    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya atau tidak adanya pengaruh pemahaman kaidah imla terhadap kemampuan penulisan hamzah santri Pondok Pesantren Ihya Ulumuddin Samarinda. Peneliti menggunakan kitab Kaidah Imla karya Imam Zarkasyi untuk pembelajan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Pre-test dan Post-test. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua santri kelas III Pondok Pesantren Ihya Ulumuddin Samarinda yang berjumlah 21 santri. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan cara dokumentasi dan test. Adapun untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan rumus uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, adanya pengaruh pemahaman kaidah imla terhadap kemampuan menulis hamzah santri Pondok Pesantren Ihya Ulumuddin Samarinda. Dal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai hasil ujian pre-test dan post-test yaitu 68,14 dan 80,48 dengan selisih 13,33. Untuk menguji hipotesisnya, peneliti menggunakan t-test yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t table dengan nilai t hitung 6,6 dan nilai t tabel pada tabel 5% = 2,085. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu (to > t1) atau 2.085 < dari 6

    Penelitian ini membahas tentang penjualan pisang yang memakai metode karbit agar pisang cepat matang ditinjau dari UU Perlindungan Konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pedagang  dengan karbit yang digunakan untuk pisangnya lalu seberapa paham pedagang akan bahaya karbit itu sendiri dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen yang membeli pisang yang telah disemprot karbit.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris (lapangan) dan pendekatan yuridis. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi kepada para pedagang pisang dan konsumen yang memgonsumsi pisang.Hasil dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penjualan pisang yang disemprot karbit para pedagang karbit belum paham akan karbit yang digunakan untuk pisang dan para pedagang belum memenuhi hak-hak konsumen yang ada dalam pasal 4 huruf a Undang-undang No 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen yang menjelaskan bahwa konsumen memiliki hak atas barang dan jasa sehingga konsumen dapat terhindar dari kerugian fisik maupun psikis apabila setelah mengonsumsi suatu produk

    Abstrak Menghadap Arah Kiblat merupakan salah satu syarat yang wajib dipenuhi oleh setiap muslim dalam mendirikan sholat, pada awalnya bagi seorang muslim yang berada jauh dari Masjidil Haram menentukan arah kiblat yang benar merupakan suatu hal yang susah dilakukan, harus mengetahui perhitungan arah kiblat secara mendetail, sehingga hanya beberapa ulama’ ahli falak saja yang bisa menentukannya. Namun, dengan peningkatan informasi dan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini, dalam dunia ilmu falak mencari arah kiblat yang benar kini tidaklah susah, salah satu metode yang mudah dilakukan adalah dengan memanfaatkan fenomena posisi matahari di atas ka’bah pada tanggal 28 Mei dan 16 Juli pukul 12.15 waktu Makkah dan 17.15 Waktu Indonesia Tengah, dalam istilah falak dua fenomena tersebut disebut dengan Rosydul Qiblah A’dzom atau Istiwa’ A’dzom. Selain metode tersebut metode lain yang cukup mudah digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Earth yang diinstal pada perangkat komputer. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji akurasi arah kiblat Masjid Al Ma’ruf Samarida dengan menggunakan metode Rosydul Qiblah A’dzom dan Google Earth Pro yang dilaksanakan pada Tanggal 28 Mei 2021. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah Metode Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research), Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik ukur garis parkiran yang searah dengan arah kiblat masjid kemudian direkam menggunakan pencitraan kamera digital dan Analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Teknik ukur aplikasi Google earth Pro. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa azimuth qiblah masjid Al-Ma’ruf kota Samarinda adalah 21o 59’ 13” BU, atau 68o 0’ 47” UB., dan hasil dari pengamatan fenomena Istiwa’ Adzom di dapati bahwa arah masjid Al-Ma’ruf kota Samarinda sudah sesuai dengan bangunan masjid Al Ma’ruf, dan dari pengukuran menggunakan aplikasi Google Earth Pro didapati bahwa visual gambar yang dihasilkan citra satelit Google Earth Pro menunjukkan bahwa arah  bangunan Masjid Al-Ma’ruf kota Samarinda sudah sesuai dengan Arah Kiblat Ka’bah di Masjidil Haram Mekkah al – Mukarromah.kata kunci : Kiblat, Rosydul Qiblah, Google Eart

    Pembelajaran dengan menggunkan metode yang menyenangkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi memeiliki peran yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan adanya motivasi belajar siswa diharpkan mampu memahami materi pelajaran dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode card sort untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar fiqh siswa MTs Nabil Husein Samarinda. Metode penelitan dilakukan dengan menggunkan penedekatan kialitatif, sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru Fiqh dan siswa MTs Nabil Husein Samarinda. Teknik pengumpuan dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji dengan menggunakan tekknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebagai berikut, 1) Pemilihan metode pembelajaran aktif dan menyenangkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, 2) Siswa antusias dalam belajar dengan menggunakan metode card sort, 3) Metode card sort dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal di MTs Nabil Husein, 4) Penggunaan metode card sort dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami pelajaran

    Development of Intercultural Competency on Islamic Education Materials at the State of East Kalimantan High School

    Islamic education and multiculturalism are connected each other where the content of multiculturalism in national scale includes religious character as one of the core components, whereas in Islamic education relies on commands and prohibitions regarding multiculturalism stated in Alqur’an. Therefore, since intercultural competence and religious character development of students are considered to be important and become one of fundamental objectives existed in national curriculum of 2013 in Indonesia, this research is aimed at conducting Research and Development (R & D) related to developing Islamic Religious course or what so called by Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) in Indonesian context in high schools in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. In terms of data collection, the data gained from observation, interview, questionnaire, and validation techniques. Moreover, five stages of ADDIE model were employed in conducting the development research of PAI materials which includes Analisis, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. As a result, findings showed that material design of PAI teaching is feasible and effective to be used in PAI teaching and learning due to good criteria gained from the validation result from material expert and excellent category from media expert. Students’ responses towards the implementation of product design of PAI teaching materials showed good to excellent result towards all aspect assessment. Highlighting points regarding novelty and pedagogical implication are discussed further in this research.      &nbsp

    Salafi-Progressive: Islamic Education Thinking Discourses of K.H. Aceng Zakaria

    This research is aimed to analyze K.H. Aceng Zakaria's thought of Islamic education which is focused on his educational practice to the Organization of Persatuan Islam (Persis) from 1975 to 2006. It's very interesting to study K.H. Aceng Zakaria's thought. At least, there are two reasons: firstly, there wasn't research which raised the aspect of Persatuan Islam's ‘ulama, especially in thought of educational domain, especially from the third generation. Secondly, K.H. Aceng Zakaria is known as an ulama’s of Persis who gives a lot of contribution in education not only the book but also his creativity to hold any alternative educational forum in term of providing people's interest to learn Islamic knowledge. As one of Persis's ulama, his religiosity's thought as same as other Persis ulama identical with purification idea which features as well as Salafi or salafiyyah movement. Based on this study shows, this movement often adhered to the number of stigmatizations, such as rigidity, radical attitude, and some of the similar stigma. The assumption justified when reading a book written by Tsaqil bin Shalfiq al-Qasimi entitled "Rooting out Ahlul Ahwa and Bid'ah". It's the difference from the stigmatizations, through this research, the writer concludes that the consistency of returning Islamic practice to al-Quran and al-Sunnah tends to push progressive attitude. Aceng Zakaria entitled "Zad al-Muta'allim", and his educational practice since he has decided to dedicate his life to the Persis

    From Usul Fiqh to Legal Pluralism: An Autoethnography of Islamic Legal Thought

    This article seeks to introduce an autoethnography as a method in studying Islamic law. Through an autoethnography, a scholar could share a unique and subjective experience, which would not only contribute to the understanding of social phenomenon but also reflect on possible different situations upon knowing the reality. It not only makes a sequence of events and their interpretation, but it also asks readers to emotionally ‘relive’ the events with the writer of autoethnography. This article uncovers processes and dynamics of my own thought in approaching and comprehending law in Islam including topics such as usul fiqh and legal pluralism. It discloses the development of my research interest and scope, both nationally and internationally in the past three decades. The article argues that knowledge is not necessarily produced by research work. In fact, personal narratives are considered scientific in that they could contribute knowledge to what we know about the world in which we live. And, last but not least, personal stories are valuable if they could: 1) provide a legitimate claim or justification, 2) offer something new to learn, and 3) help other people cope with or better understand world issues.Keywords: autoethnography, Islamic law, legal pluralism, usul fiqh

    This research aims to find out how professional teachers of Islamic religious education subjects in the MIN 2 Model Samarinda. This research uses an emics perspective, which is trying to understand, internalize, and describe the professional image of the teacher according to the phenomena and data, so it is also called the phenomenological fact. Data Collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques to be used in this study, "descriptive analytic" and in qualitative research generally began since data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification. The results of the study is that the teacher  is quite professional on the grounds that from the 11 indicators that are determined most have been able to be mastered/implemented well that is able to master the teaching materials, able to understand and interpret the results of educational research for the purposes of teaching, able to manage teaching programs, able to use the media and learning resources, able to plan teaching programs, able to manage the interaction of learning teaching, mastering various methods of teaching, able to recognize and organize the administration of the school (curriculum or learning administration), able to assess the achievement of students for the sake of teaching as well as the ability to master the education foundations, ability to know the functions and services of guidance and counseling that can not recognize children who have special characteristics and ability to manage classes Thus, the learning evaluation of teachers has the ability to assess students ' achievements for the sake of teaching. In this case the teachers of the most specific special PAI class in MIN 2 Model Samarinda have been able to assess well the proven list of values, group books, and analysis of the results are organized neatly and document the governance

    EFFECT OF ZAKAT, INFAK AND SEDEKAH (ZIS), INDEX HUMAN DEVELOPMENT (HDI) AND UNEMPLOYMENT ON INDONESIAN ECONOMIC GROWTH AT 2013-2017

    Islamic view that growth in the economy is not only oriented to create accretion of single production but indicated the basis of the fairness of distribution, one of them with equal distribution of income that did not create a gap between the rich and the poor. In its development, many factors influence the economic growth, Including Zakat Infak and Sedekah (ZIS), Human Development Index, and Unemployment rate. The research type is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data and Analysed using multiple linear regression by using Software Eviews 10. The results of the study have demonstrated that Zakat Infak and Sedekah (ZIS) and the Human Development Index (HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX) influence positively and significantly on Indonesia's economic growth in 2013-2017. While unemployment did not affect. Based on the F-test, variable Zakat Infak and Sedekah (ZIS), the Human Development Index (HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX), and unemployment simultaneously affected the Indonesia’s Economic growth . The magnitude of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable amounted to 41.1%, while 58.9% are influenced by variables other research

    Strategi Pembinaan Aktivitas Keagamaan Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia (MAN-IC) Kabupaten Paser

    As an attempt to create a balance between intellectual and spiritual quotients among students, the ministry of religious affairs of Indonesia has initiated a flagship program of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Unggulan applying boarding school system for all the students. This paper, thus, aims at understanding the strategy of religious coaching at state-funded MA Insan Cendekia in Paser Regency as one of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs’ pilot program. This paper utilizes qualitative approach in analyzing data acquired through in-depth interviews with teachers and administrators at the school (MAN Insan Cendekia Paser). Findings reveal that the strategy of religious coaching applied by the school is the manifestation of its motto; performance, autonomy, and Islamic piety. The motto is translated into inspirational teacher program aimed at constructing students’ autonomy through religious, organizational, and instructional programs.Keywords: coaching strategy, madrassa students, and religious coaching.
