Get PDFThis research in the wake of the fact that in this time, students who study Islamic religious education but in himself has not formed Muslim personality, Beginning of dress, speech, association, and other things. In fact, there are still many who have not established conduct religious teachings such as prayer, fasting, and in her social morals less reflects a Muslim student. And do not rule out some that have very broad spiritual experience can leave worship and even do things that are religiously forbidden.This research aimed to determine whether there is the effect of understanding islamic education on spiritual experience SMA N 1 Sangkulirang. The hypothesis of this study is " theare is significant effect among the understanding of Islamic religious education on spiritual experience student SMA N 1 Sangkulirang." That is the better understanding of Islamic education, it would be better of the spiritual experience student SMA N I Sangkulirang.The sample collection technique is using cluster random sampling technique on student of SMA N1 class X and XI. While respondents count 104 students. The results obtained show that understanding of Islamic religious education have the value of r count of 0.587 with significance value of 0.000. And the count value r is greater than r table (0.578> 0.191), while the value of significance is also smaller than alpha of 0.05 (0.000> 0.05) thus testing showed Ha Ho accepted and rejected. These results show that the variable understanding of Islamic religious education in a positive and significant effect on students' religious practice.R Square results obtained amounted to 0.345 which means that the variable student religious practice can be affected by variables Islam understanding of religious education 34.5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research.Therefore can be concluded that the understanding of Islamic religious education affect on the spiritual experience student. Based on the above findings, the authors suggest to the school in order to further enhance the learning of Islamic education to provide religious understanding and practice to students

To guarantee the existence of an element of trust from the borrower against the debtor, then the party is needed there is stuff in powned as collateral against debts or loans. The goods remain the property of people who pawn, but controlled by the recipient of the goods (the lender). The legitimacy of the practice of this pledge has been around since the days of the Prophet, which is where the Prophet Muhammad himself doing this practice. Islamic pawn shops Gunung Sari Balikpapan is a non-bank financial institutions that provide financing/loan to the community. The goal of this institution is to eradicate dark pawn and loan sharks that requires the borrower to pay interest from the loans, which it is very damning for the people of the small or medium sized down. In this research analyzed the operational system of Islamic pawn shops that applied Shariah Pawnshops Gunung Sari Balikpapan based on surah al-Baqarah 283. source of data used in this study i.e., primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct observation and interviews, with the results of the data in the form of the documents operational system perum pawn shops and the results of the interviews to relevant parties. While secondary data in the form of literature-literature that discusses Islamic pawn shops, either in the form of books, journals, dissertations, theses and more. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be inferred that Sharia Branch Pawnshops Gunung Sari Balikpapan in carrying out its operational system is in compliance with the provisions of the Shariah, or based on the study of fiqh mu'amalah about pawn. As for pawn shops that contribute products dominant against revenues this pawn shops are sourced from the pawn (rahn) products, which are present around 80% of the total income of Syariah Branches Pawnshops Gunung Sari Balikpapan
The Teaching of EFL Writing in Indonesia
Get PDFWriting is one of the most important aspects in English language acquisition. Teaching writing has its own challenges since there are some steps and requirements that teachers should prepare to undertake in the classroom. This article is aimed to discuss teaching and learning writing in the classroom based on theoretical conceptualisation. In addition, curriculum of teaching writing will be another important factor to consider as well as research and practice in teaching writing. Based on comparison to many theoretical concepts from various researchers, it shows that most of Indonesian students still struggle to figure out their problems of grammatical area. The biggest challenge is derived from the difference in cultural backgrounds between the students’ mother tongue and English, so it is possible to know the production of their writing does not ‘sound’ well in appropriate culture of English. Several problems also occur when the teachers have big classes to teach and the result of teaching writing to the students may be defeated. In this case, time also being a big challenge for the teachers to have the students’ writing improve because to accomplish a good composition in English, it needs complex steps such as brainstorming, prewriting, drafting, and editing. However, new techniques in teaching writing are needed to develop the students’ writing outcomes

In Indonesia, the latest implemented curriculum for schools and madrasah is 2013 scientific based-approach curriculum which has not been implemented in all levels of school yet. As a guidance of the implementation of 2013 curriculum for madrasah, the religious affairs minister has established a Guidance Book for students and teachers. The Indonesian government will gradually provide the Guidance Book for students and teachers covering all subject taught in the school, Arabic in particular. Recently, Indonesian government has established Arabic textbook for class X of Madrasah Aliyah, for class VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and for class I and IV of Madrasaha Ibtidaiyah. This textbook is important in emerging the ideology for students. That is why, the development of discourse through the use of pictures and sentences become important since they are integrative and meaningful for students in organizing the information and concepts of a book. This paper describes the significance of the textbook in socializing and internalizing the moral characters as well as gender equality

Implementasi Pengelolaan Zakat di Aceh
Get PDFThis article discusses the local provision of Aceh; Qanun No. 7 of 2004 on Zakat Management. Qanun No. 7 of 2004 on Management of Zakat on the managing zakat is an effort to increase and optimize the potential of zakat in Indonesia, which is still far from the expected. Some of the issues discussed in this article are the provisions of Qanun on muzakki (person who obliged to pay zakat), mustahiq (those entitled to receive zakat ), Baitul Mal and Conditions ' uqubat (sanctions against deviations from the zakat). This article studied by using Islamic approach and normative juridical with library research. The results show that the discussion in relation to mustahiq zakat, the Qanun has provided a guarantee for people who in Act No. 18 of 2001 established as one of income sources (local revenue). In the provisions of the charity 's Qanun, very clearly stipulated that zakah is only distributed to mustahiq accordance with Shari'ah. This shows that zakat cannot be used for purposes that are not included in one of the senif that has been clearly mentioned in the Qur'an. In relation to sanctions against irregularities of zakat, the existence of this Qanun can be considered as a complement to Law No. 38 of 1999 on Zakat which still has many shortcomings, especially the clauses providing for sanctions for irregularities to the management of zakat. In the Act, the sanctions more set on irregularities for zakat were Qanun zakat management is already include amyl and muzakki. No full textActually the child with special needed is a child that has privileges. At inclusive school, children with special needed are mingled with normal children in a school. Here, the children with special needed and normal children are treated equally. Based on the fact, the researcher is interested to conduct a research about the uniqueness of the child with special needed, especially about Islamic teaching model for the child with special needed in one of state school of elementary school in Samarinda. Because not all teachers can apply the model. Sometimes, they find difficulties in choosing the appropriate model in teaching them because there are some children those who have different characteristics. The objective of this research is to identify Islamic teaching model for the child with special needed at SD Negeri 016 District Sungai Kunjang Samarinda City is assigned as inclusive school. The design of this research is qualitative. The data analysis of the study is descriptive qualitative, where it is conducted with a natural setting. The focus of the research is to find the concept in application of Islamic teaching model for the child with special needed at SD Negeri 016 District Sungai Kunjang Samarinda City. The subject of the research is Islamic Education teachers and students (the children with special needed) are as informant. The instruments of the research are interview guide, observation sheet and documentation.The result of the research is in designing program, hopefully must be oriented and can define the strategy and appropriate model that can be applied to the children with special needed. Based on the data display above, it is showed that Islamic teaching model that used in teaching is very simple, they do not use electronic devices/technology, they only use pictures are made by teacher, puzzle, story repetition model, and demonstration. Instructional media, infrastructure is not complete. The evaluation must be repeated until reach KKM is determined. Obstacles are faced is very different from normal children, because obstacles that is faced is suitable with the children with special needed, namely mental obstacle of each student. Leadership headmaster headmaster said tobe successful if it can truly reflect the values of the expected personality headmaster, in carrying out their duties do not conflict with applicable regulations, and the results reflect the achievement of a balance between the objectives of madrasas, the purpose of the existing human resources in madrasas, as well as the desires or expectations of society. Leadership headmaster can also be interpreted as a model or a variety of leadership headmaster appropriate to the situation in order to influence, to direct, guide to sub ordinates by streng thening confidence, support, encouragement and cooperation in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the institution. The research used a qualitative descriptive, informants in this study is the Principal and Teachers at MIN 1 and MIN 2 Samarinda. Data were analyzed by following the model of the measures used by Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data display and conclusion. From the analysis of these data, we concluded that leadership styleis trans formational MIN 1 and MIN 2 Samarinda, it can be seen from the way the principal and teachers to transform the situation and habit schange, deliveringa sublime goal in the form of spiritual valueshigh, raise the value of freedom, justice and equality among teachers, giving the example of the teachers, teachers fostera desire to bring about the development of the school and develop a sense of discipline, responsibility, sincerity and zeal to work har
