Analisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Peluang Investasi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dalam Subsektoral Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar di Des Tahun 2019-2021
Get PDFNilai perusahaan memegang peranan sentral dalam menarik minat pemegang saham, yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan tingkat profitabilitas dan kesempatan investasi perusahaan. Tingkat profitabilitas mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan dividen, sementara kesempatan investasi mencirikan potensi pertumbuhan nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh profitabilitas, kesempatan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan sebsektor makanan dan minuman yang ada dalam daftar DES selama Preode tiga tahun (2019-2021). Sedangkan Metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui purposive sampling, menghasilkan 15 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan total observasi sebanyak 45. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi data panel, regresi ramdom effeck sebagai model yang di pulih dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada bilai perusahaan subsector makanan dan minuman, dan ini rercermin dalam nilai thitung sebesar 3,050069, yang melebihi nilai ttabel 2,17881 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0002 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, variabel kesempatan investasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor tersebut, dengan thitung sebesar 2,674797 > ttabel 2,17881 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0106 < 0,05.
Company value plays a central role in attracting shareholder interest, which is directly related to the company's level of profitability and investment opportunities. The level of profitability reflects the company's ability to generate dividends, while investment opportunities characterize the potential for growth in company value. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of profitability and investment opportunities on the value of companies in the food and beverage sector on the DES list during the three year period (2019-2021). Meanwhile, the research methodology applied is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Sample selection was carried out through purposive sampling, resulting in 15 companies as research samples with a total of 45 observations. Data analysis was carried out through panel data regression, random effect regression as the model recovered in this research. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Eviews 9. The results of the research show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in the food and beverage subsector, and this is reflected in the t value of 3.050069, which exceeds the t table value of 2.17881 with a significance level of 0.0002 < 0 .05. Furthermore, the investment opportunity variable also has a positive and significant effect on the company value of this subsector, with tcount of 2.674797 >ttable 2.17881 and a significance value of 0.0106 <0.05

But on the other hand, she is labelled as having made a "new interpretation" of the Qur'anic texts relating to women. Her thinking and understanding eventually had an impact on the position of women in the context of family law. Where a woman has equality that is not much different from a husband. The study in this paper wants to know the extent of Amina Wadud's thoughts on the rights and position of women as wives. The study method used is descriptive qualitative with documentation data collection. Based on the results of the discussion and data findings, it can be concluded that every woman regardless of status has equal rights and position in family law. A woman as a wife is given the same opportunities such as filing for divorce, working, prohibiting her husband from polygamy, inheritance rights, testimony and so on. The gender equality offered by him lies in the position of men and women who are in the same condition or situation in order to fulfil their needs.

In this life, you need a leader to lead, guide and manage life because a leader is considered someone who can do these things. Leadership is a classic topic of discussion, but it is still very interesting to study because it determines the continuity of an organization. Leadership is essentially accountability, so a leader must understand the concepts and theories of leadership itself. From this, the purpose of this article research is to understand the concepts and theories of leadership. The type of research used is library research. The data collection technique uses documentation, which is a way to obtain data and information in the form of books and journal documents that can support research. The results of this research study show that the concept of leadership in Islam is identical to the term khalifa which means representative. Besides the caliph is also called Ulil Amri, which means the highest leader in Islamic society. In Islam, a person who becomes a leader must meet six requirements, namely: having strength, trustworthiness, the conscientiousness of conscience, being professional, not taking opportunities, and placing the most suitable and appropriate person. Thus, according to Islam, the ideal leader is fair, trustworthy, fathonah, shiddiq, qona'ah, siyasah, and patient. To be a leader, of course, it is not easy; there must be concepts and theories of leadership that are understood to be able to carry out their duties and have an impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is important to understand the concepts and theories of leadership in life to be able to become a responsible leader and protect its members.
Abstrak
Didalam kehidupan ini pasti membutuhkan seorang pempimpin untuk memimpin, membimbing dan mengatur kehidupan, sebab seorang pemimpin dianggap sebagai seseorang yang mampu untuk melakukan hal-hal tersebut. Kepemimpinan merupakan suatu topik bahasan yang klasik, namun tetap sangat menarik untuk diteliti karena sangat menentukan berlangsungnya suatu organisasi. Kepemimpinan itu esensinya adalah pertanggungjawaban, sehingga seorang pemimpin harus memahami konsep dan teori-teori kepemimpinan itu sendiri. Dari hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian arikel ini adalah untuk memahami konsep dan teori-teori kepemimpinan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan dokumentasi yang merupakan suatu cara untuk memperoleh data dan informasi dalam bentuk buku, jurnal dokumen berupa keterangan yang dapat mendukung penelitian. Adapun hasil dari kajian penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam identik dengan istilah khalifah yang berarti wakil. Selain khalifah disebut juga Ulil Amri, yang berarti pemimpin tertinggi dalam masyarakat Islam. Dalam Islam seseorang yang menjadi pemimpin haruslah memenuhi enam persyaratan, yaitu: mempunyai kekuatan, amanah, adanya kepekaan nurani, professional, tidak mengambil kesempatan,menempatkan orang yang paling cocok dan pantas. Sehingga, pemimpin yang ideal menurut Islam yaitu, adil, amanah, fathonah, shiddiq, qona’ah, siasah, dan sabar. Untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin, tentunya tidaklah mudah harus ada konsep dan teori-teori kepemimpinan yang dipahami agar mampu menjalankan tugas dan berpengaruh bagi lingkungan sekitarnya. Oleh sebab itu, penting untuk memahami konsep dan teori-teori kepemimpinan dalam kehidupan agar mampu menjadi seorang pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab dan mengayomi anggotanya.

No full textAmid the improvement of the teacher education system, it will be required with several significant challenges during the era of society 5.0 and after the Covid-19 pandemic, which is still not improving, causing teachers to have to adapt to social technology by applying the Blended Learning system. The teaching profession requires skills that are also based on the concepts and theories of science, also requiring expertise in the field they are engaged. This study aims to discover the challenges of teacher professional ethics that enter technological developments in the era of Society 5.0 after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is descriptive qualitative by analyzing directly from the source with a purposive sampling technique which is continued by data collection, observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample used is teachers who actively teach at two levels of education, namely at the MI level and MTS, located in the Sumber Batu area, Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that the teaching profession in society 5.0 after the Covid-19 pandemic revealed that (1) the teaching profession began to adapt to the development of social media, which continues to increase and varies, (2) the teaching profession after the Covid-19 pandemic must also adapt to the existence of a Blended Learning system that has a combination of face-to-face meetings with online systems.

Relevansi Pemikiran Fazlur Rahman dengan Dikotomi Pendidikan di Indonesia
Get PDFThis paper has a purpose, to discuss the thought of Islamic education according to Fazlur Rahman with an education currently developing. He is a modern Islamic thinker who has the idea of combining general knowledge with Islamic knowledge by inserting Islamic education into secular education. Thus, a person will gain balanced knowledge. Data is collected using library research methods, analyzing Fazlur Rahman's thoughts and their current relevance. From the research results, it can be concluded that Fazlur Rahman's thoughts are relevant to Islamic education in Indonesia. The harmony can be seen in Islamic education because both have the same goal: an effort or process to produce dignified and integrative human beings. In terms of educational methods, it should go up to the stage of understanding and analyzing, not just the stage of memorizing. Regarding the education system, Fazlur Rahman gave the idea not to reject the Western education system. It is intended that Islamic education in Indonesia can dialogue and collaborate with other disciplines. Furthermore, educators are interpreted as people responsible for students' development by seeking the development of all potentials of students, both effective, cognitive, and psychomotor potentials. This must be supported by educational facilities in the form of educators, residents, budget, facilities, and infrastructure.

Implementation of The Consignment System at Lucky Jaya Mart Store: A Review of Islamic Business Ethics
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine how the Lucky Jaya Mart store carried out the business behavior towards its business partners and the implementation of the consignment sales system with the three product consignors of different categories of goods entrusted and reviewed according to Islamic Business Ethics. Using observation and interviews with Lucky Jaya Mart store, the consignor of chips products, the consignor of accessories and children's toys products, and the consignor of sweetbreads products as research data. The researcher used a qualitative approach with literature studies on relevant scientific works to analyze the business activities carried out by the Lucky Jaya Mart store. Based on the study results, Lucky Jaya Mart store had done business well. All activities were considered ethical regarding conducting business using a consignment sales system and the relationships between people involved. There were no parties who felt aggrieved in this collaboration system. On the contrary, all parties involved felt their rights and obligations were fulfilled so that ongoing business relationships could occur harmoniously
Finding Business Opportunities and Business Strategy from Islamic Society Culture

The study was conducted on the island of Haruku, Central Maluku, Eastern Indonesia. The results of the study show that culture provides opportunities for the creation of several types of businesses on the island of Haruku. Other results show that culture becomes a strategy in business. The results of the research contribute to management science, especially regarding environmental management due to the community culture. The results of this study are recommended to be developed using action research methods or quantitative research methods

Pengawasan adalah salah satu fungsi organisasi, administrasi dan manajemen yang mencakup pemeriksaan, pengujian, penelitian, pengusutan, peninjauan, pengamatan dan pemantauan serta kunjungan staf untuk menjaga agar kegiatan pelaksanaan pokok dan fungsi departemen dapat dilaksanakan secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, kebijaksanaan menteri, dan rencana yang ditetapkan, sehingga sasaran kegiatan dan tujuan organisasi tercapai.
Ada dua aspek pokok yang di nilai pada pasca guru sertifikasi yaitu aspek perangkat pembelajaran, dan aspek Pelaksanaan KBM, dan indicator nya adalah perangkat pembelajaran meliputi: program tahunan, program semesteran, program silabus, RPP, dan program penilaian, dan untuk aspek pelaksanaan KBM meliputi: prosentase kehadiran guru, jurnal mengajar guru, buku nilai siswa, analisis hasil ulangan, program dan pelaksanaan perbaikan/pengayaan, buku catatan siswa. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas program sertifikasi guru dan kendala pelaksanaan program tersebut oleh karena itu perlu di adakan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi pasca sertifikasi guru.

Semiotic Studies: Cultivating Religious Characters in SDI: (Case Study in SDI KHA. Wahid Hasyim)
Get PDFImplementation of character education must be familiar from an early age, especially religious character. A religious character is a human character based on religious aspects. One example of religious character planting activities is the dhuha and istighosah prayers. Semiotics is interpreted as a description of ideas, objects, and situations related to media, messages, culture, and society. The purpose of this research is to find out the message of cultivating religious character in SDI KHA. Wahid Hasyim is based on signs (icons, indexes, and symbols). This study uses a qualitative research approach presented in a descriptive form and analyzed by studying Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory with the triangle theory of meaning, namely Icons, Indexes, and Symbols. The results of this study are 1) SDI KHA. Wahid Hasyim, as one of the Nahdlatul Ulama-based schools, implemented a religious character outside of the learning process by habituating the Dhuha prayer in congregation and regular istighosah every Thursday. 2) Dhuha and istighosah prayer activities have messages and culture that want to be instilled and conveyed to students from an early age. 3) signs such as body posture, setting of the place, and time have their meaning related to the cultivation of religious character
