Beban Kerja Subyektif dan Obyektif Tenaga Farmasi Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit
In 2014 patient visits to pharmacy services increased 75% from the previous year. Man power in the pharmacy unit was not comparable with the number of pharmacy service.The availability of human resources isinadequate when being compared to the number of outpatient pharmacy visits, therefore it influenced the respon time up to 43,91% for non paten drugs which as not in accordance with the standart services minimum pharmacy services. This data indicate that there was overload capacity on man power in outpatient pharmacy unit. The purpose of this study was to show wordload category on man power in outpatient pharmacy unit, particularly to pharmacists and assistants pharmacists. This was quantitative descriptive study. There were 26 samples consisting of 1 pharmacist, 16 asisstants pharmacists in depo 1 and 9 asisstants pharmacists in depo 5 outpatient pharmacy unit. Data collected by observation for 2 week in working hours. Result of the study was pharmacicts and assitants pharmacists in depo 1 had subjective and objective workload in overload category while depo 5 inmoderate category.Keywords: subjective and objective workload, pharmacicts and assitants pharmacists, work samplin
Pengelolaan Sediaan Obat Pada Logistik Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Tipe B di Jawa Timur
Inventory control of drugs in hospital which are not done properly can cause stockout or stagnant of supplies. Based of data processing of the drug at Siti Khodijah Sepanjang Hospital experienced stagnant amount 38,9% and stockout amount 29,3% during period January-September 2015. The objectives of the study were to analysis inventory control of drug in logistic pharmacy Siti Khodijah Sepanjang Hospital. This research was a descriptive research with cross sectional design by observation and interviews. Indepth interviews were carried out to get more detailed information about the variables examined. Activity of planning, procurement, distribution, and storage are performed not effective enough so led to stagnant and stockout drug. Also evaluation that has running was not adequate because only looks about financial audit. The conclusion that can be drawn is logistic management system has not run effectively so that the occurrence so stagnant and stockout drug.Keywords: drug stagnant and stockout, hospital, inventory control, logistic managemen
Kesiapan Pusat Layanan Kesehatan (PLK) B Unair Menghadapi Akreditasi Klinik Pratama
PLK B Unair is one of the first level clinic that owned by Airlangga University in cooperation with Social Security Agency of Health (BPJS). As mandatory by act, PLK B Unair should start to prepare to reach accreditation for first level clinics to realizing quality assurance for health services. This study aimed to know the early achievement of accreditation assessment in accordance with the guidelines Health Ministerial Regulation No. 46/2015. This was descriptive observational study with cross sectional design The documents were traced to identify the completeness according the instrument, and interviewed was did to know some procedures. The results showed that the achievement there is only 51% of all elements assessment in accreditation standards for the readiness of PLK to faced acreditation. Evaluasi Program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat Pilar Stop BABS di Puksesmas Kabupaten Probolinggo
Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) is the program of government to reduce the incidence of diarrhea and improve public hygiene behavior through otriggers approach. CLTS consists of five pillars with its main focusis pillar Stop BABS. Goal of this research is to evaluate the implementation of program CLTS (Stop BABS) with a systems approach which conducted of input, process and output in Public Health Center (PHC) in Probolinggodistrict. This is an observational research using with cross sectional design. This research analyzes used descriptive. Population and sample of this research is 26 PHC sanitation workers in Probolinggo. Results of thisresearch showed the planning process was still bad, the implementation of the program was good, recording and reporting was also good, and the process of mentoring and advocacy program was still bad. Inhibiting factor of CLTS program is budget and geographical environment.The implementation of CLTS program (Stop BABS) as a whole in PHC Probolinggo district still not succeeded. Suggestion for PHC sanitation workers is making plan of action CLTS program, establishing village-level facilitators CLTS, implementing mentoring and advocacy as well as increase cooperation across sectors and programs.Keywords: CLTS, Evaluation, Management syste
Penerapan Theory of Constraint pada Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya
The level of job satisfaction in Undaan Eye Hospital had fluctuating trend since 2012 to 2015. The level of job satisfaction in 2015 was 77,80% that had not reached the target of 80%. The aim of this study was to analize job satisfaction using theory of constraint in Undaan Eye Hospital. This study was an cross sectional observational study. The sample size of this study were 57 employee which were selected using simple random sampling technique (α = 0.05).Health insurance was found as constraint in organizational factor with constraint value of 129. Not only helath insurrance but also career development was found as constraint in organizational factor with constraint value of 132. In the other hand, atmosphere of workplace was found as constraint in work environment with caonstraint value of 141. It can be concluded that efforts should be made to improve employee job satisfaction in Undaan Eye Hospital is to pay attention to health insurance, career development, and workplace atmosphere.Keywords:constraint, job satisfaction, theory of constrain
Rencana Implementasi Kebijakan Promosi Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga
Hospital is a health institution that provide comprehensive health service which is including aspects of promote, preventive, curative, and also rehabilitative. To achieve the goal, the government has been releasedRegulation of the Minister of Health Number 4 Year 2012 about Technical Instructions of Health Promotion in Hospital. In means by all hospitals must implement health promotion in their institution. Based on the earliersurvey, the implementation of the regulation of Health Promotion Hospital (PKRS) in the Universitas Airlangga Hospital was considered less than optimal. The purpose of this research was to analyze the planning factor ofHPH policy implementation. The number of respondents are seven which chosen by purposive sampling. This research was conducted by deep interview and observation method. The results showed that the planning ofPKRS unit has not been prepared as it should be as set out in the regulations. There is neither strategic planning nor operational planning. Unit PKRS not yet have a systematic and structured organization. Qualification ofhuman resources in general are already qualified, but need additional quantity. Hubungan Faktor Psikologis Terhadap Kinerja Radiografer Rumah Sakit
Performance is a depiction on achievement rate of an activity, programs or policy in fulfilling target, goals, vision and mission. In 2012-2014, the number of x-rays damage film in Husada Utama's Hospital was increase (2.59%). To minimize the loss, Husada Utama Hospital needs correction effort. This research aims to analyze the correlation between psychological factors with radiographer's performance in radiology unit at Husada Utama Hospital Surabaya. This research is descriptive with cross sectional design. The independent variable on this research is psychological factors while the dependent variable is performance. The analysis unit in this research calculated total sampling of radiographer. Data were obtained from questioners to all the radiographer was 12 people who practice in Husada Utama Hospital using an instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that are psychological factors that respondent have high perception on patient caring (75%), 75% respondent have good attitude, 100% respondent have type A personality, respondents had high learning ability (83,3%),almost all respondents (91,7%) have work stress, Psychological factors correlate with the high performance that showed by respondents (80%).Keywords: Performance, physiological factor, psychological factor, radiology uni
Indeks Kepuasan Pasien BPJS Kesehatan Terhadap Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Mata Masyarakat Jawa Timur
Quality control is an essential part in delivering health services, especially under the implementation of national health insurance nowsdays. Particularly for health facilities, it is a crucial to control its services quality as it is a requirment in establishing a partnership with BPJS Kesehatan. Community Eye Hospital East Jawa has been worked with BPJS Kesehatan for years. The number of BPJS Kesehatan patients was more than 50% from total number of patients on August 2015 – January 2016. The aims of this study is to analyse the satisfation of BPJS Kesehatan patients towards the services of the hospital using 14 indicators which adopted from Kepmenpan No. Kep/25/M.PAN/2/2004. The study applied observational analysis with cross sectional design and accidental sampling. The overall indicators measurements pointed out that the quality of services of the hospital falled into excellent category (Satisfaction index / IKM = 82,32). However, there are 5 of 14 indicators, namely, speed of delivering a service, identity of hospital official, fairness in getting service, hospital amenities and service safety had the lowest mean score (NRR). Therefore, the study suggets the hospitals to improve its performance on those lowest five indicators especially its current queuing system because this is the most complaint from the patients.Keywords: BPJS Kesehatan patient, satisfaction index, service qualit
Determinan Pemanfaatan Puskesmas pada Anak Penyandang Disabilitas
People with disability are the largest minority group. WHO informs that the group mostly stay in developing country and one third of them are children. People with disability reported to have less access to health care thancommon society. The objective of this study was to describe the factors possibly influencing the primary health care access of children with disability in Gubeng and Mulyorejo subdistrict, Surabaya, as the one of region in EastJava that reported to have not been accomodate the needs of disabled people. It was cross sectional study with observasional approach. Participants of this study were 160 children with disability along with their parents that choosen by purposive sampling. Half of population were visited and among them obtained 44 samples. The results showed that the variables significantly related to the access of primary health care were the kind of disabilty, activity of daily living value, distance between the house and health care, transportation, parents income, health cost and transportation cost. Either individual or environtmental factor could be known as thefactor that related to the access of health care in children with disability.Keywords: Activity of daily living, disability, environtmental factors, health care acces
Analisis Kesenjangan Pelayanan Pada Pasien Poliklinik Rawat Jalan Menggunakan Customer Window
Patient complaints toward service at Undaan Eyes Hospital in 2015 amounted to 9 complaints, and has not yet reached target set by the hospital which was equal to 0 complaints. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze gaps in expected service and perceived service of responsiveness, reliability and emphatyat UndaanEyes Hospital. This research was an analytic observational survey and to be analyzed by customer window. Sample were in equal to 98 people and collected by systematic random sampling. The result showed from the analysis of the customer windowwas that some aspects in service are in quadrant A or Attention, which patient expected service higher than perceived service. Some aspects that were in Attention quadrant, are: waiting time > 30 minutes, speed of service delivery was slow and lack information. It can be concluded that some of the things that are in quadrant A or Attention is a strategic issue that must consider and resolve byUndaan Eyes Hospital to meet the expectations of patients.
