The Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement, and Managerial Decision-Making on the Microfinance Institutions Performance
This study examines the impact of employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and engagement on the performance of microfinance institutions, with a focus on the moderating role of managerial decision-making. Data were collected from 100 key microfinance institutions employees in Greater Bandung, with interviews of 10 experienced staff (>5 years) conducted to refine the questionnaire and ensure alignment with microfinance institutions work conditions. Using Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis, this study finds that both organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee engagement significantly enhance microfinance institutions performance. The results further indicate that managerial decision-making serves as a critical mediator between OCB, employee engagement, and organizational performance. These findings underscore the importance of managerial decision-making in amplifying the effects of OCB and employee engagement on microfinance institutions performance. Furthermore, this research introduces alternative metrics for assessing OCB, employee engagement, managerial decision-making, and organizational performance
Monetary and Fiscal Policy on Inflation in Indonesia: Threshold Vector Autoregression Approach
The combination of monetary and fiscal policies is used to stabilize prices in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyse the role of monetary and fiscal policies in stabilizing prices in Indonesia through the threshold concept. The data used is time series (2013Q1-2023Q2) with the Threshold Vector Autoregression method. The results show that the interest rate and budget thresholds can affect inflation stability. Other variables, such as the exchange rate, output gap, and FFR, have varying effects depending on the threshold. Thus, combining adjustments in monetary and fiscal policies and understanding the impact of inflation at various policymakers can better manage economic growth and maintain price stability in the long term
Perlindungan Privasi Individu dalam Penggunaan Face Recognition Tinjauan Hukum dan Etika
This study discusses the protection of individual privacy in the use of Face Recognition (FR) technology in BPJS Kesehatan, with a focus on legal and ethical reviews. In Indonesia, the use of this technology is regulated by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, which emphasizes the importance of individual consent in the collection and use of personal data, including biometric data such as faces. However, practice on the ground shows that consent is often not obtained correctly, potentially threatening individual privacy. Real cases, such as misidentification by facial recognition systems used by the National Police, show serious risks to privacy rights and potential data misuse. Therefore, this study recommends the need for stricter regulations, transparency in the use of data, and public participation in policy-making related to FR technology. With the right ethical measures, it is hoped that a balance between public safety and individual privacy protection can be achieved in the ever-evolving digital era
INTEGRATION OF CUSTOMARY LAW AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN MULTICULTURAL SOCIETIES
The purpose of this research is to analyze the challenges in integrating customary law into Indonesia's national legal system and to identify mechanisms for resolving customary law conflicts. The methodology used is a normative legal research with an empirical and legislative approach, where the data collected comes from literature review and legal studies. These data are qualitatively analyzed to understand the relationship between customary law and state law, as well as the challenges faced in their integration process. The findings show that one of the main challenges in integrating customary law into national law is the difficulty in harmonizing the local wisdom values embedded in customary law with the more formal and universal state legal system. The normative discrepancies between the two often lead to legal conflicts, especially in communities that have a legal system deeply intertwined with local culture and social structure. Additionally, the limited knowledge of customary law among indigenous peoples and law enforcement officers also hampers the effective implementation of state law. A successful integration process requires an inclusive approach involving the government, indigenous communities, and other stakeholders in creating dispute resolution mechanisms based on mediation and cross-cultural dialogue. The conclusion of this study is that the integration of customary law into the national legal system requires strategic measures that respect local wisdom values, strengthen the capacity of indigenous communities in understanding law, and support policies that encourage conflict resolution through dialogue and mediation. The recommendation proposed is the importance of formulating policies that provide space for customary law within the national legal framework, as well as the need for training law enforcement officers on customary law to ensure a harmonious and mutually supportive integration of both legal systems
The Seren Taun Experience: A Catalyst for Sustainable Cultural Tourism and Visitor Loyalty in West Java
This study examines the impact of engaging in the Seren Taun ritual at the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark (CPUGGp) on tourist loyalty, with an emphasis on Memorable Tourism Experiences (MTEs) within three indigenous communities: Ciptagelar, Sinaresmi, and Ciptamulya. This study investigates how MTEs influence tourist loyalty by exploring destination image, visitor engagement, and cultural interaction. A quantitative method was utilized involving 200 participants who attended Seren Taun, with data collected through Google Forms. The application of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the PLS technique, utilizing SmartPLS 4.0, facilitated the assessment of reliability, validity, and correlation analysis. The results demonstrate that MTEs play a crucial role in improving destination image and fostering cultural interaction, yet they do not markedly boost visitor engagement. The influence of MTEs on loyalty intention is significant, underscoring the importance of enhancing destination image and cultural engagement to promote the growth of cultural tourism in Geoparks. The research highlights the significance of cultural interaction and MTEs in fostering tourist loyalty. Rituals such as Seren Taun enhance visitors' ties to the local culture and encourage sustainable tourism, positively impacting local economies

SUBSTITUSI COCOA BUTTER DENGAN RED PALM OIL PADA PEMBUATAN COKELAT BATANG YANG DIPROSES SECARA CONCHING DAN TEMPERING
Lemak cokelat (Cocoa Butter, CB) menjadi bahan baku utamadalam produksi.
A Multidimensional Approach to Digital Customer Engagement: Empirical Study of Live-Streaming Communication Attributes
This study examines the impact of live-streaming on digital customer engagement by focusing on three key communication attributes: communication immediacy, interactivity, and visualization. The research investigates how these attributes influence cognitive, emotional, and behavioral engagement. A quantitative method was employed, using data collected through an online survey distributed to users who interact with brands via live-streaming platforms. The dataset was analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that communication immediacy and interactivity significantly affect all three dimensions of digital customer engagement. In contrast, visualization only has a significant impact on emotional engagement, while its influence on cognitive and behavioral engagement is not supported. These findings suggest that not all live-streaming features equally drive customer engagement. The study contributes to the growing literature on digital engagement and provides practical insights into how brands can strengthen real-time interactivity and emotional resonance to foster deeper consumer involvement

In practice, loan agreements involve borrowing and lending activities between individuals, typically with money as the object of the loan, and are established based on a contractual agreement. The provisions governing such agreements are stipulated in the Indonesian Civil Code, which sets out the rights and obligations of the parties involved. However, in practice, the legal relationship between creditors and debtors, particularly in contractual aspects, often encounters issues, leading to breaches of contract (wanprestasi). This study focuses on the legal consequences of wanprestasi in loan agreements, specifically in the context of working capital loans, and examines whether the relevant court decisions align with Article 1754 of the Indonesian Civil Code. This research employs a normative legal method, utilizing primary and secondary legal materials, which are subsequently analyzed through a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings conclude that money borrowed for business capital is based on a contractual agreement. The defendants were found to have breached the contract (wanprestasi) and are therefore obliged to repay the loan
Implementasi Doktrin Ultra vires Pada Keabsahan Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPS-LB) Perseroan Terbatas
A Limited Liability Company (PT) as a legal entity is regulated by Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT), which stipulates the limits of the authority of company organs, including the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). EGMS have a strategic function in making urgent decisions, so their implementation must comply with procedural and substantive provisions in accordance with the UUPT and the Articles of Association. However, practice shows many problems when EGMS are held without complying with applicable legal mechanisms. This study aims to analyze the application of the ultra vires doctrine in assessing the validity of EGMS. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with a statute approach and a case approach, through a literature study of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the ultra vires doctrine is relevant in two dimensions, namely procedural violations (invalid summons, lack of quorum, abuse of authority by directors) and substantive violations (decisions that deviate from the company's interests or conflict with the UUPT and the Articles of Association). The case study of the Paringin District Court Decision No. 2/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Prn proves that both procedural and substantive violations in the implementation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders result in the decision being null and void. Therefore, the implementation of the ultra vires doctrine serves as a legal protection mechanism for shareholders and ensures that the company's strategic decisions remain valid and in line with the principles of corporate propriety
