PROBLEMATIKA DAKWAH DI ERA GLOBALISASI
Get PDFThe movement which gives priority to modernity or the peoplewho thinks moderately have influenced the whole human life aspects. A human’s problem which influenced by moderate thinking is an extreme attitude. As the moderate thinking is not the same as the people who gives the priority to mind as the most important in life. Although it is incompatible with the absolute authoritative quotation (from the Koran) and will be very different with one who denies the mind. Traditionally and historically, academic tradition takes much advantages from the formal education such as Islamic school (madrasah). The influence of Islamic school in the increasing of missionary endeavor is the basic capital and standard to develop the Islamic endeavor. Missionary endeavor does not only spread widely or broadly in the various district, yet its ideas have been construct and definite. Yet at last the Islamicmissionary endeavor is being question whether teaching Islamic knowledge or non-Islamic knowledge is a must or not. The conservative missionary endeavor will cause an institution of missionary endeavor being unusual (strange) and even disappeared in the mind of moderndevelopment. At last, the position of Moslem scholars who plays in the spiritual role and increase the religion scientific (Al-Qur’an and Prophetic Tradition are useless. Even, the technology and global information will bring the spiritual field to the destruction process.Key words: Missionary, endeavor, conservativ
Pemikiran Pendidikan Islam Perspektif al-Ghazali
Get PDFOne of Moslems who have great ideas and was known as a reformer (mujaddid), among others, is al-Gazali. Socio-cultural conditions at the time, namely the emergence of political disstability that have an impact on the fragmentation of Muslims, the destruction of religion and morality. This situation makes him becoem a hero and Islamic Defenders Argumentator (hujjah al-Islam) as his responsibility to fix the blind thoughts and actions that shake the Muslims’ life. The purpose of education is to get closer to Allah SWT and not oriented only in world interests. So that, the curriculum presented should include three terms, called jasmaniyah, 'aqliyyah and akhlaqiyyah. The opinion is based on two approaches, Fiqh and Sufism. This thought seems systematic and comprehensive, and also consistent with the attitude and personality as a Sufi and Faqih. The concept of education offered, if applied in the present seems still appropriate. Beside, the needs should be perfected in accordancing with local knowledge where the education implemented

The purpose of this research is 1). To determine the values of the religious culture in SMK IT Airlangga Samarinda, and 2). To determine the model of self-development through the religious culture) in SMK IT Airlangga Samarinda. The kind of this research is qualitative descriptive. Informants in this study were the Principal, Deputy, Teachers and Students of SMK IT Airlangga Samarinda. Data were analyzed by following the model of Miles and Huberman. From the analysis of the data, we concluded that: 1). Forms of cultural practice of religious activities in schools, among them; familiarize greeting when meeting teachers, shaking hands, praying. 2). Personal Development Model through Religious Culture in SMK IT Airlangga Samarinda that some extracurricular activities developed in the framework of self-development through the religious culture
Internalisasi Multikulturalisme dalam Pendidikan Islam

Although, human is from the same ancestor, but then they are flourishing into different races, tribes, or nations, with all different cultures and way of life. Those differences provoke them know others and appreciate others. This is, then, called “universal humanity” perspective by Islam that will determine and push the solidarity among others. Multiculturalisme-paradigmed education or multicultural education in Islamic education has been applying for many years. It just need to reform and reinforce, so the Islamic education practitioners realize it and implement it in the all level of Islamic education. Multicultural education has inherently established since the birth of Indonesia, as wellknown of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, gotong royong, helpful, and appreciate others. Get PDFThe background of this study is the existence of various etnics, tribes, and culture in Indonesia. The diversity becomes social power to develop the nation. The conflicts, happened in some places in Indonesia, are the pictures how diversity could create violenceand and lost. That is why, the multiculturalism education is important to be developed. STAIN Samarinda, which is the only one Islamic higher education in Kalimantan Timur, also concerns to this issue. This study shows that the implemetation of multiculturalism education at STAIN Samarinda running well. STAIN Samarinda implements the multiculturalism education by: (a) making MoU with some social institutions, social groups, banks, and others. (b) considering gender; there is no gender discrimination at STAIN Samarinda. (c) making students’ center activities, such as: BEM, UKM band, UKM teater iqra’, KSR, boy-scouts, and others. In terms of the strategy in enriching multiculturalism values, STAIN Samarinda put this subject into the process of learning at STAIN Samarinda

Get PDFIslamic education, both in the context of education in the mosques and educational institutions, is always considered as a social reformation system which is an effort to strengthen the civil awarness of multiculturilism. Islamic education is being pictured as a kind of dogmatic, doctrinic, and monolitical education which has not multicultural senses. A religion, in one side, shapes a particular type of culture, or even a special culture, so that sociologically frames an exclusivenes. This is a qualitative research. The informants of this research are the employee in the mosques and the teachers. The informants were chosen using snowball sampling. The collection data techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analized by using Miles and Hubberman’s data analysis technique. The result of study shows that: the mosques, Darussalam Great Mosque and Ilamic Center Mosque, have a role to promote understanding of Islam as kaffah and rahmatan lil alamin. The roles of mosques were implemented by developing mindset and the way of thinking of the employee of the mosques, by developing the comitment of the employee and the participants of the mosques, by instructing the teachers to promote multiculturalism-based teaching

Get PDFTo anticipate the legal dispute about syariah economyin society, syariah banks or non-banks as well as the other users, they should realize that they could not depend on the courts if syariah principles wants to be existed. It is because the basic principles of the cases are really different. The changing of UU Nomor 7 Tahun 1989 about Religious Court (UUPA) becomes UU No. 3 Tahun 2006 and No. 50 Tahun 2009 is a legislacy product which firmly gives the religious courts competency to bring the lawsuits of syariah econonmy to the courts. Then, UU Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 about Syariah banking (UUPS) was coused to be effective to strengthen the religious courts competency to handlethe lawsuits of syariah economy, particularly syariah banking. Based on the UUPA and UUPS, the religious courts should have an absolute competency to bring the lawsuits of syariah econonmy. In fact, the justification of the religious courts competency is still debatable

The study was conducted at PT. BPRS Hijrah Rahmah, Samarinda. Besides comparing between profit sharing and revenew sharing, italso teststhe suitability of the fatwa of the Council of Indonesian Ulama (Majlis UlamaIndonesiaor MUI) No. 15/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 about principles of operationsin Islamic Financial Institutions. This study found that PT. BPRS Hijrah Rahmah uses revenue sharing more frequently than profit sharing. This is due to make it easier to calculate through revenue sharing rather than profit sharing
