KEBIJAKAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DAN LITERASI PANGAN MASYARAKAT (Studi Penelitian Tentang Literasi Pangan Mendukung Ketahanan Pangan di Kota Semarang)
Get PDFAbstrakTujuan penelitian tentang ketahanan pangan dan pentingnya literasi pangan masyarakat adalah mendskripsikan ketahanan pangan di Kotra Semarang berdasarkan dokumen perencanaan daerah dan kebijakan ketahanan pangan dan gizi telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan kewenangan pemerintah daerah. Konsumsi bahan pangan pokok penduduk sangat tergantung pada beras (produksi hanya memenuhi 15% dari kebutuhan penduduk) dan memerlukan dukungan dari kabupaten sekitar. Demikian pula bahan pangan sayur mayur, buah-buahan, daging dan ikan lebih besar dari kabupaten sekitar. Pemahaman masyarakat tentang pangan beragam semakin baik dan memerlukan dukungan perguruan tinggi, kalangan dunia usaha dan media massa mengenalkan pangan beragam, piring panganku dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui Gerakan Masyarakat Sehat (Germas) dan kelembagaan Kota Sehat semakin penting peranannya dalam masyarakat.Kata kunci : kebijakan ketahanan pangan, pangan beragam dan gizi AbstractThe purpose of research on food security and the importance of community food literacy is to describe food security in Kotra Semarang based on regional planning documents and policies on food security and nutrition that have been implemented under the authority of the local government. Consumption of staple foods of the population is highly dependent on rice (production only meets 15% of the population's needs) and requires support from the surrounding district. Likewise, food ingredients for vegetables, fruits, meat and fish are bigger than the surrounding districts. Get PDFKeadilan restoratif adalah penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana dengan melibatkan pelaku, korban, keluarga pelaku /korban, dan pihak lain yang terkait untuk bersama sama mencari penyelesaian yang adil dengan menekankan pemulihan kembali pada keaadan semula, dan bukan pembalasan. UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan Atas UU Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia menyebutkan bahwa salah satu wewenang Jaksa Agung adalah mengesampingkan perkara demi kepentingan umum. Dalam hal ini yang dimaksud dengan “kepentingan umum†adalah kepentingan bangsa dan negara dan/ atau kepentingan masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian berupa metode Yuridis Normatif. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan. Spesifkasi penelitian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana restorative justice terhadap pelaku tindak pidana ringan berupa pencurian di tingkat penuntut dan bagaimana pelaksanaan restorative justice terhadap pelaku tindak pidana ringan berupa pencurian di Kejaksaan Negeri Pangkalpinang studi kasus Penghentian Penuntutan melalui Surat Ketetapan Penghentian Penuntutan Kajari Pangkalpinang Nomor 01/L.9.10.3/Eoh.2/01/2022 tanggal 13 Januari 2022

Get PDFAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peningkatan kesehatan lanjut usia yang telah dilaksanakan di Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) Kramas, Kota Semarang. Sebagai besar lanjut usia di gereja adalah  perempuan lanjut  usia  yang  masih aktif  melakukan kegiatan domestic dan  usaha ekonomi mikro/kecil. Berdasarkan rencana aksi peningkatan kesehatan lanjut usia dilaksanakan dengan data terpadu lanjut usia, pembentukan kelembagaan lanjut usia, peningkatan kapasitas kader kesehatan dan pelaksanaan cek kesehatan sebagai langkah promotif dan layanan dasar kepada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Tembalang. Dalam perkembangannnya upaya telah mendatangkan hasil dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari gereja dan masyarakat sekitar.Kata kunci : peningkatan kesehatan, lanjut usia dan gereja.Abstact This study aims to describe the improvement of elderly health that has been carried out at the Jawa Jawa Kramas Christian Church, Semarang City. Most of the elderly in the church are elderly women who are still active in domestic activities and micro/small economic businesses. Based on the action plan to improve the health of the elderly, it is carried out with integrated data on the elderly, the establishment of elderly institutions, capacity building for health cadres and the implementation of health checks as a promotive step and basic services to the Tembalang Community Health Center. PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA (WORK FAMILY CONFLICT) TERHADAP STRES KERJA : Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Yogyakarta
Get PDFAbstrakSalah satu yang memiliki peran ganda di dalam studi kasus penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita yang berkarir di dunia perbankan. Konflik peran ganda terjadi ketika salah satu dari peran yang dijalani menuntut waktu, tenaga dan perhatian lebih sehingga peran lain menjadi terganggu. Konflik peran ganda merupakan salah satu stressor kerja bagi seorang wanita yang bekerja. Seseorang yang mengemban dua peran, rawan mengalami stres kerja karena intensitas peran ganda  yang tinggi  dari  seorang wanita  yang  bekerja  dapat  menyebabkan penurunan terhadap kinerjanya karena wanita yang bekerja akan lebih cenderung mengalami depresi,  peningkatan  keluhan  fisik, tingkat  energi  yang rendah sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara konflik peran ganda terhadap stres kerja karyawan wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Area Yogyakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitaif non eksperimental dengan deskripsi korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling sebanyak 149 sampel. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner stress kerja dari American Institute of Stress. Korelasi kedua variabel diuji menggunakan uji Spearman Rank.Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan sebagian  besar  responden mengalami  tingkat konflik peran ganda rendah yaitu sebanyak 119 responden (79,9%).  Sebagian besar  responden  mengalami stres kerja rendah  yaitu sebanyak  135 responden (90,6%). Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 (p<0,05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu (+) 0,615. Nilai ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara konflik peran ganda terhadap stress kerja karyawan wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Area Yogyakarta dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Kata Kunci   : Konflik peran ganda, Stres Kerja, Karyawati Bank AbstractFemale Bank employee someone who has multiple roles. Multiple role conflict occurs when one of the roles undertaken demands more time, effort and attention so that the other roles are disrupted. Multiple role conflict is one of the work stressors for a working woman. Someone who carries out two roles is prone to work stress because the high intensity of the dual role of a woman who works can cause a decrease in her performance because women who work will be more likely to experience depression, increase physical complaints, low energy levels, causing increased stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress for Bank Mandiri employees in the Area of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.The research method used. In this is quantitative non-experimental with a description of the correlation. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique as many as 149 samples. The questionnaire used is a job stress questionnaire from the American Institute of Stress. The correlation of the two variables was tested using the Spearman Rank test.The results showed that most of the respondents experienced a low level of dual role conflict, as many as 119 respondents (79.9%). Most of the respondents experienced low work stress as many as 135 respondents (90.6%). The results of statistical tests using Spearman Rank obtained a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of (+) 0.615. Increasing Customer Loyalty through Customer Experience and Customer Trust (Study on Penataran Train Service Passengers)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of customer experience and trust on customer loyalty who use the services of Penataran Train. The population used in this study were all passengers of the Penataran Railway, whose numbers are unknown for sure, with the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The data source used is primary data, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.518, meaning that customer experience and trust can explain the variation of the customer loyalty variable by 51.8 percent. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty

Dengan adanya perkembangan agar bisa melakukan adaptasi pada perkembangan zaman, hal ini memberi peluang perempuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pola asuh keluarga dan kreatifitasnya sesuai profesi yang ditekuni. Baik buruknya bangsa tergantung pada baik buruknya perempuan dalam membimbing keluarga dalam menjalankan fungsi manusia secara utuh sebagai warga negara yang beretika,berbudaya dan khususnya berjiwa Pancasila di Indonesia. Hal ini juga terlihat dari peran, fungsi, dan Profesi perempuan yang ada disemua bidang kehidupan, mulai dari perempuan dalam keluarga, perempuan dalam masyarakat, perempuan dalam dunia industry, perusahaan, politik, profesi.        Kemampuan dan keahlian perempuan bisa lebih baik apabila memperoleh pelatihan, Pendidikan dan pengalaman hidup dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan makalah ini adalah untuk menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh perempuan masa kini dalam penerapan nilai Pancasila. Untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan perempuan tersebut dalam implementasi nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, perlu dilihat dari data dan kehidupan perempuan di masyarakat.Dalam menyajikan data dari makalah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif dan dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan dokumentasi lainnya yang mendukung. Berdasarkan data tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa peran perempuan sangat penting dalam kehidupan bangsa dan negara yang dimulai dari memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman untuk anak-anaknya atau dengan kata lain “Ibu merupakan perpustakaan pertama seorang anakâ€. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terkait Pendidikan Pancasila adalah perempuan mampu memberi bimbingan dan pendampingan yang pertama dalam pola asuh anak dalam implementasi langsung nilai-nilai Pancasila sejak dini, Kata Kunci: Peran Perempuan, Implementasi, Nilai Pancasila. ABSTRAC           Women have an important role to support the progress of improvement and development from each era of human life. Continues development to adapted changes of this era, it gives women the opportunity to increase their ability in family upgrading and their creativity according to the profession they are engaged. Unfortunately the good or bad of a nation depends on the goodness or badness of women in guiding the family member in carrying out human functions as a whole as citizens who are ethical, cultured and especially with the spirit of Pancasila in Indonesia. This can also be seen from the roles, functions, and professions of women in all areas of life, starting from women in the family, women in society, women in industry, companies, politics, professions. Women's abilities and expertise can be improved if they receive training, education and life experience in daily activities.The purpose of this paper is to explain how much women influence human life to implementing and the realized of Pancasila values.          To describe the ability of these women in implementing Pancasila values in the lifetime. it is necessary to look at the data and the lives of women in society. To present the data from this paper using descriptive exploratory methods and data collection techniques through literature studies and other supporting documentation. Based on these data, it was found that the role of women is very important in the lifetime of the nation and state, starting from providing knowledge and experience for their children or in other words "Mother is like a first library to her children ".
