    Pengembangan Video Pembelajaran Animasi 3D Berbasis Software Blender Pada Materi Medan Magnet

    Materi medan magnet merupakan salah satu materi fisika yang relatif rumit. Secara umum, peserta didik memandang materi ini adalah salah satu materi fisika yang sulit dipahami. Kesulitan tersebut terletak pada fenomena magnetik yang tidak dapat “ditangkap” oleh indera audio dan visual, sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbentuk video animasi 3D agar dapat memvisualisasikan konsep yang abstrak sehingga mudah dipahami peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain video pembelajaran animasi 3D dan menilai kelayakan video pembelajaran animasi 3D. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Design and Development Research (DDR) dengan melibatkan 2 validator media dan 2 validator materi. Instrumen pnelitian ini terdiri dari lembar validasi media dan lembar validasi materi yang dianalisis dengan persentase. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah video pembelajaran animasi 3D berbasis software blender pada materi medan magnet. Penilaian kelayakan berada pada kriteria sangat layak, dimana hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 89,6% dan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 94,63%, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa video 3D berbasis software Blender layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran

    This study aims to analyze and understand the leader-member exchange in building effective communication at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo, by focusing its study on the Fathimatuzzahro area '. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology, in which the researcher tries to understand the phenomena that occur in the institution, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of his research show that the leader-member exchange in creating effective communication in the Fahtimatuzzahro area 'is carried out through three strategies, namely; Affect, where communication between leaders and subordinates shows more intimacy, does not look at social status but is consistent in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Contribution, where each individual, both the leader and the leader, is expected to be able to contribute to the achievement of mutually determined goals.     The aim of this paper is to explain the concept of religious mentoring by Rohani Islam (Rohis) in planting Islamic religious values to high school students in Samarinda and Balikpapan. This research applies qualitative technique in analyzing data collected trhough in-depth interviews, documentations, and observations. Findings of this research reveal that Rohis’ programs pertaining to increasing the students’ observance of religion (Islam) are based on routine schedule such as daily, weekly, monthly, and annual programs. All of Rohis’ programs represent the implementation of five aspects of religious dimensions; faith, religious practices, religious experiences, religious consequences, and religious knowledge. Rohis’ programs of religious mentoring to high schools students can be categorised into Dakwah Ammah (general proselytizing) and Dakwah Khashshah (special proselytizing). The purpose of this study is to develop an effective entrepreneurship learning model by analyzing the role of lecturer experience and internship programs on student entrepreneurial competencies. The research method used is quantitative research with primary data based on the results of research in the field using instruments such as rt to partially or simultaneously test the developed model. The results of the research, the experience of lecturers in carrying out entrepreneurial activities and industrial internship programs for students partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on the competence of students in the vocational department of the Islamic University of Indonesia

    The Zakat Management Organization is a non-profit organization that is expected to be managed to provide more comprehensive benefits to the community, one of which is Baitulmaal, which is managed by a sharia bank. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of zakat in baitulmaal Indonesian Islamic banks. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The population of this research is all Baitulmal Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling with the following criteria: limited to Baitulmal Islamic banks, including in the category of book banks 3 & 4, have published financial data, do not include other Baitulmal institutions or government national zakat institutions. Based on the criteria, the samples selected according to the requirements are Baitul Maal Muamalat (BMM) Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BSM Umat, BRI Baitul Maal Foundation (YBM), Hasanah Titik Foundation (YHT) BNI Syariah. Measurement of Baitulmal Islamic banks' effectiveness on the dimensions of the intermediation function in the Zakat Core Principle (ZCP) Model. This study's findings indicate that in 2016 the level of effectiveness was in the fairly significant category. Meanwhile, 2017 and 2018 showed an increase in the significant type.     Mobile Assisted Languge Learning, (MALL,) is a learning tool  focused on language learning that used  mobile phone. MALL in English learning is handy for students who in need to enhancing their English skills. Especially English department students at IAIN Samarinda, they were required to master the primary English language skill to support the learning process. The research objective was to knew students perspective toward the use of MALL in English learning, how do studnets use MALL to support their English learning activities in English and their perpective toward the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing MALL. The instrument was interview conducted by a brief introduction to the subject of the study and then selected students based on their last GPA. Based on the data finding, MALL are indeed useful and bring advantages for students. They share their experience in using MALL for English learning to facilitate, save time and energy, easy theory learning and information access, and improve motivation. However, besides the advantages MALL can provide, it also has its disadvantages. The students shared that the mobile phone is too small so that it is difficult to type, the application of online classes is not yet perfect, the source of material that cannot be trusted completely and the difficulty of internet access that requires money is limited for some student

    Pentingnya keberadaan seorang kepala sekolah dalam organisasi yang bisa membawa organisasi kepada tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kepala sekolah sebagai orang yang paling bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran dan keberhasilan di sekolah, karena ia mempunyai kewenangan untuk mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja para guru, karena dari guru perubahan dalam bidang pendidikan insyaAllah akan segera tercapai. Oleh karena itu peran kepala sekolah sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka membantu guru agar bisa lebih profesional. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari peran tersebut adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru sehingga dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran disekolah bisa lebih terarah dan lebih mudah dalam merealisasikan tugas-tugasnya agar pelaksanaan tersebut bisa menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Darul Ihsan Anggana. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk narasi atau kata-kata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian field research penelitian lapangan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran kepala sekolah diantaranya ialah sebagai educator yakni membentuk kelompok kerja yang aktif dan kreatif, pembinaan disiplin para guru dan pelaksanaan tugas-tugasnya yang terkait dengan kegiatan pembelajaran, peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer yaitu dengan membuat indikator-indikator keberhasilan, seperti melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan profesi melalui berbagai kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan baik didalam sekolah atau diluar sekolah, peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator diantaranya melalui pemberian motivasi dan penghargaan (reward). Adapun hambatan-hambatan yang mempengaruhi kinerja para guru yaitu seperti pengelolaan honor guru yang kurang optimal, kedisiplinan sebagian guru-guru yang masih kurang, keterbatasan wawasan guru, kurangnya alat-alat praktek dalam mengajar

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis Macromedia Flash untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran tematik berbasis Macromedia Flash untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 2) mengetahui efektifitas dan kemenarikan media pembelajaran, 3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan  ini mengadopsi  model desain pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran tematik Berbasis Macromedia Flash pada tema “Indahnya Kebersamaan” subtema “Keberagaman Budaya Bangsaku” di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memiliki tingkat efektivitas dan kemenarikan yang tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji coba berada pada kategori baik menurut skala 5. Adapun hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Validasi ahli materi 94,00%, (2) Validasi ahli media pembelajaran 87,00%, (3) Validasi guru wali kelas IV 92,00%, (4) Uji coba perorangan 78,78%, (5) Uji coba kelompok kecil 84,54%, (6) Uji coba lapangan 85,78%. Nilai hasil belajar siswa yang dilihat dari peningkatan hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 55,13 dan nilai rata-rata pada tahap post-tets sebesar 91,71. Nilai rata-rata siswa mengalami kenaikan sebesar 36,58

    Implementation of Green Campus-Based Curriculum Model at Islamic Universities in Indonesia

    This study is aimed to investigate the implementation of green campus-based curriculum model at Islamic universities in Indonesia. In depth interview was conducted to the top leader of universities in order to confirm the application of green campus-based curriculum especially on vision and mission. A set of interviews was also questioned to lecturers to obtain important information regarding with the employment of the model of curriculum related to environmental health they used in classrooms. In addition, supporting data about students from lecturers’ information was also occupied to enrich the data. As a result, the researcher found that all Islamic universities observed in this study imply green campus or environmental aspect points in university’s vision and mission. Less than 100% of lecturers are able to design learning materials related to environmental health as well as implementing it in classrooms. Less than 60% of students can produce environmental work arts as well as having problem solving skills toward surrounding environment. Above all, hose Islamic universities determine similar goals on green campus-based curriculum model i.e. to preserve the environment and aware of surrounding natural issues. At the end, a few suggestions were suggested to the top manager of the Islamic universities concerning with vital element regarding with lecturers’ competencies in developing environmental health learning design that should be noticed and increased

    Literacy Culture of Islamic Education Teachers in Senior High School of Bengkulu City

    The present article is aimed at revealing and analyzing the literacy culture implemented by Islamic education (PAI) teachers in Bengkulu city. This study explores and analyzes the problem qualitatively. The method used in collecting data is deep observation of 37 SMA(s) in Bengkulu city. In addition, interviews and surveys were also used by distributing questionnaires to representatives of PAI teachers from 37 SMA/SMK when they were invited to attend a workshop on enhancing literacy culture for PAI teachers. After collecting the data, it was analyzed with the Miles and Huberman style flow model, namely data collection, data reduction: the presentation of data in the form of a percentage of indicators of low reading and percentage of written papers made by PAI teachers; and conclusions. The results showed that literacy culture of PAI teachers, in the context of the habit of reading scientific books and writing scientific papers, was a relatively low. This is influenced by the lack of practice and habit of writing scientific papers such as PTK. The use of digital media such as e-book applications, e-learning, and google shcolar for learning is also low. However, teachers always tell students to visit the library to read books when assignments are given. It was followed that the literacy culture of PAI teachers in Bengkulu city is quite good, but the utilization of digital literacy is still low
