No full textAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Bagaimanagambaran prilaku anak di Kelurahn Loea Kecamatan Loea Kabupaten Kolaka Timur; 2)Bagaimana motivasi orang tua di Kelurahan Loea menyekolahkan anak di pondok pesantren; 3)Bagaimana jenis pondok pesantren yang diinginkan orang tua di Kelurahan Loea Kecamatan Loea Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1)Gambaran perilaku anak di Kelurahan Loea dipengaruhi oleh adanya pergaulan yang tidak baik sehingga anak terjerumus pada kenakalan;2)motivasi orang tua di Kelurahan Loea Kecamatan Loea Kabupaten Kolaka Timur menyekolahkan anaknya di pondok pesantren memiliki tingkatan motivasi yaitu tingkatan motivasi midset; 3) Jenis pondok pesantren yang diinginkan orang tua di Kelurahan Loea adalah pondok pesantren modern dan pesantren yang memiliki program berbahasa asing sekaligus pesantren yang dapat mencetak seorang hafidz qur’an..Kata kunci: Motivasi; Orang Tua; Pondok Pesantren
Tingkat Kesadaran Masyarakat Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Mandalika terhadap Pentingnya Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini
No full textEarly childhood education is currently mandatory for every child. However, high economic demands require parents to involve their children in economic activities around the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This study aims to assess the level of community awareness regarding early childhood education and to describe efforts to enhance this awareness. Data collection was conducted using observation, questionnaire, and interview. Data were analyzed through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings indicate that the community in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone has a moderate level of awareness regarding the importance of early childhood education. Efforts to increase public understanding of the significance of early childhood education can be made through parental involvement via workshops, seminars, and online discussions through platform like WhatsApp Groups. The government needs to provide facilities for these parental activities to raise awareness about the importance of early childhood education.Keywords: Early childhood education, education awareness, mandalika special economic zon
THE INFLUENCE OF ISLAMIC CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND PROFIT MANAGEMENT ON COMPANY VALUE IN SHARIA COMMERCIAL BANKS FOR THE 2018-2021 PERIOD

The growth of Islamic banking is increasing, the implementation of Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) has become an obligation. ICG implementation aims to overcome the emergence of various risks and problems. Apart from these goals, ICG is also the main focus for making banking superior and highly competitive. The results in this study indicate that Islamic corporate governance has a positive effect on firm value, and earnings management has a positive effect on firm value. The conclusion in this study is H1 which states that Islamic corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on accepted firm value and H2 states that earnings management has a positive and significant effect on accepted firm value and H3 which states simultaneously that both variables, namely Islamic corporate governance and earnings management can have an effect to accepted firm value

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gerakan sosial yang dijalankan oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) di Sulawesi Tenggara pada periode 2018-2021. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen.Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LAZISMU menerapkan tiga model utama dalam gerakan sosial Muhammadiyah: Gerak Sosial Berulang Tetap, Gerak Sosial Emergensi, Gerakan Penguatan dan Pemberdayaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun gerakan sosial Muhammadiyah secara prinsip mengikuti kriteria fiqhi al-ma'un, implementasinya belum maksimal baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Secara keseluruhan, gerakan sosial yang dominan di Sulawesi Tenggara lebih berfokus pada bentuk karitatif dan emergensi, dengan peran pemberdayaan yang masih terbatas

Get PDFSagu merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang telah lama dikenal dan masih dibudidayakan hingga saat ini. Sagu banyak tumbuh di Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua, Kalimantan Barat, Mentawai, Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. Di Sulawesi Tenggara sendiri tepatnya di Desa Mataiwoi, Kabupaten Konawe Utara merupakan salah satu desa dengan potensi sagu yang cukup banyak. Salah satu olahan sagu yang sering dikonsumsi masyarakat Desa Mataiwoi yaitu, Sinonggi. Dasar pemikiran pemberian penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat Desa Mataiwoi terutama ibu rumah tangga adalah berdasarkan observasi kebiasaan masyarakat yang membuang sisa Songgi yang sudah tidak lagi dikonsumsi dan akhirnya dibuang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman atau pengetahuan bahwa Songgi dapat diolah menjadi kerupuk dan jika diinovasikan dengan baik maka dapat bernilai jual. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada hari selasa tanggal 12 Agustus 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode partisipatif melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat terutama kepada ibu rumah tangga dengan memberikan pengetahuan terkait bagaimana proses pembuatan kerupuk sagu dan juga dilakukan pelatihan langsung bagaimana proses pembuatan kerupuk sagu. Output dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini ialah masyarakat tidak lagi membuang sisa Songgi, dan masyarakat sudah mampu mengolah kembali sisa Songgi menjadi kerupuk sagu. Selain itu, kerupuk sagu ini dapat menjadi salah satu produk yang bernilai jual apabila dikemas dalam bentuk yang lebih ekonomis

This study aims to describe the values of Islamic education in the hadiths regarding the permissibility of bringing children to the mosque. This research is a qualitative research library research by collecting data from books, journals and writings that are considered relevant. The results of this study indicate that the hadiths about the permissibility of bringing children to the mosque are closely related to the values of Islamic education. The values of Islamic education in question are religious education, moral education and social education
Kemampuan Literasi Statistik Ditinjau Dari Pengetahuan Dasar Matematika Siswa SMP
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi statistik ditinjau dari pengetahuan dasar matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IX yang berjumlah 264 siswa dari 9 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, diperoleh sampel 65 siswa dari 3 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur pengetahun dasar matematika dan tes essay untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi statistik siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah siswa dengan pengetahuan dasar matematika tinggi mampu mencapai indikator menyajikan data dan menginterpretasikan data, siswa dengan pengetahuan dasar matematika sedang mampu mencapai indikator menginterpretasikan data, siswa dengan pengetahuan dasar matematika rendah belum mampu mencapai semua indikator kemampuan literasi statistik
Exploring Buginese Students’ English Pronunciation Difficulties in Poleang Selatan
Get PDFMost students in Indonesia still need help with English pronunciation and speaking due to the interference of local languages in students’ oral English production. This study aims to describe the interference of the Bugis language, a local language spoken in Southeast Sulawesi, on students’ English speaking skills. The data for this research were collected from 24 seventh-grade students at a junior high school in Poleang Selatan, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The participants included 10 males and 14 females. The study seeks to examine how the Bugis language influences students’ oral English during speaking activities in the classroom. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using an interactive model for data analysis. The process included analyzing, categorizing, coding, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results revealed that most students made numerous pronunciation errors with English vowel sounds such as /ʌ/, /ɪ/, /i:/, /u:/, /ɒ/, /ə/, /ӕ/, and /ʊ/, which were influenced by the Bugis language. Consequently, students tended to rely on guessing based on their prior knowledge of their native language
Academic Culture in Indonesia and Philippines through the Lens of Indonesian EFL Student Exchanges
Get PDFThis study explores the academic experiences of Indonesian EFL students participating in an exchange program at a private university in the Philippines. Using a phenomenological approach, this study examines how students adapt to differences in instructional methods, assessment styles, and collaborative learning practices. Findings reveal that Indonesian students initially struggle with the transition from a teacher-centered learning environment to a student-centered approach that emphasizes active participation. Frequent quizzes and formative assessments at the host institution contrast with the summative evaluation methods in Indonesia, requiring them to adjust their study habits. The shift from independent to group-based research assignments challenges their accustomed academic behaviors but enhances teamwork and problem-solving skills. This study implies the need for pre-departure training programs to better prepare exchange students for academic cultural differences
Reformulation of People's Market Management in Pinrang Regency
Get PDFThe establishment of regional regulations on people's market management aims to create a well-functioning market environment, provide benefits to traders, consumers, and the wider community, and support the overall economic growth of the region. With good regulation, it is hoped that the people's market can become a competitive economic center, while ensuring welfare for all parties involved. The method used in this study is empirical juridical where this method applies legal knowledge theoretically and applies it in real situations or contexts, for testing, evaluation, and refinement of the legal system. The results showed that of the 21 people's markets in Pinrang Regency, there were only 3 people's markets that almost met the standardization of people's market facilities and infrastructure, namely Pinrang Main Market, Kariango Market, and Pekkabata Market. While the other 18 markets do not meet the standards of people's market management. Therefore, this study provides academic analysis in reformulating academic manuscripts in the formation of regional regulations on the management of people's markets in Pinrang Regency as a form of legal certainty and justice in terms of theoretical, sociological, and juridical aspects
