Efforts To Improve The Quality Of Bakcang Products In Surabaya Using The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Method
Get PDFBakcang is a traditional Chinese food which is quite famous among the people of Surabaya. In the manufacturing process, bakcang still uses traditional methods using human expertise in a relationship regarding improving the quality of taste and appearance according to customer and company expectations. The stages of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method are carried out by making a House of Quality (HoQ) matrix. The results of the research are in the form of priority scales that must be improved for business development based on Voice of Customer. Improvements wrapping bakcang. Therefore, research was conducted to identify the quality characteristics of taste and appearance that are expected from both the consumer and company sides. The method used in this research is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The distributed questionnaires will include the attributes of the respondent's classification, the level of importance, and the level of customer satisfaction. Then the results of data acquisition from filling out the questionnaire will be processed using the House of Quality (HoQ) method. The results of the study will show that there is to the output of HoQ are replacing packaging with other materials, providing labels as product information, making prints for more precise sizes, making cooking time guidelines so that the level of maturity is even, preparing fresh raw materials, utilizing social media, holding prices reductions, making new variations in the form of frozen, and opening new outlets with sufficient facilities

penampilan wajah diperlukan kosmetik. Kosmetik dapat berupa makeup, contohnya seperti foundation,
cushion, blush on, dan sebagainya. Salah satu makeup yang saat banyak digunakan wanita Indonesia adalah
cushion. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen adalah metode
KANO. Dengan menggunakan metode KANO, perusahaan dapat memprioritaskan pengembangan produk
berdasarkan jenis atribut yang paling penting bagi pelanggan. Aturan kuesioner KANO terdiri dari functional
question dan dysfunctional question. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis cushion secara kualitas
berdasarkan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cushion X masuk dalam
kategori Must Be dan Indefferent. Atribut yang masuk pada kategori Must Be adalah atribut X1, X2, X3, X7,
dan X8. Atribut tersebut harus dipertahankan agar pengguna merasa puas dan menggunakan chusion X
kembali. Atribut yang masuk kategori Indefferent adalah atribut X4, X5, X6, X9, dan X10. Sedangkan
kategori yang tidak bisa diabaikan masuk pada kategori Indefferent dengan nilai worse tertinggi yaitu X6 dan
X7. Tindakan yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah mempertahakankan kategori Must Be dan
mengiformasikan kembali kategori yang masuk pada Indefferent terhadap produk kompetitor.

Hal ini karena lokasi dampingan berdekatan dengan wilayah perindustrian yang berpeluang besar terjadi pencemaran udara akibat aktivitas perindustrian Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pemberdayaan masyarakat sehingga diperlukan keterlibatan aktif kelompok dampingan dalam aktivitas pengabdian yang dilakukan. Melalui metode ini nanti nya masyarakat secara mandiri dalam mengelola hasil tanaman. Bahwa lahan fasilitas sosial yang dikelola dengan baik dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar. Hasil penanaman toga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pengganti obat kimia serta lingkungan menjadi lebih hijau. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan mampu mempopulerkan kembali obat-obat herbal di Indonesia serta membantu pemerintah dalam menjaga kualitas udara di lingkungan sekita

No full textPengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini merupakan keberlanjutan dari Hibah PKM yang diterima dari Dikti Desember 2022. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi kripik pisang. Harga pokok produksi merupakan hal yang penting dalam menentukan harga jual produk. Dengan adanya penentuan harga pokok produksi ini, pelaku UMKM dapat bersaing dengan competitor sejenis, tidak hanya dalam kualitas barang, tetapi juga dalam hal harga. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan ini adalah partisipatif, yang melibatkan pelaku UMKM dalam hal ini adalah bu Sami. Lokasi penjualan di Desa Dayurejo, di lereng Gunung Arjuna, dibawah binaan Yayasan Cempaka Education Center, Prigen, Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, maka pelaku dapat mengetahui pentingnya perhitungan harga pokok produksi, unsur-unsur apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap harga pokok produksi. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, maka penentuan harga jual juga lebih tepat, sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat lebih meningkatkan omset penjualannya
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, FASILITAS, DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA RESTORAN VELVET HOTEL GUNAWANGSA MERR
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and prices on customer
satisfaction at the Velvet Hotel Gunawangsa Merr Restaurant. In this study, the population was
the customers of the Hotel Velvet Hotel Gunawangsa Merr. The technique used in sampling in
this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach with a total
sample of 90 respondents. Based on data processing using SPSS version 26, the validity test
results in this study resulted in r count ≥ r table (0.2072) with a significant level of 0.05 and all
statement items in this study were declared valid. The results of the Reliability Test showed that
all variables in this study were reliable by showing Cronbach Alpha values ≥ 0.60. The
normality test shows that the regression model in this study meets the assumptions of normality
and the data shows a normal distribution pattern. The multicollinearity test in this study resulted
in a tolerance value > 0.10 and a VIF value < 10 where multicollinearity did not occur.
Heteroscedasticity test showed that in this study there was no heteroscedasticity. Multiple
Linear Regression Test, namely, Y = 6.447 + 0.75 (X1) + 0.809 (X2) + 0.297 (X3). The
Coefficient of Determination test (R2) yields an Adjusted R Square value of (0.809) which
indicates the independent variable has a strong contribution to the dependent variable. The
results of the t test obtained Service Quality (X1) did not affect Service Quality at the Velvet
Hotel Gunawangsa Merr Restaurant (Y) with a t count of 0.533 < t table (1.66277) significant
0.595 > 0.05. Facilities (X2) have no effect on customer satisfaction at the Velvet Hotel
Gunawangsa Merr Restaurant (Y) with a t count of 1.790 > t table (1.66277) with a significant
level of 0.432 > 0.05. Price (X3) has a significant effect on service quality at the Velvet Hotel Gunawangsa Merr Restaurant (Y) with a t count of 2.358 > t table (1.66277) a significant 0.021<0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of service and facilities has no effect on
customer satisfaction at the Velvet Hotel Gunawangsa Merr Restaurant and the price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Velvet Hotel Gunawangsa Merr Restaurant

That is able to protect its citizens from all actions or behaviors that are contrary to humanity and justice. Therefore, Indonesian law contains elements of protecting implementing order, justice, and especially non-discrimination, especially from gender. The law creates a dignified society, which humanizes humans, upholds human values. The norms that live in society, become a basis for the formation of a rule. But the customs and habits that exist in ethnic groups in Indonesia have their own character. Violence cannot be identified in a particular society, but all humans can have a hard character. However, the existence of a belis or dowry, seems to give legitimacy that women have been bought. Therefore, through this community service activity, it focuses focuses on efforts to increase awereness of the law in the hope of minimizing the habit of violent behavior in the nomad community from Ende in the Surabaya city. This effort to increase awereness of the law is carried out through legal assistance regarding domestic violence in the Ende nomad community in Surabaya City. The assistance of representatives of Ende residents in Surabaya related to Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence needs to be carried out intensively and massively. This research is expected to provide better insight for practitioners and investors regarding the factors that affect the value of companies in the Indonesian stock market. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2021. The manufacturing companies that became the population in
this study were 212 companies. This study uses data analysis methods and techniques such as Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test (F Test, t Test, and R2). The results of hypothesis testing where the effective tax rate variable (X1) with a significance level of 0.075 0.050 indicate that the effective tax rate (X1) has no significant effect on price to book value (Y). The results of hypothesis testing where the independent board of commissioners (X2) variable with a significance level of 0.004 0.050 means that the independent board of commissioners (X2) variable has a significant effect on price to book value (Y). The results of hypothesis testing where the variable return on assets (X3) with a significance level of 0.072 0.050 means that return on assets (X3) has no significant effect on price to book value (Y) in manufacturing companies. The effective tax rate variable (X1) has a significance level of 0.075

No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and implementation of the Joint Operation Agreement (JOA/KSO) using normative legal research through conceptual approach, assisted by data from related journals, books, and laws. The result shows that business entities formed by KSO agreement have the characteristics of a consortium which do not fall under legal entities because they are born by agreement between legal subjects based on Article 1320 jo. Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Like any other business entities in the form of consortium, the management body is meant as a partner, namely the same as the owner and manager where there is no separation of assets between members, following full accountability to the consortium. Thus, like in any other countries with the same type of agreement, the legality of consortium should be recognized and is needed by registering and supervising the KSO between private legal entities in every area of business activities, including administration and litigation

PENGARUH CITRA MERK, HARGA DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MENGINAP DI HOTEL SHANGRI-LA SURABAYA
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap di hotel Shangri- La Surabaya. Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden yang pernah menginap di hotel Shangri-La Surabaya.Teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling jenis data yang digunakan adalah data Primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda beserta koefisien Dertiminasi. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Pada nilai r hitung berfungsi untuk mengetahui sebuah validitas instrument yang dinilai dan melakukan perbandingan dengan nilai r tabel. Nilai r untuk taraf signifikan pada N 75 adalah 0,227. Nilai yang terdapat pada corrected item total dan mendapatkan nilai positif diatas nilai r tabel > 0,227 sehingga dinyatakan valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel citra merk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen menginap di hotel Shangri-La Surabaya
