highland Park Hotel, is quite important in the development of Tamansari Ciapus as a new destinaton. In many case, the resort is the very reason the visitors come to the area. However, such a role is not yet optimum as there is not yet a cooperation between the resort, other attraction owners in the area (silk, mushroom cultivation, and other home industries) and also the local community. The resort guests, for instance, seldom visit areas outside the resort. The role of the community is also quite significant in developing the area as a village tourism destination. Community organizations has been formed and tour packages have been developed although the market is still limited. Other issues that need to be addressed includes the lack of tour guides, integrated souvenir centers and professionally-managed homestay

This paperis part ofapreliminary studyon the potentialsand problemsin the development ofheritage tourismasa rural and regional development strategyinMuarajambi. Itaimsto presentthe variousdynamicsin the relationshipbetweentourism, culturalheritage, anddevelopment through Muarajambi’s case. This studyusesqualitative dataobtainedthroughfield observations,interviews, secondarydata collectionandliterature studies. It concludes that the development of certain economic sectorswithin the heritage area causes disruption toheritage conservation and limits heritage tourism development. The study suggests that the area must be declared as heritage conservation area through appropriate legalframework and that clear coordination mechanism between central and local governments that aim toward conserving heritage for communities’ welfare should be realized.
