    Peran Pendidikan Dalam Penguatan Etika dan Moral Anak di Panti Asuhan Bina Yatim Dan Dhu’afa Cabang Bintaro

    Kegiatan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai etika dan moral anak-anak yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan Bina Yatim dan Dhu’afa Cabang Bintaro melalui pendekatan pendidikan karakter. Anak-anak di panti asuhan umumnya menghadapi keterbatasan perhatian dari keluarga inti, yang berdampak pada perkembangan karakter mereka. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan nilai etika dan moral menjadi penting untuk membentuk kepribadian positif sejak dini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif, dimulai dari observasi awal, penyampaian materi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik role-play. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap konsep etika dan moral, serta adanya perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan sosial. Anak-anak mulai mampu merefleksikan pengalaman pribadi dan menunjukkan kesadaran akan pentingnya perilaku yang etis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan ini menguatkan peran penting pendidikan karakter dalam pengasuhan anak-anak di panti asuhan sebagai upaya menciptakan generasi yang beretika, bertanggung jawab, dan mandiri.&nbsp

    Enhancing Generation Z\u27s Awareness and Purchase Interest for Indonesian-Made Products Through Tokopedia\u27s "Beli Lokal" Campaign

    Marketplaces in Indonesia have significant potential, but this potential is not fully harnessed by MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises). Generation Z, the dominant demographic in online marketplaces, tends to favor foreign products over local ones. In response, Tokopedia, the second-largest marketplace in Indonesia, launched the "Beli Lokal" campaign to support local products in the online market. This study aims to evaluate the impact of Tokopedia\u27s "Beli Lokal" social marketing campaign on Generation Z\u27s awareness and interest in locally made products. The research employs a positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys and collecting data through online questionnaires targeted at Gen Z respondents who use Tokopedia. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), along with simple and multiple linear regression analyses, and t-tests. The results indicate that Tokopedia\u27s "Beli Lokal" campaign has a significant positive effect on Generation Z\u27s awareness of local products. Furthermore, the campaign also directly and significantly influences Gen Z\u27s interest in these local offerings. Consequently, the "Beli Lokal" campaign is effective in enhancing Generation Z\u27s interest in local products, both by increasing their understanding of these products and by directly engaging in their interest. These findings provide valuable insights for academic purposes and practical implications for Tokopedia\u27s marketing strategies

    THE INFLUENCE OF POLICY ON SMELTER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS ON IMPROVING PROJECT TIME PERFORMANCE

    To facilitate downstreaming in mining industry, the law requires holders of Mining Business Permits (IUP) and Work Contracts (KK) to establish smelters, namely mining processing facilities that function to increase metal content to a level that meets standards as raw materials for final products. From the policy factors found that policy has a role in the problem of delays in smelter construction in Indonesia. Therefore, evaluation and improvement of regulations as a solution to the problem need to be carried out so that smelter construction as an effort to implement mining downstreaming can be implemented properly. The study was conducted by collecting qualitative primary data which was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In the relationship between policy variables and project time performance variables, Variable X3 Supervision and Variable X6 Force Majeure has a significant effect on the project time performance variable, while other variables do not have a significant effect

    Utilization of Single and Double Orifice Plates in Pipe Inner Flow Structure by Computational Method

    The orifice plate is a device that disrupts the flow in the pipe. The disturbed flow results in the formation of flow structures. The flow structure formed can be utilized for several applications such as multi-fluid mixing and microbubble generator. Using orifice plates to utilize the flow structure results in more significant pressure loss. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the flow structure generated by single and double orifice plates with 1D and 2D spacing at various Reynolds numbers, namely Re = 1×104, 5×104, 1×105, and 5×105, as a basis for application in these various applications. The results show that single and double orifice plates can produce flow structure phenomena such as recirculation and vortex regions. The recirculation area is formed smaller in the double orifice plate due to the flow that is separated faster to converge back to the pipe wall but broader so that the flow of the orifice plate is narrower. Increasing the applied Reynold\u27s number causes the separated flow to reconnect to the pipe wall faster, resulting in a smaller recirculation area. Double orifice plates are more suitable for applications that require a certain degree of mixing or pressure distribution, but with a consequent more significant pressure loss. Meanwhile, single plates can be used for simple needs with little pressure loss.&nbsp

    ANALISIS RISIKO KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK BALAI LATIHAN KERJA KUPANG BERBASIS PMBOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA WAKTU

    Kinerja waktu proyek merupakan hal krusial yang masih menjadi perhatian hingga saat ini. Industri konstruksi banyak mengalami keadaan yang tidak efisien secara kronis, seperti rendahnya produktivitas, banyak waste, pembengkakan biaya, dan keterlambatan. Pada proyek Balai Latihan Kerja Kupang, banyak terjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga keterlambatan menjadi keniscayaan. Keterlambatan yang terjadi pada proyek ini mencapai 19.996% pada akhir kontrak, sehingga dilakukan addendum. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis risiko penyebab keterlambatan proyek dengan analisis kuantitatif berbasis PMBOK 2017 dan juga memberikan rekomendasi strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengendalikan risiko tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data tahap awal dilakukan dengan mencari penyebab keterlambatan proyek yang bersumber dari literatur review, kemudian dilakukan validasi pakar tahap awal untuk validasi konten dan konstruk, kuisioner disebar kepada 35 responden. Instrument penelitian diuji melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Setelah melewati uji instrument, analisis manajemen risiko dilakukan dengan merujuk analisis risiko kuantitatif pada PMBOK 2017. Berdasarkan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa faktor material, alat, dan tenaga kerja termasuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi. Rekomendasi yang dapat diajukan diantaranya adalah dengan membuat penjadwalan detail terkait kebutuhan sumber daya proyek dan melakukan inovasi penjadwalan dan pengelolaan proyek

    ANALISIS TARIF BISKITA TRANS PAKUAN KORIDOR 5 (TERMINAL CIPARIGI – STASIUN KA BOGOR) MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN ABILITY TO PAY DAN WILLINGNESS TO PAY

    Pemerintah Kota Bogor dan Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) meluncurkan Biskita Trans Pakuan yang mengadopsi konsep Buy The Service (BTS). Pada awal peluncurannya pada November 2021, Biskita Trans Pakuan beroperasi dengan tarif Rp 0,00, menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah penumpang yang signifikan dengan jumlah load factor mencapai 66%. Namun, sejak adanya penerapan tarif senilai Rp 4.000,00 pada Mei 2023, yang dianggap mahal oleh masyarakat menyebabkan nilai load factor Biskita Trans Pakuan Koridor 5 mengalami penurunan sampai 50%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tarif Biskita Trans Pakuan Koridor 5 dengan pendekatan Ability To Pay dan Willingness To Pay. Nilai Ability To Pay merupakan kemampuan membayar pengguna untuk membayar jasa transportasi. Willingness To Pay merupakan kesediaan pengguna untuk membayar jasa transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sumber data didapatkan langsung dari pengguna jasa transportasi Biskita Trans Pakuan Koridor 5 dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara online dan offline. Data untuk menentukan Ability To Pay didapat melalui pertanyaan mengenai karakteristik penumpang, karakteristik perjalanan, dan frekuensi perjalanan, sedangkan data Willingness To Pay didapat dari pertanyaan terbuka mengenai pendapat pengguna mengenai tarif yang ingin dibayarkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai Ability To Pay lebih rendah dari nilai Willingness To Pay pada semua kategori yang berarti bahwa kemampuan membayar tarif pengguna lebih rendah dari kesediaan membayar tarif

    Development Communication Efforts by the Government of Eureunpalay Village, Cibalong Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya, in Addressing Unemployment

    Unemployment is one of the primary issues in Eureunpalay Village, Cibalong Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya. Low education levels, limited access to skills training, and a lack of economic opportunities are the main contributing factors. The Eureunpalay Village Government implements development communication strategies to address unemployment through participatory and inclusive approaches. This study aims to analyze the development communication efforts carried out by the village government in tackling the unemployment problem. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that development communication is conducted through various strategies, such as village deliberations, utilization of social media, and community economic empowerment programs. The village government actively socializes programs such as cash-for-work initiatives, skills training, and the development of agrotourism-based village tourism in Pasir Hantap. Moreover, open and collaborative communication between the village government, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the community contributes significantly to the effectiveness of the implemented programs. The study concludes that effective development communication can enhance community involvement in efforts to reduce unemployment. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize village communication media, strengthen the communication capacity of village officials, and conduct regular evaluations of the communication strategies applied.

    Kebun Inovasi Teaching Factory, developed by Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije), serves as a campus agrotourism destination that has demonstrated growth in both tourist satisfaction and visitation rates. This study examines thekey success factors of Kebun Inovasi Teaching Factory as a preliminary step toward formulating future development policies. Data were collected through questionnaires evaluating fifteen service attributes, structured according to the 4A framework of tourism: Attraction, Amenities, Accessibility, and Ancillary. The respondents comprised students, representing a key target market for campus agrotourism. The analysis employed an integrated IPA-KANO model to derive comprehensive insights. Findings reveal that improvements are needed in the uniqueness of the plant collection, transportation availability, and accessibility of the parking area. Essential attributes to be maintained include tour packages, tourist engagement, signage, tour guide availability, and facility provision.     This study aims to compare the management of Using cultural tourism products in three tourism villages in Banyuwangi Regency—Kemiren, Tamansari, and Gintangan—in an effort to strengthen the concept of smart tourism based on local wisdom. The research employs a qualitative comparative approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Findings reveal that all three villages possess unique cultural assets, both tangible and intangible, yet differ in management strategies, community involvement, government support, and digital information implementation. Kemiren excels in cultural preservation and digital promotion, Tamansari integrates nature tourism and culinary heritage, while Gintangan shows innovative potential but requires digital capacity building.
