Hassan Hanafi and Islamic Legal Theory:
Islamic legal theory (popularly known as uṣū al-fiqh in Islamic term) runs into difficulties when dealing with social and humanities issues. Religious texts, according to Hassan Hanafi’s perspective, should not only be positioned as a source of law, but also at the same time must be seen as a phenomenological experiences of religiosity. The dialectic of religious text and today's empirical context needs to be reformulated. By using phenomenological as a methodological tool, Hassan Hanafi makes an effort of reepistemification of uṣū al-fiqh reason into three typologies of consciousness; historical, eidetic, and praxis. These three aspects constitute the discursive relationship to present an anthropocentric dimension in uṣū al-fiqh reason. This article uses qualitative research methods with interpretation criticism approach. This article aims to analyze the new formula offered by Hassan Hanafi’s uṣū al-fiqh reason, and to examine it to criticize the slogan “Back to the Qur'an and Sunna” as a phenomenon of religiosity.

Abstract
The development of information systems is increasingly complex in its development, many models are used in its development, the waterfall model is one of them, the first published model for the software development process is taken from the systems engineering process, this model illustrates the decline from one phase to another as well as waterfall journey because this process imitates or is like the process of falling waterfalls in real nature, basic development activities are the main stages of this model, linear sequential proposes an approach to systematic and sequential software development that starts at the system level and progresses throughout analysis, design , code, testing and maintenance.
This model consists of several cycles that include several steps or activities including engineering modeling of a system, requirements analysis, many processes that focus on four different steps of program attributes, namely device design, coding or program coding, program coding must be changed into a form. compiler-readable machine language, for testing. Once the code is created, the testing and testing process begins, the focus of testing is on the internal logic of the existing software, after being submitted to the user the system will usually experience some changes which of course require the next phase in the form of refinement by not changing the initial program.
