Peningkatan Keterampilan Membaca Teks Arab Gundul melalui Aktifitas Membaca Intensif Berbasis Gramatikal : Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Bahasa dan Sastra Arab IAIN STS Jambi
The objective of this study was to describe: 1) How to teach reading Arabic non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, 2) The improvement of reading skill of Arabic non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, and 3) The students’ respond to the teaching of reading of Arabic non syakal. This is a classroom action research. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting a test to students. The data analyzed by using Miles and Hubberman model. The result of this study found : 1) The students’ reading ability of Arabic non syakal improved after the implementation of grammatical-based reading activity, 2) The students motivated and enjoyed learning Arabic reading non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, 3) The students stated that the textbook is applicable to help them understand Arabic text non syakal, and 4) There was a positive respond of the students after learning Arabic reading non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity

Curriculum of EFL Teacher Education and Indonesian Qualification Framework: A Blip of the Future Direction
Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF) is a description of qualification levels for all Indonesian learning outcomes or certificate statements in Indonesian schooling from year 9 to higher education. The IQF holds a legal endorsement in the form of Presidential Decree no. 8/2012. This IQF will specify equivalencies between Indonesian and foreign qualifications, thus improving Indonesia’s international competitiveness and making the country more open to global trade. As a consequence, the structures of curriculum in all Indonesian educations should base on this document. Defined as the expanding circle countries in Kachru’s concentric circles, Indonesia needs English language teacher education with appropriate structures of curriculum relevant to the global world and 21st century learning. This article intends to describe the IQF, the 21st Century learning, and the upcoming structure of the EL Teacher education Curriculum in Indonesia. More specifically, this article aims at analyzing: 1) how Indonesian Teachers should develop their curriculum according to the IQF descriptors; 2) how macro-social factors in SLA such as global and national status of L2, boundaries and identities, or institutional forces and constraints should be considered in the development of the curriculum structures of English language teacher education; and 3) how the 21st century trends should be blended in the curriculum
Syllabus of Vocational High School Based on ESP Approach
This study is designed as a case study and concerned on qualitative data, which reflected what actually happened in the area of case study. The Principal, the English Teachers and Students placed as the key informants. The data gained from the informants by applying in depth interview, questionnaire, documentation and observation. The data are analyzed by employing two methods, those are: descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. There are two problems in this study that can be seen from two perspectives; syllabus designing and students’ needs analysis. From the perspectives of syllabus designing, the problem arise on defining a syllabus typically as the content standart which is commonly and formally provided by the higher authority (i.e. Ministry of National Education). In evidence, the existence of UN (Ujian Nasional/National Examination) makes teachers come into problems. Moreover, from learners’ needs analysis perspective, teachers define Target Situation Analysis (TSA) mainly as the content of students’ subject matters of their majors rather than students’ linguistic performance after finishing the course. Furthermore, the teachers define the Present Situation Analysis (PSA) mainly as students’ strengths/weaknesses in following the English course
Penafsiran Sufistik Surat Al-Fatihah dalam Tafsir Tāj Al-Muslimîn dan Tafsir Al-Iklîl Karya KH Misbah Musthofa
The article explains the sufism tafsir of Surah Al-Fatihah in the tafsir of Tâj Al- Muslimîn and al-Iklîl written by KH. Misbah Musthofa by using tahlili method. The findings shows that 7 verses of Al-fâtihah have Sufism nuances, especially in verse 5, dealing with worship to Allah which consists of 3 levels; low, middle, and high worship. The tafsir of Tâj Al- Muslimîn and al-Iklîl, written by KH. Misbah Musthofa, have some strengths and flaws. The tafsir of Surah Al-Fatihah in Tâj Al- Muslimîn and al-Iklîl are still relevant in this modern era. It is proven by the explanation of the importance model of multi-dimension and multi-function of the human services. Still, from the aspect of the language, it needs some adjustment and modification. So that, to understand Al-Qur’an, as proposed by Muhammed Arkoun by using mystical analysis, such as: reading “ar-rahman ar-rahim”, we do not say or do the action, but we also create the action; hope, forgiveness, confession, or request

Capital Markets are long enough to be known by the entrepreneurs and the investors in an effort to expand their businesses or by that of speculators simply for looking for great profits. The Indonesian capital markets are supervised by BAPEPAM in order to prevent illicit transactions that include window dressing. The capital markets may operate through the primary market, secondary market, third market and fourth market; yet, only the primary market that is expected to run in accordance to shari'a. This is because the issuers directly offer their shares or securities to prospective buyers or potential investors without going through the brokers’ services. Kutai Kingdom in the stage history of the archipelago have left traces of civilization. At least the built form of monarchy has got a touch of constitutional govern life in society. Constitutional monarchy called Panji Selaten, and Baraja Niti Law is the law that puts the combination of building indigenous aspects of egalitarianism, which is located between the Dayak and Kutai inland located near the center of power, where the top leadership is the king of Kutai. Building a constitution that remains grounded in the realm of "traditional" so-called "customary legal system sanctioned by the royal policy which also was based on the Personality '. And the result of the accumulation of "integration of religious values" into the royal power structure that forms the social character of the Malay culture is closer to the power structure. As a result, Dayak "haloq" is more likely to make ethnic identity in Kutai, and this is an indication that lead to impaired bargaining power "propaganda Islamiyah
KONSEP SAKINAH, MAWADDAH DAN RAHMAH DALAM AL-QUR’AN (PRESPEKTIF PENAFSIRAN KITAB AL-QUR’AN DAN TAFSIRNYA)
One of the purposes of marriage is to create a sakinah (tranquil), mawaddah (affectionate) and rahmah (merciful) life among a husband, a wife and their children. The sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah’s life, however, does not come in handy with the marriage. It must be striven by both men and wives during their marriage. What does the Qur’an say about the concept of sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah? This article elaborates on these concepts as enshrined in al-Rum : 21 as per the interpretation and translation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The Ministry’s interpretation and translation of the verse is necessary to be analysed given its wide use by Muslims in Indonesia. This article finds that the Ministry’s interpretation is not much different from the interpretation put forward by other Qur’anic commentators; it even makes reference to various opinions of the scholars

Growing humanitarian problems and knowledge have made progress, the inevitable renewal of jurisprudence to be an alternative solution. Fiqh scholars see the importance of re-opening of classical fiqh is not critical in terms of overhaul, but in terms of jurisprudence update to address several problems that continue to evolve. Assessing the activity of jurisprudence sometimes get stuck in a puddle of fatalism that the discourse of jurisprudence which was originally an open and diverse in the region eventually entered politics and efforts to the struggle for authority

Business with all that stuff going on in people's lives every day widely. Many businesses and the variety of motifs and business orientation as well as the increasing complexity of business problems, sometimes making businesses stuck to try anything to achieve its goal, especially if the goal is only for profit and profit alone. So frequent negative actions, which eventually becomes a habit in business behavior. If so, it is not uncommon for businesses identified with the dirty deed, because there are behaviors lying, treasonous, broken promises, deception and deceiving others. This article describes the business in the Islamic approach that includes the Islamic business concept, the principles of Islamic business and normative foundation of Islamic business. Islamic business must be based on Islamic ethics derived from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. Generally, business ethics is a normative discipline, whereby particular ethical standards are formulated and then applied. It makes specific judgments about what is right or wrong, which is to say, it makes claims about what ought to be done or what ought not to be done
