COMPLEX CHALLENGES IN HANDLING REFUGEES IN INDONESIA: THE DILEMMA OF RATIFYING THE 1951 REFUGEE CONVENTION
This article is a conceptual article created with the aim of analyzing the problems faced by the Indonesian government concerning refugees and identifying challenges in implementing the 1951 Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocol. The results of the discussion indicate that addressing the refugee issue in Indonesia is highly complex. Although ratifying the 1951 Refugee Convention and its Protocol can substantially protect the human rights of refugees, its implementation in Indonesia faces various challenges caused by several factors, such as the high population density in Indonesia and the absence of laws governing local integrity, leading to difficulties in granting equal rights between refugees and Indonesian natives. Refugees must meet specific requirements according to the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 12 of 2016 on citizenship to have the same rights as Indonesian citizens. Additionally, from an economic perspective, refugee migration impacts Indonesia's financial budget. The aspects of security and social culture are essential considerations, as an increasing number of refugees may cause conflicts with the indigenous population and threaten Indonesia's cultural identity. Although the 1951 Refugee Convention provides standard rights for refugees, the Indonesian government finds it challenging to ratify it due to various obstacles, such as religious differences, marriage laws, labor absorption, and budget limitations. Therefore, the Indonesian government needs to carefully consider before ratifying the 1951 Refugee Convention. Thus, in addressing this complex situation, choosing to act as a transit country and providing protection within its capacity is a wise step in facing this refugee issue

Environmental Concern: Antecedents of Ecotourism Visit Intention with Time Perspective and Destination Image as Determination Variables
Environmental damage and sustainability become the center of attention along with climate change today. One of the interesting things is the change in behavior in the consumption of products categorized as "green", including in terms of choosing tourism destinations. Environmentally friendly tourism destinations or ecotourism is increasingly becoming an option for those who care about the environment. Ecotourism is also used by many countries, including travel agents, to increase their economic value or profit. This study aims to investigate how the role of Environmental Concern as antecendent of Ecoturism Visit Intention mediates the influence of Future Time perspective and Destination Image toward Ecotourism visit Intention.  This research involved 200 respondents who had visited ecotourism destinations at least twice, which was obtained using a convenience sample approach. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which were processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical package. The result shows that Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image positively impact Ecotourism Intention.  Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image also influence Ecotourism Intention indirectly through Environmental Concern as the mediating variable. Customer Switching Intention: The Integrated Framework of Disconfirmation Theory
Due to growing competition, customer retention has become a big problem in many service companies. Within a conceptual model for consumer switching intention, this article examines the influence of customer experience, customer satisfaction, and switching intention to green products, all of which are controlled by online information. Even though scholars have researched consumer switching intentions and the elements that influence them, the complex structural processes that minimize the chance of switching intentions in higher education institutions have remained unstudied. This paper addresses the role of customer experience and customer satisfaction to switching intentions moderated by online information. Data is collected through a questionnaire survey. This study employs purposive sampling to obtain respondents (n = 135), with the criteria, students at Universitas Negeri Semarang, a Conservatory University, who wish to switch to green products. Empirical findings support the proposed model and hypotheses, demonstrating that (1) customer satisfaction is negatively related to switching intention, and (2) The online information factor further strengthens the relationship between customer satisfaction and switching intention. The findings of this study provide a unified understanding of the structural relationships that contribute to increased green switching intention to the development of disconfirmation theories in the higher-education context. Implementing a green campus within Universitas Negeri Semarang, campus communities are encouraged to switch to environmentally friendly products to support green campus policies
