    Get PDF
This paper undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the cutting-edge maneuvers in Electronic Customer Relationship Management e-CRM in an e-commerce context, encompassing four significant categories: e-CRM, cost, technology acceptance, and customer satisfaction. It also evaluates the construct developments in these four categories. To assess the effectiveness and accuracy of the measurement model, the method of Structural Equation Modeling was utilized. Gathered data from 167 e-commerce sellers in Bandung, the results showed that e-CRM performance relied heavily on the ability of infrastructure, ease of use, and e-learning systems. The development and integration of these factors led to a positive effect on the effectiveness of the e-CRM. In addition, the findings underscored that customer expenses had a favorable influence on customer relationship performance. Consequently, this relationship performance led to an enhancement in the overall effectiveness of the e-CRM in e-commerce. A managerial implication for each category is also provided, along with suggestions for future research and directions

Potensi Medical Error Pada Pelaksanaan Tarif INA-CBG’s

    Get PDF
Health planning and financing is one of the factors that influences the occurrence of medical errors. Currently, the National Health Insurance system uses the INA-CBGs tariff, which means a package tariff for all components in the hospital related to medical and non-medical services. Hospital treatment rates often exceed the INA_CBG's tariff package, this causes hospitals to have to implement efficiency across lines, this is very risky because it can affect the quality of service when this efficiency includes things related to patients. So, based on these problems, the author conducted research with the aim of discussing the potential for medical errors in the implementation of INA CBG's rates. From the research results, it was discovered that medical error was a very important factor. Not all of the problems were caused by medical personnel at the hospital but rather there was intervention from management. One of the potential medical errors in INA-CBGs rates is the problem of inaccurate diagnosis, efficiency of medicines, medical devices and payments to health workers

Bridging Knowledge: The Practice of Academic Freedom in Indonesia

    Get PDF
This article aims to analyze the current practices of academic freedom in Indonesia, driven by the premise that academic freedom is a cornerstone for every scholar with their expertise to seek, explore, innovate, and develop knowledge without intervention from certain parties. This concept is deeply rooted in the freedoms of thought, opinion, and expression in public, which are integral to the framework of human rights. This article is a study employing a normative juridical approach, attempting to examine the relevant legislation and actual circumstances. The data used is secondary data, focusing on various types of literature that explore the complex relationship between academic freedom, human rights, and democracy. The research findings indicate that in Indonesia, regulations governing academic freedom are enshrined in Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, and Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System. Nevertheless, instances of persecution and dismissal of academic staff often occur on grounds of threatening nationalism or possessing subversive ideologies that ultimately disturb public security. The coordinator of the Indonesian Caucus for Academic Freedom cites several cases attacking academic freedom, such as cyber-attacks, repression of student actions, and criminalization of academics who speak out against corruption and for academic freedom, such as those involving Saiful Mahdi from Syiah Kuala University and Ubedillah Badrun from the State University of Jakarta (UNJ). This article aims to uncover the issues arising in the practice of academic freedom and the alignment between existing regulations and the human rights framework, using a normative juridical method. Academic freedom must serve as the foundation for the development of knowledge for the nation's welfare

Pancasila Values Were Forgotten In The Formation Of Indonesian Legislation

    Get PDF
the ideology of the Indonesian nation, is considered to have been neglected in the formation of legislation. As is known, Pancasila, as the source of all sources of state law, is interpreted as the principles or foundation for thinking and acting in the formation and enforcement of legislation. Empirically, the values of Pancasila have been forgotten as principles, both in abstracto and in concreto, leading to deviations, disharmony, and inconsistency in the formation of legislation. This study is a qualitative research using a normative juridical approach, which will explore and analyze these issues using secondary data and purposive random sampling. The analysis results show that three factors influence the neglect of Pancasila values as "principles" and the inconsistency in the use of "principles" provisions in the formation of legislation: the fluctuating disintegration of the Pancasila curriculum, the unclear and non-explicit regulation of Pancasila values as "principles" in Law No. 12 of 2011 juncto Law No. 13 of 2022 and its implementing regulations, and the inconsistency in the use of "principles" provisions in legislation. Based on these issues, it is necessary to strengthen the Pancasila curriculum, amend Article 2 by adding the phrase "Pancasila values as the principles of the content of legislation," and require the political will of the government and legislature to strengthen the curriculum and regulations for the formation of legislation

    Get PDF
This study designs a benzene production plant from natural gas in the Arun Gas Field, Aceh, Indonesia, with a focus on sustainability and economics. The plant could support Indonesia's government efforts in achieving the Enhanced Nationally Determined Contribution and carbon credit objectives. Using DWSim simulation, the processes modeled consists of natural gas purification, dehydroaromatization reaction, and benzene separation. The results demonstrate high efficiency in producing benzene with a purity of 99.5%-wt. Economic analysis indicates that the investment in this plant is financially viable, with an internal rate of return of 12.2%, a payback period of 7.6 years, and an 8.93% return on investment.  By combining sustainability and economic profitability, this research provides a foundation for the implementation of an environmentally friendly and sustainable benzene production plant in the Arun Gas Field

PENGARUH MASSA KARBON AKTIF SERABUT KELAPA SEBAGAI ADSORBEN TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR LIMBAH AMONIA PADA AIR SUNGAI CODE, YOGYAKARTA

    Get PDF
