Kajian Pencegahan Penularan HIV dari Ibu ke Anak pada Antenatal Care Oleh Bidan Praktik Mandiri di Yogyakarta
In 2013, DIY AIDS prevalence was 23.75 %. ODHA reached 72.6% based on age class 25-49 years old. PMTCT programs were done to prevent HIV infection from mother to children. This research was a qualitative-descriptive research which has implemented the grounded theory. This research was conducted in Independent Midwifery Clinic Yogyakarta from March to June 2014. The respondents were midwives of Independent Midwifery Clinic, pregnant patients of the Independent Midwifery Clinic, midwife coordinators of primary public health care center, and family health care in Health Care Department of Yogyakarta. The first respondents were chosen with snowball sampling. Research instrument was manual interview, and the data were collected with in-depth interview. Data analysis was done with content analysis and data validation by using triangle source. The findings showed that PMTCT in ANC doesn't work effectively in Independent Midwifery Clinic Yogyakarta. Midwives play role as the guides for pregnant mothers to get ANC in primary public health center. Counseling and bargaining about HIV diagnostic can decrease the stigma and discrimination in society. The implementation of HIV infection prevention (PPIA) may invite the cadres and all of public sectors to collaborate. Keywords: antenatal care, HIV, PPIA
Gambaran Figur Otoritas terhadap Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Implementasi Standar Prosedur Operasional Kebersihan Tangan
Background: Nurses' obedience in the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures of hand hygiene is an effort in preventing phlebitis in the hospital. Report on surveillance data by Infection Prevention and Control or Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro 2017 mentioned the incidence of phlebitis in the Inpatient Installation reached 2.73%. One cause of high rates of phlebitis is incorrect nurse's hand-washing technique according to the procedures.Aims: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between status of location from RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro, personal responsibility, legitimacy, status, and proximity of authority figures and nurses' obedience to Standards Operational Procedures of hand hygiene before and after intravenous installation.Method: This study was an analytical study with a cross-sectional framework. This study was conducted in April 2018 at in-patient installation of RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro by inviting 52 nurses chosen with stratified random sampling.Results: It was found that there was a significant correlation between personal responsibility (p = 0.020), status (0.015) and proximity of authority figure (p = 0.000) and nurses' obedience to the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures of hand hygiene before and after intravenous installation in in-patient installation of RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the majority of the nurses did not follow hand hygiene stages well. The hospital needs to improve nurses' personal responsibility, authority figure status, and rapport of authority figure.Keywords: hand hygiene, nurse obedience, Standard Operational Procedure
Analisis Pelaksanaan Sistem Rujukan Berjenjang Bagi Peserta JKN di Puskesmas X Kota Surabaya
The era of National Health Security (NHS) enacted tiered referral system start in primary health care. High number of referrals at Public Health Center (PHC) X indicates that the implementation of referral system did not go well. The objectives of this study is to confirm implementation of refferal system in PHC in the era NHS based on the regulations and policies. This was descriptive observational research and cross sectional design with implementation research method. This research used triangulation to get deep information toward referral documents include referral data, registration book, medical records, referral letter, interview with refferal officer, and observation without intervention. This research was conducted at PHC X Surabaya on the Februari-March 2017. The results showed implementation of refferal system has appropriate with the regulations and the guidelines. The implementation has appropriate with 7 section on The Regulation of Health Minister No.1 of 2012. The implementation has appropriate with Guidelines of National Health Refferal include requirement to refer patient, refferal clinical procedure, and refferal administrative procedure, however there is not appropriate implementation: informed consent, contact to refferal destination healthcare, and print out of refferal paper. Recommendation for PHC is to do informed consent and print refferal letters 2 copies.Keywords: national health security, public health center, refferal syste
Kesiapan Unit Rekam Medis Klinik dalam Menghadapi Akreditasi
Background: First Level Clinic is a health facility that provides first-layer clinical services to the community. Efforts that can be made to improve the quality and safety of clinical services at the Pratama clinic are through accreditation. The medical record unit is part of the Pratama clinic support service unit included in the Pratama clinical accreditation assessment section. The readiness of medical record units needs to be assessed to see what documents and implementations do not yet exist and are done. Identification of readiness of Clinic X medicalrecord unit accreditation was carried out two years earlier in 2015.Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the continuity of readiness of medical record unit accreditationin 2018.Method: This study was an observational descriptive study using a cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with medical record officers., Analysis was done by comparing the prediction of Clinic X medical record unit accreditation readiness scores between 2015 and 2018.Results: The result showed that the prediction score increased from 41.7% in 2015 to 65.8% in 2018. The comparison of readiness for accreditation can be used as an evaluation to complement the needs of documents that do not yet exist and procedures that have not been implemented.Conclusion: The clinic has not been accredited because most of the elements being evaluated were the incomplete supporting documents. Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak X Surabaya
Background: The turnover rate in RSIA X Surabaya increased during the last two months from January to February 2018. Turnover rate in January 2018 was 1.56% and in February 2018 was 2.38%. The increased turn over rate in RSIA X Surabaya was probably due to poor quality of work life that can be influenced to performance satisfaction and causing employee resign from their job.Aim: This research aimed to analyze the influence of quality of work life toward employee job satisfaction in RSIA X Surabaya.Method: It was an analytical study by cross sectional design. The samples were 57 respondents chosen by simple random sampling.Results: The result of this research showed that quality of work life had an influence toward employee job satisfaction in RSIA X Surabaya with significance value equal to 0.024 or <α = 0.05. It showed that employee job satisfaction increases along with the better quality of work life.Conclusion: In conclusion, there was an influence of quality of work life towards employee satisfaction. The hospital should take more attention to the quality of work life for employees in the future so that employees still continue working in the organization.Keywords: employee, job satisfaction, quality of work lif
Aplikasi Theory of Planned Behavior dalam Membangkitkan Niat Pasien untuk Melakukan Operasi Katarak
Surgery is the follow-up actions of diagnosis. The biggest revenue in Clinics comes from surgery.The number of patients suffering cataract who do not undergo cataract surgery affects the revenue of Clinics. The problem in this study was high number of cataract patients who did not undergo cataract surgery with an average of 50.7% per month. This study aimed to clarify the influence Theory of Planned Behavior in generating intention to undergo cataract surgery among patients. Population under study was patients eligible for cataract surgery. Sampling was done using accidental sampling technique with a number of 67 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that variable attitude had a dominant influence on the intention to undergo cataract surgery, with value of β =0,379. The second variable was the perceived behavioral control with value of β=0,258, and the third variable was subjective norms with value of β=0,246. Therefore, it can be inferred that variable of attitudes toward behavior is factor with dominant influence on the intention to undergo cataract surgery. Finally it is expected that Mojoagung Eye Clinic to improve attitudes, perceived behavioral control and subjective norms of patients. Keywords: intention, Theory of Planned Behavio
Kepuasan Pelanggan berdasarkan Dimensi Timeliness Kualitas Jasa Evans dan Lindsay dengan Metode Importance Performance Analysis
Based on Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor KEP/25/M.PAN/2004 level of customer satisfaction of a service can be judged by the Community Satisfaction Index, there are fourteen elements of these services have a standard that is equal to 85%. General clinic and specialist in Menur Mental Hospital Surabaya has a Community Satisfaction Index by 75.11% which is below the standard of 85%. This research was purposed to analyzing customer satisfaction based on the level of importance of hospital performance in timeliness dimension of Evans and Lindsay service quality with importance performance analysis method. The research design was observational with cross sectional approach. Research conducted on November 2016 included 98 customer in General clinic and Specialist in Menur Mental Hospital Surabaya as respondents. Data were analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis. The result showed respondents considered that all aspects of the timeliness dimension is very important, especially for check the wait time ≤ 60 minutes aspect with mean importance value is 3.58, and performance service respondents considered check wait time ≤ 60 minutes aspect had smaller mean value performance (2.44) from the mean performance timeliness (2.84). Pengaruh Dimensi Staffing terhadap Insiden Keselamatan Pasien berdasarkan Agency For Healthcare Research And Quality (AHRQ) Di RSU Haji Surabaya
The incidence of patient safety is an indicator that can be used to describe the quality of hospital services. Based on data obtained from reports IKP in RSU Haji Surabaya in 2015 is known to have occurred 40 patient safety incidents. This research to analyze the influence of staffing dimension base on AHRQ with patient safety incidents in service work unit RSU Haji Surabayausing simple linier regression test. The results showed from the 38 unit service work RSU Haji Surabaya there are 18 units (47,36%) categorized as a strong staffing dimension with a positive response ≥ 75%, 16 units (42,11%) the medium categorized staffing dimension with a positive response from 75% - 50% and 4 units (10,53%) the weak categorized staffing dimension with a positive response < 50%. And according to a report IKP RSU Haji Surabaya January - October 2016 there were 22 incidents of patient safety that consists of 5 KTD, 3 KNC and 14 KTC. In this research can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between staffing dimension with patient safety incidents in service work unit RSU Haji Surabaya. Analisis Penggunaan Sistem Pendaftaran Online (E-Health) berdasarkan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT)
Surabaya is a pioneer of E-Health innovation in Indonesia by providing online registration system to facilitate to take a quenue number anytime anywhere. The users online registration at RSUD dr.M. Soewandhie Surabaya is the largest, but dissatisfaction figure of online registration services reached 31,4%. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze use behavior online registration at RSUD dr.M. Soewandhie based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This research was an analytic observational with quantitative approach and cross sectional design. Sample were collected by systematic random sampling and consist of 50 users and 50 nonusers. The result showed that individual characteristic which has p value below 0,05 was experience, knowledge and IT skills. Performance expectancy (p = 0,044) significantly influence behavioral intention , whereas effort expectancy (p = 0,982) and social influence (p = 0,124) do not. Facilitating condition (p = 0,812) and behavioral intention (p=0,189) had no influence with use behavior because p value was above 0,05. In conclusion, performance expectancy has a significant influence with behavioral intention, therefore experience, knowledge and IT skills had influence with use behavior online registration in RSUD dr.M.
