Pelatihan 3D Model dan Pemahaman Arsitektur Nusantara Pada Tenaga Pengajar SMK St. Louis Dengan SketchUp
Pembelajaran semakin berkembang pada sekolah SMK, karena untuk mempersiapkan siswa – siswi yang siap pakai di dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu guru pada sekolah SMK St. Louis ingin mengembangkan kompetensi dalam penguasaan program sketchup dalam menghasilkan produk 3D model. Penguasaan kompetensi program sketchup ini dapat diterapkan pada saat pembelajaran siswa-siswi di jurusan DKV. Pengabdian ini dijalankan melalui sebuah pelatihan secara offline yang diikuti oleh guru-guru pengajar SMK St. Louis di Surabaya. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi penguasaan para guru SMK St. Louis yaitu menghasilkan 3D model menggunakan blender. Hal itu telah menyebabkan munculnya pemikiran bahwa untuk lebih mempermudah dalam menghasilkan 3D model yaitu menggunakan sketchup. Pemahaman mengenai Arsitektur Nusantara merupakan topik yang dapat dikembangkan oleh guru SMK St. Louis, dalam pengaplikasiannya dalam produk atau karya desain. Oleh karena ide itu maka dalam pelatihan 3D model ditambahkan penjelasan mengenai arsitektur Nusantara. Pelatihan yang diikuti oleh guru SMK St. Louis menyatakan menjadi memiliki pengetahuan atau alternatif materi dalam pembelajaran pada siswa – siswi SMK St. Louis, saat menghasilkan 3D model dengan sketchup dan Arsitektur Nusantara
Peran Pemerintah dalam Menangani Tantangan Lingkungan
Pemerintah memiliki peran penting dalam menangani tantangan lingkungan yang terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridi normatif, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan lingkungan serta implementasinya serta peranan pihak swasta dalam menjaga kesehatan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah memiliki kebijakan dalam menangani tantangan lingkungan baik dalam hal perubahan, iklim, persampahan maupun kerusakan hutan. Selain itu untuk mengatasi tantangan lingkungan diperlukan kerjasama antara pihak swasta, pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih
PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, KUALITAS PRODUK, STORE ATMOSPHERE, DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PADA SUPERMARKET HOKKY MERR SURABAYA
This research aims to determine whether brand image, product quality, store atmosphere, and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty at Supermarket Hokky MERR Surabaya. This study is quantitative in nature. The sample consisted of 100 individuals who had visited Supermarket Hokky MERR Surabaya at least twice. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, and the data collected were primary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and SPSS version 25 was used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis indicated that all statement items of variables were valid with an observed correlation coefficient (r) greater than the critical correlation coefficient (r table). Reliability test results showed that all variables were reliable as Cronbach's Alpha values were greater than 0.70. The normality test using P-P Plot indicated that the data used in the study were normally distributed. Multicollinearity test results showed no multicollinearity issues. Heteroskedasticity test results showed no heteroskedasticity issues. The multiple linear regression equation was Y = -0.343 + 0.602X1 - 0.488X2 + 0.821X3 + 0.490X4. The coefficient of determination in this study showed that the adjusted R square value was 0.709 or 70.9%, indicating that independent variables in this study strongly contributed to the dependent variable. The t-test results indicated that brand image variable (X1) had a calculated t-value of 5.867 > t-table 1.98525 with a significance value of 0.000 -t-table -1.98525 with a significance value of 0.003 t-table 1.98525 with a significance value of 0.001 t-table 1.98525 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty at Supermarket Hokky MERR Surabaya
ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN PERHITUNGAN TRADISIONAL DENGAN PERHITUNGAN ACTIVITY BASED COSTING DALAM PENENTUAN SUMBANGAN PEMBINAAN PENDIDIKAN DI SMPK PENCINTA DAMAI
The assessment of the educational contribution is the sales value charged to each student. The contribution to educational development can support all processes of educational organization and interests that can support the process of teaching and learning activities well, improve the well-being of all the educational staff involved, as well as be used in order to improve the facilities and facilities of the whole school. This study aims to compare calculations using traditional methods with calculations of activity based costing methods so SMPK Pencinta Damai can determine a more accurate method of calculation in determining the size of the cost of contribution to educational development in SMPK Pencinra Damai. The research approach is to use descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach using primary data and secondary data derived from the SMPK Pencinta Damai with data in 2023. The results obtained from the research that has been carried out are the traditional calculation there is only 1 (one) charge to the cost related to the process of maintenance of education that is not directly involved in the whole number of students while on the method activity based costing has a lot of charge that generates the trigger value of the cost. This method is able to allocate costs to each student with the correct amount of sales value
PENGARUH LOKASI, WORD OF MOUTH, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI STARBUCKS PAKUWON SUPER MALL SURABAYA
The development of the times will have an impact on changes, both in terms of mindset, needs and lifestyle of the community. One of the changes in people's lifestyles lies in the daily activities of people who are almost inseparable from consuming coffee. The purpose of this study was to determine whether location, word of mouth, service quality and customer relationship management influence purchasing decisions at Starbucks Pakuwon Super Mall Surabaya. The research sample is consumers who are over 17 years old and have purchased Starbucks Pakuwon Super Mall Surabaya products at least once. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The results of data analysis show that all question items for each variable are declared valid with r count> r table of 0.1689, all variables are declared reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables are normally distributed, there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of the multiple linear regression equation in this study are Y = -2.749 + 0.091 X1 + 0.580 X2 +
0.320 X3 + 0.213 X4. The magnitude of the influence of location, word of mouth, service quality and customer relationship management on purchasing decisions at Starbucks Pakuwon Super Mall Surabaya based on Adjusted R-Square is 64.2% so that it is stated to have a strong effect. The t test results show that location has no effect on purchasing decisions, while word of mouth, service quality and customer relationship management affect purchasing decisions
Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Toko Buah Hokky Merr Surabaya
Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang dalam melakukan pembelian, pada penelitian ini peneliti mengambil faktor harga, promosi dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Buah Hokky Merr Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data meliputi: uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.195 > t tabel 1.66 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.00 < 0.05. Promosi
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 2.115 > t tabel 1.66 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.03 t

PENGARUH PAJAK HIBURAN, PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN, PAJAK RESTORAN TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KOTA SURABAYA TAHUN 2020-2022
This study aims to examine the effect of entertainment tax, land and building tax, restaurant tax on local revenue in Surabaya City. The population in this study is the Realization Report of Entertainment Tax Revenue, Land and Building Tax, Restaurant Tax and Regional Original Revenue in Surabaya City for the period 2020-2022 (3 years). The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The sample studied is quarterly data where in 1 year there are 12 months so that the results are 12 x 3 = 36 months.
The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis tests, model feasibility tests (F tests), tests hypothesis, and determination coefficient tests (R²). The results of this study partially show that Entertainment Tax has no effect on Surabaya City Local Revenue, Land and Building Tax affects Surabaya City Local Revenue, and Restaurant Tax affects Surabaya City Local Revenue
ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PAJAK HOTEL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KOTA SURABAYA TAHUN 2018-2022
The city of Surabaya is one of the regions that is given regional autonomy rights to regulate its own household in order to carry out development. The city of Surabaya as the capital of East Java Province also requires development financing to implement regional autonomy. One source of funds is obtained by collecting taxes.
The aim of this research Based on the problem formulation, the aim of this research is to determine the Analysis of Hotel Tax Revenues to Increase Regional Original Income for the City of Surabaya in 2018-2022. The theoretical basis used in this research is public sector accounting which focuses on local taxes.
The hypothesis in this research is that Hotel Tax Revenue Analysis is quite effective and contributes to Regional Original Income in 2018-2022. The research results showed that tax effectiveness in 2018 with a ratio value of 106.27% was categorized as very effective. Tax effectiveness in 2019, the tax effectiveness value in 2019 with a ratio value of 100.23%, is categorized as very effective. The effectiveness ratio value obtained in 2020 was 68.83%, tax effectiveness in 2020 can be categorized as less effective. The tax effectiveness value in 2021 with a ratio value of 51.72%, tax effectiveness in 2021 is categorized as ineffective. The tax effectiveness value in 2022 with a ratio value of 75.44%, tax effectiveness in 2022 is categorized as less effective
PENCEGAHAN JUVENILE DELINQUENCY DALAM KEJAHATAN PROSTITUSI ONLINE ANAK DI INDONESIA
Fokus dalam penelitian ini mengkaji terkait pencegahan
juvenile delinquency terhadap prostitusi online di Indonesia.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yuridis
normatif serta pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah studi
pustaka (library researh). Rumusan masalah yang dituangkan
ialah, pertama, Apakah instrumen hukum di Indonesia yang
memberikan sanksi pada pelaku prostitusi online anak? Kedua,
Apakah aturan hukum di Indonesia dapat mencegah juvenile
delinquency dalam prostitusi online?. penelitisn ini
menggunakan acuan pertanggungjawaban pidana berdasakan
ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012
tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak yakni mereka yang
berusia 12 tahun dan belum berusia 18 Tahun. Pengkajian
produk hukum lex specialis dalam upaya untuk menemukan
rumusan pasal yang dapat disangkahkan kepada remaja atau
anak di bawah umur yang menjalankan bisnis prostitusi online
memiliki batasan terkait unsur delik perbuatan tersebut.
Pengkajian ptoduk hukum negara Singapura, Malaysia, dan
Korea Selatan masih menempatkan anak dibawah umur yang
bekerja sebagai korban padahal realitasnya anak di bawah umur
dapat berperan sebagai pelaku utama. Menilik dari kekosongan
hukum yang dapat dijerat kepada mereka yang bekerja sebagai
pekerja seks komersial secara online dibutuhkan suatu upaya
kriminalisasi dengan membentuk undang-undang khusus atau
merevisi Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dengan
dimasukan ketentuan perilaku prostitusi online kedalam bab
tersendiri. Pencegahan dengan menggunakan metode kontrol
bisa sebagai alternatif untuk menekan tingkat kenakalan remaja
yang terjerumus prostitusi onlin
Assistance of Sustainable Forest Management through Strengthening of Human and Social Capital in Arjuna Mount East Java Community
This study is part of a community service project aimed at examining the role of human and social capital in the sustainable forest management of Mount Arjuna East Java. The objective of the community service initiative is to empower local communities around the forest to actively participate in forest conservation efforts. The study employs a descriptive method with a survey technique to gather factual data from the research area, which includes the spring areas around Mount Arjuna in East Java, Indonesia. The study population consists of communities from three villages: Leduk, Jatiarjo, and Dayurejo, located in Pasuruan, East Java. Data were collected from respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to understand the general responses regarding community participation in forest preservation. The results indicate that the human capital of the community, particularly education level and employment, contributes significantly to the success of sustainable forest development. Additionally, social characteristics such as mutual-cooperation and kinship within the community play a vital role in supporting long-term forest management. This community service initiative aims to strengthen both human and social capital to foster a sustainable forest management approach based on local wisdom and community-driven efforts
