    Analisis Persepsi Pasien dalam Memutuskan Pemanfaatan Inden Rawat Inap Kasus Bedah Elektif RSI Jemursari Surabaya

    RSI Jemursari Surabaya has a queueing system for patients in elective surgical services, but there were some canceled services during the last five months of 2016. Reservation of hospitalization system was implemented to optimize the service, especially for elective surgical cases. This study was conducted to analyze the difference of elective surgical patient's perception. This is a descriptive-quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach for data collection. Simple random sampling technique was used to determine the sample size. Sample criteria include patients who are 25 to 46 years old and domicile in Surabaya. Data were collected by the questionnaires given to 50 respondents. There were two types of respondents; patients that decided to cancel and not to cancel the service. The statistical test of this study used Sample T-Test with significance value 0.05. The perceptions of waiting time can determine the decision of the patients to take the service. The shorter period of waiting time (≤7 days) would minimize the cancelation probability of elective surgery. This study concluded that there were dissimilarities of patient's perception in terms of waiting time for elective surgical reservation. Keywords: decision, elective surgery, hospitalize, perceptions, utilization

    Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Intention to Leave di Rumah Sakit Pura Raharja Surabaya

    Turnover can be detrimented to the organization both in terms of cost, resources, and motivation of employees. The purpose is to determine the relationship variables on job satisfaction and commitment with the intention to leave. The method is an observational study with cross-sectional study. Samples from this study are employees Pura Raharja Hospital Surabaya who meet the criteria that respondents who are still within reach of researchers and respondents are willing to fill out a questionnaire study. Samples were calculated using simple random sampling and obtained by 50 respondents and the value of α = 0.05. The results of linear regression showed that the intention to leave the job is job satisfaction, career development job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The value of significance job satisfaction that is equal to 0,004 jobs, job satisfaction significant value that is equal to 0,04, career development and organizational commitment of significant value that is equal to 0.027. The variables that do not affect the intention to leave are a co-worker job satisfaction, job satisfaction wages, job satisfaction supervision and work commitments. The conclusion of this study is Job satisfaction affects the intention to leave and also commitments affect the intention to leave. Keywords: commitment, intention to leave, job satisfaction, turnover

    Pengukuran Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara

    Background: To know people's judgment of the services provided by Hulu Sungai Utara public health center (puskesmas) to the public, there should be a measure of the level of people's satisfaction with health services.Aims: The purpose of this study was to measure the peoples's satisfaction based on Permenpan RB number 16 in 2014 and measure peoples's satisfaction based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSIndex).Method: This study was observational. There were 13 health centers in Hulu Sungai Utara analyzed. The sample was 450 people who used health services in Hulu Sungai Utara public health centers.Results: The first analysis used the data by Permenpan RB No. 16 of 2014, and the second used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSIndex). The results of this research based Permenpan number 16 of 2014 found all public health centers in Hulu Sungai Utara had a value of community satisfaction index in either category. By usingCSIndex, it was found that the entire public health centers had a high satisfaction.Conclusions: It can be concluded that the value of Community Satisfaction Index in all public health centres was rather satisfied. Some reconstruction for supporting facilities, such as clean toilet, comfortable and clean waiting room, service information, service flow, management improvement, and product marketing should be done.Keywords: CSIndeks, Community Satisfaction Index, Permenpan, Health Cente

    Penyebab Kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis pada Ibu Hamil Risiko Tinggi dan Pemanfaatan Antenatal Care di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jelbuk Jember

    Background: The main cause of maternal death from 2010 to 2013 were bleeding, hypertension, infection, old labor, and abortion. From 2013 to 2015, public health center of Jelbuk had 50% high-risk pregnant women more than total pregnancy.Aim: The objective of this study was to identify factors of chronic energy loss incidence in high-risk pregnant women and service utilization of antenatal in Jelbuk public health center, Jember district.Method: This research was an analytic research with cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all high-risk mothers who experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency or Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) in the work area of Jelbuk public health center with a total sample of 42 respondents selected by using simple random sampling.Results: Results showed that most respondents had a complete use of ANC. There was a correlation between predisposing factors including age, knowledge, attitude and trust toward ANC utilization. There was no correlation between supporting factors including the variable of access to health service and officers' services with ANC utilization. There was a correlation between need factors (mother's health condition) with ANC utilization.Conclusion: Overall, the respondents had completed Antenatal Care (ANC). The predisposing factors (age, knowledge, behavior, and trust) was correlated to the use of ANC, but the supporting factors was not correlated to ANC utilization. It is recommended to promote ANC to pregnant mothers with Chronic Energy Loss and strengthen cadres' performance for socialization.Keywords: high-risk pregnant women, KEK, prenatal car

    Analisis Kesenjangan Kualitas Pelayanan berdasarkan Kepuasan Pasien Poliklinik Saraf RS Bhayangkara Surabaya

    Background: Neurological polyclinic service at Bhayangkara Hospital in Surabaya is one of polyclinics that has an increasing number of patient visits every year. To keep patients' loyalty towards a neurological polyclinic, the hospital must be able to meet patients' needs so that patients feel satisfied.Aims: Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment related to expectations and real service obtained by patients at the neurological polyclinic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap on the service quality and satisfaction level based on expectations and real service quality.Method: The study design was cross sectional with 50 respondents as the sample taken by simple random sampling. The research method was a survey as a questionnaire instrument.Results: The result showed that the satisfaction level of respondents in neurological polyclinic in general was very satisfying. The gap value of the overall research is that the service quality at the neuropathic polyclinics has a negative gap (-0.06). The service quality has not met patients' expectations.Conclusion: In conclusion, the service quality is a vital part in Bhayangkara Hospital, Surabaya. The hospital can  maintain their good image and patient visit if the service quality is excellent too.     Pengaruh Turnover Intention terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Rumah Sakit Bedah Surabaya

    The turnover rate of employee in Surabaya Surgical Hospital increased over the last three years since 2014 to 2016 that was 13,67% in 2014, 13,69% in 2015 and 16,91% in 2016. The high employee turnover rate of Surabaya Surgical Hospital was probably due to high turnover intention of employees in some work-units at Surabaya Surgical Hospital on 2016 with the individual average value by 50.80%. The high value of turnover intention could give an impact in employee performance. Holzer, Stoll, and Wissoker (2004) stated that employees would reflect the high turnover intention by not fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities at work. Turnover intention did not only impact the final performance, but also affected employees' commitment to work. This research aimed to analyze the effect of turnover intention on employee performance. The sample of this research was Surabaya Surgical Hospital employees with minimum six months working period. The method of this research was analytical observational study with cross sectional design. The result showed that turnover intention affected the employee performance with the p value or significance was 0.03 and smaller than α = 5% (0.05).     Analisis Kelengkapan Penulisan Soap, KIE, dan ICD X pada Rekam Medis di Poli Umum dan KIA-KB Puskesmas X Surabaya

    Based on the standart that Public Health Center "X” completeness of SOAP, KIE, and ICD X must be 100%. The aim of research was to analyze how the completeness of writing SOAP, KIE, and ICD X inGeneral Poly and Health of Mother and Child Family Planning Public Health Center "X”. This study was descriptive research with 500 medical records that consist of 260 for January and 240 for February as sample and they taken by random sampling. The result showed that completeness of SOAP, KIE, and ICD X on January in General Poly were 48% and decrease on February became 45,8%.While Health Mother and Child Family Planning Poly showed that completeness on January were 97,8% and increase on February became 98,6%. The incompleteness of medical records can be influenced by several factors is compliance the health workers who responsible in filling the medical records and they have multi job in Public Health Center "X” also the patient was increase. To minimize the incompleteness of SOAP, KIE, and ICD X, medical staff needs to expose by socialization of medical record to remember their responsibilty of their job description.Keywords : Completeness, medical record, Public Health Cente

    Background: Patient safety is an indicator of health service quality that becomes an important issue although data of patient safety incident at primary health care are not always accurate in Indonesia. Public health center is a health service facility that implements patient safety to improve the health service quality as stated in Health Ministry Law Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 2009.Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the implementation of patient safety to improve the service quality.Method: Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and literature study. The research was done at a public health center in Surabaya from January to February 2018.Results: The results showed that the implementation of patient safety at the public health center was adjusted to the accreditation standard of the public health center. However, there are still some obstacles and shortcomings in the fulfillment of patient safety standards, so it is necessary to optimize the implementation of patient safety from all stakeholders.Conclusion: It can be concluded that public health centers should provide safe and qualified services to achieve healthy disctrict. The public health centers also need to improve the patient safety according to Health Ministry Law Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 2009.Keywords: health service quality, patient safety, public health cente
