    Pemenuhan Hak Asasi Politik Para Pemilih Pemula Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 Pada Warga Surabaya

    Undang Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 (UUD NRI 1945) Pasal 1 ayat (2), menyatakan bahwa kedaulatan berada ditangan rakyat yang berarti bahwa Negara Indonesia adalah Negara Demokrasi berdasarkan Konstitusi, karena dalam ayat (3) dikatakan juga bahwa Negara Indonesia adalah Negara Hukum. Kedaulatan rakyat ini khususnya dalam bidang politik, adalah rakyat memberikan suara atau memilih wakil-wakil nya untuk mengelola pemerintahan, melalui pemilihan umum. Ditegaskan lagi dalam Pasal 1 ayat (3) dan Pasal 2 ayat (1), bahwa MPR, DPR dan DPRD dipilih melalui pemilihan umum. Demikian juga dalam Pasal 27 ayat (1), Pasal 28 ayat (1), Pasal 28 E ayat (2), dan Pasal 28 I ayat (5). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris, karena terkait dengan kesadaran hukum pada warga masyarakat khususnya tentang penggunaan hak pilih pada pemilihan umum, sebagai suatu upaya meningkatkan jumlah pemilih pada Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 mendatang, khususnya pada warga di wilayah Rukun Warga 05 Kelurahan Klampisngasem Kecamatan Sukolilo, Surabaya. Meningkatnya jumlah calon pemilih pemula sejak 2020, memerlukan sosialisasi tentang pemahaman akan hak pilih sehingga warga memiliki kesadaran hukum tentang hak pilih seperti yang telah diatur dalam UUD NRI 1945. Sosialisasi ini merupakan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan jumlah pemilih pemula dari warga pada pemilihan umum tahun 2024. Meningkatkan jumlah pemilih pemula ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan asas demokrasi di Negara Indonesia telah sesuai dengan UUD NRI 194

    Technological advancements have significantly impacted information consumption patterns, leading various information channels to modernize and adapt to user needs. Among these, radio has transitioned from a conventional audio medium to a digital platform. Digital radio, or streaming radio, allows users to access information flexibly, unrestricted by spatial and temporal limitations. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, advertising, and e-WOM on user decisions in choosing the digital radio application "Spotify." Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from Spotify users through an online survey. Results indicate that brand image, advertising, and e-WOM significantly impact user decisions, with brand image being the most dominant factor. Based on these findings, it is recommended that digital radio service providers enhance brand image, leverage advertising, and utilize e-WOM to retain user loyalt

    Sentiment Analysis about Electric Motorbikes in Indonesia Using Twitter Data

    Along with the rapid development of technology, various types of transportation have experienced increased innovation in shapes, colours, models, and even engines. However, one thing that needs special attention is the number of pollutants or emissions released by vehicles. One effort to reduce emissions is increasing the production of Battery-Based Electric Motorized Vehicles. Battery-based electric vehicles developed in Indonesia include electric cars and electric motorcycles. Among these types of electric vehicles, Indonesian society widely adopts electric motorcycles. However, sales of electric motorbikes were only 15 thousand units, lower than sales of petrol motorbikes which reached 5 million units. This study contributes to understanding further how the community responds to electric motorcycles in detail through sentiment analysis on social media data. Consumer acceptance of electric motorcycles can be seen from the numerous active Twitter users in Indonesia who provide positive and negative comments on the presence of electric motorcycles. Text information based on public comments in Indonesia via Twitter is collected using Sentiment Analysis in R Studio. Twitter comments will be classified into positive, negative, and neutral groups. The results show 63% positive, 21% unfavourable, and 14% neutral opinions. This condition means that Indonesian society accepts and has a supportive opinion of the presence of electric motorcycles. The government and entrepreneurs can use this information to create electric motorcycles that align with the community's preferences

    In the era of business digitalisation, the implementation of accounting information systems is crucial to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial management. Toko Podo Makmur in Surabaya is the object of this research as a business that is facing digital transformation. With the existence of problems that examine how to analyse the application of accounting information systems using the temanbisnis application at the Podo Makmur store in Surabaya. This study aims to analyse the application of accounting information systems using the temanbisnis application at the podo makmur shop in Surabaya. The methodology used in this research is qualitative research with its data sources including primary data from interviews and direct observation at the podo makmur shop. The data collection techniques include interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the accounting information system, the podo makmur shop is not good enough because it is often found that it is wrong to input stock data and the difference in goods in the warehouse, then the absence of an age input system for customer receivables is another shortcoming, as well as the lack of internal control of the company causing the accounting information system in the temanbisnis application implemented in the podo makmur shop in Surabaya to be something that needs attention

    PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN PADA RUMAH SAKIT GOTONG ROYONG DI SURABAYA

    Hospitals must continue to improve facilities and provide reasonable prices, the best service, and strategic locations if they want to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their patients. The aim of this research is to find out whether price, service quality and location influence patient satisfaction at the Gotong Royong Hospital in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research with an online data collection method using Google Form, and offline at the Gotong Royong Hospital using a purposive sampling method. The research sample was patient who were over 17 years old and had used the services of the Gotong Royong Hospital in Surabaya at least once. This research data was processed using SPSS 25. The results of data analysis showed that all statement items for each variable were declared valid with r count > r table of 0.2272, all variables were declared reliable with Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.60. The results of the heteroscedasticity test show that there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity in the regression model because it does not form a clear pattern and there is a distribution of points above and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of the multiple linear regression equation in this study are Y= -0.341 + 0.127 X1 + 0.333 X2 + 0.214 X3. The magnitude of the influence of price, service quality and location on patient satisfaction at the Gotong Royong Hospital in Surabaya based on Adjusted R-Square is 76.4%. The results of the t test show that price (X1) has a t value of 2.380 > t table 1.99394, service quality (X2) has a t value of 5.476 > t table 1.99394 and location has a t value of 2.974 > t table and the significance value for each variable has a result <0.05 so it can be concluded that each variable has a significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y)

    Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya

    Human resources are one of the important assets a company has in the framework of achieving company goals. Company goals can be achieved if the company has optimal employee performance. This will affect the sustainability of the company itself, employees who are able to improve their performance will have an impact on the company's sustainability in the long term. One company in Indonesia that has been able to survive and develop to date is PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya. One of the factors that can influence the sustainability of the company is the performance of its employees. This research aims to examine the influence of work motivation, innovative work behavior, and perceived organizational support on the performance of PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya employees. This research is quantitative research using a purposive sampling technique which was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google forms, and processed by SPSS version 26. The sample used in this research was employees of PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya, totaling 105 respondents with the criteria of employees who have worked above 2 years. The results of data processing stated that all statement indicators for each variable in the questionnaire were declared valid with rcount ≥ rtable of 0,1614, and all tested variables were declared reliable with a cronbach’s alpha value ≥ 0.07. The results of the P-P Plot normality test show that the data used in this study forms a normal distribution pattern. The results of the multicollinearity test show that there are no symptoms of multicollinearity between the independent variables and each independent variable has a tolerance value > 0,10 and VIF < 10. The results of the heteroscedasticity test show that there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity on the graph, because the points are spread randomly, then spread out. above and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of the multiple linear regression equation formula in this study are Y = 2,219 + 0,105 X1 + 0,291 X2 + 0,191 X3. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation, innovative work behavior, and perceived organizational support on employee performance of PT Hakiki Donarta Surabaya, based on the customized R square value, is 53,2%. The results of the t test data analysis show that (1) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,020 ≤ 0,05 and a t value of 2,362 ≤ 1,98373, (2) innovative work behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,001 ≤ 0,05 and a t-count value of 3,272 ≤ 1,98373, (3) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,002 ≤ 0,05 and a t-count value of 3,205 ≤ 1,98373

    Customer repeat purchase intention plays a crucial role in the economic sustainability of a hotel, as the success of a hotel relies on ensuring guest satisfaction and building a reputable brand accompanied by standardized services. Therefore, this research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Image, Customer Trust, and Product Innovation on Customer Repeat Purchase Intention at Hotel Midtown Basuki Rahmat Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative method with data sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a closed survey conducted online. The determined sample size is 100, and questionnaires are distributed to guests during check-in/out and breakfast times. This research conducts validity tests, reliability tests, Classic Assumption Tests, Normality Tests, Multicollinearity Tests, Heteroskedasticity Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Coefficient of Determination Tests, and hypothesis tests to examine their effects. Based on data analysis using SPSS Version 25, the research results indicate that all statements in the questionnaire for each variable are considered valid, with a rcount > rtable value of 0.196. All variables are also considered reliable with a cronbach's alpha value > 0.60. The One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test for Normality shows that the data used has a normal distribution with a significance value > 0.05. The Multicollinearity Test results show no symptoms of multicollinearity among independent variables in the regression model, with tolerance values ≥ 0.10 and VIF ≤ 10. The Heteroskedasticity Test shows no signs of heteroskedasticity in the regression model because there is no clear pattern and distribution of points above and below the 0 on the Y-axis. The multiple linear regression equation in this study can be formulated as Y = 5.680 – 0.202X1 – 0.279X2 + 0.273X3. The contribution of Brand Image, Customer Trust, and Product Innovation to Customer Repeat Purchase Intention at Hotel Midtown Basuki Rahmat Surabaya is 49.1%, classified as moderate. Furthermore, t-test analysis shows that Brand Image, Customer Trust, and Product Innovation significantly influence Customer Repeat Purchase Intention at Hotel Midtown Basuki Rahmat Surabaya

    Investigate the influence of voluntary tax disclosure programs, tax awareness, and tax sanctions on the behavior of individual taxpayers in Surabaya City. The voluntary tax disclosure program takes center stage as a government effort to enhance tax compliance by providing incentives to taxpayers who voluntarily disclose their income. Additionally, tax awareness is measured as a potential factor in improving taxpayers' understanding of their obligations, while tax sanctions are considered as drivers of compliance through the threat of punishment.     Penelitian ini membahas terkait dengan pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi pelaku tindak pidana dengan kepribadian ganda. Kepribadian ganda itu sendiri adalah individu yang memilki dua atau lebih identitas yang berbeda dan terpisah antara satu sama lain. Setiap identitas ini dapat memiliki pola pikir, perasaan, dan perilaku yang unik yang sering kali tidak menyadari satu sama lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual, perundang-undangan, komperatif. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian normatif, dengan menggunakan kepustakaan dengan melakukan telaah terhadap buku, literatur, catatan dan laporan yang terkait dengan masalah yang dipecahkan. Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu, pertama bagaimana perkembangan klasifikasi perkembangan gangguan jiwa dari UU No.1 Tahun 1946 ke UU No.1 Tahun 2023 dalam konteks pertanggungjawaban pidana? Kedua, apakah penderita kepribadian ganda termasuk sebagai pengecualian pertanggungjawaban pidana?. Hasil penelitian dari rumusan masalah yang ada menjelaskan bahwa pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi orang yang menderita kepribadian ganda didasarkan pada pendapat dari ahli kejiwaan serta bukti yang akurat dipersidangan. Jika memang benar pelaku kepribadian ganda masih dapat mempertanggungjawaban perbuatannya, maka pelaku dapat dipidana berdasarkan perbuatan yang dilakukannya. Pengecualian pertanggungjawaban pidana dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah kondisi kesehatan mental seseorang saat melakukan suatu kejahatan, seperti kemampuan untuk memahami dan mengendalikan perbuatannya. Sehingga, orang yang menderita kepribadian ganda tidak secara otomatis termasuk dalam pengecualian pertanggungjawaban pidana. Tentunya, hal ini tergantung pada putusan hakim di persidangan

    IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NO.1 TAHUN 2023 TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN KOTA LAYAK ANAK TERHADAP PEMENUHAN HAK PENDIDIKAN ANAK JALANAN

    Pendidikan merupakan hak seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia. Regulasi mengenai pendidikan telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Pasal 31 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 menjadi acuan Pemerintah Daerah khususnya Kota Semarang untuk membuat regulasi mengenai peraturan mengenai pendidikan. Regulasi yang mengatur mengenai pendidikan di Kota Semarang terdapat 2 regulasi yaitu Peraturan Daerah Kota Semarang No. 1 Tahun 2007 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan di Kota Semarang dan Peraturan Daerah Kota Semarang No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Penyelenggaraan Kota Layak Anak. Kedua regulasi ini mengatur mengenai pendidikan yang harus dilakukan oleh anak selama 12 tahun dan Pemerintah Daerah memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan dana dan menanggung anak-anak yang hendak menempuh pendidikan. Hanya saja dalam implementasi di masyarakat masih banyak terdapat celah sehingga anak khususnya anak jalanan belum bisa menempuh pendidikan. Sehingga penulis hendak melihat alasan terkait anak jalanan belum mendapatkan hak pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris, data primer diambil menggunakan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) kepada anak jalanan, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Sosial dan Yayasan Anantaka untuk mendapatkan data dan hasil yang sesuai. Skripsi ini juga akan dianalisis menggunakan teori efektivitas hukum yang dikemukakan oleh Lawrence M. Freidman dan penenggakan hukum yang dikemukakan oleh Soerjono Seokanto. 2 teori tersebut akan menjadi pisau analisis untuk mengetahui alasan atau faktor-faktor anak jalanan belum mendapatkan hak pendidikan.
