Pengaruh Tingkat Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika di Sekolah Dasar
No full textDisruption of study concentration has an impact on the low mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. This research aims to find out the level of concentration of fifth grade elementary school students, to determine their learning outcomes, and to figure out the effect of concentration levels on the mathematics learning outcomes of the students. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study were all fifth-grade students at one of the public elementary schools in Kendari as many as 147 students. The sample in this study was 60 students who were determined by proportional random sampling technique which then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that the percentage of data on students’ concentration in the mathematics learning process was in the high category with an average value of 88,63. The percentage of students’ mathematics learning outcomes variable data is 33.33% with an average value of 81.86. Students’ learning concentration significantly influences the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at one of the public elementary schools in Kendari. Based on value of Tcount is greater than T table (7,342 > 1,671). The learning concentration contributes of 48,2% to the variable student mathematics learning outcomes.Keywords: Study concentration, mathematics learning outcomes, elementary schoo
Kecurangan Laporan Keuangan: Financial Target, Nature Of Industry, Dan Perubahan Auditor Dengan Komite Audit Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019)
No full textThis study examines the effect of financial targets, the nature of the industry and auditor changes on financial statement fraud with the audit committee as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2019. Data collected by purposive sampling obtained as many as 165 company data, which became the research sample. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports of companies sampled for research. Data test tools using Eviews software include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, simultaneous significant test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the financial target variable positively affected financial statement fraud. The nature of industry variables has no positive effect on financial statement fraud. The audit committee weakens the positive effect of financial targets on financial statement fraud. Audit quality does not weaken the positive effect of the nature of industry variables and auditor changes on financial statement fraud
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Kerajian Bunga Gembol Di Desa Punggulahi (Pendekatan Aset Based Community Development)
Get PDFPunggulahi Village is a transmigration village located in Motui sub-district, North Konawe. A lot of potential has not been developed optimally, one of which is the potential skills of mothers who, in fact, become housewives. The training activity for making Gembol flower crafts is a community service activity aimed at developing community skills using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. This empowerment activity prioritizes utilizing potential and assets that already exist in the environment around Punggulahi Village, namely wild plants that can be made into Gembol flower crafts. The aim is to improve the abilities and skills of the community, especially mothers, to manage natural resources (SDA), whether they belong to individuals or groups. This activity hopes that the skill of making Gembol flowers will have a strong potential for additional economic income for the community. The results of this service show that this activity needs to be carried out to improve the skills of the Punggulahi village community. Besides that, service and training using the ABCD approach is expected to revive the community's sense of creativity in managing existing potential

Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode kualitatif (library research). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tematik dengan mengumpulkan ayat-ayat yang setema berdasarkan kata kunci rezeki dan anak. Prosedur interpretasi data dilakukan melalui tahapan penemuan makna yakni secara tekstual, lingusitik, dan sosio-historis. Rezeki anak dijelaskan dalam al- qur’an mencakup materi yang berupa sandang, pangan, dan papan serta non materi diantaranya timbul perasaan kasih sayang, diberikan pemahaman dan ilmu pengetahuan serta segala bentuk pemberian. Pencapaian rezeki tersebut dapat diraih dengan ketentuan dalam tiga hal, yakni bekerja, kepedulian orang lain, dan ketakwaan kepada Allah Swt. Temuan dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa perspektif banyak anak banyak rezeki menjadi konsep yang dibenarkan dengan beberapa persyaratan untuk memperoleh rezeki

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengangkat masalah mengenai kemampuan para imam dalam membaca al-Qur’an.Para imam memiliki tanggung jawab yang sangat besar untuk memimpin shalat berjemaah dimasjid, salah satu syarat utama dalam menjadi imam adalah memiliki bacaan yang baik danbenar. Akan tetapi melihat dari observasi yang telah dilakukan, masih terdapat banyak kesalahanbacaan yang dilakukan oleh para imam. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untukmengidentifikasi kemampuan bacaan al-Qur’an para imam masjid Kecamatan Nambo KotaKendari, untuk mengidentifikasi latar belakang para imam mengenai ilmu tajwid dan relasikemampuan membaca al-Qur’an para imam dengan latar intelektual dan sosialnya. untukmenjawab tujuan tersebut, maka jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif Deskriptif,dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), yang menyajikan data sesuai hasil penelitian,dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik penelitian yaitu metode observasi, wawancara mendalamdan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para imam memiliki pengalaman belajar yang berbeda-beda, mulai dari tingkat pendidikan formal maupun non formal serta keadaan sosial para imam. Akan tetapi, yang lebih mempengaruhi bacaan para imam dengan melihat metode living Qur’an yaitu faktor lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan profesi.
Peran Taman Pendidikan Qur’an (TPQ) Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Al-Qur’an Pada Anak Di TPQ Nurul Jihad Kabupaten Konawe Utara
Get PDFPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan TPQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-quran pada anak di TPQ Nurul Jihad Kelurahan Andowia. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa: observasi dan wawancara, serta peneliti terlibat secara langsung dalam kagiatan pengabdian. Metode tersebut sangat memudahkan peneliti dalam mendapatkan data. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa TPQ Nurul Jihad telah berusaha memaksimalkan kinerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al- Quran pada anak di TPQ Nurul Jihad. Peningkatan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pengelolaan manajemen atau supervisi TPQ dalam mengatur, memantau, dan mengarahkan kegiatan pembelajaran Al-Quran, sehingga dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: Peran, TPQ Nurul Jihad, Al-Qur’a
Pemberdayaan Remaja Melalui Pelatihan Kader Guru TPQ Di Desa Alo-Alo Kecamatan Lembo Kabupaten Konawe Utara
Get PDFKKN Reguler IAIN Kendari Angkatan VIII Tahun 2022 melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Alo-Alo Kecamatan Lembo Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Pengabdian ini bertujuan terciptanya perubahan dan kesadaran dari kepribadian remaja untuk dapat lebih bisa memanfaatkan potensi dan aset yang dimiliki. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan sengaja diarahkan agar bagaimana remaja ini bisa berubah, berinisiatif, dan berkreativitas secara mandiri untuk merubah mindset diri yang sebelumnya malas dan pasif. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Dengan melakukan pemberdayaan remaja di Desa Alo-Alo diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan komunitas remaja dalam mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi, potensi yang dimiliki, merencanakan dan melakukan pemecahannya dengan memanfaatkan potensi setempat. Setelah dilakukan pengabdian yang dilakukan, terlihat perubahan dari hasil pengabdian yang telah dilakukan. Adapun perubahan yang paling utama dari remaja yakni lebih bisa mengembangkan kreatifitasnya untuk belajar dan mengikuti pelatihan kader TPQ yang mengutamakan pengajaran BTQ sehingga pembelajaran berlangsung secara optimal sekaligus memperkuat komunitas remaja tersebut. Human Resource Management at SMK Al-Munawwarah Konawe (Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia pada SMK Al-Munawwarah Konawe)
No full textThis study aims to determine the implementation of human resource management at SMK Al-Munawwarah Konawe Regency, which includes four aspects of the study, namely: 1) Planning of educators; 2) Recruitment and selection of educators; 3) Development of educators; and 4) Compensation for educators. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The main informant of the study was the principal, then other informants were appointed, namely the vice principal and several teacher councils of SMK Al-Munawwarah. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this thesis uses the Miles and Huberman model through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that human resource management at Al-Munawwarah Vocational School as a private school has been carried out well by the principal, however, due to the non-involvement of elements of education providers, namely foundations and the lack of available education funds, several dimensions of HRM are not carried out optimally. No full textThis article aims to analyze the leadership of the madrasa head at MTs Al-Khairaat South Konawe, the managerial skills of the madrasa head in developing educational institutions at MTs Al-Khairaat South Konawe, as well as the head of the madrasa in facing global madrasa competition. The type of research used is qualitative research with a narrative approach. The results of the research show that: 1) The leadership of the madrasa head at MTs Al-Khairaat South Konawe is a leader who carries out his role as an educator increasing teacher professionalism, as a manager influencing subordinates in achieving goals, as an administrator providing direction to teachers in the learning process of making lesson plans, as a supervisor carrying out clinical supervision, as a leader enforcing discipline, as an innovator, renewing learning models, as a motivator providing motivation, direction and policy to teachers. 2) The madrasa head's skills in developing educational institutions are by applying managerial skills such as conceptual, human and technical skills. 3) Madrasa head in facing global madrasa competition at MTs Al-Khairaat South Konawe by improving the quality of education and improving the quality of teaching staff by directing them to take part in activities related to education. Types and Styles of Leadership in Islamic Boarding School Management (Tipe dan Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam Pengelolaan Pondok Pesantren)
No full textThis study aims to analyze the types and styles of pondok leadership in the management of Islamic boarding schools. The data sources for this research are the Board of Directors of the Islamic Boarding School, the Board of Trustees of the Islamic Boarding School, and the Teachers of the Attarbiyatussakilah Islamic Boarding School, Kendari. This research was conducted qualitatively with a narrative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) In solving problems and making decisions in two ways, namely by way of deliberation and individual decision making. 2) In creating an atmosphere of good collaboration with subordinates, leaders instill a sense of mutual love and respect for each other, and never discriminate against their subordinates. 3) In accepting criticism, opinions and suggestions, leaders try to build a climate of openness.Kata Kunci: Keywords: Type and style of leadership, Management of Islamic Boarding School
