Analisa Business Strategy Planning Menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan Analytic Network Process (ANP) di PT. Heksa Artha Sakti
Get PDFPT Heksa Artha Sakti is a subsidiary of Heksa Group, which is responsible for distributing all products from Heksa Group. Distributor offices of PT. Heksa artha sakti are located almost throughout Indonesia, In the midst of tough competition in Indonesia, PT. Heksa artha sakti has competitors who have a very large market share, so that sales are unstable for six months which is an indication of the need to evaluate and improve the company's marketing management itself. The purpose of this study is to adjust the criteria that have been ranked and weighed and to assist decision makers with the company's vision and mission. This study uses SWOT analysis and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The selection of company strategies considered at PT Heksa Artha Sakti is the company's management capability (0.121335), the company has adequate facilities (0.088277), high-quality products (0.111173), and uses less modern technology in production (0.081609). The four sub-criteria are Because based on the results of the ANP priority analysis, respondents gave the highest priority to these sub-criteria. The results of the ANP priority analysis show that the selection of the right strategy for the company is priority 1, establishing relationships with new customers, expanding the marketing area by using sales techniques and using existing technology and purchasing raw materials at medium cost with the same quality, which has the highest weight based on the limiting value, namely 0.067936, this proves that it is important to make improvements to management, especially in the marketing sector, to achieve the company's goals.PT HEKSA ARTHA SAKTI merupakan anak perusahaan HEKSA GROUB, yang bertanggung jawab mendistribusikan semua produk dari heksa groub. Pregnancy, family planning is the most basic and essential services for women, and increasing and expanding families planning service employees in one of the government's efforts to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality. This study arms to determine the role public health center service on community satisfaction in controlling the family planning population in Selukuk middle of village, seluk district, Sumbawa west regency. The researchers used primary data and secondary data toobtain their findings in the fields, with primary data involving actiye participation by interviewing family planning participants and using data obtained from the puskesmas employees the inselve, and secondary data involving researchers applying data from the field. Researchers employ secondary data to understand the topic under study. Secondary data can clarify problem that become operational at the public health center itself with various parposeto bring forth new ideas or ideas based uncle old data. Researchers can learn about the components of the current environment situation, and secondary data can be used to supplement primary data. With the existence of health communication it will help to contribute to health promotion. Health promotion helps the public to know about various things regarding information and messages of health, health problems and how to overcome them with physical and non-physical health issues. In promoting health promotion, health promotion strategy is needed to help in realizing healthy life awareness in the community. This study was conducted at regional public hospital Asy-Syifa' West Sumbawa District. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study method that is using various data sources that can be used to research, describe and explain comprehensively from various aspects of individual, group, program, organization / event systematic. Data collection methods used in this study in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and online data tracking. This study found that PKRS team of regional public Hospital Asy-Syifa' West Sumbawa District implements health promotion strategies, first from advocacy in the form of political lobbying, seminars and/or presentations and media advocacy. Second, social support (Social Support). Third, empowerment community (Empowerment Community) which is the process of providing information to the group, family and individual continuously. With the health promotion strategy, it will help the hospital in realizing and increasing awareness of health in the life of the community

Bagaimana pelaksanaan Perlindungan Hukum Guru Dengan Kontrak Kerja Dalam Waktu tertentu berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaa pada SMPIT AL-KAHFI Sumbawa? b. Bagaimana Perlindungan Hukum Guru Dengan Kontrak Kerja dalam perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu?. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara Penelitian empiris didasarkan pada kenyataan di lapangan atau melalui observasi langsung. Maka dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan studi langsung kelapangan guna untuk memperoleh data yang konkrit dan relevan tentang alasan keengganan ahliwaris menerima bagian yang seharusnya didapat. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa tanggung jawab SMPIT AL-KAHFI Sumbawa atas terjadinya wanprestasi akan diselesaikan secara musyawarah dan mufakat, dan apabila tidak dapat diselesaikan para pihak akan menyelesaikannya kepada pihak yang berwajib.Kata kunci :pengusaha, pekerja, perjanjian kerja, tanggung jawab hukum, wanprestas

No full textToday, nationalism is being heavily battered by various inequalities in people's lives. The availability of clean water, electricity, livable houses and road access is caused by every government policy that does not touch all levels of society in border areas. The massive problem of nationalism that occurs in border areas and even in various corners of the Republic of Indonesia is caused by people's ignorance about their identity. Public nationalism is always undermined by issues of welfare and central government policies that are not well targeted. As a result, national identity and national insight become increasingly dim. National insight is a reflection on life as the foundation of the bonnum communne that binds members of community groups at the border. There is a jargon, "Garuda in my chest, Malaysia in my stomach", emphasizing that the high-flying Garuda has not yet fully touched fundamental areas for society, including welfare issues. This research uses qualitative research with the data collection technique used is the library research method, namely collecting research data through relevant literature or books as the data source. The results of this research show that the massive problem of nationalism that occurs in border areas and even in various corners of the Republic of Indonesia is caused by people's ignorance about their identity. Therefore, there are three main issues which are actually indicators of the formation of a nation state which are related to state and society, state and nation, and nation and society, namely the issue of welfare, the national identity crisis, and Pancasila as a Way of Life in border area.Nasionalisme hari-hari ini sedang digempur habis-habisan oleh berbagai ketimpangan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Ketersediaan air bersih, listrik, rumah layak huni, dan akses jalan disebabkan oleh setiap kebijakkan pemerintah yang tidak menyentuh seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang ada di daerah perbatasan. Persoalan nasionalisme yang masif terjadi di kawasan perbatasan bahkan berbagai pelosok NKRI disebabkan oleh ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang jati dirinya. Nasionalisme masyarakat selalu digerus oleh persoalan kesejahteraan hidup dan kebijakkan pemerintah pusat yang tidak tepat sasaran. Imbasnya, identitas nasional (national identity) dan wawasan kebangsaan menjadi semakin redup. Wawasan kebangsaan merupakan sebuah permenungan hidup sebagai fondasi bonnum comunne yang mengikat anggota-anggota kelompok masyarakat di perbatasan. Ada jargon, “Garuda di Dadaku, Malaysia di Perutku”, menandaskan bahwa Garuda yang terbang tinggi sejatinya belum seutuhnya menyentuh wilayah fundamental bagi masyarakat termasuk persoalan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode kepustakaan (library research) yaitu pengumpulan data penelitian melalui literatur atau buku-buku yang relevan sebagai sumber datanya. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa persoalan nasionalisme yang masif terjadi di kawasan perbatasan bahkan berbagai pelosok NKRI disebabkan oleh ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang jati dirinya. Oleh karena itu, terdapat tiga persoalan pokok yang justru sebagai indikator pembentukan negara bangsa (nation state) yang berhubungan dengan negara dan masyarakat, negara dan bangsa, dan bangsa dan masyarakat, yakni persoalan kesejahteraan, krisis identitas nasional, dan Pancasila sebagai Way of Life di daerah perbatasan
Pengaruh Work Life Balance Dan Job Burnout Terhadap Turnover Intention Melalui Job Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Mega Putri Graha Group and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between these variables. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach via questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group with a sample size of 99 respondents. Statistical data analysis using the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that work life balance has no effect on Turn over intention (Y) at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group. Meanwhile, Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction have a significant direct effect on Turn over intention at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group. Work life balance and Job Burnout have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group. Based on the research results, it is known that Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and job burnout on employee turnover intention at PT. Mega Putri Graha Group

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the quality of sweet corn ice cream added with jackfruit seed flour. This study used CRD with the addition of jackfruit seed flour (EB) namely EB1 (0%, CMC 0.5%) as a control, EB2= 3%, EB3= 6%, EB4= 9%, EB5= 12% and EB6= 15%. Parameters observed were crude fiber content, melting resistance, overrun, and organoleptic quality (taste, color, and texture) by hedonic. The research data were analyzed using ANOVA at a 5% significance level. The data significantly different were further tested using HSD at the 5% level. Jackfruit seed flour added to the manufacture of jackfruit ice cream had a significantly different effect on crude fiber content, resistance, overrun, texture, but not significantly different on taste and color. The increase in the addition of jackfruit seed flour resulted in an increase in crude fiber content, resistance, and overrun. The EB5 treatment (the addition of 12% jackfruit ) had the best quality with a crude fiber content of 1.54%; resistance 47.25 minutes; and 48.15% overrun, taste and texture accepted by the panelists.The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of sweet corn ice cream added with jackfruit seed flour.
