Analisis Pengaruh Zakat dan Infak Terhadap Tingkat Kedalaman Kemiskinan, Keparahan Kemiskinan dan Gini Rasio di Indonesia Tahun 2007-2018
No full textPoverty in Indonesia has decreased in recent years, though slowing. Besides that, zakat and infaq have increased from year to year. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of zakat and infaq on poverty and income disparities in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential analysis (multiple linear regression analysis). The data used are secondary data with zakat, infaq, poverty gap index, poverty severity index, and gini coefficient (gini ratio). The results of T test and F test shows the value of sig. 0,00 less than 0,05. Overall, zakat and infaq have a significant effect on the poverty gap, poverty severity and gini ratio. While partially, zakat and infaq also have a significant effect on the poverty gap, poverty severity and gini ratio. Zakat has a negative relationship to the poverty gap and poverty severity, while infaq has a negative relationship to the gini ratio

Peran kepala sekolah sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka membantu siswa dalam meraih prestasi di bidang non akademik. Peran kepala sekolah bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas para pembina kegiatan non akademik sehingga dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan non akademik bisa lebih terarah dan lebih mudah dalam merealisasikan tugas-tugasnya agar pelaksanaan tersebut bisa menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Field Research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai educator, manajer, dan motivator. Sebagai manajer, kepala sekolah membantu membiayai keperluan dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler termasuk saat mengikuti lomba. Sebagai edukator, kepala sekolah meningkatkan kualitas guru melalui pembinaan Kursus Mahir Dasar (KMD). Sebagai motivator, kepala sekolah mengapresiasi guru atau Pembina dengan memberikan honor tambahan dan reward bagi siswa

Get PDFThe mass demonstration of Aksi Reuni 212 attracted large amount of controversy among Indonesian people due news framing of media which signify some aspects and suppress other aspects of the event thus effectively making the coverage subjective. This article aims at understanding the construction of news framing on the subject of Aksi Reuni 212, especially regarding the process of securing permission to perform the mass demonstration, by online news portals Detik.com and Liputan6.com. It also aims at revealing the differences between the two news portals regarding their news framing construction. Model of framing analysis by William A. Gamson and Andre Modigliani is applied to analyze data in interpretative and qualitative manner. Findings reveal that news coverages from Detik.com were more inclined to the preparedness of the government to deal with risks pertaining to national security posed by the event. Liputan6.com, on the other hands, framed the event of Aksi Reuni 212 as a regular, instead of extraordinary, demonstration event that does not need special attention regarding security threats it might brought. Despite differences in terms of how they framed the event, both news portals framed the event positively.Keywords: Aksi Reuni 212, image, and online media

Although the main purpose of the content in the videos is to entertain, but unconsciously it is also able to influence the audience both cognitive, affective, and behavioral. Therefore, it is necessary to identify whether in the video content there are religious characters that can have a positive impact on the audience. This research aims to identify the character of religious values in videos by millennial YouTuber. Data collection method used is the documentation method, data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative content analysis techniques. The results showed that from the entire video uploaded on Ria Ricis Official, Atta Halilintar, and Rans Entertainment YouTube, there were 131 video contents those were used as analysis material. Based on the video analyzed, religious values are obtained which include the values of faith, Islam, ihsan, science, and charity

No full textThis research was motivated by the activities of the Zakat Community Development program carried out by the BAZNAS of Samarinda City in the Loa Kumbar area of Loa Buah Village in Samarinda which aims to prosper the community or empowerment programs based on reducing poverty. The research is empirical research (field research), the data sources in this study were primary data obtained from field assistants and assistants from BAZNAS Samarinda.while the Respondents in this study were Kelurahan, RT, community leaders and field assistants and assistants from BAZNAS Samarinda and members. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. After the data was collected, then analyzed using qualitative methods. The findings in the field are, the driving factor of the implementation of the ZCD program in the Loa Kumbar region is that there are many people who do not have jobs, almost 70% of the population in the region are underprivileged and BAZNAS wants to encourage community self-help. The inhibiting factors in implementing the program were the late arrival of funds, facilitators who were still very minimal, communication gaps and the type of development of inappropriate activities. While the changes that have taken place in the Loa Kumbar region are facilities such as roads, mosques, schools, aquaculture, livestock and fisheries, free health programs such as mass circumcision and medical treatment.This program is very helpful for the Loa Kumbar community to become more prosperous

Get PDFLembaga-lembaga pendidikan al qur’an di sekitar SDN 013 Penajam terbilang cukup banyak. Menurut data yang ada, jumlah siswa SDN 013 Penajam yang mengikuti kegiatan sekolah sore (pendidikan al qur’an) lebih dari 96% dari total jumlah siswa yang ada. Tingkat penguasaan literasi al qur’an di SDN 013 Penajam cukup bagus. Bisa dikatakan bahwa apabila ada anak yang tidak bisa membaca al qur’an itu karena tidak mengikuti pembelajaran al qur’an di sore hari. Program tahfiz al qur’an juz 30 yang diselenggarakan oleh SDN 013 Penajam bermaksud untuk menyiapkan peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan hafalan al qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Sekaligus sebagia persiapan diri untuk ajang Pentas Pendidikan Agama Islam yang diselenggarakan secara bertahap. Metode yang diguanakn adalah campuran dari berbagai metode menghafal al qur’an, seperti tikrar, bagdadiyah, yadain dan setiap anak didik diberikan mushaf al qur’an latin dan buku prestasi siswa sebagai alat control pencapaian hafalan
The Use of Whatsapp Application as A Learning Method at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Jambi
Get PDFThis article tries to see how far the effectiveness of WhatsApp as a social media application is used as a means of teachers in educating and improving the quality of learning. WhatsApp (WA) is a new breakthrough for educators to communicate to students and parents of students in providing information services related to school learning programs that are connected in a chat group. This article aims to see how teachers use WhatsApp as a learning communication tool. This research was conducted at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Jambi having its address at Jl. Julius Usman RT.18 Pematang Sulur Village, Telanaipura Jambi City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection by observation method, direct interview and documentation. Techniques used in data analysis are data display, data reduction and conclusion. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results showed that in order to support the learning activities of students at SMP Nurul Ilmi Jambi, the teacher made the Whatsaap application an educational application involving teachers, students and parents. The use of WA in learning activities serves as an educational tool, means of evaluation, means of connecting information, as well as a means of consulting services and establishing friendship. Teachers establish communication groups through WhatsApp between teachers and students, and teachers with parents. Obstacles in the field found that not all students and parents of students actively participate in the discussion
Integrated Marriage Itsbat: Analyzing The Polemics Behind Its Implementation
No full textThe existence of the Integrated Marriage Itsbat in Jambi City has begun since 2015 but in 2018, it was no longer implemented. One of the reasons is because the number of participants was decreasing. However, the trial of Marriage Itsbat in the Religious Court was still held. This study tries to examine its implementation in Jambi City and the problems surround it. This is an empirical legal research which employs the qualitative data collection through interviews and documentation. The study finds that the implementation of this program was loaded with a number of problems. Even in the reality, the final goal of this program, which is to help disadvantaged people to obtain rights to marriage certificates, marriage books, and birth certificates in one service unit, was not fully achieved. The results of this study indicate that there were a number of problems that had arisen, including: the existence of this program creating chances for increasing unregistered marriages; registration of participants without going through KUA leading to missed checks related to the clarity of previous marital status; a constraint in the publishing process of a Marriage Certificate; and lack of socialization. Hence, future programs of integrated marriage itsbat should be able to address the unintended consequences.Keywords: Integrated Marriage Itsbat, marriage registration, Religious Court, Compilation of Islamic Law
Regulating Halal Products in Indonesia: Between Religious Needs and Socio-Economic Challenges
Get PDFAs the most populous Muslim country in the world, Indonesia needs to spend seven decades until finally enacted the Halal Product Assurance Law in 2014. There are mixed responses in welcoming this law. Many Muslims are incredibly pleased with this law, while others believe that this law would create social and economic problems, instead. Four years have lapsed and the law is still difficult to be implemented, since the state has produced none of the implementing regulations of the said law. Meanwhile, the National Agency for Halal Product Assurance is newly established in 2018. Therefore, the law on halal product assurance is really at stake. It seems that the state enacted it half-heartedly. This paper discusses the dynamic of regulating halal products in Indonesia, between spiritual needs and socio-economic challenges. Less Muslim argued that halal is not part of Islamic teaching, yet many people believe that halal product in Indonesia is not merely a religious issue but also a social, economic and even political issue. The methods for this research are both normative and qualitative. Data are collected mainly through documents, library materials, and field research. To sharpen the findings, comparative studies with Malaysia and Thailand were conducted. In the end, this research reveals the socio-economic dynamics of halal product regulation in Indonesia amid which is beyond religious issues.Keywords: halal product, Indonesia, regulation
