No full textEarly childhood is a time of golden age, because at this time the child's intelligence develops quickly and rapidly. Intelligence of the child is extremely diverse, even one psychologist Gardner m found very diverse kinds of human intelligence is not just intelligence alone. Opinion was then known as the concept of multiple intelligences. ECD Al-Azhar is an early childhood education institutions that in learning to use the concept of multiple intelligences development of students. Therefore, this study aims to find out more about the various strategies that can be employed in the multiple intelligences-based early childhood learning, implementation efforts, both factors that support and subservience, as well as the efforts undertaken ECD Al-Azhar in tackling the various obstacles faced.This research is a research study kualitatif with a case study approach. The population in this study are all elements involved in the organization of early childhood education. The results showed that early childhood learning strategy based on multiple intelligences performed ECD Al-Azhar is by first dissecting the curriculum. Then the results are carried out in accordance with the learning SKS, SKM, and SKH that have been prepared. Its implementation is done with 3M maximization maximization method, style, and instructional media. The factors that contributed to the passage of early childhood learning program is competency-based intelligences principal, teacher competence, and density. While the factors that impede the form of the ever-changing curriculum content, there are some teachers who are less creative and a lack of infrastructure and facilities required from year to year. To overcome this the foundation and the principal do a higher priority to the needs of teachers and schools

No full textThe dichotomy of sciences caused both the positive and negative effects for development of civilizations; such as poverty, economic colonialism and dehumanization. Therefore, the unity of sciences is an interesting and important to be discussed for developing a new and prosperous civilization. This paper discussed the unity of sciences according to imam al-ghazali (d. 1111) and its urgency to the issue of human life. For al-ghazali, science must be unified in the aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. These three aspects of knowledge united in one entity; such as three angles in a triangle. From the pespective of ontology, knowledge comes from god and cannot be separated from god, so all sciences are commendable. Epistemologically, the nature of science is the light coming from the illumination light of god. Science can be obtained by optimizing the function of reason and through revelation or inspiration. The validity of science is depended on how and sources used to obtain it. Knowledge is not for knowledge, but knowledge for human prosperity. To realize the concept of the unity of sciences it is needed a hard work, patience and many-stage processes; namely equal treatment on scientific and religious knowledge, dialogue, integration and interconnection between science and the end is the unity of sciences. Sistem perdagangan ini dipraktekkan oleh berbagai perusahaan, baik yang berskala lokal, nasional, regional maupun internasional. Di antaranya adalah Amway, Uni Beauty Shop International (UBSI) dan DNX Indonesia. Sistem perdagangan semacam ini sangat menggiurkan sebagian anggota masyarakat karena menjanjikan keuntungan besar dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. MLM adalah suatu inovasi marketing yang sangat pesat perkembangannya. Untuk mudahnya kita batasi pembahasan pada dua jenis komoditas MLM, (1) bidang keuangan dan (2) bidang consumer goods (sejenis obat obatan, kosmetik dan kebutuhan sehari hari). Pada beberapa tingkat, setiap orang yang berpartisipasi dalam MLM dimana sedikit penjualan terjadi secara tidak sadar menipu dirinya sendiri. No full textPerkembangan ekonomi syariah hingga kini masih terkendala sumber daya manusia (SDM) dll. Akibatnya, tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat menggunakan jasa ekonomi syariah belum sesuai harapan. Padahal secara prinsip, ekonomi syariah menggunakan sistem transaksi maupun administrasi yang dipercaya lebih adil dan melindungi hak masyarakat ketimbang ekonomi konvensional, sehingga pemberdayaan umat bisa tercapai. Ekonomi Syari’ah adalah ekonomi yang Islami, sebagian masyarakat ada yang menyatakan bahwa ekonomi syari’ah secara eksklusif hanya khusus untuk umat Islam. Pola pengembangan SDM ekonomi syariah sebatas mentraining SDM diera degradasi beberapa bulan saja. Pola ini diyakini sangat kurang mumpuni karena diyakini akan banyak kendala yang akan dihadapinya. Belum lagi bila dihadapkan pada persoalan nilai-nilai keislaman yang kental dengan ekonomi syariah. Sudah saatnya ekonomi syariah memiliki jenjang pendidikan khusus yang dididik secara optimal dan maksimal demi menghasilkan ekonomi islami yang bisa membangun ekonomi syariah secara meyakinkan.

No full textArtikel yang berjudul Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi Generasi Y Terhadap Produk Tabungan Emas Di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Babakan, Kota Surabaya, menjawab persoalan bagaimana strategi Pegadaian Syariah Babakan dalam membidik Generasi Y untuk berinvestasi produk tabungan emas serta bagaimana pengambilan keputusan investasi yang dilakukan oleh generasi Y terhadap produk tabungan emas Pegadaian Syariah Babakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) strategi yang dimiliki oleh Pegadaian Syariah Babakan dalam menarik Generasi Y yakni dengan cara banyak melakukan promo di media social instagram, facebook serta media eletronik seperti iklan di televisi. Dalam promo tersebut selalu disertakan diskon dan hadiah menarik sehingga membuat nasabah ingin melakukan investasi tabungan emas. 2) pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh generasi Y didasari oleh beberapa factor yakni ekonomi, social dan psikologis. Pada kondisi tersebut terdapat beberapa informan generasi Y ada yang memilih tabungan emas serta ada yang tidak memilih tabungan emas karena mereka menganggap bahwa emas itu keuntungan yang didapatkan relatif lama sedangkan karakteristik generasi Y itu ingin keuntungan yang besar dengan waktu yang tidak terlalu lama.

Bukan sekedar membentuk mentalnya yang siap menghadapi kemajuan teknologi, namun juga membentuk generasi yang mampu untuk mensikapi, memilih dan mentransformasi kemajuan teknologi menjadi media pembelajaran yang Islami. Tahapan perjalanan kehidupan memberikan gambaran bahwa dalam pembentukan karakter, pemberian materi pembelajaran maupun pemberian kebebasan menentukan pilihan juga memiliki tahapan penyesuaian. Masa periode anak yang belum mampu membedakan positif dan negatif untuk dirinya, masih lemah dalam mengendalikan nafsunya, tidak benar jika dibiarkan menentukan pilihan hidupnya. Demikian juga tidak benar jika diberikan kebebasan terjun dalam ilusi kehidupan yang penuh dengan keburukan meskipun juga terdapat banyak kebaikan, karena memiliki potensi besar dalam salah menentukan pilihan. Pembentukan pemikiran dan pembiasaan perbuatan yang baik adalah asas utama dalam pendidikan Agama Islam untuk membentengi diri di dalam menjalani kebebasan pemikiran dan kebebasan pergaulan. In a democratic education system, people are given the freedom to develop according to their abilities and potential. Recognition of the community to develop autonomously will spur the dynamics of society so that it becomes a developed society and science-powered. Thus, education autonomy will empower schools as the spearhead of the decentralization of education and encourage schools to improve quality in accordance with the potential of schools. Therefore, the government issued a school-based management policy and community-based education. along with the decentralized education system, it is necessary to apply a non-single curriculum that can be applied to all schools. A curriculum is needed that can be applied to schools according to the needs and abilities of the school. A single curriculum will encourage schools to increase creativity and high competitiveness so that superior and quality schools are born. In addition to the demands for decentralization, the national education system needs to be supported by a curriculum that can answer the current order, such as the demands of democratization, the challenges of the era of universalism, and the low quality of education in Indonesia. curriculum that can accommodate the demands of democratization will give birth to a new Indonesian society. namely civil society, fierce competition in the era of globalization requires a curriculum design that can lead the Indonesian people to achieve excellence in mastering science and technology.
